The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors and variables that have the most influence on the formation of social capital, analyze the relationship between variables, and describe the condition of community social capital in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. There are three social capital variables used, including trust, social norms, and social networks. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and a literature review were used in this study. The CFA results show that community social capital is formed from 9 factors, where the most influential variable is the trust variable with a value of 0.81 or 66.3%. The results of the SEM analysis show that the relationship of social capital is described through the trust variable, which directly influences social networks and social norms, which will then also affect social networks. Based on the community's social capital and its willingness to collaborate in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, we can conclude that the programs developed by the community and the government to combat the Covid-19 outbreak will go off without a hitch.

This study aimed to evaluate if social network and social capital theories are enough do encompass the complexity of management of cooperatives works in order to get superior performance. The subject of this study arises on the relationship of inter-organizational social networks in managerial capabilities of Brazilian cooperatives operating in the dairy segment. We utilized a structured questionnaire to collect quantitative data. The questionnaire was sent by email and by mail to the leaders of 414 cooperatives. We obtained 348 responses and, after treatment of missing data, 331 of them were analyzed. A theoretical model based on the theoretical framework was proposed and then validated by analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Thus, it was established that inter-organizational social networks generate capital and that the cooperatives make use of networks, albeit incipiently. It was noted, too, that inter-organizational social networks can benefit cooperatives’ performance.

The aim of this study is to provide clarity of intellectual capital effects and customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between digital marketing for firm performance. The study was conducted on Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kudus district by taking a sample of 134 SME managers such as owners and operational managers. Through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, it is discussed that the mediated hypothesized effect is statistically significant. In other words, intellectual capital and customer satisfaction can bridge the relationship of digital marketing variables to firm performance. This finding helps management in understanding the ability of internal resources to be able to utilize information technology to support the resources they have. Therefore, SMEs must pay attention to factors both internal and external, agreeing to understand the suitability of the firms in determining the most appropriate use of digital marketing.

The role of agriculture in the economic development of this country is still very important, besides being a fuel provider, this sector also contributes significantly to the development of workforce which is expected to have an increase in the change in the level of poverty. The Ministry of Agriculture has a vision and mission in alleviating poverty by rolling out various forms of programs to increase capital for farmers. Farmers who have developed their level of education, improved changes in the economic and political structure, began to understand to form a farmer group that had the goal of obtaining and obtaining mutual assistance included in the agricultural program of the government, such as the UPSUS Pajale Program. Farmers who are members of farmer groups will strengthen the ability of their groups to manage and channel the Pajale UPSUS Program assistance that requires improving farm safety consisting of indicators; the role of members of farmer groups, suitability of group services, collectivity, and resolution of local wisdom that still requires in its farming activities. The success of farmer groups can not be separated from social capital which is the main foundation that must be owned by farmers as group members. Mangkuprawira (2010) describes the support of social capital in farmers such as social norms, mutual trust, networking, cooperation, mutual relations, participation, and commitment that will be directly connected to the success of the UPSUS Pajale (soybean) program being rolled out by the government, and seen from three indicators namely; successful output, successful results, and successful benefits. The UPSB Pajale Program in East Lampung Regency is held from February to March 2019. The data used are primary and secondary data with the Mix-method research method. The sampling technique used was the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 140 farmers who were members of a farmer group receiving the 2017 UPSUS Pajale Kedelai Program in East Lampung Regency. Data processing is done qualitatively and quantitatively. Data is arranged qualitatively using descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, which uses the LISREL 8.80 program. The results showed the value of R2 = 0.71, which means that the second variable namely Farmer Institutional Performance and the Existence of Farmer Social Capital contributed 71 percent and was significant to the Success of the UPSUS Pajale Program in East Lampung Regency. Keywords: Farming Institution, Existence of Social Capital, and UPSUS Pajale Program

<p>This study aims to examine the structural relationship between disruptive attributes and women consumers’ attitude when using Mobile Retailing. A total of 486 completed sets of structured self-administered questionnaires were analyzed using the purposive sampling technique. The sample for this study consisted of Malaysian women who have used Mobile Retailing in the past six months, including mobile retailers and members of women organizations in Malaysia. A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique was used to evaluate the relationship among the hypothesized variables for this study via the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) computer program version 21. Based on the SEM analysis, five significant results and two insignificant results were obtained in regard to the direct relationship between disruptive attribute factors and women consumers’ attitude when using Mobile Retailing. Specifically, reachability, ubiquity, personalization, connectivity, and convenience have a direct, positive relationship with women consumers’ attitude when using Mobile Retailing, whereas mobility and localization have no significant relationship with women consumers’ attitude when using Mobile Retailing. It is vital for retailers to entice female consumers to buy their products. The sellers are able to re-observe and alter their marketing approaches to specific target markets and earn a competitive advantage by recognizing their customers’ personal attitudes and subjective norms, all of which may affect their behavior. The direction for future research concludes this study.</p>

In acute stroke patients, it is important to maintain tongue hygiene and tongue function for prognosis management. However, the direct relationship between these factors is unclear, since these are often assessed by multiple observables. In this study, we used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, a tool to analyze the relationship between concepts that cannot be measured directly, to analyze the relationship between tongue hygiene and tongue function. The subjects were 73 patients with acute stroke admitted to a university hospital who underwent dental intervention. Age, sex, nutritional intake method, clinical severity classification of dysphagia, number of current teeth, number of functional teeth, oral health, tongue movement, tongue coating, number of microorganisms on the tongue surface, tongue surface moisture level, and tongue pressure were measured at the first visit. SEM analysis showed that the relationship between tongue function and tongue hygiene was 0.05 between tongue function and swallowing function was 0.90, and that between tongue hygiene and swallowing function was 0.09. We found no statistical relationship between tongue function and tongue hygiene in acute stroke patients. However, it was reconfirmed that tongue function is strongly related to feeding and swallowing functions.

Although the footwear industry is one sector of the small and medium industries which supported by the government, but the development of the industry is still relatively low. Various government policies have been made related to export and import settings, however the policies do not seem to provide significant benefits to the national development of the footwear industry. The condition is further exacerbated by the implementation of CAFTA (China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement) in Indonesia.  The lack of preparedness of local industry in the face of Chinese products in the country is feared to suppress the competitiveness of local products become increasingly weak. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the development efforts of small and household footwear industries and to analyze the effect of CAFTA on the sustainability of small and household footwear industries. The research was conducted in Bogor (district  and city) which is a center of footwear industry in Indonesia. The respondent of the study consists of the leading small and household industries   taken by purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the statistical descripitive and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on SEM analysis, the results indicate that efforts to develop small and household footwear industries directly affected by motivation efforts of the entrepreneurs in this industry and the government policies that facilitate the entrepreneurs in this industry.  Increasing the development of business sustainability is also directly influenced by the characteristics of the entrepreneurs who are able to optimize productivity and the CAFTA implementation which is responded by good competitiveness from the local industry.
