Abstrak Purse seiners as a ship's main small pelagic fish Catcher is increasingly growing in number and size. In the last 5 years has been an increase in purse seine boats in Maluku by 20% and 15% of the overall operating in waters around the island of Ambon. Purse seiners tend to be made traditionally based on experience and not in accordance with the criteria of size comparison of a fish boat. It is very technical and operational feasibility of affect in this speed, stability and longitudinal strength . This research aims to calculate speed, tonnage (GT), the size of the principal as well as set the geometric shapes of purse seiners on the island of Ambon. The methods used in this research is a survey method by gathering primary and secondary data by making observations and measurements directly against the 32 purse seiners in Ambon island. Analysis and discussion is done through estimation the ship's speed by using the formula of Nomura, estimated tonnage (GT) using the Standard Fish Vessel Regulations by the Director-General of Fisheries Catch of Indonesia in 2004, the determination of the optimal size of the principal ship in the empirical formula by numerical – Traung and geometric forms of purse seiner . Estimation against speed (V) and the tonnage (GT) shows that the speed average (Vaverage) = 7.1 knots and tonnage average(GTaverage) = 22.4 tons. The calculation of the size of the principal ship by using empirical methods-numerical based on Traung equation with input of Vaverage and GTaverageindicates that the principal dimension is as follows: LBP = 15.8 meters; B = 4.8 meters; D = 2.2 meters and d = 1.9 meters and form coefficient as follows : CB = 0,6 ; CW = 0,7 ; CM = 0,97 ; CP = 0,62

<div>This research aims to figure out the influence of the product attributes of</div><div>Indocafe and the effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty in Pontianak city. The</div><div>determination of the research location is determined intentionally (purposive method) in the city of Pontianak. The study used survey method with 150 respondents by using purposive sampling. Types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the analysis is done by using structural equation modeling. The results showed that the variable of price, quality and packaging affect customer satisfaction. At the same time, quality has a significant effect to consumer loyalty. The most considerable influence on the quality variables and the overall contribution was the performance. Manufacturers need to improve the quality attributes, meaning the composition or content, the balanced flavor between sweet, sour and bitter, and the aftertaste that can last a long time so that consumers can have a good impression of Indocafe.</div>

The development of the coffeeshop grew rapidly in the last 10 years, with the change of adolescent lifestyle patterns in consuming coffee in the coffeeshop. Coffee Latte is one of the usual menu served by the coffeeshop at varying prices. This research aims to analyze the characteristics of consumers, analyzing the value of Willingness to Pay and analyzing the influence of consumer characteristics against the value of consumer Willingness to Pay on coffee latte products. The study was conducted on 15 January to 15 February 2020 located in the coffeeshop around the campus Undip Tembalang with the determination of the location purposive. The research method used is the survey method. Respondents were taken as much as 99 people using accidental sampling. Data collection using primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used are descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and the analysis of logistic regression. The results of the study gained that most consumers of coffee latte were men with a percentage of 58.6% and women with a percentage of 41.4%. Consumers who are willing to pay more than the current price are 94.9% of respondents and amounting to 5.05% of the respondents are not willing to increase by 5% to 25%. A significant factor affecting the willingness of pay is quality. Keywords: Coffee Latte, Willingness to Pay, Consumers

The purpose of this study was to find out the function of cold storage in stabilizing fish prices in Ambon City, analyzing optimal production levels of various types of dominant fish, and analyzing the level of efficiency of utilization of cold storage and auxiliary machinery. This study uses the survey method. Primary data collection through questionnaires is built empirically while secondary data is obtained from several agencies related to this study. The research sample was drawn by exhausting sampling, amounting to 6 cold storage units in Ambon City. The role of cold storage to stabilize fish prices was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach, while the quantitative techniques used included analysis of optimization of cold storage production with linear programming and analysis of the efficiency of utilization of cold storage. The results of the study show that cold storage has not played a role properly to stabilize fish prices in Ambon City. To achieve optimal use of production factors, the cold storage management needs to reduce the raw material by 24,915.9 kg / month; 7 HOK / month workforce; cold storage storage space capacity of 2.09 kg / month; and demand for flying fish 1,402.6 kg / month, while the use of production factors efficiently (fully utulized) is the capacity of the freezing machine, demand for tuna, skipjack, and cob. The level of technical efficiency of the utilization of cold storage facilities is reached, the total use of installed capacity must be proportional to the capacity used.

This research was taken in Ambon (Latuhalat and Laha) and in Central Maluku Regency (Waai) in May – July 2018. It was aimed at mapping the value chain of small pelagic fish in Ambon through: 1) mapping of product, financial and information flows and 2). analysis of percentage distribution of small pelagic fish caught. The data used in this study was primary and secondary data, and analyzed by using value chain analysis. The results show that small pelagic fish marketing chain in Ambon consisted of six models with five actors. Each chain is formed due to the conditions and situation of market, resulted by the influencing of catches of fishermen and traders' capital. The broker plays an important role in marketing small pelagic fish in the market and obtaining 10% of the fishermen's catch that can be distributed, both to retailers and cold storage. Fish caught by the fishermen is still fresh in general when arrives in the consumers, because the fishing area is not too far, the market distance with the production centers is also quite close and in general fishermen and traders have understood the importance of maintaining product quality. Even so, the role of the Government in providing marketing facilities and infrastructure is needed so that modern market conditions can be applied in marketing fresh fish in Ambon.

The purpose of this researchment is to ascertain how wide the farming of species Saccharun Edule Hasskarl (terubuk) in sub district Tosa, district of East Tidore of Tidore Island through the indicator of the value revenue, production and selling prices so that the farmers will achieve The Break Event Point (BEP). The research method was used a quantitative method with the number of samples of 30 people. The determination of the sample method is using the census method or involving all members of the population into a sample of researchment. The secondary data collection was done by using library literature in the form of document review and relevant references to research object while primary data collection was done by using questionnaire. The data is using equation R /C Ratio, BEP Revenue, BEP Price, and BEP Production. Therefore from the results of the researchment it can be explained that the two of the thirty farmers come through the break event point, while the other twenty-eight farmers declared having a business that worth to be develop or experiencing profit, because the R/C ratio is above 1.0 with average profit reach Rp. 989.000, - per production / farmer.
