The Social

Health care community is one of the social facilities that uses the developing information technology. The development of this information technology can be seen on the development of clinics and hospitals because they have developed the computerized systems. The access to the contents of the data is done by computerizing so that it will facilitate the data processing, saving time, effort and costs. The method used in this research was through Waterfall. This Waterfall method consisted of communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. The data collecting techniques used in this research were interview, observation and literature study. The implementation of this method was by the system analysis, the context diagram, the DFD, and the table relationships. To design and create this application used Netbeans 7.1.2, Java programming languages, MySql databases, and Xampp Webserver, The implementation of this application for the data management of the community health center in the Margodadi Village was able to help the data recording, the data processing, and the report making done by the staffs so that the administrators were able to search the data in this application. Keywords: Information System; Community Health Service Margodadi; Waterfall

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach which is indispensable as a determinant of the success of the Bandung Regency Government's performance in the health sector. The Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach is a priority program of the Ministry of Health which is implemented by the Center for Community Health. The implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach in Bandung Regency was only carried out in 2017 with program socialization activities at the Health Office and Community Health Center levels. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the approach of Donald van Meter and Carl van Horn's policy implementation model. The findings from the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach in Bandung Regency have been implemented but have not yet reached the target of total coverage. The Bandung Regency Healthy Family Index is included in the unhealthy assessment (<0.8). So that the success of implementation will be achieved when making improvements from deficiencies, both in terms of standards and policy targets or policy measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of the implementing organization, attitudes of the implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activities, and the social, economic and political environment. Suggestions from this study are to improve the empowerment of family roles and community potential with training methods for community cadres, continue the enumerator recruitment program to assist with home visits and data collection and data input, advocate for budget allocations sourced from regional revenue and expenditure budgets.

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

The purposed this study is to know linguistic aspects of the Batu Jimbar inscription which includes script, language, spelling, and affixation. Furthermore, the research also discussed about the social aspects contained. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, literature study, and interviews with data processing through qualitative, interpretative, and epigrafi analysis. Based on the analysis of Batu Jimbar inscription, it can be known that the inscription used the ancient Balinese letters with the Old Javanese language. Batu Jimbar inscription used spellings that had been developed in the previous era, such as prefixes para-, ma-, pa-, ka-, sa-, um-, a-, and ha-, suffixes –?n, -nya, -an, and confixes (pa- + -ma), (ma- + -an), (a- + -an), (ka- + -an), ( ka- + -nya), (maka + -an). Socio-cultural aspects contained in the Batu Jimbar inscription is about the rights and obligations and social organizations that exist in it such as the rights and obligations that must be implemented by Indrapura residents by worshiping Bhatara (Gods) at Bukit Unggal (Hill).

Introduction: Semarang City has the highest number of HIV / AIDS cases in Central Java. Several attempts to control HIV / AIDS cases, such as the organization for AIDS that is named after AIDS Care Community (ACC) in every village scope. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the ACC program in Poncol Community Health Center.Methods: This is a descriptive research, uses qualitative methods using in-depth interview for data collection techniques. There are 9 informants who are selected by using purposive sampling method. Data is analyzed using descriptive method. The process of data analysis begins with collecting data, and then reducing the data that has been generated. After that, the data are presented and concluded.Results: The results show that the implementation of ACC program in the work area of Poncol Community Health Center is assisted by Poncol Puskesmas. There is 1 ACC out of 9 ACC that is actively implementing the ACC program while the others are not running well. It is found that low capacity of ACC members, lack of funds, low of support from the local government (village), low community support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure that affect the implementation of ACC programs. Therefore, the output is not achieved optimally.Conclusions: The implementation of the of the ACC program in Poncol Community Health Center work area has not been running optimally. Support from all parties is needed, including from the members of the ACC, local government, AIDS commission, and the community in order to achieve the ACC goals.

Social interaction is a relationship between humans, both in individuals and in groups. Social interaction in society occurs because of social contact and communication. Pulmonary TB is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This study aimed to determine the social interaction of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at Helvetia Community Health Center in Medan. This study used a descriptive design. The population in this study were all patients suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling technique, and it was found that the sample size was 33 respondents. The data collection used observation form. The data analysis used frequency distribution. The result shows various respondents' characteristics. The majority were 29-43 years old, male, high school educated, self-employed, and have suffered from TB ≤ 3 years. Based on the study result, 25 of 33 sample patients with pulmonary tuberculosis still interacted socially with their community. The conclusion is that patients with pulmonary tuberculosis still socially interact with the community in their neighborhood.

The information on waterfall tourism destination provided in the tourism office website of each regency in Bali is still limited. There is a need to manage them in a database which can be monitored regularly and can be informed to the public through the tourism office website of each regency in Bali. Some regencies in Bali that have had the data collection of waterfall tourism destinations were involved to gain the data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism office website of each regency of Bali, in order to be able to utilize and maximize the presentation of information in an appropriate, easy and updated manner. Besides, it can let the public know the waterfall which is untouched by many tourists. The research methodology carried out includes several stages, namely system analysis, literature study, problem identification, goal setting, information needs analysis, data inventory, presentation of results and evaluation. The conclusion of this study is that three regencies in Bali have used a website, four districts in Bali already have a website but do not have information on tourist areas, and one Kelungkung Regency does not have a website. The expected result of this study is the utilization of tourism office websites of each regency in Bali. So that it can introduce tourism in each region to visiting tourists and can improve the performance of the tourism department and increase government foreign exchange earnings. Data and information on the health profile of Indonesia in 2016 showed only 29.5% of infants receive exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months, the low level of exclusive breastfeeding made the government issue a regulation on exclusive breastfeeding in Government Regulation Number 33 of 2012. The study aimed to analyze the policy implementation of exclusive breastfeeding at Cicalengka Community Health Center. The study used qualitative analysis with in-depth interview method, focus group discussion and literature study. The result of this study shows that breastfeeding policy implementation in health centers is not optimal, as seen from the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Socialization of the policy has not been done as a whole, the time and task division is unclear and has no special budget and the standard operating procedures is not really used in carrying out the policy. Communication is the most influential factor in the implementation of the policy. There is no support and commitment from all employees in the implementation of exclusive breastfeeding policy. The suggestion is to consistently socialize to employees and the public, carry out supervision in an effort to secure the policy, run the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), allocate budget activities in 2018, create a memorandum of understanding with other agencies, and Self-assessment and program evaluation absolutely must do continuously.

Along with the increasingly tight competition of technology and information, making many government parties in Indonesia use technology as a supporter to improve its performance. The development of information technology systems led to changes in the role of information technology systems ranging from the role of efficiency, effectiveness to the strategic role, the existence of computerized data processing information becomes very important. That's because computerized data processing can contribute greatly to a company's performance, when compared to manual data processing. (Imtihan, 2015) Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Kota Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah do not have a computerized system for data processing promotion of employees, still done manually and data storage is still archive so as to enable the loss of damaged data or archive and also takes longer time in data processing employees. The process can create a continuous error and since the promotion is routinely given to the employee, it is necessary to create an information system that can manage the promotion process automatically in order to avoid mistakes or continuous errors such as errors when data lost or damaged archives and accelerate in time processing data employee who will conduct the promotion process so that required a computerized promotion information system that can regulate the process of promotion of employees. The information system is built using PHP programming language and Mysql database. Data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, interview, and literature study. The method of analysis used is SWOT method, design method used in this research is waterfall method and testing method used is black box testing method. The result of this research is to produce information system of processing process of promotion of employee to facilitate the employee in search process of promotion data and can facilitate officer at the time of data processing increase of employee pangat and also to minimize mistake of data processing promotion of employee rank.
