<em><span><em>This research is motivated by the growing of online businesses that have an impact on decreasing income of retail businesses. In order to survive, a retail  business have to implement strategies that can increase purchases and provide satisfaction to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of location, service, product quality, emotional value, and interior design variables on purchasing decisions and also customer satisfaction for increasing purchases, and testing the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction at Gardena Department Store &amp; Supermarket. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The sampling method is non-probability sampling and using purposive sampling technique. The data that have been collected then analyzed using the statistical hypotheses test method consist of multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and f-test. The partial results of the study indicate that the location, service, and product quality variables have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. While the emotional value and interior design variables have no partial effects on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variables of location, service, product quality, emotional value, and interior design have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction at Gardena Department Store &amp; Supermarket. The results of this study can be used as an implication for company management that should continue to improve service, product quality, and need to pay attention to location, especially access and large parking lots so that consumers decide to make purchases and get satisfaction from the products, resulting an increase in consumer purchases at Gardena Department Store &amp; Supermarket.</em></span></em>

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi, the effect purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction smartphone Xiaomi, the effect of product quality and brand image to satisfaction consumers smartphones Xiaomi, and the effect of product quality and brand image together on purchasing decisions smartphones Xiaomi and customer satisfaction. This research is classified in research exspost facto. Its population is a student at the Faculty of Economics University Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa that are currently using or have used a smartphone Xiaomi and samples for the study of 100 people. Methods of data collection is done by using the media questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis were supported by detrminan coefficient F test and T, and classical assumption test consisting of multicoloniarity, heterocedasticity test, and test for normality and path analysis. The results showed that the quality of the product does not affect the purchase decision Xiaomi smartphone, brand image influence on purchase decisions Xiaomi smartphone. Product quality, brand image affects customer satisfaction while purchasing decisions do not affect the Xiaomi smartphone customer satisfaction. Taken together the product quality and brand image influence on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction Xiaomi smartphone. In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.

This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of product quality, brand image and consumer trust on customer satisfaction. Including quantitative research using the results of questionnaire surveys filled by respondents. The sample used is 100 consumers of on line products in Palembang. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis the partial effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used the t test. The F test is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable together. The results of processing data show there is an influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. Consumer trust affects consumer satisfaction and brand image does not affect consumer satisfaction. Taken together there is the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Consumer trust has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction on line products in Palembang.

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Rosela (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is used for drinks because it contains organic acids, polysaccharides, and flavonoids that are useful in preventing cancer, controlling blood pressure, promoting blood circulation, and promoting defecation, so it is feasible to be developed. Teaching Factory Tegalampel Bondowoso Processing Division of the PP Negeri 1 Vocational School captures the potential for the development of rosella by producing Minrose processed products, ready-to-drink and healthy packaging drinks from Rosela flowers as one of the superior products suitable for consumption for all people. Sales fluctuations assume that managers need to conduct studies by conducting price policies and building positive perceptions about product quality through customer satisfaction for purchasing decisions. Researchers used samples to consumers or buyers of Minrose products at the age of 15 to 60 as many as 70 people. This study uses path analysis analysis method that shows the results that the price affects consumer satisfaction (ρX1.Z = 0.387 with Sign. 0.001), product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction (ρX2.Z = 0.294 with Sign. 0.009), the price has no effect on purchasing decision (ρX1.Y = 0.046 with Sign. 0.630 and Indirect effect = 0.157 and Total Coefficient = 0.203), product quality affects purchasing decisions (ρX2.Y = 0.457 with Sign. 0,000 and Indirect effect = 0.117 and Total Coefficient = 0.576 ), consumer satisfaction affects the purchasing decision (ρZ.Y = 0.407 with Sign. 0,000) Minrose products at the Teaching Factory of the Processing Division of SMK PP Negeri 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso.

<p><em>Marketing is the process of selling goods and services that aims to meet and satisfy customer wants. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of product quality, word of mouth, and store image on purchasing decisions in Amigo Pedan store, Klaten, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is the visitors of Amigo Pedan with a sample of 91 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was incidental sampling. Primary data was collected using questionnaires. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that product quality, word of mouth, and store image have significant and positive effects on purchasing decisions in the store, simultaneously. But, only the word of mouth has a significant effect on customers’ purchasing decisions in the store, partially.</em></p>


Purchasing decision is the decision of consumers to buy a product or service as desired. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Shopee in Palembang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who showed the results that the variables of trust, product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in ecommerce Shopee. there is one variable that has dominant influence on purchasing decisions, namely the variable trust in purchasing decisions

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

This study aims to know about the primary attributes at Mie Rampok Jimbaran to get the consumer satisfaction to know the grade of consumer satisfaction on product and service at Mie Rampok Jimbaran, and to choose which attributes should be the priority to be inproved by the company to achive the consumer satisfaction.  The study was conducted at Mie Rampok Jimbaran. The Sample is 98 respondents used judgement sampling method. The data collected by distributed questionnaires and directly to respondents. The study using importance performance analysis (IPA) method. The result showed that the highest grade of cunsomer satisfaction for product was variant of product with the compatibility level of 102,11 %. The lowest grade of customer satisfaction for product was product quality assurance with the compatibility level of 86,18 %. The highest grade of customer satisfaction for service was interior design is unique with the compatibility level 101,01 %. The lowest grade of  customer satisfaction for service was staff quick to treat consumer with the compatibility level of 88,97 %. The attributes that must have priority for product is product quality assurance, ingredients to used for product and product availability. The attributes that must have priority for service is the skilled staff, staff giving clear informations for consumer, staff quick to helping consumer and staff quick to treat consumer.        Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Importance Perfomance Analysis, product, service.
