 У статті визначено, що інвестиційна діяльністьта її стратегічне планування повинні займати провіднемісце в системі соціально-економічної діяльності йрозвитку харчових підприємств у цілому за умов діїчинників невизначеності, циклічності та фінансовихкриз. Обґрунтовано, що це зумовлено необхідністюпошуку джерел інвестування, фінансування підпри-ємств для підтримки або підвищення їх конкуренто-спроможності, інвестиційного забезпечення реструк-туризації як чинника підвищення ефективності, мо-дернізації виробництва і розробки нових зразків про-дукції як відповіді на вимоги та виклики зовнішньогой внутрішнього середовища, продовольчого ринку. It has been determined that the investment activities and its strategic planning must take a leading place in the socio-economic activities and the development of food enterprises in general terms by the action of uncertainties and cyclical financial crises. This is needed to find sources of investment finance companies to maintain or improve their competitiveness, investment restructuring provision as a factor of improving the efficiency, modernization and development of new product samples as a response to the demands and challenges of the external and internal environment of the food market. Investment activity is the key for solving environmental problems and socio-economic problems that accompany the development of the food industry. Investments are needed to improve the quality of products, its standardization and certification.

Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение отражения в паремическом наследии башкирского народа такой важной составляющей системы жизнеобеспечения, как традиционная пищевая культура, а также прошлых хозяйственных занятий народа. Многие башкирские пословицы дошли до нас из глубокой древности, некоторые появились несколько позднее, иные — даже ближе к нашему времени. В качестве основного источника нами использованы башкирские пословицы в переводе на русский язык из 7-го тома свода «Башкирское народное творчество» (Уфа, 1993); оригиналы пословиц на башкирском языке содержатся в издании «Башkорт халыk ижады» (Уфа, 1980). Значительный вклад в сбор и изучение паремического наследия башкир внесли дореволюционные и советские исследователи башкирского края, а также современные ученые-фольклористы. Среди них особо следует выделить доктора филологических наук Ф. А. Надршину, сфера научных интересов которой, в числе прочих вопросов, касалась и изучения паремического наследия башкирского народа. Из пословиц можно получить представление и о древнейших, допроизводственных видах хозяйственной деятельности башкир (охота, рыболовство, собирательство, в том числе собирательство меда диких пчел — бортничество), и о производящих — скотоводство, птицеводство, земледелие, садоводство и огородничество. Продукты питания, о которых упоминается в башкирских пословицах, можно условно разделить на несколько категорий — это продукты животного происхождения (мясо, молоко, яйца, рыба); растительная пища (крупы, злаки, овощи, дикие коренья и травы); а также мед, специи и т. д. Большое внимание в пословицах уделялось качеству продуктов; в них отображен и порядок приема пищи; гостеприимство народа, традиционные башкирские праздники и обряды, а также пища, приготовляемая к ним; пищевые табу, соблюдение которых было обязательным в башкирском обществе и т. д. Так, например, осуждалось пьянство; водка считалась причиной многих болезней и даже смерти. В народной среде было принято бережное, рачительное отношение к продуктам питания, что также нашло отражение в пословицах и поговорках. В далеком прошлом у башкир, как у многих других язычников, с пищей были связаны определенные культы и поверья. К тому же, сохранившиеся в народной памяти отголоски неурожайных голодных лет, дали значительный материал для появления пословиц о необходимости ценить еду. Исходя из анализа имеющихся материалов, можно еще раз подтвердить, что пословицы — это ценный источник для изучения истории башкирского народа, его духовной и материальной культуры. The purpose of this article is to consider the reflection in the paremic heritage of the Bashkir people of such an important component of the life support system as traditional food culture, as well as the past economic activities of the people. Many Bashkir proverbs originated come down to us from ancient times, some appeared a little later, others-even closer to our time. As the main source, we used Bashkir proverbs translated into Russian from volume 7 of the series “Bashkir folk Art” (Ufa, 1993); The originals of proverbs in the Bashkir language are contained in the publication “Bashkort Halyk Izhady” (Ufa, 1980). A significant contribution to the collection and study of the Bashkir paremic heritage was made by pre-revolutionary and Soviet researchers of the Bashkir territory, as well as modern folklore scientists. Among them, it is particularly necessary to highlight F. A. Nadrshina, whose sphere of scientific interests, among other issues, concerned the study of the paremic heritage of the Bashkir people. The food products mentioned in Bashkir proverbs can be divided into several categories: animal products (meat, milk, eggs); vegetable food (cereals, vegetables, wild roots and herbs); fish, honey, spices, as well as dishes prepared from them. Much attention was paid to the quality of products in the paremias; they also reflect the order of eating; the hospitality of the people, traditional Bashkir holidays and rituals, as well as food prepared for them; food taboos, the observance of which was mandatory in Bashkir society, etc. For example, drunkenness was condemned; vodka was considered the cause of many diseases and even death. Among the people, a careful, prudent attitude to food was promoted, which was also reflected in proverbs and sayings. In the distant past, the Bashkirs, like many other pagans, had certain cults and beliefs associated with food. In addition, the echoes of the lean famine years preserved in the people's memory also provided significant material for the appearance of proverbs about the need to appreciate food. Based on the analysis of the available materials, we can conclude that proverbs are a valuable source for studying the ethnography of Bashkirs, its spiritual and material culture.


