This study aims to analyze the role of BMT in poverty alleviation in the Cianjur Regency. The research method used quantitative data collection using a questionnaire from 100 BMT members and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. This article concludes that the poverty alleviation variable proxied by the income variable of BMT members is influenced by the real sector driving variable (providing financing) (t count 1.747, sig 0.045), business education to the community (t count 2.324, sig 0.006), Fund utilization Baitul Maal (t count 3,515, sig 0,000) and work motivation of members (t count 2,599, sig 0,000). Meanwhile, the variable of micro business empowerment/business assistance did not significantly affect the income of BMT members (t count -0.621, sig 0.536). Meanwhile, the R Square result is 0.643, which means that BMT members' variable income is influenced by the real sector driving variables, business education, fund utilization, work motivation, and business empowerment by 64.3 percent. In comparison, the remaining 35.7 percent is influenced by other variables. Thus, the conclusion of this study is members' perceptions of the existence and role of BMT in increasing community income to reduce poverty levels due to activities that are social, educational, and increase work motivation.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation and professional competence in improving the performance of Vocational High School teachers in Soppeng Regency, as well as which variables are most dominant in influencing the improvement of teacher performance. Researchers took a sample of 72 teachers from five vocational schools in Soppeng Regency with the sampling technique, namely random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that if the work motivation is higher, the teacher's performance will also increase. In addition, professional competence also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so that if professional competence is getting better, teacher performance will also increase. Researchers also found that work motivation is the most dominant variable affecting the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Keywords: Work Motivation, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan motivasi kerja dan kompetensi profesional dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Soppeng, serta variabel manakah yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 72 orang guru yang berasal dari lima SMK di Kabupaten Soppeng dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu dengan random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, artinya jika motivasi kerja semakin tinggi maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin meningkat. Disamping itu, kompetensi profesional juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga apabila kompetensi profesional semakin baik maka kinerja guru juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah. Third Party Funds (DPK) may affect the bank's budget. If third party funds increase, then the bank's budget will increase as well. If Third Party Funds decreases, it can weaken the operational activities of sharia banks. The growth of third party funds becomes very important, namely to provide greater financing to prospective customers and also for the development of people's economy, especially in the real sector. Sharia banks are expected to be contributors from financial institutions for economic growth as measured by the growth of the real sector. MSMEs in the Indonesian economy have a very important role in improving the competitiveness of microeconomics. The role of MSMEs is known as a sector that can absorb large labor nationally, accommodate the role of the poor in the economic structure, and is a potentially large sector that contributes to GDP. The government and related parties are obliged to take a leading position in encouraging this sector to grow better. So the economic development of society is getting better, poverty alleviation and unemployment problem can be solved well. Then third party funds in this case should be the concern of each sharia bank.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Perkembangan dunia perbankan syariah tidak lepas dari peran para nasabah yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap pihak perbankan untuk penyimpanan asset keuangannya. Faktanya banyak kelompok nasabah yang memutuskan untuk menjadi nasabah di perbankan syariah karena faktor religiusitasnya. Faktor lain yang dapat ikut mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah adalah kualitas produk. Di mana kualitas produk merupakan karakteristik yang melekat dari suatu produk. Kemungkinan yang terjadi bahwa kebanyakan nasabah pada perbankan syariah juga masih merupakan nasabah perbankan konvensional.Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan tingkat religiusitas nasabah terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya atau tidak di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan jumlah sampel 100 nasabah. Diperoleh hasil Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Berdasarkan uji F yang sudah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan religiusitas secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. Berdasarkan uji t yang sudah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa secara partial baik variabel kualitas produk maupun variabel religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menyimpan dananya di BSM Cabang Purwokerto. The progress of the Islamic bank cannot be separated from the role of its customers who give trust to the bank to deposit their financial assets. It is a fact many groups of customers decide to be the customers of the Islamic bank because of their religiosity. The other influences factor of a customer’s decision is the quality of the product. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and level of customers’ religiosity towards customers’ decision whether to keep their funds in Syariah Mandiri Bank, Branch of Purwokerto, or not. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample of 100 customers. The results indicate Y = 5,046 + 0,101X1 + 0,218X2. Based on F, it can be seen that both variables of product quality and religiosity simultanously affect the customers’ decision to keep theirfunds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto. Based on t test, it can be seen that independently, either variable of product quality or variables of religiosityinfluences the customers’ decision to keep their funds in BSM Branch of Purwokerto.

Abstract     Almsgiving is one of the pillars supporting the upholding of Islam as the obligation for the adherents to improve horizontal relations between fellow humans and strengthen vertical relations with Allah SWT. The implementation of Islamic Social Responsibility (ISR) of the Islamic Bank gives a positive assessment in sharia agreement, justice and equality, responsibility for work, welfare, guarantee of nature preservation and benevolent assistance that is not profit-oriented.Proper almsgiving management and ISR implementation make Islamic banks trusted by the public in terms of service quality, satisfaction and loyalty of Muzzaki. It reduces bad images, and provides relevant impacts on social welfare and the progress of the era. The data analysis used to test the hypotheses is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to Commissioners and Directors at 14 (fourteen) Islamic Commercial Banks spread throughout Indonesia. The result of this study shows partially prove the role of Islamic bank commissioners in the amsgiving management only, while the importance of the role of directors in Islamic banks in almsgiving management and the implementation of ISR partially. Keywords: Islamic Bank, Commissioners, Directors, Almsgiving and ISR

Every staff are stressed at work. Organizational interventions were more effective if they improve management including the organization must be paid attention to all nurse. Nurses’ job stress is one of the factors which influence competitiveness among hospitals. Some factors which directly influence nurses’ job stress are the level of work to family conflict, and work motivation. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of work to family conflict and motivation on nurses’ job stress at Wulan Windi Hospital. The research used descriptive quantitative and explanatory research method. The population was 54 nurses at Wulan Windi Hospital, and 43 of them were used as the samples, taken by using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was based on the criteria: the respondents had been married and had children. The data were gathered by conducting interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study. Interval scale was used for measuring scales and the data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis, while residual test and interaction test were used for moderating variable. The result of the research, in the first hypothesis, showed that, partially, work to family conflict had positive but significant influence on nurse’ job stress . The result of the second hypothesis showed that, partially, motivation had negative and significant influence on nurses’ job stress. The result of the third hypothesis showed that work to family conflict and motivation had significant influence on nurses’ job stress.  Keywords: Work to Family Conflict, Work Motivation, Nurses’ Job Stress

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. The aim of the article is to present the role of the financial system in economic growth and development. The first part presents the traditional understanding of the relationship between the economic system and economic growth. The second part presents the experience of financial crises and their impact on the conversation on the mutual relations between the financial sector and the real sector. The third part shows the role of the state in the financial system. The article describes the arrangement of interrelated financial institutions, financial markets and elements of the financial system infrastructure.  It shows what part of the economic system the financial system is, and whether it enables the provision of services allowing the circulation of purchasing power throughout the economy. The article presents the important role of the financial system, the role related to the transfer of capital from entities with savings to entities that need capital for investments. It shows the financial system as a set of logically related organizational forms, legal acts, financial institutions and other elements enabling entities to establish financial relations in the real sector and the financial sector, and this system forms the basis of activity for entities using money, enabling the conclusion of various economic transactions, in which money performs various functions. The article also presents the concept of a financial crisis as a situation in which there are rapid changes in the financial market, usually associated with insufficient liquidity or insolvency of banks or financial institutions, and as a result, a decrease in production or its deepening. The article also includes issues related to the impact of public authorities (state and local authorities) on the financial system in the economy.
