The aim of this research is try to determine the role of Denny Sumargo as a sports ambassador in persuading his followers to participate in physical exercising. Afterwards, this research applied the two-step flow communication theory by Katz and Lazarsfeld. For the method, it uses a qualitative approach with descriptive characteristic. The results found that the Public Relations role that Denny Sumargo undertakes is that of an expert prescriber, communications facilitator, and problem solving process facilitator. However, it can be concluded that there is still a lack of awareness towards the importance of healthy living through exercising and the weak delivery of the message to society.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) DPRD dalam menjaga kinerja dan citra DPRD Kabupaten Bima. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dalam menjalankan perannya  Humas membangun hubungan fungsional dengan Publik secara kelembagaan dengan menjalin kemitraan dengan media massa, cetak, maupun online dengan melalui kerjasama advetorial dan Parlementaria dalam rangka pemuatan berita-berita kegiatan DPRD.  Humas juga berupaya meng-counter issue (berita hoax) yang beredar di masyarakat atau di media massa dengan cepat, kemudian menerbitkan informasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan DPRD Kabupaten Bima serta mengupayakan pelayanan melalui media center dengan memberdayakan Akun media sosial milik DPRD. Humas juga berperan membentuk hubungan Sub-sistem dengan Publik, melalui tiga pendekatan yaitu sebagai penasehat ahli (Expert prescriber), sebagai fasilitator proses pemecahan masalah (Problem Solving Procces Facilitator), dan  teknisi komunikasiAbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of Public Relations (PR) DPRD in maintaining the performance and image of the DPRD Bima Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that in carrying out its role, Public Relations builds functional relationships with the public institutionally by establishing partnerships with mass, print, and online media through advetorial and parliamentary cooperation in the context of posting news on DPRD activities. Public Relations also tries to counter issues (hoax news) circulating in the community or in the mass media quickly, then publishes information and documentation of the Bima Regency DPRD activities and seeks services through the media center by empowering the DPRD's social media accounts. Public relations also plays a role in forming Sub-system relationships with the public, through three approaches, namely as an expert advisor (Expert prescriber), as a facilitator of the problem solving process (Problem Solving Process Facilitator), and a communication technician.

One of the PR activities is promotion, in this case public relations must promote tourism potential spread throughout the province of West Sumatra. West Sumatra area is very rich in tourist destinations, it is unfortunate if the promotion is carried out by certain parties who have high awareness of the tourism potential of West Sumatra. But today, new media is not only used in the fields of journalism, politics, marketing, but has also penetrated the world of public relations. Therefore, in this study the results of the study found that the role of public relations in managing social media as a medium for promoting tourism in Sumatra is in accordance with the role of public relations stated by Dozier and Broom, which plays a role as Communication Facilitator, Communication Technician, Problem Solving Process Facilitator, with Constraints faced by West Sumatra Province Public Relations in using social media in the promotion of tourism is in terms of the effectiveness of social media management, it is seen that the potential and condition of the HR officers of the Public Relations Bureau that are available, compared to the workload of the Public Relations Bureau, is felt to be inadequate.

Based on the theoretical frameworks of situational crisis communication theory (SCCT) and person-centered messages (PCMs), this interdisciplinary study conducted a 2 x 3 experiment to examine the role of PCMs in crisis management on social media. Our findings suggest that crisis type (victim, preventable) has an effect on people’s perceptions/reactions toward an organization and that PCM levels (low, medium, and high person-centered messages) in crisis communication on social media influence organizational reputation and participants’ intention to post negative feedback about the organization in crisis. We suggest that when organizations are responding to crisis online, they provide additional attention to the interpersonal dynamics of those interactions. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

