To ensure learning goes well, appropriate and appropriate strategies are needed in the learning process, so it is hoped that the learning objectives and targets desired by the teacher in order to improve the quality of thematic learning can be achieved properly. The objectives of this study were to: find out the teacher's strategic planning in improving the quality of thematic learning, to describe the implementation of teacher strategies in improving the quality of thematic learning, to describe the results and to evaluate the teacher's strategy in improving the quality of thematic learning in class V MI Muhammadiyah 10 Pesanggrahan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques used: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) There is a learning plan in the form of consideration in the selection of strategies, methods and learning media that are tailored to the material and needs of students, besides that there are supporting programs for teachers, namely participating in workshops. (2) The strategy of class V teachers in improving the quality of learning is the cooperative learning strategy. (3) The result of the cooperative learning strategy in improving the quality of thematic learning in class V is that the results of the assessment are always increasing for each sub-theme.

Abstract. One form of crime against humanity is rape, sexual harassment, sexual slavery or other forms of sexual violence where the victims are often women. In dealing with cases of sexual violence, not only do we depend on government regulations that provide severe penalties for the perpetrators, but also the role of the surrounding community who care about social problems, especially community institutions. The role of institutions is very much needed in handling victims of sexual violence which have severe impacts on both children and adults. With this this set of background, Pulih Foundation was born as a psychological institution that provides counseling and assistance services for the recovery victims of sexual violence. This study aims to reveal how the stages and efforts to recover trauma of sexual violence victims to recover from the violence effects. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. Data collection consists of interview, observation and documentation. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Pulih Foundation has been making efforts to restore vvictims of sexual violence by providing assistance and counseling. In the recovery effort, victims of sexual violence go through the following stages: emotional stages such as the denial stage, the anger stage, the depression stage and the offer stage before finally reaching the acceptance stage.  Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan berupa pemerkosaan, pelecehan seksual, perbudakan seksual atau bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual lainnya yang korbannya sering kali adalah perempuan. Dalam menangani kasus kekerasan seksual tidak hanya perpangku tangan mengandalkan peraturan pemerintah yang memberikan hukuman berat untuk para pelaku, tetapi juga peran masyarakat sekitar yang peduli akan masalah sosial terutama lembaga-lembaga masyarakat. Peranan lembaga sangat dibutuhkan dalam penanganan korban kekerasan seksual yang menimbulkan dampak berat baik pada anak maupun pada orang dewasa. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut Yayasan Pulih lahir sebagai lembaga psikologi yang memberikan layanan konseling dan pendampingan untuk pemulihan korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana tahapan dan upaya pemulihan trauma kepada korban kekerasan seksual untuk pulih dari dampak kekerasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan itu Yayasan Pulih melakukan upaya pemulihan untuk korban kekerasan seksual dengan memberikan pendampingan serta konseling. Pada upaya pemulihan, korban kekerasan seksual melewati tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan emosi seperti tahap penyangkalan, tahap kemarahan, tahap depresi dan tahap penawaran sebelum akhirnya mencapai tahap penerimaan.

<p>This research was conducted for the purpose of getting a clear and complete <br />picture conserning the quality of teaching and learning process through eveloping and implementing jigsaw type cooparative learning model for subject of Thermodynamics. The quality of teaching and learning process can be viewed by positive response of university students towards thermodynamics subject using the implemented jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The subject of this research were students of high school class X, semester II in the academic year of 2011/2012, which were listed as learning tools needed for thermodynamics of jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The learning tool which were being developed consist of teaching materials, learning plan, and student worksheet. The research prosedure consisted of developing the tools of teaching and learning process, and the followed by realization of learning in class using the jigsaw type cooparative learning approach. The research instruments were to be observation sheet and student response questionaire towards the learning process. The reseach data were analyzed using percentage statistic. Based on the refection result towards the action which was planned beforehand and also the researh result discussion, it was found that the learning process of hermodynamics which was done by implementing the jigsaw type cooparative learning model can increase student activity in his study. Implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning can increase the learning result of students. Most of the students who partisipated in the thermodynamics class agree and give a positive apreciation towards the implementation of cooperative learning model. They believe that with the learning group can help them overcoming the learning deterrent. </p><p> </p>

