The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are membersof farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer'sland as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. Themethods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methodsprovide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material.Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functionsof farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitordevelopments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the vi llagegovernment and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service i n Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages,Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well.

The website can be a center of information and communication for them. It is accelerating the flow of information and communication on oil palm growers. The purpose of this service activity is to create an android-based KUD website which contains information about cooperatives and information about oil palm plantations. Community service activities are carried out in Bukit Lingkar Village, one of potential villages in oil palm. In this village, an oil palm village cooperative with the name KUD Milik Bersama has also been established which is a partner in this activity. Activities are integrated with the Student project. Implementation of training activities is socialization and discussion activities. then practice making websites, assistance and coaching. The technical implementation of the activity is a combination of offline and online meetings. It is because Covid 19 pandemic. The implementers in the field are students. The results of this activity include the formation of a cooperative website with the name http: //www.koperasi kudmilikbersama.com, increasing farmers' knowledge and skills regarding media use, including a website with information related to oil palm farming. The establishment of a website manager, which is equipped with a website module.

One effort to improve children's health and nutrition is to provide the best food for ages under two years (Baduta). If babies and children aged 6-24 months do not get enough nutrition from MP-ASI, it will cause disruption of growth and malnutrition. Medan Sunggal Health Center is one of the health centers in the fostered village of F.Kep USU. Based on the results of the toddler nutrition study conducted previously, there were still some nutritional problems, especially in the age group of Baduta. The main cause is the limited knowledge of mothers about Baduta nutrition and the skills of mothers in preparing food to meet nutritional needs with locally available food. Posyandu cadres who have been actively involved are still weak in providing breastfeeding and MP-ASI education. Even though Posyandu cadres are very potential their role as agents of change. Community service activities counseling for local food-based WHO MP-ASI for Posyandu cadres and baduta’ mothers was held on August 24, 2018, with the number of counseling participants thirty-five people. The end result is an increase in participants' knowledge and skills to shape good nutritional behavior in the family.

The research problem is what is the form of the community's role in preserving springs and what factors influence the community's role in preserving springs in Budo Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is qualitative research with the informants are the government, community leaders, and residents. The results of this study indicate that: The forms of the role of the people of Budo Village play a role in preserving the springs in the village, including 1) by providing motivation and direction to residents, 2) giving the advice to preserve the springs, 3) maintain cleanliness and sustainable 4) maintain survival and provide assistance funds, 5) Be active in community service activities and provide assistance as needed, 6) Take part in preserving springs and being active in site arrangement activities. Some factors encourage or influence so that the need for efforts to conserve springs in Budo Village, Wori District. The factors meant include 1) springs as village assets, 2) springs as a source of life, 3) water as necessities, 4) water is very important for the population.

Chicken manure is an organic material that is abundant in Mentangor Village which has been used as fertilizer when fertilizing ponds, however the continuous use of fertilizers can reduce the quality of the bottom soil and pond water. One of the technological innovations to improve the quality of chicken manure is fermentation using EM4 to produce bokashi fertilizer. Bokashi fertilizer can increase the abundance of phytoplankton and zooplankton which are useful as natural fish food so that they can reduce the use of artificial feed, which in turn can reduce the operational costs of fish farming. Community service activities are carried out for the purpose of innovating knowledge and skills of fish farmers regarding techniques for making bokashi fertilizer from chicken manure and techniques for making fish feed in the form of pellets to increase cultivated fish production. This activity is carried out by lecturing, discussion and practice methods, which involve fish cultivator groups and Kukerta students. The results of community service activities show the high enthusiasm of farmers towards the activities carried out, resulting in increased knowledge, insight and skills of farmer groups. Thus, fish farming activities can be carried out by farmers by reducing operational costs for pond management and provision of feed so as to produce high fish production and increase the income and welfare of farmer groups.

