ABSTRAK                Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan teknologi tepat guna dalam menghasilkan pakan ternak yang lebih sehat dan alami serta mengurangi penggunaan pakan ternak yang berasal dari pelet. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan dan penyuluhan pembuatan pakan ternak dapat mengurangi biaya pakan ternak dan dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi telur bebek. Disamping itu, adanya pelatihan ketrampilan bagi peternak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peternak dalam perencanaan keuangan dan kewirausahaan sehingga peternak dapat lebih mandiri.  Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dalam menghasilkan pakan ternak yang alami dapat meningkatkan jumlah telur bebek yang dihasilkan serta membuat bebek lebih tahan terhadap penyakit dan perubahan cuaca. Disamping itu, adanya pembuatan pakan ternak dapat mengurani pengeluaran peternak bebek sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan peternak dari sebelumnya. Pelatihan dan penyuluhan manajemen keuangan dan kewirausahaan juga meningkatkan ketrampilan peternak dalam perencanaan keuangan dan pemasaran telur bebek sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Penggunaan teknologi dapat mengurangi ketergantungan peternak dalam penggunaan pelet dan meningkatkan pendapatan peternak. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pakan ternak yang dihasilkan sendiri dapat mengurangi dan mengganti pakan ternak yang berasal dari pelet, pelatihan perencanaan keuangan dapat merencanakan usaha peternak kedepan, dan adanya variasi produk dapat meningkatkan pendapatan peternak. Kata Kunci :   Pakan Ternak, Teknologi Tepat Guna, Kewirausahaan, Manajemen Keuangan, Variasi Produk. ABSTRACTThe purpose of community service is to provide the right technology to produce healthier and more natural animal feed and to reduce the use of poultry feed originating from pellets. Therefore, training and counseling of livestock feed can reduce the cost of animal feed and can increase the amount of duck egg production. In addition, the skill training for farmers can improve the capability of farmers in financial planning and entrepreneurship so that farmers can be more independent. The results of this dedication show that the use of appropriate technology in the production of natural livestock feed can increase the number of duck eggs produced and make ducks more resistant to disease and weather changes. In addition, the creation of animal feed can reduce the expense of duck breeders so as to increase the income of farmers from the previous. Training and counseling of financial and entrepreneurial management also improves farmers' skills in financial planning and marketing of duck eggs so as to increase sales. The use of technology can reduce the dependence of farmers in the use of pellets and increase the income of farmers. These community service activities demonstrate that self-produced livestock can reduce and replace poultry feeds from pellets, financial planning training can plan future farmers, and the variety of products can increase farmers' income. Keywords : Animal Feed, Appropriate Technology, Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, Variaty Product

AbstractThe purpose of community service is for training and counseling to duck farmers to plan and market their business to be better and can compete in the business world. In addition, the importance of financial management and entrepreneurship helps the farmers to plan their finances and marketing so that people can know the potential they have and see opportunities to develop the livestock business. The results of this dedication show that training and counseling of financial and entrepreneurial management helps farmers in financial planning such as feed and maintenance costs incurred, calculate the reasonable selling price of eggs, and plan future activities in developing the livestock business. The economic burden that is so heavy is felt by most housewives as financial managers. Therefore, mothers must be able to manage their finances properly and also empower themselves by increasing income through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Applying the right way of financial management, the housewife is expected to get the maximum benefits from the money she has at this time so that it can ultimately be beneficial for improving the welfare of life while increasing family income through MSMEs.Majelis Taklim/ MT Namirah is a member of the Majelis Taklim who live in Makassar City, South Sulawesi as the partner of this activity. Alternative problem solving is done by conducting public lectures for MT Ibu-ibu Namirah by the post graduate lecturer at the Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen Stiami, according to their competence, namely Family Development in household, Women's Participation in politics, and Management of Household Finances and Women's Empowerment in MSMEs. Some factors that support the implementation of community service activities by conducting public lectures are the amount of interest and enthusiasm of the mothers as participants in the activities so that the activities take place smoothly and in an orderly manner. While the limiting factor is the limited time for public lectures.This activity can increase the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah ladies about financial management and types of businesses, knowing tips for dealing with obstacles in managing household finances and MT women’s businesses. Namirah, and get the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah about the need for halal financial sources in financial management.

