The tourism sector is one important sector that can contribute to improving the regional economy. However, the implementation of product and tariff strategies that are not optimal can have an impact on the low sales value and profits, and in turn affect regional revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of product strategy performance, tariff strategy and sales value on profits. Using a quantitative approach, the population in this study is 20 tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documents and related literature. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate product strategy, tariff strategy, and sales value have a partial and simultaneous effect both on profit. The dominant variables in this study are (1) the application of the tariff strategy as a determinant of sales value and (2) the application of the product strategy as a determinant of profit.Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting yang bisa berkontribusi bagi peningkatan perekonomian daerah. Namun demikian, penerapan strategi produk dan tarif yang tak maksimal dapat berdampak pada rendahnya nilai penjualan serta laba yang diperoleh, dan pada gilirannya memengaruhi penerimaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja strategi produk, strategi tarif dan nilai penjualan terhadap laba usaha. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 destinasi wisata di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, sementara data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen dan literatur-literatur terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi produk, strategi tarif, dan nilai penjualan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap laba. Variabel dominan dalam penelitian ini ialah (1) penerapan strategi tarif sebagai determinan penjualan dan (2) penerapan strategi produk sebagai determinan laba.

This study aims to analyze the development of MICE tourism and its contribution to employment absorption in the tourism sector and tourist visits in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. MICE activities (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) held in an area may contribute to various sectors. However, the implementation of MICE activities in an area has not yet been clearly measured for its contribution to employment absorption or number of tourist visits. This research sample uses purposive sampling technique, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of in-depth interviews and questionnaires. While secondary data in the form of data on the number of MICE, labor in the tourism sector, and tourist visits in 2014 - 2018. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative and qualitative SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threat) and is supported by descriptive statistics for strengthen analysis. The results showed the development of MICE tourism in DIY over a period of 5 years (2014-2018) had increased. MICE has grown a lot in Sleman Regency and Yogyakarta City, due to the factor of accommodation facilities, location close to tourist destinations and airports. MICE has a contribution to employment absorption seen from the positive quadrant sign between strength and weakness of 144.96. In addition, MICE also contributes to tourist visits as seen from the positive quadrant sign of 119.03. Keywords: MICE, employment absorption, tourist visit

Some regions in Indonesia such as West Sumatra, Yogyakarta, Jakarta and other regions, often found traditional Bendi transportation which is used to transport people or goods from one place to the agreed destination. Apart from functioning as a public transportation tool, Bendi also has an important role in tourism, which is used around to transport tourists both from within and outside the country. The activity carried out by Bendi can increase the income of the local people who use Bendi as a regional tourism promotion tool. How is the existence of a Traditional Transport Tool in the midst of modern transportation in Indonesia?; How is this traditional Bendi transport regulated in Indonesia’s national regulations? and What is the support of traditional Bendi transportation for regional economic development where its position is as a means of transportation? Is the subject matter in writing this paper. The research method used is normative, using secondary data and primary data as supporters, through interviews with some observers of traditional transport equipment. Then it will be analyzed descriptively. The conclusion obtained is that in a certain area, there are provisions for regional regulations that regulate the existence of these Bendi traditional transportation equipment, such as in the Yogyakarta area. Traditional Bendi transportation support as a supporter of the regional economy through tourism activities is very large, such as those found in the Yogyakarta area, where Bendi is always there to surround tourist areas that deliver domestic and foreign tourists in visiting tourist areas, as well as in West Sumatra, Padang, Bendi still exists even though it is rare, but it is still used as a tourism and cultural transport tool.

This study aims to determine the following: 1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. 2) The influence of competence on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. 3) The effect of integrity on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. 4) The effect of work discipline on employee integrity in the Regional Secretariat of Kota Pariaman. The data collection method is a part of the data collection instrument that determines the success or failure of a study. This type of research uses an associative quantitative approach. To get the data needed in this study, the authors used techniques in data collection. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis. The types of data collected in this study were taken from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out by path analysis. Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on nurse motivation, the influence of organizational culture on nurse work motivation, Influence of leadership on nurse performance, the influence of organizational culture on the performance of nurse and The influence of  motivation on the nurses performance on RSUD  type C in the province of Riau. Type of research was selected is quantitative survey approach. The data used is primary data that collected from 79 nurses at two hospitals from two counties. Secondary data obtained from the author profile data Riau Health Service and source data from both hospitals. Data were analyzed using path analysis technique (Path Analysis). Based on the results of the study concluded that: 1) Leadership is not a significant effect on the motivation of nurses working with the calculation of a score of  0.154. and sig 0,104  2) Cultural organizations have a significant effect on the motivation of nurses working at 0.665 and sig 0,000.   3) Leadership is significant effect on the performance of nurses at  0,265 and sig 0,008   4) Cultural organizations have a significant effect on the performance of Nurses at 0.329 and sig 0,009.   5) Motivation significant effect on the performance of Nurses  at  0,273.   6) Indirect effect X1 on Y through X3 for ρx3x1. ρyx3 = (0.154). (0.273) = 0.042. So that the total effect of X1 on Y through X3 is equal to 0.042, and 7) Indirect effect X2 on Y through X3 for ρx3x2. ρyx3 = (0.665). (0.237) = 0.182. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

