Community service activities in the red bridge ridge Kelurahan Nyamplungan District Pabean Cantika Surabaya. They reside with sober, even they can say their homes are roofed by the earth, meaning they only sleep in the grove of shops or warehouses that potluck often expelled by SATPOL PP. Their work scavenging, begging and ngamen in a red light stop, shops in the market Kapasan Kota Surabaya. So far, they are not recognized by Surabaya city government because they do not have identity card and family card. Though it is located in Jempatan Merah It has been many years even since birth. Seeing their difficulty to get rights and recognition from Surabaya City Government and get the feasibility of life. The team in cooperation with Muhammadiyah Branch Chief of Surabaya City has been helping residents living on the banks of the Jembatan Merah river. Programs that have been dilaksanaka Pengajian, Al Quran Educational Place, Early Childhood Education, learning to read, write and make craft.Permasalahan main in Child Street Stewardship and Blind Literacy In the Red Bridge Kelurahan Nyamplungan Kecamatan Pabean Cantika Kota Surabaya.

Along with the transition from the New order era to the Reformation era, the central government is committed to providing regional autonomy to district and city governments to manage regional potential, including the potential for education. After the central government gave regional autonomy to district and city governments, the Medan City Government gave autonomy to the head of the Early Childhood Education unit to manage the potential of Early Childhood Education to the maximum, but in reality the management was not optimal. The purpose of this study is to find a model of organizational commitment and to determine the influence between research variables. This research method is a quantitative research method using a survey approach. The study population was 750 people and the sample of this study was 238 people with an error rate of 5%. Sampling is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique based on the provisions of the sample from the population developed by Isaac and Michael. The data collection technique for this research is a questionnaire instrument using a Likert scale and a test instrument using Merriam Webster's New Collegiate Distionary technique. The results of the descriptive analysis show that 235 or 98.74% of the Educational Administrative Knowledge variable tends to be in the low category, while the other variables tend to be in the high category. Furthermore, the results of the calculation of the total direct effect show that the Educational Administrative Knowledge variable on the Organizational Commitment variable is 0.2642 or 26.42%, while the total effect of other variables is low. Furthermore, the direct and indirect proportional, sporious and unanalyzed effect caused by these three variables is 66.02% and the influence of other variables is 33.98%. Furthermore, the research results of the path coefficient test show that all the path diagram coefficients are significant. Furthermore, the results of model testing indicate that the proposed model is fit with empirical data. Therefore, based on the results of this study it is suggested that the Head of the Medan City Education Office can apply this model so that 66.02% of the organizational commitment of the head of the Children's Education unit can be maximally realized.

Implementation of Community Service activities was conducted with Seminar activity to teachers of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) all Kalirejo sub-districts joined in Teachers Association of Kindergarten Indonesia-PGRI (IGTKI-PGRI) Kalirejo participated by 71 participants. This seminar aims to: 1) provide information to early childhood teachers about early childhood cognitive development, and 2) increase insight to PAUD teachers about the method of playing manipulative tools in introducing the concept of numbers to children of early age 3) with information on cognitive development of children is expected teachers PAUD in providing learning tailored to the child's cognitive development so that children have a strong character. The conclusions in this devotional activity include: 1) in treating the child must be adapted to the stage of development both in terms of educating and teaching a concept in children; 2) to introduce the concept of numbers in early childhood must include the five content in mathematics that is: number and operation of numbers, algebra, geometry, measurement, and data analysis and opportunity because in its application the five content is related to number. The introduction of the concept of numbers must be adapted to the early childhood cognitive development stage, namely in the pre-operational stage, one of which is through a manipulative tool; 3) The introduction of the concept of numbers in early childhood through manipulative tools can strengthen the character of the child because it is tailored to the daily life of the child.

This study aims to find out how the application of English teaching guidance to young students (TEYL) for early childhood education (PAUD). This study on community service has been implemented in TK Ad Dhuha Kabupaten Jember, East Java. Community service is done because of the unity of National Park commemorate National Education Day (NED).The method used in this research is observation, interview, and presentation between writer and audience about the technique of guidance on the implementation of teaching English to young students (TEYL) for teachers of Early Childhood Education in Ad Dhuha Jember Kindergarten. There are 24 teachers collected from 4 kindergarten schools consisting of 1 male and 23 female. The results of this study are: (1) the writer knows the teacher's ability to teach English in Ad Dhuha kindergarten, (2) The writer knows the teaching-learning method used by teachers for their children, (3) The teachers can develop teaching methods that have been learned during the training in community service at Ad Dhuha kindergarten.   Keywords: Early Childhood Education Teachers, Kinds of Teaching EYL, Ad Dhuha Kindergarten.

