Gastritis is experienced by many Indonesians ranging from adolescence to old age. In Bone District in 2018 there were 20,792 cases and 60 deaths. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the occurrence of gastritis at ​​Puskesmas Biru in Bone Regency in 2019. This type of research is observational analytic using cross-sectional study design. The Population in this research were visitors to the general clinic of Puskesmas Biru during January – August 2019 with total of minimum sample is 235 people by using the sampling technique was accidental sampling. Research was held in Puskesmas Biru from October to November 2019. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using chi square test. The results of the study showed that the number of respondents suffering from gastritis was 79 people (33.6%). Chi square test results showed that the type of food (p=0.001), stress (p=0,000), and NSAIDs consumption (p=0,000) were factors associated with gastritis. While the frequency of eating (p=0.053), coffee consumption (p=0.787), and smoking habits (p=0.319) were not factors associated with the occurrence of gastritis. There is a relationship between the type of food, stress, and NSAIDs consumption with the occurrence of gastritis at ​​Puskesmas Biru in Bone Regency in 2019. Suggestions for the people to adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid gastritis and to the next researcher to be able to develop research related to gastritis so that references related to the causal relationship of this disease can develop.

Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.

ABSTRACT Performance was an accomplished or accomplished achievement. Based on the observation of the researcher, the reality shows that there are posyandu that have limited cadres so that the service is not running smoothly. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship of Motivation and Incentives with  Posyandu Nagari Aripan’s.The design of the research is Descriptive Analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The research conducted in Nagari Aripan, area of Puskesmas Singkarak on August 7thto15th2017. Sampling consist of 30 respondents with total sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the primary data trough interviews using a questionnaire, processed by computerization. For the results of statistical analysis univariate and bivariate  used the chi-square test. Univariate analysis prove that more than half 60,0% respondents had low performance, 56,7% respondents had low motivation, and 53,3% respondents were satisfied with the incentive. Bivariate analysis prove there is relationship between motivation and cadres performance with pvalue 0,013 <0,05 and there is relationship between incentives with cadre performance with pvalue 0,001<0,05. This research is expected to give an advice for puskesmas in guidance and planning to improve the performance of posyandu cadres, increase the posyandu cadres to remain active in posyandu activities.It is suggested that training activities for posyandu’s cadres are required, so that posyandu activities can do well.

Infertility is the inability of a couple to produce a pregnancy after 1 year carry out regular sexual intercourse and not using contraception. To determine the factors associated with the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age in the General Hospital Sawerigading Palopo 2016. This study was an analytical survey with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all women of childbearing age who came medical check up in Palopo Sawerigading Hospital from March to June, 2016 as many as 240 people. 70 subjects were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data was processed by the statistical program (SPSS) version 20 for windows. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test using Yates Correction and Pearson Chi-Square test. There is relationship between the work with the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age p = 0.047 (p &lt;0.05). There is relationship between knowledge and the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age p = 0.018 (p &lt;0.05). There is relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age p = 0.011 (p &lt;0.05). No relationship of age and nutritional status and the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age in the RSU Sawerigading Palopo 2016.

Maternal mortality in Indonesia can occur during pregnancy, labor and delivery. The biggest cause is bleeding. Bleeding can occur during labor or postpartum. Birth attendant can be an indirect determinant of the incidence in postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of this study is to determine factors associated to choice of birth attendance.An analitycal research based cross sectional study was conducted from November 2016-November 2017. The study included 66 subjects who gave birth in 2016 were selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire. The collected data were analyze with chi square test using p value <0,05The result of statistic test showed that there was a significant correlation between knowledge (p = 0,000) and attitude (p=001) with the choice of birth attendant. There was no significant correlation between age (p = 0,253), education (p=0,071), employment (p=0,227) and accesibility (p=p=1,000) with the choice of birth attendant. Meanwhile, for support of the husband  level chi square test was not performed.From the results of the study it can be concluded that knowledge and attitude were factors related to choice of birth attendance. Meanwhile, age, education, employment  and accesibility were not factors associated to choice of birth attendance in work area of Silago Health Center.

