Tujuan dari program ini ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan khalayak sasaran tentang pengolahan jerami dengan limbah jamu secara praktis. Dengan kegiatan ini kelompok tani dihimbau dapat memanfaatkan limbah jerami yang melimpah dan kurang di daya gunakan sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pupuk organik dan kebutuhan unsur hara tanaman terpenuhi. Pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2011 di Kelurahan Gedong, Kecamatan / Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yaitu memberi penyuluhan  (ceramah dan tanya jawab ) dan demonstrasi pembuatan pupuk jerami dengan limbah jamu. Sasaran kegiatan adalah kelompok tani padi  sawah di Kelurahan Gedong, Kecamatan / Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menyebabkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pembuatan pupuk organik dari jerami dengan limbah jamu sebesar 1,61 % dan peningkatan ketrampilan tentang pembuatan pupuk organik jerami dengan limbah jamu sebesar 3,80 %. Presentasi pemahaman materi meningkat menjadi 156, 57 %. Para peserta merasa puas karena dengan teknologi maju yaitu pengomposan dengan menggunakan limbah jamu menyebabkan jerami dapat difermentasi (terurai) lebih cepat dan praktis, sehingga pupuk organik dari jerami dapat segera dimanfaatkan pada periode tanam berikutnya. With this activity, farmer groups are encouraged to take advantage of the abundant and underutilized straw waste so that they can meet the needs of organic fertilizer and plant nutrient needs are met. Community service is carried out from July to October 2011 in Gedong Village, Karanganyar District / District. The form of community service activities is providing counseling (lectures and questions and answers) and demonstration of making straw fertilizer with herbal medicine waste. The target activity is a group of rice farmers in Gedong Village, Karanganyar District / District. Community service activities that have been carried out have led to an increase in participant's knowledge about making organic fertilizer from straw with medicinal waste by 1.61% and increasing skills about making straw organic fertilizer with herbal medicine waste by 3.80%. Presentation of understanding of the material increased to 156, 57%. The participants were satisfied because with advanced technology that is composting using medicinal waste, straw can be fermented faster and more practically, so that organic fertilizer from straw can be used immediately in the next planting period.

In the Pemitra community service activities for development cleaner farming in Desa Ngunut Kecamatan Jumantono kabupaten Karanganyar, has been done for directing activities, training, and mentoring for farmers of cattle and chickens in Desa Ngunut, Jumantono, Karanganyar. In this Pemitra activities have been conductedbriefings and training on producing of liquid and solid organic fertilizer, planting cassava  and  sengon  by  utilizing  manure,  the  introduction  of  biogas  technology applications on cattle ranchers. The results that have been obtained from this Pemitra community activities that partners have been able to understand and have the skills for managing livestock clean the biogas technology applications, the use of probiotics or fermentator in farm management, made of solid and liquid organic fertilizer, as well as the use of organic fertilizer for agricultural development cassava and sengon. The constraints and problems had been faced by the partners were 1) lack of farmer groups  that have  organizational unity  in designing,  managing, implementing  and evaluating the work program. So that the unity and continuity in performing community service activities can not be done well, 2) Most of the participants were active inpemitra was the village officials and their family, so not much give a breadth of benefits to the general public.

<p><em><strong>Composting of Rice Straw for Organic Fertilizer and Manufacturing Rice Husk Charcoal as Planting Medium in Soybean Demonstration Plot.</strong> Agricultural waste is the residue from an agricultural business activity, which if left unch</em>ecked can have a negative impact on the environment. Agricultural waste such as rice straw can be used for organic fertilizers because it has high potassium and lignin content. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of the community and farmers about straw processing through the composting stage as organic fertilizer and burning rice husks into husk charcoal as a planting medium in soybean cultivation. Community service was carried out from July to August 2020 in Pengkok Village, Kedawung District, Sragen Regency, namely in the Subur and Sumber Agung farmer groups. Community service activities carried out are counseling or socialization of the use of straw and husk charcoal as organic fertilizer and planting media, then proceed with demonstrations or practices for making organic fertilizers and husk charcoal which are continued with planting soybeans in polybags with the application of compost and husk charcoal that have been made. The result of this service activity is that participants or farmer groups can make organic fertilizer from straw waste and husk charcoal independently and can be applied when cultivating soybeans in polybags as well as understanding the stages of making straw compost and burning husks into husk charcoal. The conclusion from the service activities that have been carried out is the understanding of the knowledge of community service participants about the methods or stages of composting in making organic fertilizer and making husk charcoal from rice husk waste for planting media as proven by farmers being able to make organic fertilizer from rice straw which initially becomes waste that is not optimal. used as compost which is made through the composting stage and the manufacture of husk charcoal using the burning method in a funnel and then applied in the soybean demonstration plot experiment in polybags.</p>

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service in Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well..

Character education is a must for countries that want to make their citizens have good attitudes and behaviors. The goal to be achieved in Community Service activities is to make students aware of the need to have and implement attitudes that have character. In the school environment, the teacher's role is to educate the character of students. Thus, community service activities want to make students aware and want to instill and develop character attitudes through socialization. Socialization is given to provide direct literacy of character education to students. Socialization is filled with questions and answers so that students who are not familiar with matters relating to character can immediately ask the implementation team.

