Human resource (HR), in governmental organization which is familiar with civil servants, are expected to be able to explode their energy, thoughts, talents, and creativity to achieve organizational goals. Employee work results are the results of quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out the duty in accordance with the responsibilities given. To assess the quality of human resources, it can be measured by employee performance. Various problems found in the field showed that the factors such work motivation, discipline, work environment, education and training (DIKLAT) of BAPEDAL Aceh Province employees need to be further improved so that overall employee performance becomes better, therefore further function and the duty of BAPEDAL can be carried out based on the objectives expected by the agency. This research was conducted for the Influence of Motivation, Discipline, Work Environment, Education and workshop towards the Performance of Civil Servants of the Environmental Impact Management Agency (Bapedal) of Aceh Province. The results of the study provedthat simultaneously work motivation, work discipline, work environment and training significantly influence Beta Y (civil servants’performance)

Local government and government agencies therein have an important role in carrying out government functions and regional development. One of the agencies within the Regional Government is the Regional Secretariat of the South Kalimantan Province. Every government agency is required to be able to optimize the performance of its employees, as well as the factors that influence it, namely work motivation, work environment and quality of communication. The research objective was to determine 1) the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. 2) the effect of the Work Environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. 3) the effect of the Quality of Communication on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. 4) the effect of work motivation, work environment and quality of communication on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. This research method uses a quantitative approach and is carried out on employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. The population of 342 civil servants at the Provincial Regional Secretariat who were taken as samples for research was 184 people with civil servant status at the Provincial Regional Secretariat. The research instrument used a questionnaire. While the data processing techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) 20 for Windows is used to facilitate data processing. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a partial influence of Work Motivation on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province (2) There is a partial influence of the Work Environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province (3) There is a partial influence of the Quality of Communication on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. (4) Work motivation, work environment and quality of communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province by 59.4%. The results of this study serve as suggestions and input for leaders at the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province, to take policies and strategic steps to further increase employee motivation, create a good work environment, and build better communication quality in order to realize better employee performance in the future. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kwalitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan sistem informasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja melalui pelatihan dan motivasi kerja pegawai di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Batu. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai di Lingkungan Balaikota Among Kota Batu yang berjumlah 2500 orang dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner. Style leadership, organizational culture and work environment and motivation is one of several factors that can affect employee performance. This study aims to test and analyze these variables on employee performance PDAM Tirta Mayang City Jambi. The study was conducted by using path analysis using SPSS version 22.0 in analyzed data. The test results showed that the hypothesis of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have positive and significant influence on performance, and testing work environment hypothesis have negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Mayang Jambi City.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk; Untuk menganalisis pengaruh diklat, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yakni sebanyak 47 orang PNS pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Gowa. Teknik pengambilan sampel mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi untuk dijadikan sampel tanpa terkecuali, sehingga dalam penelitian ini hasilnya menunjukkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 orang PNS. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Diklat dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. Selanjutnya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel diklat, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Gowa. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of education and training, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees in Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), Gowa. The population in this study were all employees, as many as 47 civil servants in BKPSDM Gowa. Sampling technique takes the entire population to be sampled without any exception, so that in this the total samples were 47 civil servants. The results of the partial testing indicate that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Human Resources Development Agency Gowa, while work discipline has insignificant effect. Work motivation variables have a dominant influence in improving employee performance at the Human Resources Development Agency, Gowa. Furthermore The results showed that the simultaneous testing showed that the variables of training, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at Human Resources Development Agency, Gowa.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation for human resources, work motivation, work environment on the work performance of the apparatus at the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Government of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the population was employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Government of South Sumatra Province. In this study, the sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The number of samples is 45 people. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis (H1) indicate that HR compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees have received HR compensation in accordance with the results of their performance so that employees will work responsibly and in accordance with established operational standards. The results of the second hypothesis (H2) indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees' work motivation will improve employee performance to achieve company goals. The results of the third hypothesis (H3) indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A working environment condition is said to be good if employees can carry out activities optimally, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Therefore, the determination and creation of a good work environment will greatly determine the success of achieving organizational goals. Simultaneous testing of HR compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) Ha is accepted, meaning that it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on HR Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment together ( Simultaneous) on the Performance variable at the Culture and Tourism Office of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract.This  aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. These factors are motivation and work environment. Employees who have a high motivation to work will have a positive impact for the organization, so as to achieve organizational goals. Hypothesis testing is done by spreading the questionnaire as many as 52 employees of the University PGRI RonggolaweTuban. Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of testing the hypothesis that the value F = 4,312; and p = 0.019 (p <0.05) that there is influence motivation and work environment on employee performance PGRI University RonggolaweTuban. The results of the partial test (t test) on the motivation variable, obtained t = 0.136, p = 0.892 (p> 0.05), meaning that work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. On the environment variable obtained value t = 2,376; and p = 0.021 (p <0.05), which means that the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance. R2 = 0.115 shows that simultaneously motivated and able to contribute to the environmental performance of 11.5% on the employees of the University of PGRI RonggolaweTuban..

The impact of work inspiration and work environment on work execution is very important, and some theoretical and fact assessments in several companies also show work motivation and a supportive environment that provides a very large increase in employee performance, plus in this “NEW NORMAL” period many companies make breakthroughs in running its business once again so that the company can survive in the midst of this crisis. Based on these conditions, the quality of performance and motivation in a company needs to be improved by formulating a new policy in the work system in the company so that it can pass through times like this, which is a new program or procedure in the system to improve employee performance in a company. The method used in this study is the procedure for approaching employees, research that emphasizes the basic principles of work motivation and the environment which seeks to create a new work environment that is more developed in situations like this. The theory outlined below will greatly assist companies, especially Trapo Indonesia, in evaluating and updating inspiration and work environment governance that can have a positive effect on the company and can moreover progress representative execution even better.

This study aims to find out the influence of the additional employee income and the work environment on the performance of civil servants through work motivation in the Regional Secretariat of Gowa District. Data collection is carried out by civil servants assigned in the  Secretariat Office of Gowa District. Of 127 population, as many as 96 respondents are taken using the Slovin technique. On the basis of findings, the results showed that the additional employee income and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Further, the additional employee income and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Interestingly, work motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between additional employee income and employee performance. However, the work motivation can mediate the relationship between the work environment and the employee performance at the Gowa District Secretariat Office.

To achieve organizational goals requires a good performance from its employees. Employee performance factors are strongly influenced by the work environment, work facilities and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Work Environment, Work facilities and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 65 civil servants with civil servant status in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency as many as 65 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques, where all populations were sampled. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The partial test results for the influence of work environment variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. For the influence of work facilities variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. And for the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous testing results, it can be concluded that the work environment, work facilities, and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency.
