AbstrackThe aim of this research is to know how far is the resiliency of the pre school educator in Semin, Gunungkidul. The subyect of this research are four educators of pre school in Semin, Gunungkidul. The data analysis method that is used in this research are used in this research are data collection, data reduction, triangulation and conclusion.The result of the data analysis can be conduded that there are two aspects which are found in 17 categories of the pre school educators resiliensi variabel in order to develop the pre school in Semin, Gunungkidul. The aspects are resiliensy of capability and 34 sub categories. And the second aspect is the characteristic resiliency which has 18 sub categories that influence the resiliency. Keywords : Resiliency, pre school educator.

This study aimed to reveal the concept of Tumbuk in Javanese gamelan tuning, namely gamêlan agêng with Sléndro and Pélog. This study used a qualitative method with an ethical emic perspective. The data collection was done by conducting literature review, observation, interviews, and studio work, then processed with data analysis. The data analysis then was followed up through data interaction by interpreting the relationship reactions of the three elements of analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The interpretation of the data was done inductively, so that the conclusion was drawn entirely from the development of the data according to the realities of the field. The results showed that tumbuk was not only limited to a note that has the same high and low, but it is a musical concept that integrates the Sléndro and Pélog scales in the tuning of a set of gamelans. There are basically only two types of tumbuk: nêm tumbuk and lima tumbuk. Other than those, it means that they are the strut. The thing is,tumbuk has a central tone that serves as a benchmark and a supporting tone whose position strengthens the integration of each type of tumbuk. As a concept, it was found that tumbuk plays several important roles including equalizing the highs and lows of certain notes, equalizing the range of certain notes, and conditioning the range of notes or the addition of the tune.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust of OVO users in Jakarta. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM through the Lisrel 8.70 application. The results showed that there was a significant influence of electronic word of mouth and brand experience on brand trust. Between the two dependent variables, what has a greater influence on brand trust is electronic word of mouth. The conclusion of this research to improve brand trust can be done by improving electronic word of mouth and brand experience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust para pengguna OVO di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM melalui aplikasi Lisrel 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan electronic word of mouth dan brand experience terhadap brand trust. Diantara kedua variabel dependen maka yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap brand trust adalah electronic word of mouth. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan brand trust dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki electronic word of mouth dan brand experience.

Fenomena kedwibahasaan dapat ditemukan dalam drama “Pak Bhabin” produksi Polisi Motret. Drama “Pak Bhabin” tersebut merupakan drama berbahasa Jawa, tetapi terkadang terdapat sisipan kata berbahasa Indonesia. Hal ini merupakan gejala campur kode. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji wujud campur kode kata berbahasa Indonesia dalam drama “Pak Bhabin”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Adapun metode analisis data menggunakan metode agih dengan teknik lesap dan teknik ganti. Peneliti menyimak tayangan drama “Pak Bhabin” di kanal YouTube Polisi Motret yang tayang pada tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan penyisipan kata berbahasa Indonesia dengan jenis 1) kata benda yang utuh, misalnya: jalan, pakaian, dan sangkar; serta penyisipan campuran, misalnya: uange, cita-citane, dan cobaane; 2) kata kerja yang utuh, misalnya: ulangi, mengkhianati, dan percaya; serta penyisipan campuran, misalnya: nglempar-lempar; 3) kata keadaan, antara lain: bawel, rajin, dan cengeng. Bilingual phenomenon can be found in the drama "Pak Bhabin" produced by the Motret Police. Pak Bhabin is a drama spoken in Javanese, but sometimes inserted by Indonesian words. This is a symptom of code mixing. The purpose of this research is to examine the code mixing used in Pak Bhabin drama. The data collection technique used was the observation and note-taking technique. The data analysis method used was the agih method with delesion techniques and substitution techniques. The researcher watched the "Pak Bhabin" program on the Motret Police YouTube channel which aired in 2019. Based on the results of the study, there are insertion of Indonesian words with type 1) complete nouns, for example: jalan, pakaian, and sangkar; as well as the insertion of mixtures, for example: uange, cita-citane, and cobaane; 2) complete verbs, for example: ulangi, mengkhianati, and percaya; as well as the insertion of mixtures, for example: nglempar-lempar; 3) adjective, among others: bawel, rajin, and cengeng.

