This study aims to determine the effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction. This study uses an explanatory analysis approach, meaning that each variable presented in the hypothesis will be observed by testing the causal relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The population in this study were customers of PT. Nureka Bintang Abadi. While the sample used includes 60 company customers who make purchases. The results showed that emotional marketing had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Marketing strategy has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Emotional marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Marketing strategy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on direct purchasing decisions is smaller than through customer satisfaction. In this case, it can be said that customer satisfaction is an intervening variable.

Rosela (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is used for drinks because it contains organic acids, polysaccharides, and flavonoids that are useful in preventing cancer, controlling blood pressure, promoting blood circulation, and promoting defecation, so it is feasible to be developed. Teaching Factory Tegalampel Bondowoso Processing Division of the PP Negeri 1 Vocational School captures the potential for the development of rosella by producing Minrose processed products, ready-to-drink and healthy packaging drinks from Rosela flowers as one of the superior products suitable for consumption for all people. Sales fluctuations assume that managers need to conduct studies by conducting price policies and building positive perceptions about product quality through customer satisfaction for purchasing decisions. Researchers used samples to consumers or buyers of Minrose products at the age of 15 to 60 as many as 70 people. This study uses path analysis analysis method that shows the results that the price affects consumer satisfaction (ρX1.Z = 0.387 with Sign. 0.001), product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction (ρX2.Z = 0.294 with Sign. 0.009), the price has no effect on purchasing decision (ρX1.Y = 0.046 with Sign. 0.630 and Indirect effect = 0.157 and Total Coefficient = 0.203), product quality affects purchasing decisions (ρX2.Y = 0.457 with Sign. 0,000 and Indirect effect = 0.117 and Total Coefficient = 0.576 ), consumer satisfaction affects the purchasing decision (ρZ.Y = 0.407 with Sign. 0,000) Minrose products at the Teaching Factory of the Processing Division of SMK PP Negeri 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso.

<p>The research aims to know and identify: (1) The positive influence of product diversity on purchasing decisions, (2) The positive influence of price diversity on consumer buying decisions, (3) positive influence on the promotion of decisions Consumer Purchase, (4) positive influence of location against consumer purchase decisions, (5) positive influence of product diversity to consumer satisfaction through consumer buying decisions, (6) positive influence of price diversity towards consumer satisfaction Through consumer purchase decisions, (7) positive influence of promotion to consumer satisfaction through consumer purchase decisions, (8) positive influence of location towards consumer satisfaction through consumer buying decisions, and (9) positive influence Decision to purchase customer satisfaction. Research conducted at the Transmart Carrefour Plaza Medan Fair. Types of research is quantitative research with research methods is a survey method.  The population in this research is the consumer Transmart Carrefour Plaza Medan Fair as much as 100 respondents.  The data collection instruments used are polls. The analysis of the data used is path analysis. Research findings Show: (1) There is a positive influence of product diversity on consumer purchasing decisions with a coefficient of 0.204 so that it can be determined that a variation of 20.40% in the purchase decision is decided by Diversity of products, (2) there is a positive influence on the price diversity of consumer purchasing decisions with a coefficient of 0.297, so that it can be determined that a variation of 29.70% on the purchase decision is defined by a diversity of prices, (3) There is a positive influence on the promotion to the consumer purchase decision with a coefficient of 0.175, so it can be determined that a variation of 17.50% on the purchase decision set by the promotion, (4) there is a positive influence of location To the consumer purchase decision with a coefficient of 0.327, so it can be determined that a variation of 32.70% on the purchase decision is defined by an easily accessible location factor, (5) There is a positive influence of product diversity to customer satisfaction through a consumer purchase decision with a coefficient of 0.128 so that it can be determined that a variation of 12.80% on consumer satisfaction is defined by factors Product diversity through consideration of the purchasing decision factor, (6) There is a positive influence of price diversity towards consumer satisfaction through the decision of consumer purchase by coefficient. Amounting to 0.148 so that it can be determined that a variation of 14.80% on consumer satisfaction is defined by the price diversity factor through consideration of the purchase decision Factor, (7) there is a positive influence promotion to customer satisfaction Through a consumer purchase decision with a coefficient of 0.157 so that it can be determined that a variation of 15.70% on consumer satisfaction is defined by the promotion factor through consideration of the purchasing decision factor, (8) There is a positive influence on location to customer satisfaction through the decision of consumer purchase with a coefficient of 0.114 so that it can be determined that a variation of 11.40% in consumer satisfaction is defined by the location factor through Decision factor considerations, and (9) there is a positive influence on purchasing decisions positively affect the customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.548 so that it can be interpreted that there is a variation of 54.80% on satisfaction Determined by the purchasing decision factor.</p>

