This research is a qualitative descriptive approach and the object of research is involved elements such as the school Principal, Vice Principal Curriculum and teachers at SMPN 7 Pematangsiantar. The focus of this research is to identify and analyze the implementation of Curriculum Policy, 2013 in SMPN 7 Pematangsianar using a model that was initiated by George C. Edward III in the form of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures that play a role in policy implementation. The data used is the verbal data from respondents information about the implementation of curriculum policy in 2013 in SMPN 7 Pematangsiantar. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data in this study include stage data reduction, data presentation and data verification or conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of curriculum policy in 2013 in SMPN 7 Pematangsiantar generally running well but not optimal. Until runs in the third year, the evaluations are made every year to make more optimal implementation of this policy. In the communication factor, sub factor and consistency of information transmission has not gone well, from the sub factor clarity there is little problem. The vagueness of this information related to the curriculum changes that took effect too quickly

Zakat is maliyah ijtima’iyyah activity. As the third pillar of Islam, zakat has strategic social purpose regarding to increas such economic welfare of society. through potentiality of national zakat that reach at 217 billion rupiahs in a year, it is able to support and solve some economic problems. However, only 0.2% or around 6 billion of zakat had been collected in every year. This is clearly shown that there is lack of attention toward mechanism and distribution of that fund. Economic empowerment of umat program is one of alternative choices in order to manage fund of zakat which had funded from society intensively. This program relates with the efficient use of zakat in the terms of financial resources regarding to obtain such human welfare. This research is kind of field research with qualitative descriptive approach in order to analyse a productive zakat in terms of economic empowerment of umat in Lazismu Banyumas. In addition, the author uses observation, interview, and document research in order to collect data regarding to make such an academic interpretation which consist of data reduction, data presentation, creating conclusion and verification. Based on analysis and interpretation that had been done, this research delineates that Lazismu Banyumas is utilize the productive zakat program in order to support mustahik through some method such as financing scheme, hibah in the terms of trading tools, also giving such a capital in order to develope their sectors (agriculture, fishery and farm). Therefore, through those programmes there are some mustahik who are succeed which can improve their economic level.

In an effort to educate the life of the nation, then one way that can be done is through education. This research aims to determine the implementation of the lecture method use in archival subjects in the Department of Office Vocational School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. This research uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Informants in this study were 5 (five) people. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is processed using analytical techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results showed that the use of lecture methods in archival subjects in the Department of Office SMK YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar, in general, has been well implemented. This is assessed from the three stages in the use of the lecture method, the first is the preparation phase carried out by the teacher before starting the implementation of learning in the classroom which results are categorized as good, the second stage of the implementation starts from the opening step and the presentation step by the teacher when the class is assessed to be running well, and the third step ends/closes the lecture where the results are also considered to be going well. So the use of lecture methods in archival subjects at the Department of Office Vocational School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar has been implemented well

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

This study intends to find out the murabahah financing procedure and analyze the murabahah financing accounting system implemented at the Jambi SyariahMandiri Bank Branch. In this study analyzing data with a qualitative descriptive approach, and collected by doing documentary studies, observations and interviews. This study concludes that the general procedure for submitting murabahah financing to Bank SyariahMandiri in four ways, the first is to propose a letter of intent to use murabahah financing products, the second is to analyze the ability to pay installments, goodwill and collateral, the third is approving proposals and fourth is to execute a murabahah contract. Meanwhile, the Islamic accounting system applied in Bank SyariahMandiri uses a sigma system which is useful for recording murabahah financing. An accounting system is a system that includes several forms, both in the form of journals, procedures, and tools used to process financial accounts. This analysis supports the murabahah accounting system in Islamic banking. Then, compare the records of financial transactions with PSAK 59

This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach with the title Role of the Principal in Improving PAI Learning during the Corona Pandemic at RA Taam Adinda Kepatihan Menganti Gresik. This study aims to determine the role and strategy of school principals in improving PAI learning during the corona pandemic at RA TAAM Adinda Kepatihan Gresik. The subjects in this study were educators, students, parents, and related parties. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the findings of this study can be concluded that the role of the RA Taam Adinda principal in improving Islamic Education learning during the corona pandemic in Kepatihan Menganti Gresik village was as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator that had been implemented properly and by defined goals and plans. The strategies used by the school principal in improving PAI learning during the corona pandemic at RA Taam Adinda Kepatihan Menganti Gresik were improving teaching skills for teachers, optimizing the use of media and educational facilities, carrying out regular supervision, and establishing good cooperation with the community

