This study aims to explain the learning models of flipped virtual classroom that can be applied in virtual classrooms in discourse analysis in Translation courses. When teaching, the learning model is explained by using video as an appropriate and efficient choice pattern to achieve learning objectives. Flipped virtual classroom is a learning model that transfers synchronous virtual classroom models to asynchronous virtual classroom models. The research method in this discourse analysis in Translation course was through literary sources. The purpose of the research is to provide information about virtual learning methods as a means of enhancing learning and language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia combined with translation reflection theory. The virtual learning model can be combined with variations of learning models such as: Problem-based Learning, Inquiry-based Learning, Project-based Learning, Research-based Learning. In conclusion, through the choice of an asynchronous virtual classroom learning model and the application of discourse analysis in Translation as a reflection activity in translation, students are able to make a more detailed and deeper translation analysis.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Collaborative, project-based learning models have been shown to benefit student learning and engagement in the STEM disciplines. This case study evaluates the use of highly collaborative project- and problem-based learning models in introductory courses in the geosciences and biology. In the geosciences, we developed project-based modules with a strong local focus. Student teams worked on three project-based laboratories dealing with the local geology/geomorphology, water quality of a local stream, and local flooding issues. These replaced traditionally taught laboratories on topographic maps and rivers and streams. Student teams presented project results in lieu of taking a traditional laboratory practical. In biology, we designed a collaborative learning model that incorporated three problem-based learning modules into a first-semester introductory biology course. Students were assigned topics in evolution, cell biology and genetics to research independently during the course of the semester, with each module culminating in a brief presentation on the topic. Modules were designed to mirror concepts being covered in the lecture. Preliminary results suggest that student performance and attitudes towards course material benefitted from this learning model. The authors consider outcomes, benefits, and challenges to students and instructors.

The problems that underlined this research included: the development of children's social skills was still not optimal, learning models in the classroom were less varied, including in the selection of media and, the interaction of students with other students was still lacking so that learning was still monotonous and less interesting. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the project-based learning model which is assisted with traditional clogs toward the social skills of the fifth-grade elementary school students. The study applied a non-equivalent control group design. Determination of the sample applied random sampling techniques. The population of this study was all students of class V. In this study, the obtained samples were 62 people. Data collection applied observation techniques. The instrument was the observation sheet. The calculation results of average gain in students’ social skills scores were given the treatment of project-based learning models in which learning was assisted with traditional game clogs included 0.295 in the category of very sufficient, while students who were taught conventional learning models had an average score of social skills score of -0.022 , belongs to the less category. Thus, based on these findings, it can be concluded that the project-based learning model assisted by traditional game clogs influences the social skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This model can be used as a choice by teachers to be used as an alternative to improve social skills.

The effectiveness criteria are evaluated from student learning outcomes of students' vocational skills scores and student responses to project-based learning. This type of research is research and development (research and development / R&D) with field trials using one group pre-test post-test design. The research subjects were 40 students of SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. The instrument for measuring the effectiveness of project-based learning models on students' vocational skills is the vocational skills observation sheet and the student response questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. The data obtained as follows: All students mastered vocational skills with the highest score obtained was 92.31. Student responses to project-based learning were 91%. Obstacles in carrying out learning activities are a limited number of tools and less time in carrying out experimental activities.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the project-based learning model on laboratory-based ethanol-making materials is effective for training vocational skills of vocational students.

Emerging information and communication technologies and learning models have triggered a new wave of educational innovation: electronic learning (E-learning). This study employs a hypercube innovation model to analyze the differences in technology and learning models in conventional (face-to-face) classroom learning and E-learning environments. The results of the analyses indicate that the innovation from traditional classroom learning to E-learning is radical for both the learner and instructor, leading to drastic changes in the technology and learning model. For education institutions, the technology is a fundamental change, while the learning model is reinforced. From the dynamic capability perspectives, a set of core capabilities needed for successfully exploiting E-learning is identified. These results provide insight for learners, instructors, and education institutions for enhancing their understanding of E-learning innovation and provide guidelines to help E-learning stakeholders adapt from conventional classrooms to E-learning environments.

Abstract This study aims to find out which is better between mathematics learning outcomes in Cokroaminoto Batang Junior High School students who are taught using the Cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) or those who are taught using the Cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) in the material mathematics field rectangular. The sample of this study consisted of 2 classes, namely experimental class 1 and experimental class 2 using the NHT and STAD methods. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection methods used are documentation and test methods. Research instruments in the form of learning tools and mathematics test results. Data analysis performed was a prerequisite test using the average similarity test and hypothesis testing by calculating the average. The results showed that the average learning outcomes of experimental class 1 students amounted to 76,875 and experimental class 2 amounted to 72,56667 which means that classroom learning outcomes taught by NHT type cooperative learning models were better than classroom learning outcomes taught by the STAD type cooperative learning models. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the NHT type of cooperative learning model is more effective when compared to the STAD type cooperative learning model on the subject of quadrilateral in class VII students of Cokroaminoto Batang Middle School Academic Year 2018/2019 Keywords: STAD type cooperative learning model, NHT type cooperative learning model, learning outcomes .
