New student admissions are opened in three pathways including SNMPTN, SBMPTN, and Seleksi Mandiri. In order to improve the SNMPTN selection system at IPB, a study was conducted on the quality of SMA/MA which registered to IPB through school clustering. In general, cluster analysis cannot handle large and mixed-type data, so this school clustering used the Two-Step Cluster method with two alternatives, namely without handling outliers and handling 5 percent outliers. Both of these alternatives produced an average Silhouette coefficient value of 0.2 and 0.3 respectively, which was still under the good category. However, clustering without handling outliers resulted in more detailed cluster criteria with 4 optimal clusters. The criteria for these four clusters include, Cluster 1 is a category of Low Commitment, Low Quality, and Low Consistency schools, Cluster 2 and 3 are categories of schools that have special criteria in certain categories, and Cluster 4 is a category of High Commitment, High Quality, and High Consistency.

Mature  Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris  L.) stands are dominating large parts of the Flemish forest area. Broadleaved  species regenerate spontaneously under this pine canopy. This study studied  the growth and development of two planted pine stands with an older natural  regeneration, dominated by pedunculate oak (Quercus  robur L.), and discussed management options for  similar stands.     The results indicated a rather good growth of the stands, with current  annual increments of 5 m3.ha-1.yr-1. The pine overstorey is growing into valuable sawwood  dimensions, while the broadleaved understorey slowly grows into the  upperstorey. The quality of the regeneration is moderate but can be improved  by silvicultural measurements (pruning, early selection).     In both stands, an interesting (timber production, nature conservation)  admixture of secondary tree species is present in the regeneration. Stand  management is evolving from the classical clearcut system towards a  combination of a type of selection and group selection system.

Cellular vehicle-to-everything- (C-V2X-) based communications can support various content-oriented applications and have gained significant progress in recent years. However, the limited backhaul bandwidth and dynamic topology make it difficult to obtain the multimedia service with high-reliability and low-latency communication in C-V2X networks, which may degrade the quality of experience (QoE). In this paper, we propose a novel cluster-based cooperative cache deployment and coded delivery strategy for C-V2X networks to improve the cache hit ratio and response time, reduce the request-response delay, and improve the bandwidth efficiency. To begin with, we design an effective vehicle cluster method. Based on the constructed cluster, we propose a two-level cooperative cache deployment approach to cache the frequently requested files on the edge nodes, LTE evolved NodeB (eNodeB) and cluster head (CH), to maximize the overall cache hit ratio. Furthermore, we propose an effective coded delivery strategy to minimize the network load and the ratio of redundant files. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed method can effectively reduce the average response delay and network load and improve both the hit ratio and the ratio of redundant files.

The testing technique consists of Whitebox Testing and Blackbox Testing which are widely used by examiners is appropriate. Study the software that will be examined using Blackbox Testing is a best sales selection system consisting of 1 form that will be filled with sales data, as well as sales performance while in the company. The Best Sales Selection Application will be tested using Blackbox Testing where this test only aims to look the program is the same with the function desired by program without knowing the program code used. Types of testing of the various Blackbox methods one of which is the Equivalence Partitions used by the authors in this study. Equivalence Partitions technique is a test based on entering data on each form in the best sales selection system, each menu input will be tested and grouped according to function whether it is valid or invalid. So it is expected that with this test is the quality of the software produced in accordance with the expected function, and can provide benefits for the company.

The introduction of cloud computing has revolutionized business and technology. Cloud computing has merged technology and business creating an almost indistinguishable framework. Cloud computing has utilized various techniques that have been vital in reshaping the way computers are used in business, IT, and education. Cloud computing has replaced the distributed system of using computing resources to a centralized system where resources are easily shared between user and organizations located in different geographical locations. Traditionally the resources are usually stored and managed by a third-party, but the process is usually transparent to the user. The new technology led to the introduction of various user needs such as to search the cloud and associated databases. The development of a selection system used to search the cloud such as in the case of ELECTRE IS and Skyline; this research will develop a system that will be used to manage and determine the quality of service constraints of these new systems with regards to networked cloud computing. The method applied will mimic the various selection system in JAVA and evaluate the Quality of service for multiple cloud services. The FogTorch search tool will be used for quality service management of three cloud services.

Well injection is defined as the “subsurface emplacement of fluids through a bored, drilled or driven well; or through a dug well where the depth is greater than the largest surface dimension and a principal function of the well is the subsurface emplacement of fluids” (EPA, 1979). Deep-well injection of wastewater effluents is an engineering tool that can be either most valuable for the freshwater resources of an area or very detrimental to the quality of the waters of that area. Which of these two alternatives takes place depends entirely on how we handle this tool in the particular area with which we are concerned. Paper published with permission.

Development programs dan projects funded by public budget (APBN and APBD) are frequently not inline with needs of the local fishermen. Due to this situation, there shoud be a participative forums to facilitate and accommodate interests of local communities in the formulation process of public budgeting. In the context of APBD (local government budget) budgeting, participatory events are implemented in form of Musrenbang (Discussion for Development Planning). The current article intends to describe and critically analise participatory forums of Musrenbang utilised by fishermen to participate in the process of APBD budgeting. Also, the paper aims at analising prominent constraining factors to optimise participation of local fishermen in the Musrenbang forums as manifestation of bottom-up budgeting approach. The article is written based on reseach conducted in the Regency of Trenggalek and the coastal area of Prigi. This study applies qualitative approach with analytical descriptive as its type. Data of the research are collected through interview, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, collected data got analysed in three stages include data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusion. The results demonstrate that the Musrenbang forums get executed in five phases as follows (1) village level Musrenbang; (2) sub-district level Musrenbang; (3) SKPD (local government agencies) Forum; (4) regency level Musrenbang; and (5) Pasca regency level Musrenbang. The local fishermen are mostly able to directly participate only at village level Musrenbang as  participation at higher level Musrenbangs is commonly in form of representative participation. Quality of participation is also considerably weak because of time lack, education lack, inappropriate timing, and apathy of fishermen.

The customer is a stakeholder for a business, to maintain and increase customer enthusiasm and develop it for the company's performance, it is necessary to do customer segmentation which aims to find out potential customers. This study uses purchase transaction data from Brand Limback customers in the period 2020. The use of RFM (Recency, Frecuency, Monetary) analysis helps in determining the attributes used for customer segmentation. To determine the optimal number of clusters from the RFM dataset, the Elbow method is applied. The datasets generated from RFM are grouped using the Fuzzy C-Means and K-Means algorithms, the two algorithms will compare the quality in the formation of clusters using the Silhoutte Coefficient and Davies-Bouldin Index methods. Customer segmentation from the RFM dataset that has been clustered produces 7 optimal clusters, namely Cluster 0 is a bronze customer. Cluster 1 is a silver customer. Cluster 2 is a gold customer. Cluster 3 is a platinum customer. Cluster 4 is a diamond customer. Cluster 5 is a super customer, and cluster 6 is a superstar customer. The cluster validation of k-means using the silhouette coefficient produces a value of 0.934 while the Davies bouldin index produces a value of 0.155 and the validation results of the fuzzy c-means algorithm using the silhouette coefficient produces a value of 0.921 while the Davies bouldin index produces a value of 0.145.
