With the rapid development of information technology, a scientific theory is brought by the rapid progress of science and technology. The advancement of science and technology of the impact on every field, changing the mode of transmission of information, the advent of big data for promotion and dissemination of resources played their part, let more and more people benefit. In the context of cloud computing, big data ushered in another upsurge of development and growth. Given this, the live broadcast training platform, which focuses on enterprise staff training and network education, arises at the right moment. People favor its convenience, real-time performance, and high efficiency. However, the low-value density of big data and cloud computing’s security problem has difficulties constructing a live broadcast training platform. In this paper, the live broadcast training platform’s structure is improved by constructing three modules: the live training module based on cloud computing, the user recommendation module based on big data, and the security policy guarantee module. In addition, to ensure that the trainees can receive training anytime and anywhere, this paper uses wireless communication technology to ensure the quality and speed of all users’ live video sources.

The present work serves to improve the stable cooperation relationship among subjects of supply chain such as enterprises, farmers, intermediary organizations, and retailers and enhance the governance and optimization of agricultural product supply chain, thus strengthening the competitiveness of China’s agricultural industry. The supply chain governance of agricultural products is taken as the research object. Initially, the stabilities of two supply chain organization modes, “company and farmer” and “company, intermediary organization and farmer,” are analyzed by static game analysis. Then, based on the above analysis and the characteristics of blockchain institutional technology, a detailed analyzation is made on the mechanism of supply chain of agricultural products governance based on blockchain technology. Finally, the functional framework of agricultural supply chain governance is designed based on the basic framework of blockchain technology, and analyzation is made on the trust mechanism and contract mechanism of agricultural supply chain governance based on blockchain technology. The research results show that problems such as information and cognitive constraints in agricultural supply chain governance cannot be completely solved only through the evolution of blockchain organizational structure and the supply of governance mechanism, and speculative behavior will still appear. Optimizing the governance of supply chain of agricultural products based on blockchain technology can realize the transformation of its governance scenario. Meanwhile, the blockchain technologies such as deintermediation, demistrust, and intelligent contract play an important role in the process of agricultural supply chain governance, which can make it change in many aspects such as organization mode, application operation, and governance mechanism. The rapid development of new generation information technologies such as blockchain, the Internet of Things, and computer technology makes it possible to comprehensively digitize economic activities such as production and transaction in the supply chain of agricultural products. The present work combines the technical logic of blockchain digital governance with the institutional logic of agricultural product supply chain governance and tries to solve the instability problems caused by imperfect organization, lack of trust, and incomplete contract in agricultural product supply chain governance with the characteristics of blockchain such as deintermediation, demistrust, and intelligent contract.

The rapid development of cloud computing, big data, AI, BI and other information technologies has accelerated the process of enterprise modernization and informatization. The combination of computer technology and management science promoted the formation of modern enterprise management technology. Especially in today’s era of big data, in the face of massive data, how to quickly and accurately find out the required information, analyze the memory relation of data, find out the inherent business law hidden under massive information, and provide an important reference for enterprises to make business decisions and seek for market opportunities. A methodology that exhibits fuzzy TOPSIS model has been incorporated in this study. Fuzzy weights and fuzzy judgment about the management systems have employed to estimate the scores of evaluation. In order to solve this problem, this paper integrates independent ERP and BI, and studies and develops a marketing management system by using advanced technologies such as data warehouse, online analysis and data mining; The system extracts useful data from ERP data sources, and analyzes the internal rules and statistical results that can be used to guide the enterprise’s actions, so as to effectively improve the enterprise’s competitiveness.

