This research aims to : (1) Know and describe in applying the education character hrough the Scouting Method at SD Taman MudaJetis Yogyakarta, (2) describe the learning process of scouting method to build student’s character at SD Taman MudaJetis Yogyakarta (3) identify obstacle in applying the education chacater through the scouting method at SD Taman MudaJetis Yogyakarta, and find solutions to overcome the obstacles.This was a qualitative research. In order to gain data, the researcher used direct observation, indept interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data categorize, data display and verification, while the data validation included internal validation, external validation, reliability and objectivity.The result of the research showed that: (1) The Learning to use scouting methods in  SD Taman Muda Jetis Yogyakarta done through a variety of methods with in the context of  scouting methods. The methods used include other outbond, ceremony, game, scouting skills, scouting challenge, a media based approach to Information Technology. (2) The planting pf character  values such as discipline was done with  the ceremony, and exercise. Asense of responbility and competition honed through scouting skills, scouting challenge. In adition so that learners have the knowledge and not but of date then use a media based approach to Information Technology. The learning prsocess with methods of scouting can be done as following : (a) Experience, (b) Reflect, (c) Form Concept, (d) Test Concept. (3) The planting of character values of scouting had a few obastacles, among other: Limited land the school, Lack of facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of activities. lack of teachers who stand as a builder because it should have a base there must be a scoutmaster sons and daughters in every level, as well as the limitations of time and cost to implement the methods Visit. The steps taken to overcome the obstacles, among others, include alumni high school desk in first and senior high schoolto also train the scouts in primary school, propose to the school to hold the branch quarter in order to participate in providing materials refresher training with Regency Council and Distric Council every 3 months, as well as their regular meetings between the principals, teachers and staff are held every 3 months for monitoring and evaluation of the learning process that takes place both intra and extra.

The purpose of this study is to find out the Young Domestic Violence in Manumpitaeng Village, Sangihe Regency. This research uses qualitative research, with techniques in the form of interviews and observations, data validation in this study using internal validation of external validation, reliability and objectivity, Sugiyono 2010. The results showed that the violence that occured in the young household in Manumpitaeng village was due to easy marriage, was pregnant first and had stopped school. Economic factors, insufficient salaries to meet the needs of households every month often cause quarrels. And it can be described that the parents of the husband or wife always interfere in their child’s household such as finansial problems, child education, work, moreover this can be triggered because of differences in attitudes towards each parent.

Abstract: The purposes of this study are to find out: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers when implementing Radin Inten II’s resistance nationalism values in the learning process; (3) the efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles during the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism values in the learning process. This study used qualitative approach with the type of case study conducted at SMAN 1 Kalianda. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Data analysis techniques used the model of Miles & Huberman consisting of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results show: (1) the implementation of Radin Inten II’s nationalism resistance values in the process of learning local history was carried out by compiling a syllabus and implementing learning plan (RPP) by incorporating local history into Indonesian historical material which was consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the obstacles experienced by teachers included: the ability of teachers during learning process, students’ attitudes, and time constraints, (3) the efforts made by the teacher were taking the initiative to instill the values of nationalism in the resistance of Radin Inten II’s, applying various models, strategies, methods and singing a national song before learning. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran, (3) upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi saat implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di SMAN 1 Kalianda. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) implementasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme perlawanan Radin Inten II dalam proses pembelajaran sejarah lokal dilakukan dengan menyusun silabus dan rencana pelaksana pembelajaran (RPP) dengan memasukkan sejarah lokal kedalam materi sejarah Indonesia yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, (2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru diantaranya: kemampuan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, sikap siswa, dan adanya keterbatasan waktu, (3) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu berinisiatif menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perlawanan Radin Inten II, menerapkan berbagai model, strategi, metode dan menyanyikan lagu nasional sebelum pembelajaran.

The aims of this research are to know what is the strategy of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo, to know the effort of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo, and to know the supporting factors and hindering factors of headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo. This research is qualitative research which used pedagogic, management, and psychology approaches. The instruments used are interview guide, observation, and documentation. The data analyzed by reduction, data display and conclusion. The result of the research shows that the strategy of the headmaster in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo are planning, organizing, implementation, supervision and evaluation toward the program. The headmaster efforts in fostering the religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo such as take dhuhur and dhuha prayers together, reading al-Qur’an literacy program,  pray together before the learning process, celebrating Islamic days, implementaing 3S (sipakalebbi, sipakainge, sipakatau), and practicing asmaul huzna zikir. The supporting factor in fostering religious culture at SMP Negeri 13 Palopo are the high trust of the students’ parents to the headmaster, the good cooperation between the headmaster and the teachers in supporing the programs at school. The hidering factor is the lack of facilities and infrastructure.

