The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee performance and leadership effectiveness on organizational performance in the Maluku Province Education Office. The sample in the study involved 276 employees from the education office, as well as the Regional Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture collected through survey methods and analyzed using causal correlational techniques. The results indicate that there is a significant influence between employee performance and leadership effectiveness on organizational performance. This is because the success shown through employee performance and supported by the effectiveness of optimal leadership, so that organizational performance can be achieved successfully. Every employee at the Maluku Province Education Office can work collectively as a unified entity in carrying out the interests of the organization, so that the resources of employees through the performance shown can be organized effectively in achieving organizational goals.

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve organizational goals that have been established. All that is determined by the existence of good labor productivity. There are several things that affect the productivity of labor, including the provision of wages and discipline work. One way to reward and acknowledge the existence of manpower is through the provision of wages. In addition to wage factors, labor productivity can also be influenced by work discipline factors. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and discipline of work on the productivity of labor at the company's Duta Trans Jaya Jakarta. The population of the research ani there are 40 employees, so researcher uses saturated samples by using all the popolation. So the sample in this study is 40 people. Based on the above data it can be seen that the value for wage variables, and work discipline (simultaneously) has a significant effect on work productivity, where the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha accepted and Ho rejected this means that there is A significant influence between wage and work discipline variables on work productivity at PT. Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books

Human resource is a very important element in achieving organizational goals. If the organization has a good quality of resources, the organization will be more effective. While the effectiveness of the organization is reflected from the employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on Islamic work ethic, Islamic work ethic on employee performance, workplace spirituality on employee performance, and the influence of Islamic work ethic as an intervening variable on the relation between workplace spirituality and employee performance, with samples from PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, and IPHI Pedan Hospital, Klaten. The result of the research shows that workplace spirituality has significant effect on Islamic work ethic with, Islamic work ethic has no significant effect to employee performance, workplace spirituality has no significant effect to employee performance, and Islamic work ethic as mediation variable on relation between workplace spirituality (STK) to employee performance has no significant influence.

So far, the culture of civil servants is still at issue especially supported by personalities that are in the public spotlight in providing services to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of a person's personality through Big Culture, Organizational Culture Overview and Balitbangda Employee Performance in Jambi Province and determine the relationship of influence between big five personality and organizational culture on employee performance both simultaneously and partially and to test organizational culture as a moderating variable on the influence Big five personality on performance. This study uses survey research techniques, census sampling techniques that are all Balitbangda employees as samples and data analysis is done descriptively and perivikatip. Descriptively describe the variables studied from the variables without testing. Perivikatip examine the relationship of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of data processing indicate that descriptively Big Five Personality, organizational culture and performance are in the quite good category. The perivikatip test shows that there is a significant significant influence on the Big Five Personality of organizational culture and has a positive relationship. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, Big Five Personality has a positive and significant influence on performance. There is a significant mediating effect of the interaction of the Big Five Personality and Organizational Culture on the influence of the Big Five          Personality on the Performance of Balitbangda Jambi Province Employees

This study aims to examine the influence of Compensation, Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance Employee in Muria Kudus University.The research was conducted by using survey methods to Employees Administrative in Muria Kudus University and analyzed by using regression analysis. The samples in this study were taken 45 people with a view to facilitate researchers in conducting research. While sampling technique used in this study using purposive sampling technique in which the sample collection elements are included in the sample was done on purpose, provided that the sample is representative or representative of the population. The results showed that the variable compensation, motivation and discipline work simultaneously positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value (Fhitung = 23.705)> (F table = 2.84) and the value of [pvalue (Sig.) = 0.000)] <0.05. based this conclusion it is suggested that leaders can manage the three variables toward the repair or improvement of employee performance.

Leadership is a key factor in the success of an organization and management that directs the work of organizational members to achieve organizational goals. Measurement of organizational performance needs to be carried out in ensuring the understanding of the implementers and measuring achievement, ensuring the achievement of an agreed performance scheme, monitoring and evaluating performance with a comparison between work and implementation schemes, providing objective rewards and punishments for performance achievements that have been measured according to the measurement system has been agreed upon, making it a means of communication between employees and leaders in an effort to improve organizational performance, ensure that decisions are made objectively and reveal problems that occur. This study proves that have significant influence simultaneously and there is a partial significant influence leadership style and competence on the Performance of Administrative At the Regional Secretariat North Barito regency of 66.3% while the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. Leaders should continuously provide high motivation so that work is done well, provide polite service to the community, provide what the community needs, work in accordance with leadership directions, and are willing to take full responsibility for the risks in every work done.

In every organization both government and private, human is an important asset in an effort to achieve the goals that have been determined. Leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and performance of employees who reside within the organization need to be organized in order to achieve organizational goals. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

Abstract: The success of achieving organizational goals is largely determined by the roles and responsibilities of employees in it. Employees are required to be able to support and be involved in every activity to achieve goals in the organization. The inability of employees to do work optimally will cause problems in employee performance. Employee performance can affect an organizational performance which has an impact on the realization of the organizational goal. This article provides a numerical study of 1) the effect of employee engagement on performance, and 2) the effect of organizational climate on performance. This research employed verificative study through an explanatory survey using sampling amounting to 84 employees in public organization as respondents through questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression technique through Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 24.0 for windows. The results of the research indicate that the 1) employee engagement has an effect on performance by 49% or in the moderate category, 2) organizational climate has an effect on performance by 76,6% or in the strong category. This result indicated that higher employee engagement will be higher performance, as well as the organizational climate, the better the climate in the organization will be the higher employee performance and vice versa.

This study aims to find out how big the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance; and How big influence of Work Motivation to Employee Work Achievement; The population in this study is all employees of Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury in Kupang city. The sample in this research is 52 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of the study showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, and There is a positive and significant influence Motivation Work on Job Performance Employees. In addition There are positive and significant influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation collectively towards Employee Work Achievement.

Organizational justice, job satisfaction and employee performance are an important thing to consider in managing employees. Good organizational justice must be considered because organizational justice can affect job satisfaction and performance which makes employees feel like they want to give their best effort and join the struggle together to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to see whether job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational justice on employee performance in the field of expenditure budget and the secretariat at the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Sample of this research is all permanent employees of the regional office of the Directorate General of Treasury of North Sumatra province, which may be 84 people. The results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the regional financial and asset management agency of North Sumatra province. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee performance
