The research was aimed to analyze the perception, attitude and behavior of consumer durian pancakes production Celebrity Pancake. Research method: study area is defined as purposive on the street S.Parman in the city of Bengkulu. Consumer respondents  were taken by  used accidental  sampling.  Intended  for  consumers  who purchase the products of durian pancake at Celebrity Pancake. Methods of data analysis used Likert scale, analysis of descriptive, and Fishbein. The result showed, consumer perceptions to attribute durian pancakes had been different result, that is attribute taste, flavour, color, and sachet appear are in good category, while the price is at category less well, The consumer attitudes to durian pancakes which indicated trend to a positive attitude. The consumer behaviour to durian pancakes product indicated behaviors liking. Consumer considers all the important attributes of the durian pancakes product. Keywords: Perception, Attitude, behaviours, Consumer

The aim of the research was to analyze the service quality of drinking water companies using the servQual method. This research is a quantitative research with research method conducted in different companies in the city of Mataram, Lombok. Data analysis was performed using the service quality method (ServQual). The results showed that the customer satisfaction criteria on each service characteristic in general of the five components were on average very good, this is known from the results of the NKJ calculation which are results 1,022 that are classified as very good.

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer perceptions, halal labeling and brand image on purchasing decisions, while the independent variables are consumer perceptions, halal labeling and brand image. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who had purchased and used SR12 herbal skincare products in Bogor. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers of SR12 herbal skincare products. With the data collected amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of consumer perception, halal labeling and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for sr12 herbal skincare products. Consumers are holders of important information in the management and planning of business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards various processed milkfish and analyze the performance of product attributes of various processed milkfish in Glagah District, Lamongan Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, Fishbein attitude model and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the respondent's assessment of the processed otak-otak and smoked milkfish stated a neutral attitude, and the respondent's assessment of the shredded milkfish and crackers stated a positive attitude. The performance attributes of various processed milkfish included in quadrant I measure the processed otak-otak and the processed abon. Attributes included in quadrant II are taste and price for processed otak-otak, smoked, and crackers, while shredded milkfish only have tasted attributes. Attributes included in quadrant III are product packaging and ease of access for all kinds of milkfish preparations. Attributes included in quadrant IV are the size of the product for shredded and milkfish crackers. It does recommend that producers of otak-otak and smoked milkfish improve their products to get a positive attitude from customers.

One form of bureaucratic reform in public services is to bring innovation. Since 2015 the city of Banda Aceh has implemented innovations in birth certificate services, by presenting PELANGI (direct servants). Pelangi is a mechanism for making birth certificates based on a mobile car with a proactive system. Department of Population and Civil Registration of the city of Banda Aceh visited villages in Banda Aceh City and provided birth certificate registration services on-site. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the "Pelangi" program and the extent to which the program was able to increase ownership of birth certificates in the city of Banda Aceh. The research method chosen is descriptive qualitative. With the hope of being able to answer in more detail related to Department of Population and Civil Registration's efforts in increasing the ownership of birth certificates for residents of the city of Banda Aceh through the innovation of the Pelangi. The key informants in this study came from officers and leadership elements of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banda Aceh and village officials who were partners. While data collection techniques are obtained through observations, interviews and documentations. Data analysis technique is done by reducing data, presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Pelangi innovation in the city of Banda Aceh based on a mobile car has become one of the innovations that is able to increase the number of birth certificate ownership in the city of Banda Aceh.

<p><em>Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek) is the city with the most populous population in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the knowledge, attitude, and behaviour of Jabodetabek people as an epicentre covid-19 in Indonesia. </em><em>This study was a descriptive quantitative online study with a survey design used a self-developed online questionnaire </em><em>on 297 </em><em>Jabodetabek residents in Indonesia</em><em>. The chairman of the neighbourhood was encouraged to roll out the google form (link) to as many participants as possible, and then the link was forwarded to the next participants and so on. </em><em>Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.</em><em> </em><em>Among the participants, 72.1 %</em><em> </em><em>were female, overall range of correct answers for knowledge</em><em> </em><em>questionnaire was 53.2-97.3%, that for attitude was 21.55-93.3% and for behaviors was</em><em> </em><em>66.3-98.7 %. In general,</em><em> </em><em>participants had a good knowledge about the disease, a positive attitude, and behavior towards protective measures. However, the results showed that only 22.55% participants state Indonesian government can win the battle against covid-19, the rest (78.45%) less optimistic attitudes, and this will impact less good practice toward covid-19 in the future, although currently still 66.3% of participants following Government Indonesian policy.</em><em> </em><em>Findings of this study</em><em> </em><em>revealed that knowledge among people of Jabodetabek about covid-19 is satisfactory. Yet almost half of participants are lacking belief in the plague. Better trust and behavior is required to tackle Covid-19 in Jabodetabek-Indonesia.</em></p>

The phenomenon of divorce continues to increase every month and incessant news about divorce is always in the media. Divorce is a phenomenon nowadays because of an affair from her partner. The experience of someone who experiences divorce because of an affair is an experience that needs to be explored because it can provide understanding for families and couples to be able to maintain the integrity of the household. The focus of this study is "how the life experiences of divorced individuals due to partner infidelity in the city of Bandung." The research method uses qualitative research with Phenomenology. Data analysis using the Giorgi method (2005). Sampling by purposive sampling obtained 5 participants. The results obtained 4 themes, namely 1) Factors of divorce 2) Psychological Impacts 3) Support of friends and parents and 4) Hope for the future.