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of e-trust, risk perception and company reputation on purchasing decisions. This was quantitative research, using the SEM data analysis method assisted by AMOS software. Data collection was done by distributing an e-questionnaire (a google form); 270 responses were obtained. Participants were consumers who had already purchased electrical equipment online in Denpasar and Surabaya. This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

The Impact

The research is conducted in Banjar Berawa/Desa Adat Berawa, nort Kuta district, Badung Regency. The study purposes to know the impact of tourism growth to the society consumptive pattern in Berawa. The technique of the data collection use direct observation technique to the location, interviewing for informan, I.E.Bendesa Adat Berawa, Klian Desa Berawa, Klian Dinas Berawa, Klian Subak Tibubeneng Village, Local society, and documentation by taking photos. The data are analysed by using qualitative data analysis technique which are working based on data, searching and finding pattern, getting interesting data and deciding the data that will be ssuced. The technique of informants assigmnen is purposive sampling which is assigning the sample by using particular consideration so, deserves to be a sample. The data analysis includes with collection data, reduction data, displaying data, conclusion and  verivication. The result of the study shows the society point of view to the aconomy establishmemt of educational aspec of the society which is getting increase, society in Banjar Berawa are also starting to enterpreneurship by set up abussiness such as homestay and laundy. The point of view of society to the customary order is the society seens strong with the wealth that they have. Abstrak: Ungkapan kata interjeksi tidak mudah dimengerti. Kadang seorang pembaca belum paham apa yang disampaikan oleh pengarang tentang isi novel, sehingga hal ini yang membuat peneliti tentang interjeksi dalam naskah drama dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang apa itu interjeksi. Jadi, interjeksi adalah kata yang digunakan untuk  mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang maupun dalam bentuk senang, sedih, kecewa, jijik,marah,kaget,kangen dan sebagainya. Misalkanya, (wah, ngono kuwi, hah, heh, alhamdulillah dan astagfirullahalazim) yang memiliki arti yang berbeda-beda dalam setiap konteks tuturannya.. penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan fungsi interjeksi yang terdapat dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” karya jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. Metode penelitian adalah deskriftif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan telaan, sedangkan metode analisis data adalah identifikasi, klarifikasi, dan interpretasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk interjeksi dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” yang sudah ditemukan melalui penelitian sebanyak 9 bentuk interjeksi yaitu: Oh, hah, oh ya, ya, ah, hah,aah,ssst, dan he he he dan ungsi interjeksi ditemukan 7 fungsi interjeksi yaitu: kekecewaan, harapan, kesyukuran, keheranan, kekagetan, panggilan, dan marah atau makian. Abstract : The expression interjection is not easy to understand. Sometimes a reader does not understand what is conveyed by the author about the contents of the novel, so this is what makes researchers about the interjection in the play an provide knowledge about what is interjection. So, interjection is a word used to express someone’s feelings and in the form of happy, sad, disappointed, disgusted, angry, shocked, missed, and so on. For example, (Wow, Ngono Kuwi, Hah, Heh, Alhamdulillah and Astagfirullahalazim) which have different meanings in each context of the speech. This research aims to find out the formsand functions of the interjection contained in the drama script “party of thieves”. The work Jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. The research method is qualitative descriptive with data collection methods, namely documentation and research, while the data analysis method is indentification, clarification, and interpretation. The result of this study are forms of interjection in the drama script “party of thieves” which have been found through research as many as 9 forms of interjection, Oh, Hah, Oh yes, Yes, Ah, Hah, Aah, Stt, and He he he and interjection function found 7 interjection functions, namely: disappointment, hope, gratitude, astonishment, shock, call, and anger or curse.

Understanding kindergarten teachers about the knowledge of counseling and implementation guidance services in Somba Opu Subdistrict, Gowa Regency. Problem formulation and this research are how teachers understand guidance and counseling services in schools? and what guidance and counseling services do teachers do in learning?. This research provides an overview of teachers' understanding of guidance and counseling services implemented by teachers in learning in kindergarten. Data collection techniques through interview methods, and questionnaire distribution, as well as documentation. Data analysis in this study was conducted by Data collection, Data reduction, Display data, Data verification. The technique of examination and validity of data is carried out with The Extension of Participation, Perseverance of Questionnaires and Interviews, and Triangulation. The results showed that 20 kindergarten teachers about the understanding of knowledge guidance and counseling services are still lacking and 10 kindergarten teachers have a sufficient understanding of the knowledge of Guidance and Counseling Services. Furthermore, counseling guidance services implemented by teachers in learning in kindergarten are group guidance services, learning guidance, guidance while playing.

This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of archive learning based on the Kurikulum 2013 conducted by XII students in Office Administration at the SMK Negeri 1 Tepus. This is a evaluative study in which the methods used are Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP). Data collection is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis using interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman consists of data collection, data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and conclusions (conclusions / verification). The results of the study indicate that the implementation of archive learning is considered, starting with preparing syllabus and lesson plans (RPP) so that they can be implemented in the classroom starting from Opening Activities, Core Activities, and Closing Activities. However, in real practice, these activities are considered to be less in line with the implementation of the Kurikulum 2013 because there have been many obstacles felt by teachers, students, and school infrastructure.

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.