This study was conducted as an attempt to investigate in what step of scientific approach theteachers most frequently use translation in English Language Teaching as well as to find out the teachers’reasons toward the use of translation in English Language Teaching based on scientific approach atSMP Negeri 4 Singaraja and SMP Negeri 5 Singaraja. It was conducted in qualitative research design.There were two teachers chosen as the subjects of study. The data were collected through audio recordingthe teaching and learning process and interviewing the subjects of study, while the techniques ofanalyzing data were done descriptively following the four processes according to the theory of Miles &Huberman (1984), namely: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Theresults of analysis indicated that the teachers most frequently used translation in exploring step of scientificapproach. In addition, there were seven teachers’ reasons found in relation to the use of translationin the classroom, namely to help the students’ difficulty in: (1) understanding the instruction given bythe teacher, (2) understanding the English vocabulary, (3) asking something in English, (4) understandingthe tenses or grammar, (5) understanding the material deeply, (6) doing the task, and (7) presentingtheir work. The related parties interested in the same area of the research should give deeper concern indoing wider range of aspects involved in further study.Keywords : Translation, the Use of L1 in ELT, Scientific Approach

The murabahah finance is sell and buy transaction which is seller acknowledge selling price and buyer pay to the seller as much as the price plus margin that being approved. Sometimes on going murabahah finance promise found obstacles and resistance being faced bank or debtor party. There for, we want to study more deep about murabahah finance in BMT RIzky Barokah as a research object. The research aims to analysis of the operation of murabahah finance, analysis of murabahah operation in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah with Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN MUI), and analysis of member perception of KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah about murabahah finance. This type of research is qualitative research with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The result is found conclusion that is process of operationalization of murabahah finance in KSPPS BMT Rizky Barokah different based on object of goods in the murabahah promise. There is a goods that have facilitated by BMT is motor-bicycle but there is have another goods that proxies by another party for the procuration. The execution of murabahah finance promise in Rizky Barokah has appropriate to the commandment and requirement of murabahah and appropriate with fatwa provisions DSN-MUI No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 about murabahah finance.

The education movement in schools should be able to strengthen the character of students through affective, cognitive and psychomotor harmonization in the learning process. The problems addressed in this research are: 1) How is the development of character value in the learning process in class IV elementary School Negeri 8 Banda Aceh? 2) What are the difficulties faced by teachers in developing character values in the learning process in class IV elementary School Negeri 8 Banda Aceh? This research aims to describe the development of character values and difficulties faced by teachers in the learning process in grade IV of SD Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. The approach used is qualitative research with a type of descriptive research. The subject in this study was 1 teacher and 38 students. The data collection techniques in this study are observations and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of the development of character values in the learning process in class IV elementary School 8 Banda Aceh have been good, teachers always develop the value of students ' character through values of honesty, discipline, courtesy and courtesy, cooperation, responsibility, and In the learning process in the classroom and outside of class.  Guru Selau to develop character values in each learning process continuously. As for the difficulties teachers face on the development of character values in the learning process is because of the number of students in the classroom so that teachers are difficult to develop those values because not all students get noticed The same individual. But teachers always give students a moral message in a classical, developing character values both in the classroom and out of class so that they become students of good behavior. Conclusion of this research is teachers have developed values of honesty, discipline, courtesy and courtesy, cooperation, responsibility, and mutual respect, and others well in class IV elementary School 8 Banda Aceh.

Improving the quality of character education needs to be done in all aspects including through cultural contexts. AbstractThis study aims to determine batik craftsmen‘s innovation needs and learning process in relation to ownership of social capital. This study is stimulated by an assumption explaining that batik craftsmen’s are able to fulfill their innovation needs through learning process by utilizing established social capital in the batik production context. This qualitative research was conducted on three batik craft SMEs in two sub-districts in Bantul Regency, the center of Yogyakarta's batik production. The research subjects were craftsmen, workers, batik organizers, and community leaders. Data collection is conducted through observation and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile the data were analyzed by using qualitative analysis techniques. The research result reveals that the SMEs of batik craftsmen have diverse innovation needs in expanding their business. Moreover, to fulfill their innovation needs, they also conducted both independent and cooperative learning by utilizing the existing social capital. Yet, the learning process has not been optimally conducted. Hal ini didasarkan pada pandangan bahwa kebutuhan inovasi dapat dipenuhi apabila para perajin dapat memanfaatkan modal sosial yang terbangun dalam konteks usaha produksi batik melalui proses belajar yang mungkin terjadi di dalamnya. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan terhadap tiga UKM perajin batik di dua kecamatan di Kabupaten Bantul sebagai sentra produksi batik Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah para perajin, pekerja, pengurus paguyuban batik, dan tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perajin batik memiliki kebutuhan inovasi yang beragam dalam mengembangkan usahanya dan melakukan proses belajar baik secara mandiri maupun kooperatif dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial sebagai hasil interaksi dengan lingkungannya guna memenuhi kebutuhan inovasinya walaupun belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tindakan-tindakan pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial guna memenuhi kebutuhan inovasi perajin. Kata kunci: modal sosial, proses belajar, inovasi, batik, kebutuhan

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

This study aims to explore and describe ethnomathematics in the concepts of geometry and measurement in traditional games of West Sumbawa namely Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. This research is exploratory research with a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in 2020 in West Sumbawa District. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that there are concepts of geometry and measurement in the traditional games, Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. The ethnomathematics in Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam are speed, time, distance, angles, lines, length units, triangular flat shapes, and rectangular flat shapes