To improve public health in the form of disease prevention, and health recovery by the government and society is the development of basic sanitation. Any of them has access to basic sanitation that is healthy latrines. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of income and knowledge of family heads with the availability of healthy latrines . The method of this study used observational analytics with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study was the family Head of the gunung merlawan village as much as 60 households in Tiganderket District Karo Regency. Samples were taken according to the number of samples of 60 households with 230 inhabitants. with this sampling technique is total sampling. Statistical tests using the chi square test using SPSS 20. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the level of income of family heads with the availability of family latrines. And that there is a relationship of knowledge with the availability of healthy latrines. It is recommended to health officer in the working area of Puskesmas Tiga Nderket and the Head of Gunung Merlawan village to increase their role in counseling the community in the use of healthy latrines in Gunung Merlawan village, Tiganderket .

Insomnia is one of the major and unsolved problems in older people. Most of the sleep studies report that the different forms of insomnia like Difficulty Initiating Sleep (DIS), Difficulty Maintaining Sleep (DMS) and Non-Restorative Sleep (NRS) are common among the elderly that are associated to many factors. The objective of the study was to measure the prevalence of insomnia and the factors associated to it among the elderly people. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 142 elderly people of and above 60 years of age in Sarangdanda VDC of Panchthar District of Eastern Nepal. The presence or absence of insomnia and the associated factors were assessed on them by the help of interview schedule. The results were analyzed using chi-square test in SPSS (version 11.5). DMS was the most common reported form of insomnia among the elderly followed by DIS and NRS. Association between insomnia and each of factors like use of tobacco before sleeping hours, eating too close to bedtime, use of tea/coffee before sleeping hours and use of alcohol before sleeping hours were statistically significant at 95% level of confidence. Insomnia affects a large proportion of elderly and is triggered by many factors like use of tobacco before sleeping hours, use of tea/coffee before sleeping hours, eating too close to bedtime and use of alcohol before sleeping hours. The percentage of families in Lapulu Village that had healthy latrines was 64,84% who met the health requirements and 35,16% who did not meet the health requirements in 2019. This shows that the ownership of healthy latrines is still lower than the national achievement. This study aims to determine the factors associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the coastal areas of Lapulu Village, Kendari City. The research design was observational, with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 437 respondents, while the study sample was 209 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique. The analysis were performed using the Chi-Square test. The results of statistical tests with chi-square obtained the value of land availability (p-value=0,000), knowledge (p-value=0,031), and income (p-value=0,000). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between land availability, knowledge, and income levels associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the tidal area of ​​Lapulu Village, Kendari City. Therefore, it is hoped that the community and local government will establish this inter sector collaboration with related agencies to increase community ownership of healthy latrines.

Stroke is a condition where a part of the brain is suddenly disturbed which is caused by a lack of blood supply, which causes an inhibition of metabolic processes. As a result of a stroke affects the psychological function of the patient, so the patient feels his level of self-esteem decreases or is low. The role and support of families play an important role in the rehabilitation process to provide health services for stroke patients. The aim is to find out the relationship of family support with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. The design used a "cross sectional study" approach with a population of 2,690 people. Samples were stroke patients at RSU Royal Prima medan, as many as 25 respondents using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires as research instruments. The test used is the chi-square test. The results of the study Based on the chi-square test found p value (<0.05) statistically shows that there is a relationship between family support and the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients specifically there is a relationship between informational support (p-value = 0.009), assessment support (p-value = 0.003), Instrumental support is obtained (p-value = 0.009), Emotional support (p-value = 0.004) with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients. This research shows that good family support will positively impact the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients.

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five due to chronic malnutrition. One cause of stunting is poor parenting patterns such as feeding in the first 2 years after birth. Exclusive breastfeeding is the best nutrition a baby receives in the first 6 months of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding with the decrease of stunting in children aged 6-23 months in Sosor Lontung Village, Siempat Nempu District, Dairi Regency.  This study used a cross-sectional study design. The sample of this research was children aged 6-23 months as many as 39 people. Data collection was carried out by interview and measurement of children's length / height. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used Chi Square test with ƿ-value <0.05. Based on the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with ƿ-value 0.037. The results showed the percentage of stunting in children aged 6-23 months was greater in children who were not given exclusive breastfeeding (50%) than those who received exclusive breastfeeding (17.65%). The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting with a value-value of 0.037. That is, exclusive breastfeeding can reduce the risk of stunting is getting smaller. It is hoped that all babies will receive exclusive breastfeeding so that the baby can grow optimally.