Financial stability and solvency of the company is a guarantee of effective development and the basis for making effective management decisions by management. This approach to business planning makes it possible to conduct a qualitative assessment of operating and investment activities and reflects the ability to timely repay its debt obligations. In Russian and world practice, there are many approaches to assessing the financial condition, however, the peculiarity of our study is the use of methodological tools that allow us to assess the profile of the organization when assessing the external and internal environment of the company. The paper identifies the elements of the macroenvironment, types of financial stability of the organization. Based on the system of expert assessments for PEST-metod, environmental factors are determined, including the probability of an event, the impact on the organization, the direction of influence, and the degree of importance. The assessment is based on conditions of an economic, political, socio-cultural and technological nature. This technique is a systematic approach to the study of the influence of conditions that form the external and internal environment of the company, market and production factors on the quantity and quality of products, services rendered. The results of the study indicate possible prospects for the development of further economic activities of the organization in the selected functioning environment.

Development of nutrient-dense foods is one of the most important goals of today’s food industry. High protein content of foods helps to provide energy and aminoacids for human body. In our study protein enriched filling was developed for doughnuts. The main ingredients of the product were pudding powder and egg white product (TOTu, ToTu milk, ToTu cream, and ToTu cream extra). The texture of samples was analyzed by Anton Paar Mcr 92 rheometer and the quality of products was evaluated by sensorial tests. Microbiological decontamination of HHP was investigated (500 MPa, 5 min). Our results show that high protein content did not influence the sensorial quality of filling, as long the microbiota of the products is highly improved by HHP treatment. Rheological properties is highly influenced by the concentration of egg proteins. The overall quality will be better, if egg white products are used for the product.

During implementing any project related to improving the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, creating a new product or technology, significantly improving the quality of the product or service being produced, investments and, first of all, financial investments are needed. The proposed article attempts to consider the process of investing in the implementation of a construction project in terms of its optimization, or at least rationalization. It is clear that the solution of this problem by conducting an economic experiment in the course of a realistic project carries an increased risk of the company losing capital. This risk is virtually eliminated if the experiment is carried out on the model. Today, undeservedly little attention is paid to economic and mathematical dependencies, built on the basis of S-models. In this article, we give a detailed example of the use of S-modelling in determining the rational volume of investments in the project of building a cottage community, identify the opportunities and problems of using such models, and identify areas for further research within the framework of the proposed topic.

The Industry 4.0 technologies are in ascension in the worldwide market, in Brazil still needs to be explored. It was made a Systematic Review to measure the application of IoT in the food industry. Some platforms were used to select works, applying the string “IoT AND Raspberry Pi AND Cheese”. It was possible to evidence the majority of IoT applications in the food industry, focus on the control of temperature, humidity, color, traceability of productive chain, and enlargement of sustainability in the food industry. The most difficulties faced in the conventional application of IoT are related to the high cost of proprietary arquitectures, qualified manpower and obstacles of data security implementation. There are alternatives that aim to reduce the costs of implementation, like the utilization of Raspberry Pi. The food industry presents potential application of technologies that aim for the quality of products, being an excellent opportunity.

<p><em>The trend of conventional economic in emerging countries raises problems in other sectors with systematic. This results in inconsistencies with the main objectives of carrying out economic activities. Economic goals are not only oriented towards wealth, but also protect the living ecosystem (hifdzu-n-nafsi) and also protect offspring (hifdzu-n-nasli). Fundamental corrections are needed to find new ways of economic development. Green economy as a new way to solve economic problems applying Maqashid Shariah. Green economy through Maqashid Shariah focuses on 3 concepts: 1) the quality of economic growth, 2) environmental efficiency, and 3) social growth. As a paradigm that is able to maintain sustainable ecosystems in achieving social economic growth by supporting welfare improvement. Urban farming is becoming a new path of discovery to develop the prosperity of implementing a green economy in Indonesia. Urban farming is an industrial cycle that produces, processes and sells food and energy to meet the needs of city consumers. All activities are carried out by the method of using and reusing natural resources and urban waste. Besides fulfilling the basic needs of every family that is the basis of a measure of money, urban farming is needed to get money with other household needs. The idea of returning to nature shows that urban agriculture is able to meet economic quality growth targets, save energy and social interaction in accordance with Islamic economic principles.</em></p>

This Journal aimed to know the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment and opportunities as well as threats from the external environment and create strategies and marketing programs that can be applied in the Bali Easy Holiday. The technique data collection using observation, interview, questionnaire, the study of literature and documentation study. Sampling techniques using a purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis and Likert scale analysis. The results of this research are obtaining indicators of strengths and weaknesses of internal environment and the opportunities and threats of weaknesses in Bali Easy Holiday. Bali Easy Holiday gains 16 indicators of strengths and 4 indicators of weaknesses in Bali Easy Holiday. Bali Easy Holiday gains 9 indicators of opportunities 5 indicators of threats in Bali Easy Holiday. Marketing strategies can be applied to Bali Easy Holiday, namely : the creation of strategy and product development, market development strategies, promotion strategy, a strategy of improved human resources, the strategy of market penetration strategies, improvement of the quality of products and services and pricing strategies. This research has some advice for Bali Easy Holiday is to increase the intensity of promotion, provide ease reservations and payments to consumers, renew tour packages, provide affordable rates to customers and formed a marketing division.

The article analyses the situation on the food market of the Krasnoyarsk region in Russia, in order to identify the factors that have the most significant impact on the behaviour of buyers. The results of marketing research conducted on the food market are also presented. The study analyses such indicators as people’s attitude to certain food products, what place in their budget is occupied by the purchase of food products, how they are satisfied with the range of products presented, what forms of trade people are preferred and why. It was also necessary to identify their assessment of the quality of products, find out how their financial situation changes and how it affects the purchase of food products, whether they feel protected in the food market, how they relate to certain producers, on what grounds they give their preference, what they think about the service and convenience of purchasing products in the food market. The analysis of these factors allows us to identify trends in the development of the food market and make timely recommendations for its further development.
