The need for the reconstruction of existing auto service enterprises is caused by changes in the structure of the rolling stock, the design of cars and the conditions of their operation, increasing the requirements for the quality of rolling stock, the design of cars and their operating conditions, increasing the quality requirements for maintenance and repair, saving fuel and energy resources and quality assurance of the environment. In our case, the need to reconstruct the autoservice company LLC "Avtomir" is associated with the need to switch to maintenance and storage of new types of rolling stock, as well as changes in the dynamics of demand for cars. In LLC Avtomir there is no possibility of rendering services related to damage to the body of the car, which reduces the ability of the organization to receive additional income, as this type of damage owners of vehicles have to eliminate at other service stations. This fact puts the company in front of the need to create a paint and body shop in the future. The purpose of this work was the development of measures to reconstruct the infrasructure of LLC "Avtomir". The main results of the technological calculation of the enterprise are as follows: - the annual workload of the technical service station is 43529 man-hour; - annual scope of works of washing, maintenance, lubrication, adjusting for setting the angles of the front wheels, adjusting brakes, maintenance and repair of the power system, electrical, tire fitting 4913; 15235.2; 2176.5; 2611.7; 3917.6; 4353; 4353; 2285 and 914 man-hour respectively; - the annual volume of works at the tire fitting site, on the maintenance and repair site of the power supply system, electrical, maintenance units is 2133; 762; 4788.2 man-hour respectively; - necessary number of production workers for maintenance and technical maintenance 29 (technological) and 35 (staff), as well as the number of auxiliary 4 and engineering - technical 5 workers; - the necessary number of posts for washing, maintenance, lubricants, technical maintenance, adjusting for setting the angles of the front wheels, adjusting for the brakes, maintenance and repair of the power system, electrical 4; 1; 1; 1; 1; 1 and 1 respectively. Analysis of production and economic activities of the enterprise allowed us to identify the objectives of the enterprise, the dynamics of its development, the state of the production and technical base. This makes it possible to identify the main shortcomings in the functioning of the organization and to implement the formulation of new tasks that need to be solved in the future. Namely, LLC "Avtomir" needs to increase production capacity, namely the addition of a diagnostic post and one more car acceptance post. In addition, there is a need to implement the washing zone, and on the vacated area to arrange a painting and drying chamber and a preparation site for painting works.

The objective of this article is to analyse labour discipline of production personnel when performing vehicle maintenance works. Currently, many car service enterprises practically do not control the quality of the work of the employees. These responsibilities are assigned to the lower management level – foremen, however, they are either heavily loaded with work, or are not interested in performing control functions. In addition, labour intensity of technical maintenance and repair work is set by the manufacturer at the lowest possible level, assuming that the staff is highly qualified, and the company is provided with all the necessary special tools. As a result, it is difficult or impossible for employees to meet the standards, therefore, to fulfil the plan and not lose part of the wages, they miss or do not perform part of the work paid by the client. The studies were carried out in Perm at a typical car service enterprise, which is an official dealer of a domestic car brand. The analysis of the work of the personnel was carried out by comparing the actual work performed following the technology defined by the manufacturer. For this, video recording of all the actions of an employee was carried out. The completeness of each operation was noted, as well as the time spent. Work efficiency was assessed using Spaghetti diagrams, which indicate all movements of the performers. A methodology is presented that allows to give a final assessment of the work of locksmiths, which consists in calculating penalty points for exceeding standard time, partial execution or omission of operations. A scale for evaluating performers has been developed. The results of studies of carrying out maintenance of two identical cars are presented. The shortcomings of the production personnel are discovered and analysed. To increase labour productivity, it is possible to use the principles of lean production of the 5 «S» system. It is necessary to equip the posts with tools, issue checklists to the performers and use the movement scheme at the maintenance post, equip posts with video surveillance cameras and periodically carry out selective control of work. To motivate staff, it is necessary to revise the system of bonuses and fines, considering the results of work.

