This article is concerned with researching the strategies for innovative development of business structures. The article is aimed at developing a classification of strategies for innovative development of various business structures. The publication discloses the essence of the innovation development strategy, taking into account three approaches. Conclusions have been drawn on the essence of the strategy for innovative development of business structures. According to the results of the critical analysis of the literature, the classification of existing business structures was carried out and the main directions of strategic innovative development were determined. The research highlights two key areas of strategic innovation development based on active and passive positions. An active innovative strategy involves the use of new technologies that have not yet been used in the market. This strategy can be followed by all business structures without exception, but depending on their type, achieving the goal will be more difficult or easier. In particular, business structures with a mixed form of ownership are more likely to stay in the market using active innovative strategies. At the same time, business structures formed by one person will experience much more difficulties in implementing active innovative strategies in the market. Another type of strategy is passive (imitation), which consists not in the development of new technologies, but in the use of already developed ones. The main conceptual task in building such a strategy is to study the market, competitive advantages and disadvantages of completed innovative technologies in order to enter the market with a similar but more market-adapted solution. We can confidently say that developed business structures can more easily implement the imitation strategy, since it requires a quick reaction and development, more rational solutions, which is associated with the use of more resources. However, despite this, innovation is the only way to enter and hold on to the market with a unique product, since they do not depend on the size of the enterprise, its finances or the number of personnel.

The article studies modern trends in the development of methodological foundations for assessing the value of enterprises as a component of effective management. The features of the application of each separate methodological approach to assessing the value of enterprises in the assessment process are determined. The characteristic of the generally accepted methodological approaches to assessing the value of enterprises, namely the profitable, costly, comparative approaches by highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, disclosed the diversity of methods within each approach. It is the presence of the limitations of each approach that sets the vector for the further development of the methodological foundations for assessing the value of enterprises in modern economic market environment. Based on the analysis of recent research by domestic and foreign scientists there is expediency of using the integrated approach as a comprehensive methodological support for the process of assessing the value of enterprises is substantiated; it is a branched system of assessment methods. An algorithm for making decisions when carrying out the procedure for assessing the value of enterprises on the basis of an integrated approach has been developed, which allows you to combine a number of methods of various methodological approaches. This sequence of actions serves as a basic "link" between the stage of choosing methodological tools for assessing the value of enterprises and the stage of its implementation. The growing role of the integrated approach, which is reflected in the number of its application in economic research, this is clearly a positive trend in the development of the methodological foundations of the process of assessing the value of enterprises in modern economic conditions, because it implies obtaining more accurate results when carrying out calculations, and thus allows making the assessment procedure targeted, which corresponds to modern trends in the development of methodological tools for assessing the value of enterprises.

Purpose. The aim of the article is analysis and substantiation of possibilities of adaptation of agro-business structures to effective integration, intertwining of economic activity, convergence and unification (convergence) of their potentials that will promote overcoming of social and economic negative consequences of functioning of vertically integrated structures of holding type and strengthening of advantages of various organizational forms of enterprises small and medium agrarian business. Methodology of research. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study is theories and views presented in the works of foreign and domestic scientists. The results of the study are obtained using both general and special (economic) methods of scientific knowledge. The general historical context of convergence is considered on the basis of the historical and dialectical method; the method of analysis and synthesis is used in identifying global problems against the background of the economic crisis. Argumentation of theoretical provisions that characterize the patterns of convergence and the relationship of organizational forms of management in the agricultural sector, formed on a systematic analysis, the laws of logic, the method of scientific abstraction. Statistical, tabular and graphical methods are used for comparative analysis of economic performance of agricultural enterprises. Findings. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing agro-business structures in the conditions of new requirements of globalization, anticipated consequences of the economic crisis and orientation on the goals of sustainable development, on the basis of which objective conditions for the convergence process are formed, are revealed. Originality. It is substantiated that under the condition of convergence of different categories of enterprises the minimization of social and economic differences between them is ensured and inequalities in entering the domestic and foreign markets are levelled. Contrary to the existing radical views on the exceptional damage from the activities of agricultural holdings, a methodological approach is proposed, according to which transformational changes based on convergence will anticipate and minimize risks, especially in small and medium agribusiness, which will occur during pandemics and economic crisis. This approach will promote the cohesion of forms of management in the agricultural business, which reflects the experience of best management practices of developed countries. Practical value. The proposed scientific ideas and views on convergence, as a process of convergence and integration of potentials and resources of existing forms of management, can be used at the enterprise level, which will ensure a synergistic effect of their scale and compliance with sustainable development goals in a favourable institutional environment. Key words: agrarian business, agro-holdings, globalization, innovations, convergence, sustainable development, forms of management of agrarian enterprises.

