This study aims to determine (1) the effectiveness of the Kawi Smara Innovation Program in improving the quality of public services at Klungkung Regency (2) factors are the inhibitors of the effectiveness of the Kawi Smara Innovation Program in improving the quality of public at Klungkung Regency. This study employed the qualitative descriptive methodology. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of Kawi Smara's innovation program has been effective in terms of service quality, this innovation program has proven to greatly facilitate the public to obtain a marriage certificate, this innovation program has advantages in terms of the speed of the marriage certificate. the solution for the people who want to do their marriage ceremony right away is to get their marriage certificate. The Kawi Smara program is not maximally in quantity, the target of Kawi Smara's innovation program has not been maximally achieved, this is evidenced by the still low percentage of people who follow Kawi Smara's innovative program services. (2) Factors that hinder the effectiveness of the Kawi Smara innovation program at Klungkung Regency based on the results of the study are Lack of socialization, low public awareness and budget constraints.

Quality of Puskesmas Service Influence the Community Satisfaction in Puskesmas Kalirungkut Kota Surabaya. Public service as a form of good service both in the public goods, public service and even administrative service that in principle as responsibility and performed by government institution in order to meeting the basic needs of public at large. The government had tried to fulfilled the society needs on health service by established hospitals and Public Health Centres (PUSKESMAS) in whole of Indonesia region. In this case of Puskesmas Kalirungkut Surabaya city conducted various efforts to improve its service quality. This research has purposes to examines the service quality of Puskesmas influencing people satisfaction in Puskesmas Kalirungkut of Surabaya. Focus of the study grounded on five dimension of service quality (SERVQUAL) subject to Parasuraman that are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy.  The research method that used   is qualitative descriptive. The result of the research showed that are 1) service quality in Puskesmas Kalirungkut of Surabaya seen from dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy are good. 2) Service conditions in Puskesmas Kalirungkut of Surabaya conducted to the public based on Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy get rating of fairy good. 3) People satisfaction on service in  Puskesmas Kalirungkut of Surabaya about the people wants on puskesmas services included Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy are fairly good in the service managing process then people is satisfied enough. However the people satisfaction does not maximally improved enough due to still found lack in time punctuality and fastness then is necessary to be increased.  Keywords:  Service quality, Public service, People Satisfaction

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the influence exerted by a quality management system (QMS) under ISO 9001: 2015 on the quality of public services organizations in Mexico. Design/methodology/approach The methodological design was quantitative, explanatory, observational and transversal, for which a sample of 461 public servants from the state of Guanajuato, Mexico was obtained. To test the hypotheses, a structural equation model (SEM) was developed through the statistical software Amos v.21. For the analysis of the data, software SPSS v.21 was used. Regarding the goodness and adjustment indices of the SEM (χ2 = 720.09, df = 320, CFI = 0.933, TLI = 0.926 and RMSEA = 0.05) which, therefore, proved to be acceptable. Findings According to the results obtained through the SEM model, the QMS under ISO 9001: 2015 is positively and significantly influenced tangible aspects (β1 = 0.79, p < 0.01), reliability (β2 = 0.90, p < 0.01), related to response quality (β3 = 0.93, p < 0.01), guarantees (β4 = 0.91, p < 0.01) and empathy (β5 = 0.88, p < 0.01) of the quality related to public services in Mexico. The study’s key contribution is that it discovered that implementing a QMS in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard has an impact on the quality of public services, with the most influential quality of response. Similarly, the assurance and dependability of service quality turned out to be important in providing public service quality. Research limitations/implications In this paper, the QMS was only evaluated as a variable that intervenes in the process of obtaining quality in public service under the ISO 9001 standard in its 2015 version. In this regard, the results’ trustworthiness is limited to the extent that the findings may be generalized in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico’s public service. As a result, the scientific community is left primarily focused on service quality to promote new future research. Practical implications The ISO 9001: 2015 standard’s QMS is one of the tools for success in both the commercial and government sectors. However, there are practical limitations, which focus on the time during which managers exercise their vision in the public sector: first, the dynamics that managers play in public policy; second, the length of time they have served in public office; and third, the interest of directors of public institutions to improve the quality of service provided by the government. Other practical consequences concern organizational culture and identity, public servant commitment, senior management or secretaries of government, as well as work and training. Originality/value The findings of this paper are important and valuable because they foster knowledge generation in the public sector through the ISO 9000 quality area. A model that permits the adoption and implementation of a QMS based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in public organizations that seek to provide quality in their services offered to the user is also presented to the literature. Similarly, the paper is important because there is currently insufficient research focusing on the variables examined in the context of public service in Mexico.

Quality Of Public Service in Fulfilling Community Satisfaction in Class Of Immigration Class I Special Surabaya. Public services in accordance with Act No. 25 of 2009 on the public service is a form of services either in the form of public goods, one form of public service held by the government is meeting the needs of society in the manufacture of passports by the Immigration Office. However, in the provision of services performed, there are problems that often occur like, there is always a long queue, inadequate parking space. Special Class I Immigration Office Surabaya is one of the facilities that serve service traveling abroad. The focus of research at the Immigration Service Quality Class I Special Surabaya measured using the five dimensions of service quality (SERVQUAL) According to Parasuraman, namely Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. <em>This research title is ”Services Building Permit in Achieving Optimal Quality Public Services are held at Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar”. So far, in the minds of the public, that the quality of service Building Permit less bureaucracy and process sounds a bit complicated, and less than optimal. The main problem in this research is how the quality of public services in the granting of building permit in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang Siantar. The methods of data collection to use in this research were kuesioner, observation and documentation. The results showed that the quality of public services in the Service Agency of Integrated Licensing Pematang Siantar has been running well although there are still some constraints. This research uses the service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry consisting of 5 indicators of service quality that is tangible (physical evidence), reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty. The survey results obtained from the respondents are tangible (physical evidence) of 51.9% (Pretty Good), Reliabelity of 77.2% (Good), Responsiveness of 73,4% (Good), Assurance 65,8% (Good), and Emphaty of 60,76%(Good). From these indicators can be concluded that the quality of service in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency Pematang siantar included in good category</em>

