Nowadays, social capital is a determinant factor of success in social development, being an alternative to an optimized community empowerment. Moreover, a very communal society with rich values will be highly supported by the dynamics of development and the strengthening of its social capital. This study attempts to scrutinize social capital of three religions in the Blingoh coast of Jepara, focusing on how religious harmony is established in the area and what is the social capital behind it. This article is a field research using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis where the data are collected through in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The research finds that the social capital in the Blingoh coast of Jepara consist of social trusts, a sense of kinship beyond religious boundaries, and the role of interreligious forum of communication. These three factors are pivotal factors in sustaining religious in Blingoh Village.Key words: Social Capital, Religious Harmony, Social Harmony

Muhammadiyah is known as Islamic organization pioneering modern educational and social movement. Recently, Muhammadiyah education has experienced rapid development, yet there are still many problems and challenges to overcome in order to continue competing and giving the best for the society. The aim of this research was to figure out the role of Muhammadiyah in conducting dakwah bil hal movement in education and social environment in Sorong City, Papua. By using qualitative method and in-depth interview and also field research, this study found out that bil hal Muhammadiyah Movement in Sorong City, Papua has given significant impact on the society, especially in education from Kindergarten to University level. Meanwhile, in the social field, Muhammadiyah in Sorong City had built orphanage for boys and girls. However, in terms of management of organizational governance, Muhammadiyah needs to strengthen the solidity between regional leaders, optimization of autonomous assemblies and organizations as a power base to support maximization of dakwah bil hal Muhammadiyah movement in the future, especially in education and society.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir Di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pnggalilian data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian guru BK, peserta didik dan orang tua siswa kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu 1) Persiapan meliputi menentukan personil, alat assessment dan identifikasi siswa juga kategori siswa terisolir 2) Pelaksanaan meliputi menyusun program dan implementasi program penanganan 3) Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan dan 4) Tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan.<br /><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> Pribadi Sosial, Keterampilan Sosial, Terisolir<br />Abstract<br /><strong>Implementation of Social Personal Guidance in Developing the Social Skills of Isolated Students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan</strong><strong>.  </strong>This study aims to observe the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection method uses interviews, observations and documentation with the BK teacher's research subjects, students and parents of students then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students at SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan was carried out in several stages, namely 1) Preparation includes determining personnel, assessment tools and student identification as well as the category of isolated students 2) Implementation includes arranging programs and implementing handling programs 3) Evaluation of results of implementation and 4) Follow-up of results of implementation.<br /><strong>Keywords:</strong>Social Personal, Social Skills, Isolated<p class="06IsiAbstrak"> </p>

The role of KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama Wonosobo Branch onWonosobo district revenue through Mudharabah Financing,Discusses how mudharabah financing in KSPPS Tamzis, and howthe role of KSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama Main Branch Wonosoboregional income. Is a field research with qualitative approach. Datacollection through documentation and interviews. Data analysisusing descriptive analysis. Mudharabah financing provided byKSPPS Tamzis Bina Utama Wonosobo Branch to members of thewonosobo community from 2013 to 2017 reached approximately2,117 members. The revenue sharing from the financing ofMudharabah KSPPS Tamzis Wonosobo during the period 20152017 reached Rp. 7,929,109,000. of total mudharabah financingRp. 516.825. 964,374 distributed to members. Thus if mudharabahfinancing distributed by KSPPS Tamzis Wonosobo is increasing,and profits increase, it will increase the tax payments paid to thelocal government of Wonosobo regency. This is where the role ofKSPPS Tamzis Wonosobo through income from mudharabahfinancing, partly paid to the local government of Wonosobo districtas a form of obligation to pay taxes to the local government, thusthereby increasing the regional income of Wonosobo regency.