The article develops methodological approach to the analysis of groups of interests’ influence on the choice of Russia’s development strategy. It is possible to pass on to the analysis of specific issues of economic policy by forming several sub-groups in every "analytical" group. The article also considers the structure of Russian economy which was formed as a result of transformational crisis’ influence on Soviet economy, and relevant international comparisons. Main alternative ways of transition to innovational development are the renewal of Soviet "triangle economy" (the scenario "Mobilization") and complex institutional changes (the scenario "Modernization").

A multi-methodological approach was used to examine the personal and professional life of a well-respected, nonclinical, healthcare executive for purposes of determining if “Don” was a servant leader and, if so, uncover the antecedents contributing to his leadership style. The results provided the backdrop for examining linkages between servant leadership, reporting relationships, and business structures. Content analysis and Spears’ 10 constructs of servant leaders were used as a priori themes to affirm that Don is a servant leader. Nonparametric testing revealed moderate to strong associations between the reporting relationships of the respondents (x1) and the types of business structures (x2) where the respondents and our servant leader forged their initial relationship and the perceived behaviors and attributes of Don (y). We discovered that relationships, spiritual centeredness, and desire for career advancement served as antecedents in shaping Don’s leadership style. Implications for practice and future research are also addressed.

As factors affecting interregional interactions play an important role in regional economic development. Thus, developing a methodology for assessing these interactions is becoming urgent. The article proposes a methodological approach to analyse the factors influencing possible interactions between Sverdlovsk oblast and other constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the manufacturing industry. It is hypothesised that the elements of an interregional interaction matrix are proxy variables characterising the degree of this interaction. An economic analysis of relations and production chains between Sverdlovsk oblast and other constituent entitles confirmed this hypothesis. First, based on the spatial distribution of manufacturing output in the examined regions, values of an indicator showing the strength of their mutual influence were determined. Second, the impact of economic, infrastructural and institutional factors on the obtained indicator, characterising the inter action between Sverdlovsk oblast and other regions, was assessed using quantile regression. In this case, such a technique was chosen instead of the classical ordinary least squares (OLS) regression that incorrectly estimates the dependencies between the studied variables. This is expressed in the fact that the regression coefficients de pend on q-quantile of the dependent variable. We have revealed that price levels of the examined regions do not affect their possible interactions with Sverdlovsk oblast. Simultaneously, the dissemination of knowledge acts a driver of interaction between the considered regional manufacturing industries. The research findings can be used to prepare strategies, programmes and schemes for the placement and development of industries, considering the potential of Sverdlovsk oblast and other Russian regions.

The article presents the theoretical and methodological principles of identifying the risks of implementing business technologies by business structures. Considering the risk as the ratio of the probability of a risk situation and its consequences, which leads to the deviation of actual results from the planned, proved the need to identify it taking into account not only risk events but also the causes, risk factors, probability and probability of occurrence and the consequences of the implementation of a risky event. A methodological approach is proposed, which provides not only risk identification, but also allows to coordinate the process of risk minimization, scalability and flexibility, cost reduction and takes into account not only the planned and projected values of business technology performance, but also the overall planned result of business structure. Since the process of identifying the risks of the introduction of the n-th business technology by the business structure is proposed to be considered as a set of certain sequential actions, respectively, it is logical to build an appropriate functional relationship, which includes research sources of risk situation; occurrence or change of a certain phenomenon or set of circumstances that cause a risky event; identification of risk factors that cause risk situations; the actual risk situation, which we consider as an event that is due to causes and risk factors that may lead to negative or positive consequences; consequences (result) of the risk situation in case of its implementation; the probability of a risk situation, i.e, a quantitative measure of the probability of an event and the vulnerability of the n-th business technology to the source of risk. Given the possible limits of the apparatus of probability theory, it is proposed to use the theory of Markov processes with discrete states and continuous time in determining the probability of reducing the effectiveness of n-th business technology due to the n-th risk situation, respectively, obtained a model for from state to state, taking into account which in modeling the effectiveness of the n-th business technology of business structures provides an expansion of tools for planning and forecasting risk situations.

It is aimed to compare the values of conformity index (CI), homogeneity index (HI), monitor unit (MU) of volumetrically adjusted arthritis therapy (VMAT) plans using 10 prostate cancer patients with flattened filter (FF) and without flattening filter (FFF). In the study, treatment plans were prepared using 6 FF and 6 FFF in the Eclipse (ver.13.6) treatment planning system with Varian Trilogy Linear Accelerator. When planning was completed, CI averaged 0.87, HI averaged 0.44 and MU values were found to be 591 ± 26.8, 650 ± 33.06, respectively. When the PTV coverage, CI, HI and MU comparisons were made as a result of planning, there was no significant difference when comparing VMAT plans in FFF and FF energies. When we compare the MU values, the MU increase is seen when the straightening filter is removed. In both energy modes, good homogeneity in PTV was achieved with conventional francitation and close dose rates. No significant advantages and disadvantages of the unfiltered energy mode were observed in the assessment of plan quality in terms of CI, HI.