Tujuan dan target dari BUMDes dapat dicapai jika dikelola dengan benar dan profesional karena dalam esensi BUMDes adalah hadir sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha kreatif dan UKM di desa. Atas dasar permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra maka program PKM ini perlu dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang berbagai peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan UKM di Era New Normal.dan tata Kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dan ceramah. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan Tim PKM ini dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi telah mampu memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat di Desa Manjalling untuk melakukan variasi produk pada UKMnya terlebih lagi atas dukungan dari Kepala Desa Manjalling, para pelaku UKM, tokoh masayarakat dan pengurus BUMdes yang dijadikan sebagai sasaran kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini juga dapat membantu bagi pengurus BUMdes mengetahui dan memahami tata kelola keuangan BUMDes yang baik melalui aplikasi akuntansi sederhana sesuai dengan akuntansi yang berlaku umum.   The goals and targets of BUMDes can be achieved if managed properly and professionally because in essence BUMDes is present as a solution for the community in developing creative businesses and SMEs in the village. Tujuan dari program ini ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan khalayak sasaran tentang pengolahan jerami dengan limbah jamu secara praktis. Dengan kegiatan ini kelompok tani dihimbau dapat memanfaatkan limbah jerami yang melimpah dan kurang di daya gunakan sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pupuk organik dan kebutuhan unsur hara tanaman terpenuhi. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2011 di Kelurahan Gedong, Kecamatan / Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yaitu memberi penyuluhan  (ceramah dan tanya jawab ) dan demonstrasi pembuatan pupuk jerami dengan limbah jamu. Sasaran kegiatan adalah kelompok tani padi  sawah di Kelurahan Gedong, Kecamatan / Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menyebabkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pembuatan pupuk organik dari jerami dengan limbah jamu sebesar 1,61 % dan peningkatan ketrampilan tentang pembuatan pupuk organik jerami dengan limbah jamu sebesar 3,80 %. Presentasi pemahaman materi meningkat menjadi 156, 57 %. Para peserta merasa puas karena dengan teknologi maju yaitu pengomposan dengan menggunakan limbah jamu menyebabkan jerami dapat difermentasi (terurai) lebih cepat dan praktis, sehingga pupuk organik dari jerami dapat segera dimanfaatkan pada periode tanam berikutnya. With this activity, farmer groups are encouraged to take advantage of the abundant and underutilized straw waste so that they can meet the needs of organic fertilizer and plant nutrient needs are met. Community service is carried out from July to October 2011 in Gedong Village, Karanganyar District / District. The form of community service activities is providing counseling (lectures and questions and answers) and demonstration of making straw fertilizer with herbal medicine waste. The target activity is a group of rice farmers in Gedong Village, Karanganyar District / District. Community service activities that have been carried out have led to an increase in participant's knowledge about making organic fertilizer from straw with medicinal waste by 1.61% and increasing skills about making straw organic fertilizer with herbal medicine waste by 3.80%. Presentation of understanding of the material increased to 156, 57%. The participants were satisfied because with advanced technology that is composting using medicinal waste, straw can be fermented faster and more practically, so that organic fertilizer from straw can be used immediately in the next planting period.

The Village

Jampang Bogor village was one of the areas of fish farming and one of the livelihoods of its people. By utilizing situ in the village, various kinds of fish were produced. Koi ornamental fish and catfish were the hallmarks of these fish farming. Marketing was carried out by fish farmer groups directly to consumers and using online media such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media, but still found obstacles in marketing. Community Service was conducted on 28-30 October 2018 with participants representing several groups of fish farmers in Jampang Bogor Village. The method used in the form of expository was the delivery of verbal and inquiry material, namely learning that emphasized the process of critical thinking and analytical related marketing management knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the material on how to market the results of online fish farming. Community Service activities produced an increase in knowledge for fish farmers in Jampang Village Bogor, how to manage a fish farming business to be better, able to compete and could be an example for other farmers. The Community Service activities were expected to provide inspiration and motivation for the lecturers/researchers who would carry out the same activities, the knowledge provided could benefit the community, academics, and families.

In the context of realizing, maintaining and improving the highest public health status, community service activities was carried out in the form of extension activities. The target object of community service activities in the form of counseling on Moringa oleifera Lam seedling nursery techniques in the context of providing healthy food sources in Gumantar Village, North Lombok Gumantar Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency, especially members of the Telaga Valley Farmers Group, and the Hamlet Amor-Amor apparatus. The activity that carried out was one of the services to the community, namely the delivery of information through teaching and discussions as well as demonstrations of Moringa plant nursery techniques. To see whether farmers are responsive to the material that was presented, on this occasion it was observed from the feedback or response to questions asked by farmers during the discussion after the material was delivered and also the level of enthusiasm of the participants in practicing the method of Moringa plant nursery. The results shows that there was an increase in the understanding and knowledge of the members of the Valley of Telaga farmer groups regarding the benefits of the Moringa plant as a source of healthy food and a versatile plant. Increased knowledge on plant nursery techniques to produce good quality moringa seedlings, and resulted in vegetative and generative brochures for moringa plant nurseries.
