Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan metode  pembelajaran  SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite and Review) berpaduan Snowball Throwing terhadap hasil belajar PPKn.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen  dengan desain Nonequivalent  Control Group Pretest-Posttest. Data hasil   belajar   PPKn  diambil   menggunakan   soal   tes  yang  sudah  memenuhi persyaratan instrument  penelitian.  Keseluruhan  data  dianalisis  secara  kuantitif melalui   uji  parametrik   yang  terlebih  dahulu  diuji  persyaratan analisis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahw a ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite and Review) berpaduan Snowball Throwing terhadap hasil belajar PPKn. Dengan mencermati nilai rata-rata yang cukup tinggi, maka metode pembelajaran ini sangat efektif dan dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. AbstractThe aim of this research is to find out the influence of the application of learning methods  SQ3R  (Survey,  Question,  Read,  Recite,  and  Review )  to  chime  in Snow ball Throw ing to the students’ PPKn learning outcomes. This research is a Quasi experimental research w ith Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest-Posttest design.  The  data  from PPKn  learning  outcomes  is taken using  test questions w hich already fulfill the requirements of research instrument. The entire data is analyzed quantitatively through the parametric tests w hich is firstly tested to the analytical  requirements.  The result show s that there is the influence of learning methods  SQ3R  (Survey,  Question,  Read,  Recite,  and  Review)  to  chime  in Snow ball Throw ing to the students’ PPKn learning outcomes. <p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Learning to read in Indonesian language material in grade IV SDN 1 Sumberagung is still dominated by the teacher as the delivery material using the lecture method (teacher centered) so that students are not optimal in the learning process because students are less interested in learning and result in many student learning outcomes under the KKM. This study aims to determine the effect on the SQ3R learning method on class IV Indonesian language learning outcomes at SDN 1 Sumberagung. This study uses a research method that is quantitative with the type of research that is quasi experimental design with the research design is a non equivalent control group design. The subjects of this study consisted of 50 students. The results of the implementation of the sq3r learning method show an increase in learning outcomes which can be seen from the results of the t test based on the hypotheses performed showing the results of t count 6.866&gt; t table 2.011 and the significance value of 0.000 &lt;alpha 0.050. The conclusion of the data is that there is a difference between the experimental class and the control class.</p><strong>Abstrak: </strong><strong> </strong>Pembelajaran membaca pada materi bahasa Indonesia di kelas IV SDN 1 Sumberagung masih didominasi guru sebagai penyampai materi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah (<em>teacher centered</em>) sehingga siswa belum optimal dalam proses pembelajaran dikarenakan siswa kurang tertarik dengan pembelajaran dan berakibat pada hasil belajar siswa banyak yang masih dibawah KKM. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada metode pembelajaran SQ3R terhadap hasil belajar bahasa indonesia kelas IV di SDN 1 Sumberagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yakni kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu <em>quasi experimental design</em> dengan design penelitiannya adalah <em>non-equivalent control group design</em><em>.</em> Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 siswa. Hasil pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran SQ3R menunjukkan peningkatan pada hasil belajar yang terlihat dari hasil uji t berdasarkan hipotesis yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil nilai t hitung 6,866 &gt; t tabel 2,011 dan nilai signifikasnsi 0,000 &lt;alpha 0,050. Kesimpulan dari data adalah ada perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.