Abstract. The article studies the state and trends of agricultural development in Ukraine. Agriculture today is one of the leading sectors of the Ukrainian economy, as well as that agricultural products are the main ones regarding its foreign trade. At the same time, there are a number of problems that hinder the effective development of agriculture, ranging from outdated material and technical base at enterprises to a significant share of imported agricultural products, that are present on the market, and the prices of which are lower than of the Ukrainian products. The findings of the article prove that in 2019, compared to other years, the share of unprofitable agricultural enterprises increased. In addition, there was a decrease in the level of profitability for all types of agricultural products. It is noted that practical implementation of effective management tools allows enterprises to reduce the size of possible losses and the likelihood of emerging crisis situations, to improve the adaptability of enterprises and to strengthen their competitive positions in the market.  The study identifies that the activity of agricultural enterprises is complicated by competition, which requires the production of products that are in demand. In order to prevent crisis, enterprises should use marketing management that involves managing all general and individual functions of the enterprise, as well as all its units on the basis of marketing. In addition, marketing management involves the orientation of the entire management system of the enterprise to pleasure the needs of consumers. It is established that commercial efficiency and social impact will be achieved as a result of effective use of marketing management in the activities of agricultural enterprises. The list of procedures, with the help of which marketing management at the enterprise can be formed, is investigated. The guidelines for marketing management at agricultural enterprise have been developed, which together will help meet the needs of consumers, gain new competitive advantages, and, as a consequence, increase the profitability and competitiveness of the enterprise.   Keywords: marketing management, agricultural enterprises, crisis, profitability, competitiveness. Agricultural products need to be inspected for quality and safety, and the issue of safety of agricultural products caused by quality is frequently investigated. Safety testing should be carried out before agricultural products are consumed. The existing technologies for inspecting agricultural products are time-consuming and require complex operation, and there is motivation to develop a rapid, safe, and non-destructive inspection technology. In recent years, with the continuous progress of THz technology, THz spectral imaging, with the advantages of its unique characteristics, such as low energies, superior spatial resolution, and high sensitivity to water, has been recognized as an efficient and feasible identification tool, which has been widely used for the qualitative and quantitative analyses of agricultural production. In this paper, the current main performance achievements of the use of THz images are presented. In addition, recent advances in the application of THz spectral imaging technology for inspection of agricultural products are reviewed, including internal component detection, seed classification, pesticide residues detection, and foreign body and packaging inspection. Furthermore, machine learning methods applied in THz spectral imaging are discussed. Finally, the existing problems of THz spectral imaging technology are analyzed, and future research directions for THz spectral imaging technology are proposed. Recent rapid development of THz spectral imaging has demonstrated the advantages of THz radiation and its potential application in agricultural products. The rapid development of THz spectroscopic imaging combined with deep learning can be expected to have great potential for widespread application in the fields of agriculture and food engineering.

In a market economy, the role of customs payments is great and their functions are diverse. These functions are closely related to the country's economy. To fulfill the fiscal function, the customs authorities transfer to the budget an amount that is approximately 30-35% of the total income of our state, more precisely, it goes to the budget with over 42 billion soms per year. Also, in order to protect domestic producers, the domestic market and preserve the stability of the country, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic issues appropriate decrees aimed at regulating the import and export of goods by increasing or decreasing the rates of import customs duties. This is the protectionist function of customs payments. Examples are the introduction of regulations on imported sugar products, the introduction of customs duties on agricultural products - corn, barley. The accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the WTO in 1998 created favorable conditions for the rapid development of foreign trade. On this basis, the number of agreements concluded by foreign trade entrepreneurs of the Kyrgyz Republic with foreign partners is growing every year. This, of course, will strengthen the Kyrgyz Republic's ties with foreign countries and strengthen the unity of the two peoples.

In recent years, with the Chinese government’s emphasis on the development of the cold chain logistics market for fresh agricultural products, the rapid development of agricultural cold chain logistics has been promoted in many aspects. However, in the circulation of fresh agricultural products, there is still a serious problem of “broken chain” leading to a high corrosion rate. Therefore, this research has analyzed the uncertain factors affecting the cold chain distribution system based on fault tree model, and then transform it into Bayesian network to evaluate the reliability of the cold chain distribution system for fresh agricultural product, and identify the key factors affecting the reliability of the cold chain distribution system through calculated probability importance of each node. Then we have constructed nonlinear equations with the limit of the cost, based on reliability allocation method to improve the system reliability. Numerical examples are given to validate the proposed models. The optimization result shows that higher reliability value assigned to the factors with high probability importance is more conducive to the improvement of system reliability.
