<span><em>The importance of prividing capacity women farmer in the agricultural </em><span><em>sector bring a great impact on the development of the Indonesia’s agricultural </em><span><em>sector. This articles written to give a description of how the role of women in the </em><span><em>development of the agricultural sector. A qualitative approach trough a method of </em><span><em>participation action reseacrh used to obtain the image and problem solving faced. It </em><span><em>will provide understanding in more well of potential for development agriculture </em><span><em>in various line including potential for development entrepreneurship based </em><span><em>agriculture by women. This research result indicates that the woman’s role in efforts </em><span><em>to improve the development of the agricultural sector through the development of </em><span><em>entrepreneurial-based agriculture is very high. The importance of increasing the </em><span><em>capacity of peasant women in the agricultural sector to be very needed in order to </em><span><em>the development of agriculture especially for smal-medium scale of farming.</em></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br /></span>

This research was conducted to discover the relationship between Islamic crowd investing and agriculture by exploring and analyzing the Islamic crowd-investing platform, and to describe the importance and benefits of sustainable agriculture in Indonesia. Funding platforms for agriculture are still relatively small in Indonesia. However, the potential for this sector is still very high due to the large number of demands and a large market. A systematic literature review with a qualitative approach research method was used in this study, specifically to review the literature retrieved from computerized databases, manual search, and authoritative texts related to Islamic crowd-investing and sustainable agriculture. This study showed a strong relationship explaining that financial technology, such as Islamic crowd-investing, has an important role not only in terms of funding, but also in achieving sustainable agriculture, which will have an impact on the environment that may potentiate the agricultural sector itself.JEL Classification: O13, Q14How to Cite:Purnamasari, I., & Kassim, S. This study aims to determine the provisions of the role of women as female workers in the perspective of Islamic law, and the provisions of the role of women as female workers from the perspective of positive Indonesian law. The type of research used is field research using a qualitative approach. The data collection instrument use is the interview and observation studies. This study uses descriptive analytic. The results of this study indicate that The role of women as female workers in the perspective of Islamic law is basically permissible, due to seeking the living to fulfill the means of life is the right and obligation of both men and women as long as a wife does not neglect her obligations to her husband and children. The role of women as female workers  in the perspective of positive Indonesian law is also permissible, because a woman is able to carry out activities both inside and outside the employment relationship to produce goods or services to meet their own needs and community needs.

Problem Solving is the first competency needed in the era of Industry 4.0”or the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) according to the World EconomicForum 2016. This study aimed: 1) to measure student’s problem solvingskill in University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor, and 2) to explore howUniversity of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor with its boarding systemeducation inculcate problem solving skill to its students. This studyemployed a qualitative approach with case study as a research design. Thedata were collected by questionnaire, observation, interview, anddocumentary method. They were analysed using interactive analysis modelconsisting three components; data reduction, data presentation, andconclusion or data verification which is done together with the process ofcollecting data interactively by cycle process.The study found that: 1) moststudents of University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor have considerabledegree of problem solving skill, and 2) the skill was inculcated throughlearning process in the classroom, various activities within studentorganization and a large number of assignments and tasks that students haveto fulfil.

Activities that are followed by each child in their environment, have an impact that will be remembered until adulthood.  The women who surround the children's environment have a role in shaping the character of a child, leading to adolescent life to adulthood.  This study aims to explain the resilience of a child in participating in religious activities.  In this study, using a naturalistic qualitative approach, with locations in Rejomulyo Hamlet, Sarimulyo Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency.  To collect the data used observation methods and document analysis.  In testing the validity of the data, it was measured using the triangulation technique of sources, methods, extending observation time, checking with peers through discussion, and member-checking.  Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, data display and conclusion drawing.  The various kinds of situations and conditions that children have in the environment guided by the intensive role of women in increasing children's resilience are very significant.  Children get knowledge about obligations and sunnah in Islamic teachings and also socialize with the environment.  A child is able to understand that every problem that every child has has a way to increase resilience so that he is able to overcome every problem at hand.  The result of the role of women in accustoming religious activities to children is that they have increased resilience for a child.