SummaryExogenous carbohydrases are commonly added to monogastric feed to help degrade non-starch polysaccharides (NSP). This action can increase the nutrient availability of feedingstuffs and decrease digestive disturbances, thus improving animal performance. This in turn can lead to improved feed conversion efficiency in meat and egg production. In light of the benefits associated with dietary xylanase inclusion, so too has it become increasingly relevant to quantity them in poultry feed premixtures with additional enzyme activities and directly in compound feed. Hitherto, the analysis of the activity of xylanase in animal feeds has proved difficult. Despite the widespread acceptance of the DNS method for the quantification of xylanase activity, it is not without limitations which can lead to erroneous under- or over-estimation of activity, and is particularly variable depending on the feed matrix wherein it is measured. The current method validation examined the following parameters: linearity, precision, uncertainty, sensitivity (limit of detection and limit of quantification) and the experiments were designed to highlight any interference from protease co-ingredients and possible matrix effects in various types of supplemented feed. The assay method described is convenient and inexpensive and could be applied to the rapid and routine analysis of xylanases in animal feeds during quality control and in investigating fraudulent adulteration of feed to ensure the authenticity and traceability of the product.

The purpose of community service  is to to delivery services for  childhood education teachers through coaching model of “Independent Soul” in the context of character development of PAUD teachers in dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic, and to improve the quality of PAUD. This program uses a qualitative approach. The data in this research were obtained through FGDs, interviews, and literature studies. The activity mentioned in this program  is an effort to hold a community-service based program to apply the appropriate technology known as Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) in education. The result of the activity indicates that the right methods and approaches to raise motivation and enthusiasm for PAUD teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic are coaching and training that emphasizes the aspects of sense and soul processing. Those methods and approaches are proven to give a positive impression for the participants.

Household financial problems occur due to expenditure exceeds income. Ideally, financial planning is based on the amount of expenditure divided into 40% for consumption or living cost, 30% for credit, 20% for savings or investment and 10% for another unexpected cost. The most important things that need to be done in managing household finances is the existence of savings or investment. However, the people of Kiarasari Village, Sukajaya Sub-District, Bogor District still face several obstacles such as minimum road access and lack of banking retail. Arisan in Kiarasari Village was expected to be an alternative to providing non-formal financial services. Arisan has a function for saving and lending money in a traditional way. This community service aimed at counseling and educating household financial planning and Arisan management. Based on the results of the activity, the target community was committed to applying the counseling material in real life. This activity had an impact on the community to be able to manage household finances in a disciplined manner

AbstractThe common problem of livestock is abundant greenery during the rainy season and shortages in the dry season. The condition is bad for the health and productivity of livestock Preservation of animal feed technology is conducted by a team from Institute of Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Universitas Lampung, in Toto Mulyo Village, Way Bungur District, East Lampung. The purpose of the processing and preservation of forage feed source of fiber is to utilize forage in the rainy season, maintain the quality of forage, overcome the difficulty of forage in the dry season, improve the quality of forage fiber sources that have low nutrient content. Preservation technique is made silage (to maintain the quality of forage), while to improve the forage quality is done by fermentation and amoniation. The activities were carried out with the design of preserved livestock feeding equipment, training on the use and care of targeted farmer groups (Karya Makmur and Jati Diri 6), group management assistance, the handover of the preserved animal feed technology package, and formed a pilot group. Karunia Mandiri Joint Business Group (KUBE) is located in Pakeron Hamlet, Sumberarum Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency which produces traditional Magelang food, namely cassava emplek. The problems faced by KUBE are less than optimal marketing and the use of manual production tools. The purpose of the community service is to improve the quality of KUBE human resources in managing its business, which includes marketing, financial management, and production so as to increase production and sales. The method is to provide training and mentoring. The result of this service is more optimal marketing with the appearance of new products through rebranding and packaging as well as the use of digital marketing. Then, the production process is better with appropriate technology for molding dough and applying hygiene standards. In addition, financial management is more organized with simple bookkeeping and accounting so that selling prices can be competitive and profits can be identified.

Handicraft SMEs are one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The implementation of this community service activity aims to offer the right expansion strategy for MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The scope of community service activities is limited to the Sukolilo Surabaya Handicraft SMEs. Some MSMEs have managed to survive and some have been less fortunate. The method of activity is to provide recommendations through virtual assistance activities through zoom and WhatsApp social media related to strategies to increase business and manage finances during the new normal era. The results of this community service activity include several MSMEs responding by diversifying their products and businesses. Second, partners with marketing problems have created accounts through the Instagram and Facebook applications and have participated in the exhibition agenda. Third, partners with financial problems have carried out simple financial management manually and using the SME Accounting application.

One of the reasons for the emergence of the sandwich generation is the inability of parents to plan for retirement. One of the ways to break the sandwich generation chain is to do good financial management and planning. Good financial planning usually needs to be supported by a good level of financial literacy. One reason for the lack of knowledge in retirement planning is the low level of financial literacy in society. Therefore, it needs efforts to increase retirement planning knowledge to reduce the number of sandwich generation in Indonesia. The purpose of this service activity is to increase financial literacy in teachers and introduce retirement planning. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out using the lecture and discussion method. Activities are carried out in the form of webinars using the Zoom application. From the results of these community service activities, it can be assumed that there are still many teachers who do not realize the importance of preparing for pension funds. This is due to a lack of understanding of retirement planning.
