Honorary employees are needed in each agency so that it requires a selection process. Assessment and decision making in selection are usually subjective, especially if there are several prospective honorary employess who have capabilities that are not much different. Decision support system help in the selection of candidates in a way that is fairer and easier to use. The calculation in this study is made in the form of selection of candidates for honorary employees with the Profile Matching method. This calculation was used to assist in the selection of competency assessors for prospective temporary employees at the Pematangsiantar City One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office, with several considerations including written tests, interviews and personality assessments. This Profile Matching Method will compare between the profile of prospective honorary employees and the ideal profile of honorary employees. The smaller the gap or (gap) will make the opportunity to pass the selection even greater.

In the process of selecting Indonesian Workers (TKI) based on quality at PT. Adila Prezkifarindo Duta is classified as still manual, where there is not yet a system for selecting quality migrant workers so it requires a long time for its assessment and the selection process is less effective. To support decision making in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers (TKI) to make it easier by using a decision support system. One method used in the selection of qualified Indonesian Workers is the Profile Matching method. The profile matching method is a decision-making mechanism by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by applicants, rather than the minimum level that must be met or passed. In the profile matching process a process will be compared between individual competencies into standard competencies so that different competencies can be identified (also called Gap). The smaller the gap produced, the greater the weight value. In matching this profile, the selected TKI candidates are Indonesian Workers who are closest to the ideal profile of a qualified TKI.

An objective process is needed in the selection of Bidikmisi Scholarship in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, so the selected recipients are not misdirected and meet the established criteria. At present, the process is still manual so it requires a long time and triggers some errors. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the ongoing selection process. The method used is Profile Matching. The method matches the profile of the new registrant with the ideal profile of the scholarship recipient. The matching results will provide recommendations for applicants who are eligible to award Bidikmisi Scholarships. There are 4 aspects used for calculations:  parents, students, house and the interview. From these aspects, it will be divided into 28 criteria with a range of criteria according to the predetermined criteria. System testing is done by Alpha and Beta testing, the results show that the system can function properly as expected. The system provides results as recommendations for candidates through ranking from the final results of system calculations.

INTISASIPengambilan keputusan diantara berbagai alternatif pilihan karyawan merupakan hal yang sulit untuk dilakukan, dalam situasi yang kompleks  pengambilan keputusan tidak dipengaruhi oleh satu faktor saja melainkan multi faktor dan mencakup berbagai jenjang maupun kepentingan. Biasanya pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan pilihan terbaik menggunakan intuisi dan subyektifitas semata, sehingga menjadi sebuah tantangan dengan berbagai resiko. Pendekatan dengan metode pencocokan profil atau profile matching merupakan salah satu jawaban dalam permasalahan ini. Dengan menggunakan metode ini keputusan diambil dengan mengidentifikasikan terhadap kelompok karyawan atau pelamar pekerjaan yang baik maupun buruk. Para karyawan dalam kelompok tersebut diukur menggunakan beberapa kriteria penilaian. Pelamar kerja yang diangkat adalah pelamar yang paling mendekai profil ideal seorang karyawan yang berhasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai terbesar yang mempengaruhi seleksi calon karyawan adalah kriteria kognitif (K1) sebesar 40%, kemudian kriteria kepribadian (K2) sebesar 30% dan kriteria sikap kerja sebesar 30%. Untuk nilai yang digunakan untuk melakukan perankingan berdasarkan jumlah core factor dan secondary factornya.Kata kunci— Sistem pendukung keputusan, Penerimaan karyawan, Profile Matching, SDM . ABSTRACTDecision making among various alternative choices of employees is a difficult thing to do, in complex situations decision making is not influenced by just one factor but multi factors and includes various levels and interests. Usually decision makers in determining the best choice using intuition and subjectivity alone, so that it becomes a challenge with various risks. The approach with profile matching method is one of the answers to this problem. By using this method the decision is taken by identifying the good or bad group of employees or job applicants. Employees in the group are measured using several assessment criteria. Appointed job applicants are the most applicants who approach the ideal profile of a successful employee. The results of this study indicate the greatest value that affects the selection of prospective employees is cognitive criteria (K1) of 40%, then personality criteria (K2) of 30% and criteria for work attitudes of 30%. The selection of an IT manager in a company has an important role in a decision, because a manager occupies a managerial level position who will make decisions later. The current process of selecting IT managers is still being carried out conventionally, resulting in several problems. Among them, the assessment is carried out manually so that the calculation process can occur errors and take longer, then which alternative is the best according to the recommendation of the decision support system (DSS) application. To overcome some of these problems, a DSS was designed which resulted in more precise and effective decisions. The method used is the Profile Matching method which is used to determine alternative rankings, where the criteria and weight values ??have been determined and are contained in the assessment document. This research produces a web-based DSS application that helps decision making in selecting IT managers. This DSS application will simplify the calculation of the assessment thereby reducing calculation errors. The end result of implementing DSS for the selection of IT managers is that the selection process becomes more precise, effective and objective

The decision support system in selecting staff candidates at COPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENTMEDIA & COMMUNITY) is expected to assist in deciding the selection of outstanding staff. Previouslythere had never been an award for outstanding staff every year, it was undeniable that it was a difficulty inchoosing outstanding staff. To find out which staff is performing well, it is necessary to conduct aperformance appraisal of prospective staff. Conduct assessment results for outstanding staff using theprofile matching method. With the application of the profile matching method in selecting outstanding staffto solve problems that exist during the selection process of outstanding staff, so there are no errors indecision making. It is hoped that this effort can assist leaders in providing performance appraisals forprospective staff. After the leader gives a performance appraisal, the results of the assessment arecalculated using the profile matching method. The goal of the paper is to design a system that helps to select cutting parameters in cutting processes. The approach is based on industrial engineering methods. The result is the parameters that take into account all the existing restrictive factors. First, a reasonable process to select cutting parameters is proposed. And then, the corresponding tools are designed. To achieve the standardization of the resources and process of cutting parameter selection, the resource contents and query actions are made in a uniform form. Finally, the selection of cutting parameters is realized within a flow management framework. It provides a scientific basis for selecting cutting parameters in actual production