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui metode-metode, Langkah penerapan metode, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta Langkah antisipasi pada pembelajaran formal dan non formal di Pondok Pesantren Al-Aziziyah Kapek Gunungsari Lombok Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sebab orientasi penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan pada gejala atau fenomena yang bersifat alam. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan model Mills Hubberman (1) data Reduction (Reduksi Data) yang berarti merangkum, memilih hal-hal yang pokok, memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang penting, dicari tema dan pokoknya dan membuang yang tidak perlu.(2) data Display (Penyajian Data) yang bentuknya bisa uraian singkat, bagan, hubungan antar kategori dansejenisnya, (3) Conclusion Drawing atau Verification (Mengambil Kesimpulan dan Verifikasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa metode dapat diterapkan oleh ustadz/ustadzah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tuntutan kemampuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan metode yang relevan dengan tujuan menjadi suatu keharusan baik di kelas non formal terebih di kelas formal. Adanya perbedaan penerapan jenis metode pembelajaran disebabkan karena tujuan pembelajaran yang berbeda, berarti tuntutan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis metode dan keterampilan dalam terpannya secara terpadu menjadi suatu keharusan, yang keberhasilannya diperoleh melalui penerapan jenis alat evaluasi yang juga searah dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang dicapai. Title: Learning System In Al-Aziziyah Boarding School:Applied Analysis Methods In Activities Formal And Non Formal Learning The purpose of this study was to find out the methods applied, the steps of applying the methods, factors that support, hinder and anticipatory steps in overcoming the inhibiting factors the application of methods to formal and non-formal learning in Al-Aziziyah Boarding School Kapek Gunungsari West Lombok. The approach used by researchers in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the orientation of the research carried out is based on symptoms or phenomena that are of a nature nature. The analysis used uses the Mills Hubberman model (1) Data Reduction, which means summarizing, choosing the main points, focusing on the important things, looking for themes and points and removing unnecessary. (2) Display data (Presentation of Data) whose form can be brief description, chart, relationships between categories and types, (3) Conclusion Drawing or Verification (Taking Conclusions and Verifications) The results of the study indicate that a number of methods can be applied by teachers or religious teachers / ustadzah in to formal and non-formal learning. The demand for the ability and skills of teachers to apply methods that are relevant to the objectives becomes a necessity both in non-formal classes especially in formal classes. The difference in the application of this type of learning method is due to different learning objectives, This means that the demand to know the types of methods and skills in their integrated integration becomes a necessity, the success of which is obtained through the application of evaluation tools that are also in line with the learning objectives achieved.

This study aims to explore the pivotal role of the school principal in escalating his/her capacity as a supervisor. Supervision constitutes one of the principal’s duties that needs to be carried out for the purpose of supervising, evaluating performance, guiding, and motivating teachers to be able to make improvements, maintain teaching quality, and organize a better learning process. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this library research. The findings demonstrate the roles that principals take to maximize their role as a supervisor. Firstly, the principals should be able to understand the nature of supervision. This indicates that this re-understanding aims to enhance the process of supervision and guidance to teachers so as to improve the quality of their performance and teaching processes. Secondly, principals should be able to adapt and adopt various approaches to the implementation of supervision. The application in the supervision approach can be noticed in the exchange of information between principals and teachers, including the quality of learning. Thirdly, school principals should be able to increase human resources. The improvement should be carried out systematically and continuously through professional development. This illustrates that the principals’ role as a supervisor is very essential to promote the professionalism of teachers and educational staff.

The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts, supporting, and obstacles factors to develop students' interest in learning Qur'an and hadith subject. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed through three phases including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research location was at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aisyiah Belakang Olo, Padang City, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This study found two main points: First, efforts to increase participants' interest in the learning process including giving rewards, using varied learning methods, and explaining the ultimate goal of learning. Second, amid efforts to increase student interest in learning Quran-Hadith, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. Several supporting factors are adequate facilities and infrastructure, and high support from peer educators, as well as students. Moreover, the inhibiting factors including lack of students' enthusiasm for learning, family and social environment factors, and students' socio-economic factors.