Procurement of government goods and services carried out through e-catalog applications can make government procurement of goods and services efficient, the time required is shorter, the administration process also becomes simple. The procurement of goods through the E-Catalog application at the Inspectorate of East Java Province still faces problems in the implementation process. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of research on the application of the principles of procurement of goods and services namely, Efficient, Procurement of goods through the e-catalog application can save the budget. Effective, the results of the procurement of goods carried out through the e-catalog application for all processes have been carried out with a fast time. Transparent, General Procurement Plan displayed on General Procurement Plan Information System contains all procurement information. Open, procurement of goods has been announced through General Procurement Plan Information System accessible to all the general public. Competing, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment in the Inspectorate of East Java Province conducted through the e-catalog application, there is no competition between providers of goods and services. Fair, Procurement of motorized land transportation equipment is only provided by PT. ASTRA INTERNASIONAL, Tbk. –TSO as an official distributor of Toyota cars. Accountable, Procurement of goods and services in the Inspectorate of East Java Province is in accordance with regulations and results of procurement of goods can be accounted for.

This article presents the results of an exploratory-descriptive research with empirical referents. The objective was to document, systematize and evaluate some features of 15 postgraduate theses in education, with the intention to make visible some recurring dishonest practices of students and teachers. The postgraduate programs from which the theses were obtained are located in the metropolitan area of Mexico City. The selection of documents was carried out between July and November 2015. Two Likert scales were used to assess two dimensions separately: 1) content, in which originality, congruence, dominance and relevance of authors, findings and relevant conclusions were considered; and 2) presentation, which examined style, logical structure, spelling and punctuation, citations, references and sources of information. Each indicator was assigned a numerical value and this one was given an evaluative characteristic: 5: excellent, 3: regular and 1: deficient. Subsequently, percentages were obtained. The results indicated that only a third of the theses could be classified as excellent for the quality of the content and the impeccable presentation; a similar percentage were works that fulfilled the necessary but didn’t count with the rigor and originality of the first ones. The remaining papers had serious deficiencies, both in content and in the formal presentation of the document, without achieving the minimum quality demanded by a postgraduate thesis. The analysis of these investigations made it possible to visualize some of the dishonest practices of people graduating from various educational programs and the lack of commitment to their research. The results about the quality of the research in various doctoral programs indicate that there is little responsibility in students, personal tutor and the reviewer. The results allow the authorities of each program to observe the problem and seek practical solutions to solve it.

This study was motivated by a phenomenon that appears in madrasa, namely: 1) the low quality of graduates, in MAN 1 with an average result of UAN 58.5 and MAN 2 57.8 from a maximum score of 100; 2) inconsistency in planning, implementing, evaluating programs to improve quality. The purpose of this study was to identify: work programs, program implementation, evaluation of program implementation, program impacts, and supporting factors inhibiting the improvement of the quality of madrasa. The approach of this study was qualitative-naturalistic, with a descriptive research type. This research method was a case study, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used the interactive Miles model. The results of this study showed: evaluation of quality improvement which is carried out through an evaluation of needs assessment, assessment of input, assessment of processes and assessment of results.

Background: Salak is one of Indonesia's native tropical fruit crops and is one of the interesting commodities to be developed to meet domestic and export needs. Salak can be processed foods such as salak jam. Method: This research was conducted on March 8-16, 2016. This research use descriptive research type. The parameters measured and observed are the color, texture, taste, and level of fondness. Results: The results showed that the higher the sugar addition, the higher the organoleptic value, the highest degree of the sensitivity to the color, texture, and taste was on the 100 gram sugar treatment and the lowest on the 0 gram sugar treatment. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the addition of sugar has an effect on organoleptic quality of fruit jam.