The role of the School Extracurricular (EKSKUL) in a junior high school, high school, vocational high school/equivalent has an important function in improving the quality of school environment, proper selection in determining the Chair of the EKSKUL is very necessary in order to be able to protect and become role models for students in the environment. school. The absence of a fixed application of specific criteria, and the absence of voter understanding in choosing the extracurricular chair according to the criteria, make this study more helpful in applying the criteria using the profile matching method. It is hoped that it can help the existing schools at MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah in facilitating the selection of the chairman of EKSKUL. The criteria that have been determined are Behavioral Aspects, Responsibility Aspects, Communication Aspects. The assessment was carried out by filling out a Likert scale questionnaire by the respondents, where Scale 5 = Very Good, Scale 4 = Good, Scale 3 = Doubtful, Scale 2 = Disagree, Scale 1 = Strongly Disagree. The results were processed using the profile matching method, and based on the results obtained, the top-ranking was Dhiyah Fathiyyah with a final score of 4.86. So it can be concluded that there is an influence in determining the selection of extracurricular chairman using the profile matching method according to the existing criteria.

Untuk  menentukan penyerang ideal dalam sepak bola agar sesuai karakter dan kriteria yang diharapkan,  diperlukan  pelatih  yang  mempunyai naluri  tajam  dan  juga  sistem  yang  bisa membantu pelatih dalam memberikan pilihan. Biasanya dalam proses penentuan pemain masih dilakukan  secara  manual dengan melihat dari karakter dan kriteria dari pemain tersebut. Tetapi terkadang hanya dengan melihat dari karakter dan kriteria dari pemain tersebut saja masih kurang cukup sehingga jauh dari apa yang diharapkan. Untuk  mempermudah dalam pemilihan penyerang ideal, maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu pelatih untuk  memilih penyerang yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan tim yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik K-Means Clustering dalam metode data mining sebagai proses dalam menyeleksi pemain untuk bergabung  dalam  suatu  tim  dan  juga  didukung  dengan  metode  Sistem  Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support Systems) The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) sebagai proses dalam menentukan penyerang yang akan bermain sebagai pemain utama dalam tim yang menggunakan beberapa kriteria untuk  memilih pemain yang tepat. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pelatih dalam proses seleksi pemain dan dapat mengubah cara penilaian terhadap sifat subjektif agar lebih obyektif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Usually  in  the  process  of  determining  the  player  is  still  done  manually  by  look ing  at  the characters  and  criteria  of  the  player.  But  sometimes just by look ing at the characters and criteria of the player is still not enough so far from what is expected. To facilitate the selection of ideal attackers, a system that can help the trainer to select the attacker needed according to the needs of the team is by using K-Means Clustering technique in the method of data mining as a process in selecting players to join a team and also supported by Decision Support Systems method The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is the process of determining which attack er will play as a major player in the team using multiple criteria to select the right player. With the results of this study, it is expected to assist trainers in the selection process of players and can change the way the assessment of the subjective nature to be more objective in decision making. This research was conducted to assist the school in terms of selection of creative students, especially those using Kurikulum 2013 or better known as K-13. We conclude that the subjective application of student achievement with the 2006 curriculum is more commonly referred to as Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) has been widely circulated schools. The limits given in the decision support system of selecting student achievement include the determination of criteria and using Profile Matching method which leads to the determination of GAP value, the smaller the gap value the greater the chance to be selected as a student achievement. In designing applications researchers use using tools such as UML ( Unified Modeling Language) in order to make it easier to move the concept of a system designed into the form of the program.

Abstract.-This article attempts to demonstrate that the work of Piero Sraffa –especially Production of commodities by means of commodities-is the greatest revolution in economic analysis. The novelties introduced by the Italian economist, against all classical and marginalist traditions, such as considering the surplus of reproducible goods as the object of the economy, the intersectoral relations between goods and services on the one hand and processes on the other, the prices formed as a margin on costs, reduction of capital to dated work, the selection of techniques and the considerations about of the joint production support the above statements. To this we can add other more questionable or more or less significant as the standard system, its theory of fixed capital, the considerations on land and mines, the differentiation between basic and non-basic goods. Some of these analyzes have precedents or are contemporaries (physiocracy, Ricardo, Leontief), but the whole of them supposes this revolution made in the economic analysis and supposes for this the ideal model to be candidate to base any economic analysis worthy of such name. Las novedades introducidas por el economista italiano contra toda tradición clásica y marginalista tales como considerar el excedente de los bienes reproducibles como objeto de la economía, las relaciones intersectoriales entre bienes y servicios por un lado y procesos por otro, los precios formados como un margen sobre los costes, la reducción del capital a trabajo fechado, la elección de las técnicas y las consideraciones sobre la producción conjunta avalan las afirmaciones anteriores. A ello le añadimos otras más discutibles o más o menos significativas como el sistema patrón, su teoría del capital fijo, las consideraciones sobre la tierra y las minas, la diferenciación entre bienes básicos y no básicos. Algunos de estos análisis tienen precedentes o son coetáneos (fisiocracia, Ricardo, Leontief), pero el conjunto de ellos supone esa revolución que hace del análisis económico de Sraffa como el modelo idóneo para ser candidato a fundamentar cualquier análisis económico digno de tal nombre.