AbstrakPelayanan publik merupakan salah satu perwujudan dari fungsi pada aparatur negara sebagai abdi masyarakat. Pelayanan publik yang professional itu artinya pelayanan publik yang bercirikan oleh adanya akuntabilitas dan responsibilitas dari pemberi layanan. Pelayanan publik pada dasarnya merupakan sebuah upaya individu, kelompok atau birokrasi untuk memberikan bantuan serta kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Tugas terpenting dari pelayanan publik ini adalah memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan publik memiliki suatu tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelayanan Publik di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Kediri serta mengetahui strategi posko siaga penanganan penyebaran Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara secara mendalam kepada informan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Kediri sudah baik dan sudah memberikan pelayanan publik dengan tepat kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan bantuan dengan posko siaga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas; Pelayanan Publik; Prinsip Pelayanan. AbstractPublic service is one manifestation of the function of the state apparatus as a public servant. Professional public service means public service characterized by accountability and responsibility from service providers. Public service is basically an individual, group or bureaucratic effort to provide assistance and convenience to the community to achieve a certain goal. The most important task of this public service is to provide the best service to the community. Public services have a purpose to meet the needs of the community. This study was aimed to find out how the Public Service in the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Kediri City and to find out the strategy of the standby post for handling the spread of Covid-19. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews with informants, and documentation. The results of the study show that the quality of public services at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Kediri City is good and has provided appropriate public services to people who need assistance with standby posts.Keywords: Quality; Public service; Service Principles.

This research aimed to identify and analyze the principles, standards, elements, and quality of public services at the Office of Industry, Trade, and Cooperatives of Yahukimo Regency, Indonesia, located in a remote area. The research method applied was a qualitative descriptive survey with observation and interviews. The interviewees in this study were from 15 informants of different position levels. This study employed an interactive model to analyze the interview data. There were four main findings; firstly, in terms of the principle of public service transparency, the public was increasingly motivated to convey their demands, requests, and aspirations to the government. Meanwhile, accountability services were satisfactory per the provisions of laws and regulations, but public participation in public services was still lacking. Secondly, public service standards and service procedures were implemented following the stipulated provisions and competencies of officials. Those public officers had related-abilities in the form of knowledge, prowess, skill, attitude, and behavior that are required in completing their duties. Thirdly, in terms of public services, the public officers’ work ethic was a driving force for the officials to comply with the prior-set and agreed with rules and work procedures. At the same time, the facilities and infrastructure were adequate. Finally, regarding the quality of public services, the goals and targets of the service were well achieved.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of public services on community satisfaction in the field of labor placement services at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this population uses a non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling. The population of people who visited the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta, was 50. The sample taken was 44. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the Public Service Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, having a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05

The quality of public services is concerned and improved to meet the satisfaction of the people, which has made governments more aware of the need to provide public services according to the needs and preferences of the public. Most of the previous studies used qualitative methods to assess people's satisfaction with public services. The authors use a quantitative research method to explore the quality of public services in Vietnam using the Servqual model and explore the relationship between personality traits and satisfaction with public services. The study was conducted in OSS rooms in Hanoi city, Vietnam in June 2021, using the intentional sampling method. Collect data through survey of 500 votes, of which 350 valid votes of citizens. The results of analysis by SEM model show that all 5 elements of personality traits: Openness, Dedication, Neuroticism; psychic; Greablenes has a positive and significant influence on the remaining 5 factors through 2 coefficients, Regression Weights and P-value, both have reliable values. The conclusion of this study provides valuable data for Government policymakers.

The government as a public sector institution carries out and provides public services which are vital for the public interest. This study aims to determine the Quality of Public Services at the Redang Village Office in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research used qualitative descriptive analysis, and to collect all the data this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general the quality of public services in the Redang Village Office in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency is seen from five indicators are: Tangibles (real evidence), Reliability, Resposiveness, Assurance, and Empaty (empathy) is still lacking in quality. Likewise, the Redang Village apparatus must further improve the quality of its services by increasing the ability and motivation and discipline.

This paper presents an evaluation index system of public service quality, which contains 35 indexes from the dimensions of the output and effect. Based on data from 2010 to 2017 in 12 coastal provinces and cities of China, this paper assesses public service quality by using the methods of entropy weight order preference similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) and analyzes the effect of fiscal transparency on public service quality. The results show that the public service quality in the 12 coastal provinces and cities of China studied is relatively high, and fiscal transparency has a positive effect on public service quality. This analysis showed that an increase of 1% in fiscal transparency would lead to an increase of 0.0323% in the quality of public services. Fiscal transparency contributes to the quality of public services by improving the scale of investment and the efficiency of public services expenditure; this is because fiscal transparency can increase the expenditure on public welfare services and curb official corruption. Furthermore, the proposed evaluation index can enable government administrators to take the necessary steps on the appropriate dimensions to improve public service quality. This study can provide some guidelines for other countries, especially to improve public service quality by increasing fiscal transparency.
