The construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities in China has begun to take effect. In view of the differences in the key points of different colleges and universities in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism, the quality evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism is particularly important. However, the quality evaluation mechanism is related to ability, fairness, and potential. It is essential to assume the effectiveness of moral education in college curriculum ideological and political education as the benchmark, adhere to positioning experts, teachers, and students as the key elements of the main body of the evaluation mechanism, as well as establish a diversified quality evaluation standard system based on the teaching management, infrastructure, and moral education effectiveness. Building a scientific and multi-dimensional quality evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and universities would promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in courses.

Collaborative innovation, with universities as the main body, is an important foundation for deepening the cooperation between industry, universities, and research institutes. Taking the collaborative innovation of five universities in Japan Shikoku area as an example, this paper summarizes the content of collaborative innovation in colleges and universities. The Shikoku SICO, which is established by government, is set to integrate the resource of university, enterprises, industry, and government, expand and broaden the knowledge chain, and promote knowledge flow and value realization through knowledge gathering and diffusion, knowledge dissemination and sharing, and knowledge transfer and application. Based on SICO's collaborative innovation mode of the Japan Shikoku area, five universities have established a virtuous circle of knowledge, capital, and talents, forming a collaborative innovation ecosystem characterized by symbiosis. From an ecology perspective, this paper establishes a regional collaborative innovation symbiotic system, which is characterized by knowledge, with the components of producer, consumer, decomposer, and catalyzer. Finally, from the perspective of constructing symbiosis system, this paper puts forward the experience of colleges and universities in Japan in terms of knowledge dissemination, knowledge transfer, and knowledge gathering.

As a new educational concept and practice, innovation and entrepreneurship education has attracted enough attention in global adult colleges and universities. Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education and training innovation and entrepreneurship talents are the new requirements of innovation and development for the country’s innovation construction, the realistic choice of innovation for traditional education and accelerating the reform and development of adult colleges and universities, the inevitable requirement of improving the quality of graduates, and the promotion of College Students’ integration into the tide of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, based on the era background of “mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation”, taking the cultivation of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” as the goal, this paper discusses the construction method of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system with ability as the core, students as the main body and market as the guide, and puts forward that it is necessary to update the educational concept, correctly position the training goal, and formulate and improve the entrepreneurship curriculum. We should reform the talent evaluation system of adult colleges and universities, strengthen the power of entrepreneurship and innovation mentors, and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Under the background of the new era, great changes have taken place in the teaching mode of our country, and all kinds of creative teaching strategies emerge as the times require. In order to construct an efficient classroom and ensure the rational allocation and utilization of teaching resources, teachers must adhere to the central position of students in the process of carrying out classroom teaching practice, clarify the individual differences of students, and fully consider the influencing factors of various details from the point of view of students. In order to better promote the improvement of teaching quality and teaching level, to ensure that every student can learn something, learn to achieve success. However, combined with the relevant practical investigation, it is not difficult to find that long-term examination-oriented education leads to some teaching classics. In the course of carrying out the classroom teaching practice, the teacher who is not under test directly uses the learning of the basic knowledge of the simple theory as the main body, and puts the core energy in the indoctrination and the teaching of the theoretical knowledge, which seriously restricts the individual growth and development of the students, and ignores the individual difference of the students, The result is that the efficiency and quality of the classroom teaching are declining continuously, some of the teaching resources are wasted directly, which is especially obvious in the course of the practice of English teaching in colleges and universities. Sperm of decapod crustaceans are formed by a round or cup-shaped body, a complex acrosome and one a few appendages emerging from the main body. Although this sperm does not have motility, it has some components of the cytoskeleton like microtubules, which are found inside the appendages. Actin filaments have been found in the spike of penaeidae sperms. The actual participation of the crustacean decapod sperm cytoskeleton during fertilization is not well understood. Actin is supposed to play an active role in drawing the penaeidae shrimp sperm closer to the egg after bending of the spike. The present study was aimed at the localization of actin filaments in sperm of the Robinson Crusoe island lobster, Jasus frontalis and in the crayfish Orconectes propincus, by fluorescent probes and low voltage scanning electron microscopy.