The purpose of the study was to apply the guided discovery method to the learning of Mathematics of Class VIII Students of Muhammadiyah Middle School 2 Tugumulyo. The research method used was a quasi-experimental method (Quasi experiment) which was carried out in an experimental class without a comparison group (control group). The population was the eighth grade students of junior high school with the total number 127 students. The sample was the students of VIII.b class which was taken randomly by means of gambling. Data analysis used in this research was t test, obtained thit = 2.92> ttab = 1.69, so that students' mathematical learning outcomes after the implimentation of guided discovery methods had been completed. The score of the average learning value of students using guided discovery method was 80.80. In conclusion, the implementation of guided learning methods was very appropriate in mathematics learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of inquiry learning methods on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in science subjects of light traits in Catholic Elementary School Nita I. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The sample of this study was 39 students consisting of 20 VA students as the experimental class and 19 VB students as the control class. Learning outcomes tests and learning motivation questionnaire sheets were used to obtain data in this study, with a t-test performed to test hypotheses preceded by a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a normality test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the inquiry learning method has a positive and significant effect on the students’ learning outcomes. The group of students who took part in the learning with inquiry learning method obtained a better post test score which was equal to 76.25 compared to the group of students who followed conventional learning who obtained a post-test average score of 65.26.

The purpose of this study was to determine the students’ ability to write narrative essays and to determine the significant effect of conferencing approach assisted by audio-visual media for grade Vstudents at SD Negeri 26 Arungkeke, Kabupaten Jeneponto. The type of this study was quasi experimental research. The design of this study was a non-quivalent control group design. This study found that the average score of students’ ability to write narrative essays in the control class for pretest was 63.90 and the average score for posttest was 74.52. Meanwhile, the average score of pretest in the experimental class was 59.48 and the average postest score was 80.24. The result of N-Gian score test in the control class was an average of 0.24152, indicating that the learning outcomes of writing narrative essays were low. Whereas, the average score of N-Gain test in the experimental class was 0.4640, indicating that the learning outcomes of writing narrative essays were moderate. After that, the result of T test revealed that tcount 2,283> ttable 0.021 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was received. The significant value of 2-tiled was 0.030 <sig. 0.05; thus, conferencing approach assisted by audio-visual media gave a significant effect on the students’ ability to write narrative essays at grade V SD Negeri 26 Arungkeke, Kabupaten Jeneponto.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan komik dengan metode pembelajaran PQ4R pada materi lingkaran kelas VIII SMP yang memiliki validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektifitas yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4-D yaitu tahap pendefenisisan (define), tahap perancangan (design), dan tahap pengembangan  (develop). Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar validasi komik, lembar kepraktisan komik dan lembar efektifitas komik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) komik matematika dengan metode pembelajaran PQ4R termasuk dalam kategori valid dari aspek materi, bahasa, dan desain dengan skor rata-rata 4.01; (2) komik tersebut termasuk dalam kategori praktis dengan skor rata-rata 4.14; (3) komik tersebut termasuk dalam kategori efektif dengan skor rata-rata 4.06. Kemudian pencapaian aktivitas meliputi (1) aktifitas dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar aktif dengan skor rata-rata aktivitas siswa 4.19; (2) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran efektif dengan skor rata-rata respon siswa sebesar 4.27; (3) aktifitas dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar aktif dengan skor rata-rata aktivitas guru sebesar 4.42; dan (4) hasil belajar siswa efektif dengan skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 4,00 dan persentase rata-rata siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal 70 adalah 86%.Abstract:  This study aims to produce comics with the PQ4R learning method on the material of the class VIII of junior high school that has good validity, practicality and effectiveness. This study uses a 4-D model, namely the stage of define, design, and  develop. The research instruments were comic validation sheets, comic practicality sheets and comic effectiveness sheets. The results showed that (1) mathematical comics with the PQ4R learning method included in the valid category of material, language, and design aspects with an average score of 4.01; (2) the comic is included in the practical category with an average score of 4.14; (3) the comic is included in the effective category with an average score of 4.06. Then the achievement of activities includes (1) activities in active teaching and learning activities with an average score of student activity 4.19; (2) student responses to effective learning with students' average response scores of 4.27; (3) activities in active teaching and learning activities with an average score of teacher activity of 4.42; and (4) effective student learning outcomes with an average score of student learning outcomes of 4.00 and the average percentage of students who achieve a minimum completeness score of 70 is 86%.

