The existence of human resources in an organization has a very important role. Humanresources are no longer seen as factors of production but as assets that must be managedwell in order to achieve the goals of an organization. The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of work stress, compensation, Islamic work ethic and job satisfaction onwork performance at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The population of this studywere permanent nurses of Sultan Agung Semarag Islamic Hospital. The sampling techniqueis purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria. Collecting thedata by using a questionnaire consisting of open questions and closed questions, then the datawere analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The test resultsshow that work stress, compensation, Islamic work ethics and job satisfaction have a positiveand significant effect on work performance.Keywords: Job Stress, Compensation, Islamic Work Ethics, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance

Abstract : Organizational commitment is one of the important thing to be considered by the company to observe the extent to which employees are responsible toward their responsibility merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan suatu perusahaan untuk melihat sejauh mana karyawan tersebut lebih bertanggungjawab terhadap kewajibannya. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan engage in port services which has good performance. However, on March-August 2015 the employees performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan showed declining trend. This declining in performance are assumed to be influenced by several factors such as work stress and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyse the influence of work stress toward organizational commitment at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The problem identification of this study is how to increase the organizational commitment by considering work stress inside the company. The theory used in this study is human resources management related to work stress and organizational commitment. The method used in this study is survey method, this is descriptive quantitative study ant the nature of this study is explanatory research. The number of samples used in this study are 72 people. The samples are drawn by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is simple multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The result shows that partially wotk stress conflict has negative and significant influence toward organizational commitment. Key words: Stres  kerja dan Komitmen organisasi

This study aims to investigate the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction with individual character as a moderating variable. It used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi province industry and trade office. It involved 72 samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that servant leadership significantly influence job satisfaction with a value of 82.5%. The most significant factor affecting job satisfaction is wisdom (correlation coefficient = 0.863) in which the higher the wisdom, the higher the job satisfaction. The next factor is persuasive mapping in which the higher the persuasive mapping, the higher the job satisfaction (correlation coefficient = 0.697). Then, it was followed by altruistic calling with the correlation coefficient value of 0.524 in which the higher the altruistic calling, the higher the job satisfaction. The last is emotional healing with a correlation coefficient value of 0.291 in which the higher the emotional healing, the higher the job satisfaction. On the other hand, organizational stewardship is the only factor does not influence the job satisfaction (correlation coefficient = 0.009).

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and motivation on the lecturer performance at private universities in Makassar. The research conducted on the lecturer of faculty of economics at three private universities in Makassar South Sulawesi by using mail survey and sending 150 questionnaires to the respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is random sampling. Data were collected at 101 and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis result showed that job satisfaction gives positive impact and significant on the performance of private university lecturers in Makassar, and motivation gives positive impact and significant on the performance of private university lecturers in Makassar. The results of multiple regression analysis showed motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have positive and significant impact on the performance of private university lecturers in Makassar.

The  title  of  this  research  article  is  "giving reward  has  great  impact onjobsatisfaction  and teacher commitmentat SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember". This study aims to analyze and examine  the  effect  of  intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  on  job  satisfaction  and  teacher commitment   in   SMA   Satya   Dharma   Balung Jember.   This   research   includes   causal, quantitative  research,  because  this  study  intends  to  explain  causal  relationships  (causality) between   variables   through   hypothesis   testing   that   has   been   formulated.   The   research population  is  all  high  school  teachers  of  Satya  Dharma  Balung  Jember.  The  sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this study  is  that  there  is  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  influence  of  intrinsic  rewards,  and extrinsic rewards to job satisfaction and teachers commitment of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember. The  test  validity  of  research  instrument  used construct  validity.  Reliability  test was done with Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis used is path analysis and the calculation process  is  approached  with  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  had  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on theteacher's job satisfactionofSatya Dharma Balung Jember high school. Intrinsic rewards, and extrinsic  rewards hada  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  the  work  commitment  of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember teachers.  Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards hadan indirect,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  teacher  commitment,  through  job  satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that the award received in accordance with what  is  perceived,  so  that  it  appears on  job  satisfaction  and  ultimately  lead  to  work commitments.

More practical data processing through the application of SIA with application programs, but the level of knowledge of human resources in the field of information technology is still limited. In general, the problems of the LPD in Tegallalang District are caused by a lack of quality human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of accounting information systems in the LPD of Tegallalang District. The study population included LPD in Tegallalang District, which numbered 43 LPD. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation partially and simultaneously to job satisfaction employees CV. Icon Teqnologi. The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results obtained in the study that partially influence the leadership of employee job satisfaction, while motivation has no effect on employee job satisfaction. But simultaneously leadership and motivation affect the employee job satisfaction. The amount of influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction is shown by the value of determination (R2) of 0.33 while the rest of 67% influenced by other variables such as discipline, compensation, organizational culture and others.

This study aims to determine how the description of work discipline, work stress, and employee performance, and to determine how the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The factors tested in this study were work discipline and job stress as independent variables, while employee performance was the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were employees at CV Rimba Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique, so that the total number is 65 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Vers.25.00. The results showed that work discipline and work stress have an effect on employee performance at CV Rimba Jaya. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline and work stress on employee performance is 74.6%.

This study aims to explain the role of work engagement, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research is a causality research conducted by cross sectional method. The sampling technique is done by convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explained that work engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational climate play a positive role on the performance of employees at PT XYZ. These results explain that more employees feel they have a good attachment to the company, have satisfaction with the work done, and feel a conducive organizational climate that can support employees at PT XYZ to show better performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.