Abstract: The aim of this Community Service is to provide IT-based English language learning media training using Microsoft PowerPoint and make simple videos. This dedication was given to Early Childhood Education Teachers in the Buntu Pane District. The dedication session consisted of distributing material to participants, stages of making Microsoft PowerPoint, and making simple videos. The model used is the training model, delivering material, question and answer session, and direct practice. In general, participants claimed that the training schedule was appropriate, time was shared (delivering material, demonstrations, questions and answers, and direct practice). The participants of the activity were satisfied with the topic presented and felt that most of the expectations and objectives of the service had been fulfilled. The evaluation results showed that the material presented could be well followed. Keywords: english language; microsoft powerpoint; early childhood education teachers  Abstrak: Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan media pembelajaran bahasa inggris berbasis IT menggunakan Mcrosoft PowerPoint dan membuat video sederhana. Pengabdian ini diberikan kepada Guru Guru PAUD ( Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini ) Se-Kecamatan Buntu Pane. Sesi Pengabdian terdiri dari membagikan materi kepada peserta, tahapan-tahapan membuat Microsoft PowerPoint, dan membuat video sederhana. Model yang digunakan adalah model pelatihan, menyampaikan materi, sesi tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung. Secara umum, peserta mengklaim bahwa jadwal pelatihan sudah tepat, pembagian waktu ( menyampaikan materi, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung). Peserta kegiatan puas dengan topik yang disajikan dan merasa bahwa sebagian besar harapan dan tujuan pengabdian sudah terpenuhi. The purpose of this paper is that early childhood education in the Islamic view is to maintain, assist the growth and development of human nature owned by children, so that the soul of a child born in the state of nature is not polluted by worldly life that can make children as Jews, Christians or Magi. Or in other words that early childhood education in Islamic education aims to instill Islamic values to children from an early age, so that in further development the child becomes a Muslim man who is kaffah, who believe and piety to Allah SWT. In the journal paper will describe how the concept of Early Childhood education in Islamic perspectives both from curriculum, learning materials, methods and environment that affect the Early Childhood from the perspective of Islamic education. The result of the discussion that is proposed is the educational substance that must be given to the child covering the whole teachings of Islam that can be broadly grouped into three, namely aqidah, worship and morals and equipped with education to read Al-Qur'an. The material of Islamic education is the same as Islamic religious material, but about health and body hygiene, body movement (sports), learning to play with peers, learning to read and writing latin, study counting, drawing, folding are also conveyed. While the methods of Islamic education applied to early childhood education activities such as exemplary methods, education with practice and practice, educate through games, songs, and stories, and educate with targhib and tarhib.

The government has determined that PAUDs established must meet Holistic PAUD, in accordance with Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 60 of 2013 concerning Holistic PAUD. Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Education is a comprehensive handling of early childhood which includes nutrition and health services, education and care, and protection, to optimize all aspects of child development carried out in an integrated manner by various stakeholders at the community, local government and central levels . Every PAUD is required to become a H-I PAUD, including KB / TK Binarrahman. Entering the 12th academic year, with several developments that have been achieved, Binarrahman has several problems to achieve this that must be immediately given a solution to achieve Holistic PAUD. Of the several problems faced by Binarahman above, several problems need to be addressed immediately, namely monitoring nutritional status and planting early reproductive health education for toddlers. The purpose of this community service activity is to help partners achieve H-I PAUD standards in terms of health and nutrition. The solutions offered are assistance in understanding nutrition for toddlers and assisting in planting early reproductive health for toddlers. The implementation of these service activities is divided into 3 stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation monitoring. The final result is obtained statistically significant increase in the knowledge of PAUD teachers

This article draws upon a range of theoretical domains, first to outline the historical rationale for the urgent changes needed to challenge and transform the dominator culture which has justified exploitation of Indigenous peoples and the resources of the earth. It invites educators to reconsider the narratives that are either consciously or inadvertently promoted in our work, suggesting that we can learn from Indigenous epistemologies in which humans are situated alongside earth others, as respectful, related guardians and caretakers. It finally draws on some examples from a recent qualitative study conducted with ten early childhood centres from across Aotearoa, to illuminate possibilities for enactment of counter-colonial renarrativisation within early childhood settings in service of an ethical project of enhancing relationalities, reconnecting children and their families with the more-than-human world.

This paper reveals the activity of Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) —Community Service — that we have done on the theme of Increasing the Interest in Reading of the Students of Bunda Hajar Early Childhood Education through the Competences of Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing. The aimed public is children in early childhood (4-7 years old) who attend the Bunda Hajar Early Childhood Education, in the village of Sukanegla Jatinangor, in the entourage of Universitas Padjadjaran. The goal of this community service is to increase the reading interest of children in early childhood as an effort to elevate the quality of human resources in the future. In this activity, those who take part are lecturers, students, and the society. The result of this service shows thatthe aimed public has an increasein reading interests and an expansion of knowledge.Keywords: interest, reading, children in early childhoodTulisan ini berisi paparan mengenai kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) yang telah dilakukan dengan tema Peningkatan Minat Baca Siswa PAUD Bunda Hajar melalui Keterampilan Menyimak, Membaca, Berbicara dan Menulis. Publik yang menjadi sasaran adalah anak-anak berusia dini (4-7 tahun) yang mengikuti pendidikan di PAUD Bunda Hajar yang terletak di Desa Sukanegla Jatinangor, berada di sekitar kampus Universitas Padjadjaran. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PPM adalah untuk meningkatkan minat baca anak usia dini sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Dalam kegiatan ini, pihak-pihak yang terlibat adalah dosen, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan anak-anak yang menjadi sasaran mengalami peningkatan minat baca dan penambahan pengetahuan.Kata Kunci : minat, membaca, anak usia dini