The role of a woman is very important not only to take care of domestic life, but almost all activities in various sectors including farming, achievement motivation can lead a woman to succeed in living her life, but there is also within a woman the fear of success. This study aims: (1) To analyze the effect of achievement motivation on the performance of farmer women in Ngkaringkaring Village; (2) To analyze the effect of fear of success on the performance of women farmers in Ngkaringkaring Village; (3) To analyze the influence of achievement motivation and fear of success together on the performance of farmer women in Ngkaringkaring Village. This type of research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis The population of this study were all farm women who worked in the agricultural sector, amounting to 125 people. The sample of this study was 92 respondents. The results showed that the significant value for the variable of achievement motivation and fear of success on the performance of peasant women in the Seke Subak organization both partial and simultaneous tests gave a significant value smaller than 0.005, so there was an influence, but the fear of success had an influence and was marked negative. This is influenced by the dominance of the family of the peasant woman who requires not taking too long to take care of work outside the home.

This study focuses on the importance of media literacy for women, this is because women are the main characters in a family, the young generation of quality born of the important role of women. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological research methods. The results showed that the low culture of literacy in women, which can ultimately result in terbiasanya children watch the action Kekeran and low values of humanist obtained children from an early age, resulting in the shift of the culture and behavior of the young generation that is far from the value of -the value of religion and society.

This article studies the role of women of the Tablighi Jamaat, a transnational Islamic propagation movement, in the process of Islamic propagation (da’wah) in Indonesia. It aims to analyze the role played by female followers of Tablighi Jamaat in developing da’wah by focusing on the role of nyai (female family members of a religious leader of traditional Islamic learning institution [pesantren]) in developing masturah da’wah in Pesantren Al-Fatah and Temboro Village. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand how nyai of Pesantren Al-Fatah were involved in da’wah activities in Temboro. The required data were collected through observation and interviews. The findings show that like their spouses who were obliged to go for da’wah in the form of khuruj, female followers of Tablighi Jamaat of Pesantren Temboro were assigned to conduct da’wah through masturah, a form of Islamic propagation which was only targeted on, organized and attended by the women of Tablighi Jamaah in Temboro with strict rules such the obligation of wearing face veils for all participants. Nyai of Pesantren Al-Fatah initiated, led, and developed masturah so that Tablighi Jamaat has attracted more followers and religious students and Temboro has experienced significant changes in social, religious, and economic aspects.

The factors that cause the students have deviating behaviour in school. The research uses qualitative approach because it is in line with the statement of problem, the objective of study, and significances of the study. Therefore, the technique of data collection is based on interview, observation, and documentation. Finally, the research result in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 Batola says that any kinds of students’ deviating behavior illustrate the lowness of morality. It needs the serious attention from the stakeholder of school, parents, and society in order to form the personality in line with goals of national education. In a word, the research result ends that there have been students’ deviating behavior (1) because the role of parents are minus in guiding and controlling their children, (2) because the situation of home does not support the implimentation of education, (3) because the environment does not support the implimentation of education, (4) because of effect of media, such as TV, internet, and entertainment, and (5) because of no figure from the teachers. Because of such previous findings, it is important to make suggestions whether for the parents or the teachers. It means that program for making students get accustomed to the values of togetherness and nationalism in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 is very necessary. The teachers and parents surely are the models for the students to develop their competences in character building.   Key words: The role of school, the of constructing, character , the students’ deviating behavior

The cross sector inequality puts farmers in Sumedang on the lowest level of welfare. Agricultural institutions, specifically the Women Farmer Group is formed to increase the level of farmer’s family welfare through women as the booster. The aim of starting KWT Mekar Arum is to relieve poverty which is the main social problem in Margaluyu Village, Tanjungsari Sub-district,  Sumedang Regency. This research is intended to describe its role on increasing the level of the member’s family welfare. It is a qualitative designed research with a case study method. The research result shows that the group has a social role for its members. Facilitation in production input, capital, and marketing are carried out by the group in working its role on developing member’s businesses. By joining the group, increase in welfare occurs in terms of income, health, and education of the KWT Mekar Arum.

The aim of this research is try to determine the role of Denny Sumargo as a sports ambassador in persuading his followers to participate in physical exercising. Afterwards, this research applied the two-step flow communication theory by Katz and Lazarsfeld. For the method, it uses a qualitative approach with descriptive characteristic. The results found that the Public Relations role that Denny Sumargo undertakes is that of an expert prescriber, communications facilitator, and problem solving process facilitator. However, it can be concluded that there is still a lack of awareness towards the importance of healthy living through exercising and the weak delivery of the message to society.
