This study aimed to create an information system on UPT.PPKM Padang State Polytechnic where the system is initially UPT.PPKM are still using Microsoft Access to process data that existing research. So that would make it difficult for employees to process the data, find the data if necessary and to report the research itself. The results of this study are expected to generate a summary report every major research, courses, lecturers so as to facilitate the search data related to research quickly. Making this system using PHP and MySQL

Customer Relationship Management Information System St.Borromeus Hospitalis anapplication to process data related to the promotion, marketing and cooperation between the St.Borromeus Hospita lwith the Contractor. Data processing is not optimum cooperation with the contractorat the Marketing division of Borromeus Hospital,cause search of information about the contractor, take a bit longer so that hamper the process of promotion and marketing. Therefore it need an application that can support and solve the problem.<br />Based on these problems the author intends arrange final by taking the title of"Customer Relationship Management Information Systems St.Borromeus Hospital ". The technique is observation data collection, interview and library research, while the phase of system development using water fall method.<br />The author hopes that this application can assist the Marketing in the Hospital of St.Borromeusin the process of  processing and marketing campaig n to the Contractor, either from the input data, search data, scheduling agreements. <p>Institute of Dharma Keuskupan Agung Jakarta is a community that serves the poor and oppressed in the Jakarta area and beyond. One of the services provided is through the existence of the same Mission to teach residents to be diligent in saving. Currently the manager uses Microsoft Excel to process data 30 groups with 370 cooperative members manually, and this method takes a lot of time and labor. To help solve these problems, a cooperative information system was created that could process data and provide information quickly for cooperative managers using Microsoft Access. The system design is done by the Prototyping method, one of the Systems Development Life Cycle methods, which consists of four stages. <strong>The first</strong>, the Planning: system requirements are determined and a feasibility study is carried out. <strong>The second</strong>, the Analysis: functional and non-functional requirements are defined and behavior modeling is carried out. <strong>The third</strong>, the Design: the interface layer is designed. <strong>The fourth</strong>, the Implementation: the proposed system program is run and tested. The information system is made capable of receiving financial data input, members, and cooperative groups and then provide information on financial reports, book closing reports, and statistical reports automatically. The application has been tested by the cooperative manager and declared successful in providing information quickly, accurately and easily.</p><p><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak</strong>: Lembaga Daya Dharma Keuskupan Agung Jakarta merupakan sebuah komunitas yang melayani warga miskin dan tertindas di daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Salah satu pelayanan yang diberikan adalah melalui adanya koperasi Misi Sama untuk mengajar warga untuk rajin menabung. Saat ini pengelola menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mengolah data 30 kelompok dengan 370 anggota koperasi secara manual, dan cara tersebut memakan banyak waktu dan tenaga kerja. Untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dibuatkan sebuah sistem informasi koperasi yang dapat mengolah data dan memberikan informasi dengan cepat bagi pengelola koperasi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Prototyping, salah satu metode Systems Development Life Cycle, yang terdiri dari empat tahap. Tahap pertama, Planning: kebutuhan sistem ditentukan dan studi kelayakan dilakukan. Tahap kedua, Analysis: kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional didefinisikan dan permodelan perilaku dilakukan. Tahap ketiga, Design: dilakukan perancangan lapisan antarmuka. Tahap keempat, Implementation: program sistem usulan dijalankan dan diuji coba. Sistem informasi yang dibuat mampu menerima input data keuangan, anggota, dan kelompok koperasi kemudian memberikan informasi laporan keuangan, laporan penutupan buku, dan laporan statistik secara otomatis. Aplikasi telah diuji coba oleh pengelola koperasi dan dinyatakan berhasil memberikan informasi dengan cepat, akurat dan mudah.</p>

Research conducted at the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency aims to find out the data processing system library and data archiving. All data processing is done is still very manual by using the document in writing and there is also a stacking of archives on the service. By utilizing library information systems and archives that will be applied to the Office of Archives and Library of Padang Pariaman Regency can improve the quality of service that has not been optimal. This research was made by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is better known as waterfall method. The first step taken on this method is to go directly to the field by conducting interviews and discussions. This information system will be able to assist the work of officers in terms of data processing libraries and facilitate in search data archives by presenting reports more accurate, effective and efficient.

This study aims to create a database application program that is able to process data on lecturer course activities and generate reports on the calculation of teaching fees periodically during the pandemic which requires lecturers to report lecture activities online. The system design method approach used is prototyping, namely by creating a program that most closely resembles user needs in a relatively short time. The prototype was generated using the Microsoft Access 2010 database application. The selection of microsoft access to create a prototype was based on the availability of complete facilities in Microsoft Access to design table relations, input forms, query processing, reports and the visual basic programming language for applications. Google Forms used to receive lecture data input online. The application development stages consist of design, testing and implementation stages. This application has succeeded in providing the right solution for the Padang State Polytechnic Accounting Department during the pandemic in calculating and reporting lecture activities and lecturers teaching fees.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

Geographic Information Systems ( GIS abbreviated as Geographic Information System ) is a specialized information system that manages data having spatial information . Most to process data in the form of GIS data are still many who use desktop application or can only run on one computer while the more advanced development requires us to produce information more easily is to develop a GIS online ( via the Internet ) and can be accessed Anywhere You . This application is designed using DFD modeling and created using the programming language PHP with MySQL database as well as utilizing Google Map API . As well as to facilitate the collection of data by the field of local government development . Moreover , the existence of GIS aims to help local governments in the search for building plots parcels and ownership of data previously not been structured to be more structural and facilitate spatial data collection .

Panarukan-Shell is one of the warehouses in the panarukan that provides raw materials such as marine biota craft such as raw materials from ornamental shells. The Panarukan-Shell location is on Jl. Cokroaminoto Rt 01 Rw 02 Panarukan, Situbondo District. This warehouse provides various types of marine biota. The financial management associated with this information system is the process of purchasing, selling and expending by shell-sharers in order to facilitate the recording of financial statements to find out the details of reports from income, expenses, purchases, sales, inventory to profit and loss. The data must be completely accurate in accordance with the reality. Purchasing and sales data management in the shell-pan still uses manual recording system on the book so it has not been able to facilitate the owner in managing the calculation data or income income. Creating a new web-based information system is expected to help owners in terms of financial accountability of existing workflow. In this case makes it easier in adding, deleting, and changing data and search data purchase, sales, and expenditure.

Mechanical engineering is one of the fields in which contemporary information technologies are widely applied. Technologies of production mounting processes impose a need for designing software solutions which would significantly improve their performances. First of all, we refer to the acceleration of manipulation process of the integral parts of assembly, their modification and mounting processes themselves. The set of integrated IDEF methods represents basic tools of contemporary strategies and technologies for the advancement of technological and business processes. Within the implementation of the project “Information system of the cylinder assembly mounting technology“, we have conducted a functional and information modelling of technological process of cylinder assembly mounting by applying IDEF method. By information modelling of process data, the conditions for the development of an applicative data model are created.

The dormitory management information system is designed based on the basic principle of MIS and database implementation techniques. The design mainly uses the C/S model, and the development tools are Delphi and the Microsoft Access. From the system demand analysis to the function module design and the database design, to system interface, the whole process of construction of dormitory management information system is introduces in detail.