Poverty is one of the social problems which requires teamwork and synergy to counter it. Poverty is not only the government's responsibility but also other stakeholders. Damandiri Foundation takes a role to help counter measuring poverty through community empowerment concept by initiating the establishment of Family Empowerment Post (Posdaya). Posdaya is not only associated with material or economic aspect but also with social relation intended to build through this Posdaya so that this program can be sustainable among the society. The purposes of the present study were: 1) to find out the role of parties involved in community empowerment through Posdaya, and the social relation built among the stakeholders; 2 ) to find out the pattern of synergy in the attempt of developing Posdaya to be sustainable community empowerment program. The present study employed qualitative approach, this approach was employed to obtain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of Posdaya program initiated by Damandiri Foundation. The result of the study shows that the stakeholders, especially Damandiri Foundation, Government, especially regional government, Universities, and Private sectors should maintain their involvement to continue and support Posdaya, especially the established ones, and develop communication network pattern that allows all parties to take active participation in developing Posdaya.

Purpose – The presence of Grab has invited many discussions. The purpose of this study is to know the role of Grab on changes in social life in Bengkulu city both in terms of Grab drivers, consumers, and other conventional transportation.Method – This study uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method. The total respondents in this study are 38 people consisting of 5 people from Grab drivers, 30 people from consumers, and five people from conventional transportation.Result – This study found that there were changes in Grab drivers' income, but there were no social changes in Grab drivers. On the other hand, there were social changes in Grab consumers and conventional drivers. Implication – This study can be used by public, government, and private sector to understand better consumer behaviour in online transportation field.Originality – As the growth of online transportation in Indonesia is increasing, this study offers early understanding upon the phenomena.

This article deals with the role of social capital in Manggarai on the basis of the following assumptions. First, the incapacity of the poor farmers to develop social capital themselves caused by external and internal constraints. Empowerment and policy approaches are primary in social capital formation. Second, combination of empowerment and policy approaches which seem to be relevant for problem solving. This article is based on field research where qualitative approach was used. Both farmers belonging to Ecopastoral and Non- Ecopastoral clusters have been developing social capitals for themselves used in their trajectories of conversion. The groups belonging to the clusters are important for further policy development through resource mobilization of social capitals own by government, civil society organization and market.