Pertamax is a non-subsidized fuel PT. Pertamina (Persero) and the company's biggest challenge is to change the buying pattern of people in order to switch from Premium to Pertamax. To change the buying pattern of a company's society should look at consumer behavior as well as the attributes contained in the product in order to provide satisfaction and re-purchase decisions. These attributes are product quality and promotion. This research aims to determine the quality of products and promotions positively and significantly affect consumer satisfaction, knowing product quality, promotion, and customer satisfaction positively and significantly towards purchasing decisions, and product quality and promotions have a positive and significant effect on the re-purchase decision through consumer satisfaction of Pertamax in the Makassar city. The population in this study was the consumer of Pertamax in the town of Makassar, which was designated 100 samples of respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and observation studies, using path analysis techniques.  The results of the product quality are positive and significant to customer satisfaction. Promotions have a positive and insignificant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. The quality of products directly has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions. Directly promotion is positive and insignificant to repurchase decisions. The quality of products indirectly through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence over the repurchase decision. Indirectly promotion through consumer satisfaction had a positive but insignificant influence on the repurchase decision of Pertamax in Makassar city.

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi, the effect purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction smartphone Xiaomi, the effect of product quality and brand image to satisfaction consumers smartphones Xiaomi, and the effect of product quality and brand image together on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi and customer satisfaction. This research is classified in research exspost facto. Its population is a student at the Faculty of Economics University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa that are currently using or have used a smartphone Xiaomi and samples for the study of 100 people. Methods of data collection is done by using the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis were supported by detrminan coefficient F test and T, and classical assumption test consisting of multicoloniarity, heterocedasticity test, and test for normality and path analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product does not affect the purchase decision Xiaomi smartphone, brand image influence on purchase decisions Xiaomi smartphone. Product quality, brand image affects customer satisfaction while purchasing decisions do not affect the Xiaomi smartphone customer satisfaction. Taken together the product quality and brand image influence on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction Xiaomi smartphone. This study aims to determine the effect of ethnocentrism and brand image on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Design / methodology / approach: This research is a type of explanatory research and the technique used in this research is path analysis using SPSS 25 software. The primary data used are questionnaires and interviews with 100 respondents using incidental techniques. Findings: The results of the study concluded that ethnocentrism and brand image influence purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction as intervening variables. And simultaneously it also shows that ethnocentrism and brand image influence consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. The brand image variable has a greater influence on consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions than the ethnocentrism variable.

Though a lot of studies have been done to conclude customer loyalty as dependent variable but still there is a vast margin of researches to be conducted in future in different spheres of this construct. On the other hand the truth of the importance of customer loyalty as an enduring asset cannot be falsified. It is fundamental for organizations to build up long term and mutual beneficial associations with the customers. The purpose of this research paper is to show the inter relationship of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. According to the observations reputation is the major independent variable that has significant relationship with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and trust. Data for this research study was taken from the Islamia University, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, and different banks located at various geographic locations of Bahawalpur region of Pakistan. Data was collected through self administered questionnaire and analyzed by using regression through SPSS. The results have been drawn from 150 users of NISHAT LINEN and it was found that there is positive and significant relationship among reputation, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. Hence the studies give the positive sign that with the increment of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust the customer loyalty enhances.