Abstrak: Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Pamekasan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang tetap eksis di Pulau Madura. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya siswa yang mendaftar disana, juga prestasi-prestasi yang didapatkan oleh MTsN 3 Pamekasan menjadi perhatian tersendiri bagi para orang tua untuk menjadikan madrasah ini sebagai lembaga pendidikan rujukan yang digemari. Melihat fenomena ini peneliti merasa tertarik untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran public relations dan strategi public relations dalam peningkatan capacity building. Penelitian ini menggunakan pnedekatan kualitatif dekskrpitif. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dengan public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan, kepala madrasah, guru-guru, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan peran public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan adalah menjalin komunikasi dengan publik, pembentuk identitas dan mengenalkan madrasah. Adapun strategi public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan dalam peningkatan capacity building yakni merealisasikan human communications (membangun komunikasi dengan public internal dan eksternal. Kemudian media communications seperti website resmi, media partner, aplikasi whatsapp, facebook dan twitter. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) 3 Pamekasan is one of the educational institutions that still exist on Madura island. This is evidenced by the large number of students who have registered there, as well as the achievements obtained by MTsN 3 Pamekasan which are a special concern for parents to make this madrasah a popular reference educational institution. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers are interested in examining the role of public relations and public relations strategies in increasing capacity building. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection procedures used in the form of interviews with public relations MTsN 3 Pamekasan, head of madrasah, teachers, and the community. The results of this study indicate the role of public relations at MTsN 3 Pamekasan is to establish communication with the public, form identity and introduce madrasah. The MTsN 3 Pamekasan public relations strategy is to increase capacity building, namely realizing human communications (building communication with the internal and external public. Then the media communications such as official websites, media partners, whatsapp applications, facebook and twitter.

This study focuses PR government that has a function as an expert Presciber and Problem Solving Process Facilitator in strengthening the Government Relations function itself. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method, this research was conducted at the office of the Public Relations Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Last data collection techniques dept interviews using a semi-structured interview, Determination Key Person who used informants in this study taking into-hatikan level of concordance (relevance) between the position / positions and Keter-informant involvement in the process of public information disclosure. The results showed the PR Bureau does not fulfill the role as an expert prescriber in the activities he does. Meanwhile, the role of problem solving process facilitator nothing visible in the PR Bureau, this is because the PR Bureau has not run verification and inventory information to be discussed by senior management. Suggestion of this study Public Relations Bureau of South Kalimantan province can utilize the human resources that already exist to have the ability to perform tasks as a public relations major government and PPID in South Kalimantan province, given the uneven coordination between the Bureau of Public Relations section. The next PR Bureau should be possible to plan a program of activities and their sustainable strategies for the acceleration of public disclosure. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus deskriptif, Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Biro Humas Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data terakhir yakni wawancara mendalam dengan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, Penentuan Key Person yang dijadikan narasumber dalam penelitian ini dengan memper-hatikan tingkat kesesuaian (relevansi) antara kedudukan/ jabatan dan keter-libatan informan dalam proses keterbukaan informasi public. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Biro Humas tidak memenuhi peran sebagai expert Prescriber dalam kegiatan yang dilakukannya. Sementara itu peran problem solving process facilitator tidak ada terlihat pada Biro Humas, hal ini dikarenakan Biro Humas belum menjalankan kegiatan verifikasi dan inventarisasi informasi untuk didiskusikan oleh pimpinan tingkat atas. Saran penelitian ini Biro Humas Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya manusia yang sudah ada untuk memiliki kemampuan menjalankan tugas sebagai Humas pemerintah maupun PPID utama di Provinsi Kalsel, mengingat tidak meratanya koordinasi antar bagian pada Biro Humas. selanjutnya Biro Humas harus segera mungkin merencanakan program kegiatan beserta strategi-strategi yang berkesinambungan untuk percepatan keterbukaan informasi publik. Purpose: Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts are on their way to becoming the most common type of contract used by the private sector for large-scale infrastructure projects. Every project requires a strong relationship between all of the experts participating in EPC projects and the client. This relationship must be solidly established by an architect; otherwise, the project may fail for all parties involved, including the client, contractor, lenders, government, and others. The purpose of this study is to identify if the working of the EPC contracts is favourable for the architectural profession, and to identify the way in which the working could be improved. Methodology: A qualitative approach was applied to analyze the critical points of EPC contracts based upon reviews of related case studies from the public sector and supplementary interviews with professionals in the field. Main Finding: The architect's role in an EPC contract is not crucial and is equal to other stakeholders involved in the project. Also, EPC contractors have the power to dictate the workflow of the project and hence, architects might have to compromise in terms of the design, compensation, etc. Implications: It is very important for every project to have an outcome based on each stakeholders/consultants inputs specially on larger projects, this article is a step towards understanding the role of architects under an EPC contract as the future projects will come under its purview.  Novelty: The study is done under the lens of a newly graduated architect and not as any other professional, thereby trying to develop an understanding for fresh architects.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan mengenai tahap membagikan, mengoptimalkan, mengelola serta mengikutsertakan pada  pengelolaan cyber  public  relations  dalam  membentuk  corporate  branding  di PT  Len Industri (Persero). Konsep  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep  model melingkar  untuk  sosial  media  menurut Regina  Luttrell . Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu dengan wawancara, dan observasi.  Hasil  penelitian dilapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktisi  humas  PT Len Industri (Persero) dalam pengelolaan cyber public relations guna membentuk corporate branding memiliki  empat  tahapan  yakni : 1) tahap  membagikan  konten terdiri dari: a) berpartisipasi  menggunakan  media  sosial , b) saling terhubung dengan publik, c) membangun  kepercayaan publik . 2) tahap pengoptimalan pesan  yang dilakukan  yakni  dengan : a) melakukan  pengecekan hashtag, b) melakukan postingan lima kali sehari, dan c) melakukan  postingan yang memiliki unsur teknologi. 3) mengelola dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu : a) media monitoring, b) interaksi dalam waktu yang sebenarnya, dan c) memberikan respon cepat. 4) mengikutsertakan publik dengan tiga unsure yaitu : a) menjalin hubungan dengan para influencer, b) mengetahui dimana dan siapa audiens, serta c)  meraih target audiens. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan; Cyber Public Relations; Corporate Branding. ABSTRACT The  purpose  of  to  find  out and describe the sharingstage,optimize,manage  and engage in cyber public relations management in forming a corporate branding in PT Len Industri (Persero). The concept  used  in  this research is the concept of  The Circular model of Some to Regina Luttrell. The research method using  an  adaptive  method  with  a  qualitative  approach. Data collection used in this study is by interview,and observation. The results of the research in the field can be concluded that PT Len Industri (Persero) public  relations  practitioners  in  the management  of  cyber  public  relations  to  form  corporate  branding  has  four  stages : 1) The share stage consists of: a) participating  in  social  media  (participate), b) connect with public (connect), c) build  public  trust (build trust). 2) optimize phase messages that are carried out by: a) checking hashtag, b) posting  five time a day, c) do posts that have technological elements. 3) The  manage  divided  into: a) media  monitoring, b) interaction  in  real  time, c)  provide quick response. 4) engage  the  public  : a) establish  a  relationship  with  influencer, b) where and  who  is  the  audience, c)  reach  the target  audience. Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