Abstract This study aims to: 1) Identify the social capital in the venture with Purse seine fishing in Aertembaga Bitung City. 2) Describe the aspects of social capital in businesses with Purse seine fishing in Aertembaga Bitung City. The method used in this research is a survey method. Data collection techniques focused on in-depth interview technique (in-depth interview). In-depth interviews, will use language and terms that apply in the community with a family approach, so as to understand the context of the social capital impact business continuity Purse seine. The data were then processed and analyzed descriptively. Descriptive analysis method is the method used to analyze data in ways that describe or depict the data that has been collected as it is without intending to apply to general conclusions or generalizations.Results of research and discussion can be concluded: 1) Social capital on respondents Aertembaga Purse seine in Bitung: trust, social norms and social interaction. 2) Social capital plays an important role in efforts to purse seine fishing in terms of access to capital resources, human resources and sales of catches, in social interactions rely on the trust that has been built to form a social norm. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode survei.Teknik pengumpulan data terpusat pada teknik wawancara secara mendalam (in-depth interview). Wawancara mendalam, akan menggunakan bahasa dan istilah yang berlaku dalam masyarakat dengan pendekatan kekeluargaan, sehingga dapat dipahami konteks dampak modal sosial terhadap keberlanjutan usaha Purse seine. Metode analisis deskriptif merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan data yang telah terkumpul sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum atau generalisasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan : 1) Modal sosial pada responden Purse seine di Aertembaga Kota Bitung yaitu kepercayaan, norma sosial dan interaksi sosial. 2) Modal sosial berperan penting dalam usaha penangkapan ikan dengan purse seine dalam hal akses sumberdaya modal, sumberdaya manusia dan penjualan hasil tangkapan, dalam interaksi sosial mengandalkan kepercayaan yang telah terbangun membentuk norma sosial. The objectives of this research are: (1) Identification of groups of Sakai residents who want to obtain (2) The role of local government in cultural development and local wisdom, (3) The appropriate model for strengthening social capital for the Sakai tribe. This study uses a qualitative approach by expressing phenomenology, exploring and describing the current condition of the Sakai people. The research informants were the Head of the Bengkalis Regency Tourism and Culture Office, Tualang Mandau Sub-District Head, Mandau Sub-District Head, Village Head Bathin Salopan District and the Head of Bathin (tribal chief) in three Sakai areas, namely the Industrial Plantation Forest area, the Rokan Muandau River Area, and the Batin Salopan Traditional Area. This research was conducted in July 2018 to April 2019. The results of this study are (1) identification of finding groups of Sakai residents divided into four groups who are in different areas. Local government will gain prestige if the examination accounting performance of local government gets an unqualified opinion (WTP) from BPK. The opinion shows that the performance of the local government is in accordance with the principle of accountability. However, not all of local governments be able to achieve the predicate of WTP, because indeed to get it is not easy. Therefore, it is necessary for agencies to be the leading sector to assist all OPDs in preparing the accounting performance reports of each agency before the BPK enters, and the agency is the Inspectorate. This research aims to describe the role of Inspectorate in Samarinda City in defending the WTP predicate.Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, in-depth interviews were conducted to officials from the Inspectorate and Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKAD) to validate the data. The conclusions obtained were that the Inspectorate had several roles in maintaining the WTP predicates in Samarinda City, namely: the role of facilitation, guidance, and verification for the OPD, the coordination role for the DPRD, the role of coordination and facilitation for the BPK, and the role of reporting and input to regional heads to take further policy steps. Keywords: Inspectorate’s Role, Supervision, Local Government Performance, Unqualified Opinion Abstrak Mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan kinerja pemerintah daerah dengan predikat opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari BPK merupakan suatu prestise tersendiri bagi daerah. Predikat inilah yang menunjukkan bahwa laporan kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah sudah sesuai dengan prinsip akuntabilitas. Namun demikian belum semua daerah mampu mencapai derajat WTP, karena memang untuk mendapatkannya tidak mudah. Oleh karenanya perlu instansi yang menjadi leading sector untuk mendampingi seluruh OPD dalam menyusun laporan kinerja keuangan masing-masing instansi sebelum BPK masuk, dan instansi tersebut adalah Inspektorat. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan gambaran bagaimana peran Inspektorat Daerah Kota Samarinda dalam mendukung predikat WTP yang dalam beberapa tahun ini telah diraih oleh Kota Samarinda. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif, dilakukan in-depth interview kepada para pejabat dan stakeholder dari Inspektorat serta Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKAD) agar dapat dilakukan kroscek terhadap data yang ada. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah Inspektorat memiliki beberapa peran dalam mempertahankan predikat WTP di Kota Samarinda, antara lain peran fasilitasi, pembinaan, serta verfikasi bagi OPD, peran koordinasi bagi DPRD, peran koordinasi dan fasilitasi bagi BPK, dan peran pemberi bahan laporan dan masukan bagi kepala daerah untuk mengambil langkah kebijakan lebih lanjut. This article aims to discuss the views of in Lut Tawar Subdistrict regarding religious life that occurs within society, especially the relationship between religious people. Also the supporting factors, barriers, social interactions between religious people. The authors use a qualitative approach with data collection techniques is observation, interview, and literature studies. This research concluded that the relationship between religious people in Lut Tawar Sub-district is well and that based on the absence of conflict that occurs among religious people. It is also supported by a tolerance perspective on other religions. The social conduciveness of the society base on the strong historical foundation behind the process of social interaction among religious people. Then, society also instilled the principle of respect and appreciated each individual who ultimately created social harmony. Besides, there is a role of religious figures that always keep the tolerance perspective between religious people intertwined.   Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji pandangan masyarakat Kecamatan Lut Tawar tentang kehidupan beragama yang berkembang dalam masyarakat, terutama hubungan antar umat beragama. Kemudian juga mengkaji faktor pendukung dan penghambat interaksi sosial antar umat beragama serta cara masyarakat merawat hubungan antar umat beragama. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hubungan antar umat beragama di Kecamatan Lut Tawar belangsung dengan baik dan hal itu dibektikan dengan tidak adanya konflik yang terjadi antar umat beragama. Hal ini juga didukung dengan pandangan masyarakat terhadap agama lain yang toleran. Kondusifitas sosial masyarakat tersebut berlangsung akibat kuatnya fondasi sejarah yang melatar belakangi proses interaksi sosial antar umat beragama. Kemudian, masyarakat juga menanamkan prinsip hormat dan menghargai tiap individu yang pada akhirnya menciptakan keselarasan sosial.