A B S T R A C TThe research objective is to determine the effect of: marketing mix variables(product, price, location and promotion) on purchasing decision variables,marketing mix variables on customer satisfaction variables, purchasing decisionvariables on customer satisfaction variables at Royal Garden Residence Balihousing with purchase decisions as a mediating variable. . This research wasconducted in the city of Bali, with the object of research being the residentialconsumers of Royal Garden Residence Bali as the population in this study, with asample size of 150 respondents and using random sampling techniques. The datacollection method is in the form of an online questionnaire via google form andwhatsaap due to the situation in Indonesia which is currently being hit by theCovid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicate that respondents have a goodperception of the variable marketing mix, purchase decisions and post-purchasesatisfaction Royal Garden Residence Bali. This is because the average value for allresearch variables is greater than 4 on the Likert scale. The results showed that themarketing mix variable both simultaneously and partially had a positive andsignificant effect on housing purchase decisions and the marketing mix variablehad a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on consumersatisfaction after purchasing Royal Garden Residence Bali housing, and purchasingdecisions had a positive and significant effect. significant on consumer satisfactionafter purchasing the Royal Garden Residence Bali housing. Then the research alsoproves that there is an indirect influence of the marketing mix variable on consumersatisfaction after purchasing the Royal Garden Residence Bali housing through thepurchase decision. Promotion is the most dominant variable in increasingconsumer purchasing decisions for Royal Garden Residence Bali housing.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variable Service Quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy both simultaneously and partially on the dependent variable Consumer Satisfaction. And want to know the dominant variables that affect Consumer Satisfaction. The data used is the result of distributing questionnaires to respondents who used the services of PT. Kaltrabu Indah Banjarmasin. The sample selection technique is Accindental Sampling with a total of 60 consumers. Data processing techniques using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The results showed that simultaneously the variables Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variables of PT. Kaltrabu Indah Banjarmasin Branch of 25,515. Partially only the Reliability variable 3,177 (Sig.0,002), Guarantee 2,340 (Sig. 0,023) and Empathy 2,661 (0,010) affect the customer satisfaction of PT. Kaltrabu Indah Banjarmasin. While the Physical Evidence variable 1.983 (Sig. 0.053) and Responsiveness 0.901 (Sig.0.372) did not significantly influence the consumer satisfaction of PT. Kaltrabu Indah Banjarmasin. The dominant influential variable is Reliability with a Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0.415, meaning that according to consumers' perception the reliability factor becomes something that is considered very important in an effort to create customer satisfaction when using the services of PT. Kaltrabu Indah Banjarmasin. Referring to the terminated Coefficient (R Square) of 0.703, the customer satisfaction of PT. Kaltrabu Indah Banjarmasin of 70.3% is influenced by physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables. While the remaining 29.7% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

The number ofvery tight competition makes Lollypop ShopSurabaya as one of the distributions that are inneed of designing the right marketing strategy.The purpose of this study was to determine theeffect of 4P marketing mix variables consistingof products, price, place and promotion ofpurchasing decisions and customer loyalty asa consideration of business owners indetermining marketing strategies. Dataanalysis was performed using the StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM) method whichinvolved 120 respondents obtained from thepurposive sampling method. The results of theanalysis show that product and promotionvariables have a positive and significant effecton purchasing decisions. Price and placevariables have a positive but not significanteffect on product purchasing decisions.Product variable is the variable that mostinfluences the purchasing decision of LollypopShop Surabaya products with product variantsas the indicators most desired by consumers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on the decision to purchase Kaluna Living pillows with brand awareness as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 96 Kaluna Living consumers, where the non-probability technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The independent variable was the promotion mix, while the dependent variables were brand awareness and purchasing decisions. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) path analysis using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; the promotion mix had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; and brand awareness was able to mediate part of the influence of the promotion mix on the purchasing decisions with a VAF value of 30.3%.
