This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Debt to Asset, Asset Turnover, and Growth on Investment Decisions in Food and Beverage Companies in  the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study are Food and Beverage group companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. This type of research is included in causal research with quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is a method of multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS 22. The results show that partially, Liquidity and Growth Opportunity have a negative and significant effect on Investment Decisions, while Debt Asset and Asset Turnover has a negative and insignificant effect on Investment Decisions. Simultaneously, the Liquidity variable, Debt to Asset, Asset Turnover, and Growth have no significant effect on Investment Decisions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio, the Total Asset Turnover, the Inflation and the BI Rate to the Stock Returns. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study was the Food and Beverage industries listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2015, with the total of 14 companies. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, with the total of 9 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the Inflation and the BI rate had significant effects on the Stock Returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, growth opportunities, profitability and company size on the leverage of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period used in this research is 5 years, starting from 2014 to 2018. The population in this study is 126 manufacturing companies that have been and are still listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The sample selection technique was purposive sampling method and obtained 40 manufacturing companies that were used as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, liquidity and profitability partially have a negative and significant effect on Leverage, Growth Opportunity has no effect on Leverage, Firm Size has no effect on Leverage. Based on the Anova test, it is known that the F statistical value is (107.502) with a significance of (0.000). The adjusted R Square value is (0.682 or 68.2%), this is, if the independent variable is statistically significant in influencing the dependent variable, there is an indication of heteroscedasticity. We recommend that if the independent variable is not statistically significant in affecting the dependent variable, there is no indication of heteroscedasticity. The research was conducted to test the current, ratio return on assets, and debt to equity ratio on the price of food and beverage company shares in the indonesia stock exchange. 2015-2017 periodThis peneltian mengetaui (1) is there to influence current ratio, stock prices (2) is there the return on assets against, stock prices (3) is there the influence of debt to equity ratio of, stock prices (4) does influence together current, ratio return on assets, and debt to equity ratio on the price of food and minumana shares in companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. 2015-2017 period. The population in this study is a food and beverage company listed on the IDX. The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method. The total sample of 11 food and beverage companies is listed on the IDX in the period 2015-2017. Data analysis using classical assumption test and panel data model regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that (1) Current Ratio partially has a positive and not significant effect on stock prices, (2) Return on Asset partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, (3) Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a negative effect and not significant to stock prices, (4) Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the R2 value of 0.322021 and F significance value of 4.591398.

This study aims to determine the effect of growth opportunity and return on equity the capital structure of the automotive sub-sector companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sample used in this study is the automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 8 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the method of documentation through www.idx.com in the form of a company annual report. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SPPS 20. The results of this study are (1) Growth opportunity does not have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. (2) Return on equity has a significant effect on the company's capital structure.

This study aims to investigate empirical evidence about factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample selection is using a purposive sampling method. The data obtained were then tested using logistic regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study identified that company size and profitability had a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. In contrast, institutional leverage and ownership do not affect the timeliness of financial reporting of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This research is to find out the influence of DER, TATO, ROA and Share Price to PBV on companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange retail sub sector ffod and beverage period 2012-2019. The sample selection in this research using saturated sampling method and got 7 companies that match the criteria, so that 49 data were obtained. The research data is obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is panel data multiple regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is fixed effect. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 79,12%. Partially show that DER have negative and significant effect to PBV. TATO, Share Price variable partially had positive and significant effect to PBV. ROA variable partially have positive and no significant effect to PBV.

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial distress, firm size, leverage, and litigation risk on implementing the accounting conservatism of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchanged (IDX) over 2014-2018. Research sample selection used the purposive sampling method. Obtained company data that meet the research criteria as many as 169 companies, so that the total research data is 149 data. The analysis methods in this research are multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results of the research conclude that variables of the board of financial distress, firm size, and litigation risk have no effect on accounting conservatism implemented of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the variable of leverage affects the accounting conservatism's implemented by manufacturing companies.  Keywords: Conservatism Accounting. Financial Distress, Firm Size, Leverage, Litigation Risk

Capital structure is the ratio between debt (foreign capital) and own capital (equity). There are several factors that affect capital structure such as dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover and company growth. This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, tangibility, asset turnover and company growth on capital structure. In this study, the sampling method was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 14 companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018. Thus the amount of data observed in this study amounted to 56 data. Data in this study were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22 with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and asset turnover affect the capital structure while the dividend policy, tangibility and company growth do not affect the capital structure.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Ramadan effect and volatility risk on the Indonesian stock market using the GARCH model. The population in this study are companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019. There are 42 companies used as samples in this study. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. This study uses the GARCH model as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that there is no Ramadan effect on the LQ45 index, but the volatility in the month of Ramadan affects the volatility in the LQ45 index. Keywords: Ramadan Effect, Volatility Risk, GARCH Model Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Ramadhan effect dan risiko volatilitas terhadap pasar saham Indonesia dengan menggunakan model GARCH. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2019. Terdapat 42 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model GARCH sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh Ramadhan terhadap indeks LQ45, namun volatilitas pada bulan Ramadhan berpengaruh terhadap volatilitas pada indeks LQ45. Kata Kunci: Ramadhan Effect, Risiko Volatilitas, Model GARCH