This research is motivated by the low involvement of students in learning. This study aims to determine the differences in the learning outcomes of science students between the experimental class and the control class by applying the learning model VAK. This study uses quasi-experimental methods with a nonequivalent control group design. This research was conducted in 147 Public Elementary Schools Pekanbaru with class IV D as the experimental class and class IV A as the control class. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen from the experimental class pretest score of 51.25 and posttest which is 80.63. In the control class the average score of the pretest was 45.53 and posttest was 72.89.The score of the average gain of experimental class science learning outcomes is 0.62 and the average score of the control class is 0.50. The results of the t-test gain score average thitung >  ttabel or 2,89966 > 1,99547 then Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the t gain test between the experimental class and the control class there were differences in learning outcomes IPA student learning in class IVSD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru which are significant.

The use of technology in the form of mathematics learning media has not been maximally applied amidst the rapid advances in technology today, coupled with a change in learning patterns from face-to-face in class to online learning patterns due to calls to work from home. This of course will have an impact on the learning outcomes of students. Seeing these conditions, innovation is needed in mathematics learning, namely by utilizing the use of media in learning, one of which is the use of audio-visual media assisted by google classroom. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media assisted by google classroom on mathematics courses at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. The research method used was a quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. The instrument used in this study was a mathematics learning outcome test. The data analysis technique in this research includes descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of the use of audio-visual media on mathematics learning outcomes with an average score of 76.00 mathematics learning outcomes which was declared significant so that learning using audio-visual media had an effect on mathematics learning outcomes.

This research aimed at finding out the effect of the problem-based learning model and audiovisual media that based on South Sumatera's local superiority to learning outcomes. This research was using Quasi Experimental Design as the method with design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects were 45 students in Experimental Group and 45 students in Control Group. The researcher used the data collection tool in the form of pretest-posttest, observation and documentation. The average score of pretest in experimental group was 83 and average score of pretest control group was 66,8. The data of pretest and posttest in experimental group was distributed normal with the value km -0,71 and 0,80. The hypotheses was calculated by using t-test which is polled varians and and the result of t obtain was 8,598 in 0,05 significant level and the t-table is 1,987. Since the significant level showed tobtain&gt;ttable, therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The result of this research proved that the problem-based learning model and audiovisual media that based on South Sumatera's local superiority to learning outcomes.

ABSTRACT This research had the purpose to find out the difference between the students’ learning outcomes which were taught by using NHT type of Cooperative Learning Method Assisted Video as Media and Lectures Method Assisted Video as Media as well as to find out how large the effect of NHT type of Cooperative Learning Method Assisted Video as Media in XI IPA class of SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Ambawang. This research was Quasi Experimental Research Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique was saturated sample based on the students’ daily tests scores. The techniques of data collection used measurement, indirect observation and direct communication techniques. The data analysis result showed that the mean score of experimental class (72.50) was higher compared to the mean score of control class which was 60.50. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test resultsshowed that one class did not distribute normally so that it was done the statistical analysis using U-mannwhitneytest which obtained 0.028. This result was smaller than α(0.05) which meant that there was difference between experimental and control class. The calculation of effect size showed the value of 0.54 in moderate category and referred to the table Z which obtained 20.54% value. It showed that NHT type of Cooperative Learning Method Assisted Video as Media gave effect on students’ learning outcomes.Keywords : Learning Outcomes, The Reaction Rate, Numbered Heads Together (NHT)

Trigonometry is a part of mathematics in learning that is related to angles. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of discovery learning methods in students' mathematical proof ability on trigonometry. The research method used in this study is quasi-experimental. The population in this study was the second semester of 2016/2017. The sample was 66 people who were determined by purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a mathematically proof ability test. Analysis of the data used is the t-test. The results of this study are (1) based on an average score of mathematical proof ability The student's mathematical proof ability in applying the Discovery Learning Method to trigonometry is not higher than the mathematical proof ability of students who do not use the discovery method (2) there is no significant influence in the application of learning methods Discovery in students' mathematical proofs on trigonometry.