Various problems faced by teachers, students and parents when studying online during a pandemic. The teacher feels the saturation of students studying at home and completing school assignments. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in assigning tasks to be more fun and not a burden. One such innovation is using quizizz. The aim of this service is to improve teacher competence in making online evaluations through the quizizz application . The method used to carry out the service is in the form of lectures, questions and answers, and practice . This activity was attended by 19 teachers at Sadagori 1 Elementary School in Cirebon City. From the results of the community service activities, the teacher's ability to make online quizzes using quizizz increased 100%. Beginner teachers who have never used or know the Quizizz application can easily create and publish quizzes in Google Classroom. The involvement of tutors in each group really helps the teacher to practice making quizzes using quizizzes. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and hoped that this training would be sustainable.

AbstrakTelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pemanfaatan urin sapi menjadi pupuk organik cair pada kelompok tani “Sidodadi” dan “Maju II” desa Sukadamai Timur. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah 1) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani/peternak dalam membuat pupuk organik cair dari urin sapi sebagai bahan utama 2) membantu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani/peternak dari sub-sektor pertanian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan metode pendekatan dengan menjalin kerjasama tim pelaksana dengan LPM Unimed dan pemerintah setempat serta kedua Kelompok Tani, dilanjutkan dengan penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta penerapan langsung oleh petani/peternak. Hasil-hasil yang diperoleh adalah anggota kader dari masing-masing kelompok mitra telah : (1) memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang potensi dan pemanfaatan urin sapi menjadi pupuk organik cair, (2) memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair, (3) pupuk yang dihasilkan berpengaruh positif terhadap tanaman.Kata kunci : urin sapi, pupuk organik cairAbstract The service activities have been carried out at the “Sidodadi" and "Maju II” farmer groups, East Sukadamai village by the utilization of cow urine as the starter in liquid organic fertilizer. The main purpose of this activity is 1) to improve the knowledge and skills of farmer/ranchers in making liquid organic fertilizer from cow urine as a main ingredient 2) to help improving the income and welfare of farmers/ranchers from the agricultural sub-sector. This service activities began with a partnership approach with the implementation team with LPM Unimed and local governments as well as the Farmers Group, followed by counseling and training as well as direct application by farmers. The results of implementation of the project showed that the member of each groups; (1) have the knowledge and insight about the potential and the usage of cow urine as starter in fabrication of liquid organic fertilizer; (2) have good skill to prepare liquid organic fertilizer; (3) have shown the positive effect of the liquid organic fertilizer on growing the plant. This community service activities aims to deepen public understanding in making financial records and reporting correctly and making the financial statements as a basis for investment analysi. The investment analysis method used is a discounted cash flow model to determine whether the investment is undervalued or overvalued. The community in this activity are students of SMK Bina Nasional Informatika, North Cikarang. The implementation phase of this activity includes a field survey, coordination with the school principal, the implementation of a financial report socialization program as a basis for stock investment analysis, and preparation of the report. The socialization activity went smoothly attended by 28 Accounting students in class XII. Socialization participants seemed enthusiastic about the material provided. This can be seen from the beginning to the end of the event, all participants followed well. Based on the results of interviews, questions and answers and direct observations, community service activities have increased the knowledge of students by as much as 80% about how to prepare good financial statements and conduct stock valuations using financial statements.

Jamu (herbal medicine) is included in traditional health drinks that its processing is often less hygienic. The purpose of this community service program is to improve the cleanliness of the herbal medicine-making process in the herbal medicine group in Malang through the provision of hygienic herbal medicine processing machines. Community service activities were carried out in 2018 by involving herbal medicine groups in Tegalgondo and Jetis Villages, Malang. The community service activities included analyzing the conditions and needs of partners, designing herbal medicine machines as needed, as well as assisting the use of machines. The implementation methods in this service program were discussion and training. The result of this service activity was an increase in partner knowledge regarding the importance of hygiene and the use of appropriate technology in herbal medicine processing. After the training was carried out, service partners began to be moved to process jamu more hygienically. Furthermore, assistance and technology-based marketing training activities also need to be carried out.

Organic fertilizer is the final result of the decomposition of parts or remains of plants and or animals that have undergone engineering, in solid or liquid form. Household waste, one of which is stale rice, is usually thrown away directly into the environment, even though it can still be used, for example, made as liquid organic fertilizer. For this reason, it is necessary to remodel household waste, especially stale rice, into liquid organic fertilizer by utilizing existing local microorganisms. This Community Service aims to provide motivation and knowledge and skills to the community on how to make liquid organic fertilizer from stale rice by utilizing local microorganisms. The location of Community Service was held at RT.28 RW.007 Silaberanti Village, Jakabaring District, Palembang City, on January 30, 2021. The method used was counseling and training to participants on the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from stale rice. The implementation of the activity was attended by 12 participants, who were followed with enthusiasm and discussions and questions and answers during the training. The results of this Community Service show that the service method in the form of counseling, training and question and answer is very appropriate in motivating the community to be able to make liquid organic fertilizer from stale rice.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menggerakkan masyarakat agar melek mata, sadar bahwa sekarang ini harus cerdas dan bijak dalam manajemen keuangan dengan semakin kompetitif dan sulitnya mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan, maka yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memanajemen keuangan antara pendapatan dan pengeluaran seimbang agar terpenuhi semua kebutuhan keluarga, atau kata peribahasa tidak boleh besar pasak daripada tiangnya. Metode pengabdian dengan metode seminar, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta evaluasi secara personal. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan manajemen keuangan pada Karang Taruna Di Kp. Serua Poncol Tangerang Selatan., dapat berbagi pengetahuan tentang mengelola keuangan sehingga tidak konsumtif dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya dengan harapan ada kelebihan yang bisa ditabungkan sesuai kemampuannya secara berkelanjutan sehingga aman secara ekonomi.