  Bali is an island where tourism plays a dominant role in its economy, so its potential needs to be further developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tourist visits, number of hotels, and hotel occupancy rates on total employment and welfare of the people in Bali. The data used is secondary data published by Bali Provincial Tourism Office and the Bali Province Central Statistics Agency from 2000-2019. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that the number of tourist visits has a positive and significant effect on total employment, the number of hotels has a negative and insignificant effect on total employment, while the hotel occupancy rate has a positive and insignificant effect on total employment. In addition, the number of tourist visits has a negative and insignificant effect on welfare, the number of hotels and the total employment have a positive and significant effect on welfare, while the hotel occupancy rate has a negative and significant effect on the welfare of the community.  Labor absorption is not a mediating variable between tourist visits and occupancy rate on welfare.

The sector developed in Indonesia at this time is the tourism sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the development of attractions, supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies in the development of tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data in this study were collected through interviews, documentation, observation and data triangulation. The analysis technique used in writing uses the SWOT analysis and Litmust Test to be reduced, presented and concluded. The results of research strategies for developing tourism objects in Rejang Lebong Regency are still not maximal, because there are many weaknesses in each component in the tourism area which become a benchmark for the development of Bengkulu Province tourist destinations, Rejang Lebong. The influencing factors are internal factors, namely strengths and weaknesses and external factors, namely opportunities and threats. Based on these factors, researchers can reformulate the strategy in the development of attractions in Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province

Data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data through procedures for collecting data with participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study used domain techniques, taxonomic techniques, compound techniques, and theme techniques. For the process of checking the validity of the data, a triangulation process was carried out to obtain accurate research results. The results of the study obtained that in thematic learning using the Lesson Plan (RPP) to achieve a basic competency set out in the Content Standards and described in the syllabus through various learning behaviors of students.

India is a large country with great traditions, culture, and civilization. India has 4000 years of fertile civilized life with planned cities, monumental temples, mosques and churches,  palaces,  sculptures,  paintings  and  various artistic creations. These scenic beauties have made India one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. The Tourism potential of any country mainly depends on its climate, scenery, historical monuments, arts, tradition, festivals  and  the  society.  If  any  place  or  area  or  spot possesses all these characters and potentials, we may call it  as  a  tourist  centre  or  pilgrim  centre.  Tamil  Nadu,  a southern State of India, is a land of charm with ancient traditions;  the  picturesque  land  of  Tamil  Nadu  has towering temples  with  magnificent  architecture  and sculptures,  art  galleries  and  heterogeneous  natural beauty, existing on the hills and mountains. Tamil Nadu is flooded with different cultural, spiritual and religious centres  like  Madurai,  Rameswaram,  Kanyakumari, Tanjavur,  Kumbakonam,  Trichy,  Kancheepuram, Chidambaram,  Tiruvannamalai  and  Palani.  Religious institutions like temples in Tamil Nadu have been playing a  multifaceted  role in  religious,  social,  economic  and cultural life of the Tamil community. Moreover, temples are  considered  as producers,  land  owners,  trustees,employers,  pilgrim  centres  and  institutions.    There  are studies  conducted  in  cultural  and  spiritual tourism centres, which focus on heritage, culture and the historical aspects.  But  studies  that  focus  on  economic  aspects  of such  centres  are  scanty.  With  this  background,  the authors have made an attempt to study the memories and reminiscence  of  150  Pilgrimage  tourists,  who  visited Palani Temple; one of the Six abodes  of Lord Muruga located in the Dindigul district of Tamil Nadu, with an objective  of  examining  the  social and  economic characteristics  of the pilgrimage  tourists;  and  identify their major problems and suggest ways and means for promoting  pilgrimage  tourism  in  Palani.  The  Primary data has been collected through interview schedules. The interview  schedule  was  pre-tested,  modified and  well- structured, and was used for obtaining information and data from the cultural-spiritual tourists, who are visiting the Palani temple. Secondary data in connection with the Palani temple were also gathered from the office of the Commissioner, Palani temple. Further, the authors have collected  data  and  information  from  150  tourists  who visited  the  Palani  temple  during  June-July  2011.  The tourists  were purposively selected in different spots in and  around the Palani  temple.  For  the  purpose  of analyzing the data, simple tools like ratio, percentage and average were used

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of gamification, e-service quality and e-trust variables on online purchase decision through online purchase intention at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City. This type of research is using a quantitative approach. The nature of this research is associative research and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation and a list of questions that measure it using a Likert scale. The sample in this study is the community in Medan City at least 17 years old, has a Shopee marketplace application and is a consumer who has purchased and used the Shopee marketplace at least 1 time as many as 175 respondents. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents in this study. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. Statistical results show that the majority of respondents agree with all the statements shared. The results of the research on the first substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000, e-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.836 and e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance of 0.000. The results of the research on the second substructure show that gamification has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.031, e-service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.721, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.002 and online purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on online purchase decision with a significance of 0.000. The path analysis test using the sobel test shows that online purchase intention is able to mediate between gamification and e-trust with online purchase decision, but online purchase intention are not able to mediate e-service quality with online purchase decision.
