The percentage of families in Lapulu Village that had healthy latrines was 64,84% who met the health requirements and 35,16% who did not meet the health requirements in 2019. This shows that the ownership of healthy latrines is still lower than the national achievement. This study aims to determine the factors associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the coastal areas of Lapulu Village, Kendari City. The research design was observational, with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 437 respondents, while the study sample was 209 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique. The analysis were performed using the Chi-Square test. The results of statistical tests with chi-square obtained the value of land availability (p-value=0,000), knowledge (p-value=0,031), and income (p-value=0,000). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between land availability, knowledge, and income levels associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the tidal area of Lapulu Village, Kendari City. Therefore, it is hoped that the community and local government will establish this inter sector collaboration with related agencies to increase community ownership of healthy latrines.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between stress and physical activity with blood pressure. The method of this research is in essential hypertensive patients in the Working Area of Talang Bakung Health Center, Jambi City. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on 1 - 11 August 2018 with a sample of 41 people, purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done using guided interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents 35 (85.4%) experienced hypertension, some respondents 24 (58.5%) experienced stress and most 26 (63.4%) respondents had heavy physical activity. The results of statistical tests were obtained (p-value 0.003 & 0.018) p-value <0.05, meaning that there was a significant relationship between stress and physical activity with blood pressure in essential hypertensive patients. The conclusion of the study is that, as severe as stress is deep in patients with hypertension, the higher the blood pressure and the more severe physical activity carried out will cause an increase in blood pressure. It is expected that nurses can provide health education to people with hypertension in order to avoid stress and reduce physical activity so there is no increase in blood pressure

Some IMD implementation processes have not been carried out according to applicable standards. So that babies do not get an IMD in accordance with existing SOPs. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the implementation of the IMD by midwives in the Midwifery and Maternity Room Emergency Room (IGD) at the Anutapura General Hospital in Palu. This research method is analytical with cross sectional approach. The population of this study was that all midwives in the obstetrics emergency room and maternity room at Anutapura Palu Hospital were 37 respondents. The sample in this study is total sampling. The analysis used was univariate, and bivariate analysis using the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of statistical tests on variable knowledge of midwives with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.018 (p value <0.05). APN training with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.697 (p value> 0.05). length of work with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.029 (p value <0.05). and peer support with the implementation of IMD p value: 0.007 (p value <0.05). Conclusions there is a relationship between knowledge, length of work, peer support with the implementation of the IMD, and training factors that have nothing to do with IMD implementation. The strongest factor in the relationship is peer support. It is recommended that the Anutarapura Palu Hospital be able to motivate midwives so that they can further enhance their role in the implementation and provide support to their colleagues so that the implementation of the IMD can be carried out in accordance with applicable standards. Keywords: Knowledge, APN Training, Duration of work, Implementation of IMD

The work has a heavy workload because all the work process is done by the same craftsman causing fatigue besides that the worker also have double role. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and dual role with feelings of fatigue on craftsmen batik roses.Method: This research is Quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study are all artisans in Batik Mawar. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique with the number of research samples as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used by Univariat and Bivariat.Result: Result of data analysis using Chi-Square test for work load got value p-Value = 0,001. The result of data analysis using Chi-square test for double role got p-value = 0,031. Thus it is concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between workload and dual role with feeling tired. For children and adolescent girls found many health problems, especially anemia. In women with iron deficiency anemia, the amount of menstrual blood is also more. Most women do not feel the symptoms at the time of menstruation, but some feel heavy in the pelvis or feel pain (dysmenorrhoea). Various studies have shown that the incidence of dysmenorrhoea is still quite high, those who experience severe dysmenorrhoea after taking the drug should rest and it is recommended to limit even leave the school or work for 1-3 days in a month which would certainly be detrimental to women in the activity, especially in young women who are in a period of growth and development. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between anemia with dismenorhoe incident. The approach taken in this research is quantitative. This type of research used surveyive design with cross sectional approach. In this research the sampling method using Random Sampling technique. The results showed a significant relationship between anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in UMI midwifery students where the results of Chi Square test of 9,737 with p-value 0.0001 <0,05. It can be concluded that anemia can cause dysmenorrhoea in young women, so the need to increase knowledge about nutrition for young woman to prevent the happening of anemia.

Dehydration is a lack of body fluids because the amount of fluid that comes out is more than the amount of fluid that is entered. One of the jobs that are at risk of dehydration is in boiling the manufacture of tempeh which uses a hot enough environment so that you sweat a lot and require more fluid intake. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of dehydration in tempe craftsmen. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all of the tempe craftsmen. The sample is 30 respondents. The sampling technique was total sampling. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate with the chi square test. The results showed a relationship between fluid consumption (0.004) and workload (0.007) with the incidence of dehydration among workers of tempe craftsmen. There is no correlation between body weight and dehydration in tempe craftsmen workers (p = 0.875). It is expected that the tempe craftsman business owners can always provide sufficient drinking water for their workers when they need them so that the incidence of dehydration and its impact can be minimized.