OBJECTIVESTo evaluate the quality of gastrointestinal endoscope reprocessing and discuss the advantages of microbiological surveillance testing of these endoscopes.METHODSRetrospective analysis of the results of endoscope sampling performed from October 1, 2006, through December 31, 2014, in a gastrointestinal endoscopy unit of a teaching hospital equipped with 89 endoscopes and 3 automated endoscope reprocessors, with an endoscopy quality assurance program in place. The compliance rate was defined as the proportion of the results classified at target or alert levels according to the French guidelines. A multivariate analysis (logistic regression) was used to identify the parameters influencing compliance.RESULTSA total of 846 samples were taken. The overall compliance rate was 86% and differed significantly depending on the sampling context (scheduled or not scheduled), the type of endoscope, and the season. No other parameter was associated with compliance. A total of 118 samples carried indicator microorganisms such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Enterobacteriaceae, and Candida sp.CONCLUSIONThe systematic use of an automated endoscope reprocessor does not provide totally satisfactory compliance. Microbiological surveillance is indispensable to monitor reprocessing, reinforce good practices (endoscopes, reprocessing units), and detect endoscopes requiring early technical maintenance.Infect. The purpose of the article is to quantify the impact of the quality of metrological and diagnostic software on the formation of the sequence and limit the number of inspections during maintenance of complex electronic systems, including modern means of communication with digital information processing. As a result of the analysis of the existing system of maintenance the advantages of service of products on a condition are established. In this case, to determine the sequence of inspections do not fully take into account the properties of metrological and diagnostic software. Results of the research. In the article the quantitative estimation of influence of the metrology and diagnostic providing is first considered and got on the indexes of quality of technical maintenance of communication means. It is shown that most influence in a time of implementation of technical service and probability of determination here of the technical state render the diagnostic providing of works with the use of the modern metrology providing. It is also shown that on the value of indexes of quality of technical service preparation of specialists and technological equipment of repair organ influence substantially, abilities of performers in full to use possibilities of modern facilities of measuring technique. Conclusion. The got results it is expedient to draw on at the improvement of existing or creation of new instructions of technical service on the state perspective communication or other difficult wares of the radio electronic systems means.

During the past investigations of immunoferritin localization of intracellular antigens in ultrathin frozen sections, we found that the degree of negative staining required to delineate u1trastructural details was often too dense for the recognition of ferritin particles. The quality of positive staining of ultrathin frozen sections, on the other hand, has generally been far inferior to that attainable in conventional plastic embedded sections, particularly in the definition of membranes. As we discussed before, a main cause of this difficulty seemed to be the vulnerability of frozen sections to the damaging effects of air-water surface tension at the time of drying of the sections.Indeed, we found that the quality of positive staining is greatly improved when positively stained frozen sections are protected against the effects of surface tension by embedding them in thin layers of mechanically stable materials at the time of drying (unpublished).

Most production electron beam lithography systems can pattern minimum features a few tenths of a micron across. Linewidth in these systems is usually limited by the quality of the exposing beam and by electron scattering in the resist and substrate. By using a smaller spot along with exposure techniques that minimize scattering and its effects, laboratory e-beam lithography systems can now make features hundredths of a micron wide on standard substrate material. This talk will outline sane of these high- resolution e-beam lithography techniques. We first consider parameters of the exposure process that limit resolution in organic resists. For concreteness suppose that we have a “positive” resist in which exposing electrons break bonds in the resist molecules thus increasing the exposed resist's solubility in a developer. Ihe attainable resolution is obviously limited by the overall width of the exposing beam, but the spatial distribution of the beam intensity, the beam “profile” , also contributes to the resolution. Depending on the local electron dose, more or less resist bonds are broken resulting in slower or faster dissolution in the developer.

Introduction In electron microscopic investigations of crystalline specimens the direct observation of the electron diffraction pattern gives additional information about the specimen. The quality of this information depends on the quality of the crystals or the crystal area contributing to the diffraction pattern. By selected area diffraction in a conventional electron microscope, specimen areas as small as 1 µ in diameter can be investigated. It is well known that crystal areas of that size which must be thin enough (in the order of 1000 Å) for electron microscopic investigations are normally somewhat distorted by bending, or they are not homogeneous. Furthermore, the crystal surface is not well defined over such a large area. These are facts which cause reduction of information in the diffraction pattern. The intensity of a diffraction spot, for example, depends on the crystal thickness. If the thickness is not uniform over the investigated area, one observes an averaged intensity, so that the intensity distribution in the diffraction pattern cannot be used for an analysis unless additional information is available.

In the observation of a thick specimen by means of a transmission electron microscope, the intensity of electrons passing through the objective lens aperture is greatly reduced. So that the image is almost invisible. In addition to this fact, it have been reported that a chromatic aberration causes the deterioration of the image contrast rather than that of the resolution. The scanning electron microscope is, however, capable of electrically amplifying the signal of the decreasing intensity, and also free from a chromatic aberration so that the deterioration of the image contrast due to the aberration can be prevented. The electrical improvement of the image quality can be carried out by using the fascionating features of the SEM, that is, the amplification of a weak in-put signal forming the image and the descriminating action of the heigh level signal of the background. This paper reports some of the experimental results about the thickness dependence of the observability and quality of the image in the case of the transmission SEM.