Abstrak Dalam sehari-hari anak tidak akan terlepas dari aktivitas bermain. Dengan bermain maka banyak asfek yang dikembangkan salah satunya perkembangan sosial emosional dalam membangun kesadaran diri, rasa tanggung jawab diri sendiri dan orang lain dan perilaku prososial anak. Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta adalah sekolah yang menerapkan permainan tradisional jamuran dengan visi berbudaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui permainan tradisional jamuran di TK Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta. Penelitian di lakukan di TK Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan anak kelompok A usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan permainan tradisional jamuran dapat meningkatkan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan langkah-langkah guru mengajak anak-anak berkumpul di lapangan, dalam memulai permainan guru menentukan pemain “jadi”, pemain membuat lingkaran dan bernyanyi lagu jamuran, pemain “jadi”mengajukan pertanyaan atau meminta suatu perintah dan pemain yang kalah menggantikan posisi pemain “jadi”. Penelitian ini menggambarkan implementasi permainan tradisional jamuran dalam meningkatkan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta. Kata Kunci: Permainan Tradisional Jamuran, Sosial Emosional, Anak Usia Dini   Abstract In everyday children will not be separated from play activities. By playing so many effects are developed, one of which is social emotional development in building self-awareness, a sense of responsibility for oneself and others, and children's prosocial behavior. Kindergarten (Kindergarten) Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta is a school that implements a traditional game of mushrooms with a cultural vision. This study aims to determine the emotional social development of children aged 5-6 years through the traditional game of mushrooms in kindergarten Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta. The research was conducted at kindergarten Omah Dolanan Yogyakarta in the even semester of the 2020 school year. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of the study were teacher and group A children aged 5-6 years. The results showed the traditional game of mushrooms can increase the emotional social development of children aged 5-6 years by the steps the teacher invites children to gather in the field, in starting the teacher's game to determine the player "so", the player makes a circle and sings a mushroom song, the player " so "ask a question or ask for an order and the losing player replaces the" finished "player position. This study illustrates the implementation of traditional game jamuran in improving the emotional social of children aged 5-6 years at the Omah Dolanan Kindergarten in Yogyakarta. Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

Abstract One of many problems in the madrasahs is that learning processes less-involve students actively (teacher-centered), thus, it affects to the improvement of learning outcomes and quality of the graduates. The purposes of this study are , firstly, to analyze what type of constructivism learning models, which can be developed to overcome madrasahs’ problems. Secondly, how to design and implement a learning plan based on the developed constructivism models. This research was conducted at Private Islamic Elementary School  (Madrasah) Ad-Diyanah Ciputat, South Tangerang. Research method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative research. The results showed that the active learning models based on constructivism are suitable to be developed in the Madarasah, which were the models of Problem Based Learning (PBM), Realistic Learning, Inquiry Learning and Thematic Learning and also how the development of the learning processes from the lesson plans to the learning implementation showed a paradigm shifting from teacher-centered to student-centered. Abstrak Salah satu permasalahan di madrasah-madrasah adalah proses pembelajaran yang kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif (berpusat pada guru), sehingga hal ini mengakibatkan pada peningkatan hasil belajar dan kualitas lulusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, pertama, untuk menganalisis jenis model pembelajaran konstruktivisme apa yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di madrasah. Ke dua, bagaimana merancang dan melaksanakan rencana pembelajaran berdasarkan model konstruktivisme yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Swasta (madrasah) Ad-Diayanah Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran aktif yang berbasis konstruktivisme sesuai untuk dikembangkan di madrasah, yakni model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), Pembelajaran Realistis, Pembelajaran Inkuiri dan Pembelajaran Tematik, juga bagaimana pengembangan proses pembelajaran dari rencana pembelajaran ke pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan perubahan paradigma dari berpusat-pada-guru menjadi berpusat-pada-siswa. This research aims to determine the effect of service quality , functional quality , and technical quality of the service user customer satisfaction Suzuki motorcycle servicing of Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study descriptive research type. There are three independent variables , namely the quality of service, functional quality, and technical quality. While the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The population in this study is customer of Suzuki Medan Jaya Group service motorcycle Katamso Number 78 Yogyakarta. Sample of 100 respondents using accidental sampling approaches. Based on the analysis of data obtained the following results : There is a simultaneous influence between the variables of service quality, functional quality, and technical quality of the service user customer satisfaction of Suzuki motorcycle servicing Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta, the significant value of 0.000, with a regression equation Y = 0.148 X1 + 0.576 0.251 X2 + X3. There is a significant effect of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 2.359 with a significance value of 0.02. There is a significant effect of the variable functional quality to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 7.772 with a significance value of 0.000 . There is a significant effect of the variable technical quality to customer satisfaction of Suzuki Motorcycle Medan Jaya Group Yogyakarta services with t value 3.400 with significant value of 0.001 . Great contribution value of 69.4 % while the remaining 30.6 % is influenced by other factors . The results of the analysis using stepwise method showed that the functional quality dimension (X2) has the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a value of 10,017 t and a significant level of 0.000. Key words : quality of service , functional quality , technical quality and customer satisfaction.