<p><em>Loyalty becomes a real form on the willingness patients for reuse, which has a strength and a positive attitude. Physiotherapy services is one form of health services needed by the community. The purpose of this study to analyze the patient's perception of physiotherapy outpatient unit of physiotherapy services to the loyalty of patients at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Bukittinggi. The research method with a combination of research methods(mixed method),with the design of sequential explanatory design. Samples are old patient who came to Physiotherapy Unit, the sampling technique accidental sampling (quantitative) and purposive sampling (qualitative) as many as 110 patients a long time and the number of informants 3 patients. Data analysis usingtest, Chi Squareand qualitative analysis. Based on the results, unfavorable patient's perception regarding tangible (60.9%),reliability (80%),responsivenes (92.7%),assurance (88.2%), except empaty (82.7%), with the lack of loyalty patients (73.6%) in the physiotherapy unit. The absence of a relationship between the patient's perception of physiotherapy tangible services,reliability, responsivenes,assurance,and empathy,loyalty patient in the hospital. Islam Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi. Interviews, observation and document study research shows perceptions poorly to 4 variable tangible, reliability, responsivenes, assurance except empathy variable perception of good, judging from the many shortcomings in terms of infrastructure and the patient is less loyal and need factors are factors that influence loyalty patient in an outpatient physiotherapy unit. It is expected for the Hospital in order to further optimize both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, and increase the number of officers physiotherapy unit.</em></p><p><em>Keywords: Loyalty; Perception; Physiotherapy services</em></p>

This study aims to examine the application of the Shopping Standards Analysis (ASB) model to the City / Regency governments in South Sulawesi. Spending standards analysis is an instrument for the assessment of the reasonableness of workload and costs for an activity organized by a local government. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Budget Implementation List (DPA) of 2017 and 2018, 2017 Budget Realization Data from all SKPDs in the local government, and Data Unit Standards based on Regional Regulations (Perda). The method of data analysis uses standard shopping analysis with a linear regression model approach. The ASB model is carried out through three stages of preparation namely the stage of data collection, the stage of equalizing activities, and the stage of forming the model. The research method was carried out using two approaches namely library research and field research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan model Analisis Standar Belanja (ASB) pada pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten di Sulawesi Selatan. Analisis standar belanja merupakan suatu instrumen untuk penilaian kewajaran atas beban kerja dan biaya terhadap suatu kegiatan yang diselenggarakan pemerintah daerah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber pada Daftar Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DPA) Tahun 2017 dan 2018, Data Realisasi Anggaran 2017 dari seluruh SKPD pada pemerintah daerah setempat, dan data Standar Satuan Harga berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis standar belanja dengan pendekatan model regresi linear. Model ASB dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan penyusunan yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, tahap penyetaraan kegiatan, dan tahap pembentukan model. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan yaitu penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research).

This study aims to determine how much influence is between fear of missing out (FoMO) and addiction to social media in early teens.. This study involved one dependent variable, namely social media addiction and one independent variable that influenced it, namely: fear of missing out (FoMO). There were 152 subjects in this study. The subjects of this study were adolescents aged 12-15 years who have social media such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The research method used the Likert scale and data analysis using the product moment correlation, the result was r = 0.593. The higher the fear of missing out, the higher the addiction to social media, and vice versa. The contribution between fear of missing out (FoMO) and addiction to social media in early adolescents was 0.351 or 35.1% explained by the fear of missing out (FoMO) variable, while the remaining 64.9% was explained by other variables

Indonesia is an archipelagic country, of course, with the many islands owned by the Indonesian people, Indonesia is rich in natural resources and also rich in ethnic, religious and cultural diversity. Wealth, in turn, has an impact on the emergence of threats in people's lives in the form of conflicts and if this continues, it is one of the signs that Indonesian nationalism, especially in Bandung, is experiencing a threat and of course it will have an impact on security. This study uses an attitude theory approach, nationalism theory and security. This research method is quantitative with a questionnaire measuring instrument that is prepared based on research indicators sourced from research variables. The data analysis used simple linear regression analysis with the result that there was an influence of youth nationalism attitudes towards security with a contribution of 44%. From these results it can be concluded that there is indeed an effect of nationalism on security where the lower the attitude of nationalism, the lower the security in the city of Bandung, and vice versa.