<span lang="IN">Social media is one type of new media that facilitates the process of communication among human. Social media makes it easy for users to communicate and share information in a wider range. At present, not only people use Instagram, but the government also needs to keep up with the time to participate in using Instagram as an online information media. Public Relations of the Salatiga Government is one of the public relations departments that uses Instagram as an online information media to provide information needed by the community.<br /> This research aimed to find out how the content of the information was<span>  </span>and how the role of instagram was as an information deliverance to the citizen by the public relations of Salatiga. Through qualitative methods research, data is collected by means of interviews and observations. The results showed that the Salatiga <span> </span>Government Public Relations Instagram account had a role to increase brand awareness, connect many people and as a source of information/ business promotion.Public Relations of the Salatiga Government considers that Instagram plays an active role in conveying information to the public. This is seen from the many positive responses received by the Salatiga City Government Public Relations during managing Instagram as a modern information deliverance.<span>     </span></span>

The rapid technology development and information made public (community) being so critical to the policies was taken by the government. This requires police institution to maintain of security guards, public order, enforce the law, provides protection, aegis and service to the community. Public Relations (PR) is an agency which have a duty to understand and evaluate a variety of public opinion in order to help to create harmony between particular agencies with the public. In order to increase quality of human resources in Police Department are required personnel with the ability in resolving problems the happens in society. In resolving these problems, that needed cooperation between police department, college and the community. The contribution of college to police department and the community with conducting the devotion to the community in cooperation Polresta Tangerang. The method in use in devotion community is by providing training of the role of public relations to Polresta Tangerang members through zoom cloud meeting. The role of public relations training aimed at giving public knowledge include similarity in communication, public relations function, basic principles of public relations, the management of the community and management of media relations may be good quality police. The evaluation of the training be concluded that the training that performed capable of increase understanding participants on the role of public relations.
