The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts, supporting, and obstacles factors to develop students' interest in learning Qur'an and hadith subject. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed through three phases including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research location was at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aisyiah Belakang Olo, Padang City, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This study found two main points: First, efforts to increase participants' interest in the learning process including giving rewards, using varied learning methods, and explaining the ultimate goal of learning. Second, amid efforts to increase student interest in learning Quran-Hadith, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. Several supporting factors are adequate facilities and infrastructure, and high support from peer educators, as well as students. Moreover, the inhibiting factors including lack of students' enthusiasm for learning, family and social environment factors, and students' socio-economic factors.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan pemberdayaan, (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemberdayaan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah: kelompok pembudidaya ikan 'mandiri saiyo', anggota kelompok dan tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data melalui: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji validitas data penelitian dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan melalui kelompok pembudidaya ikan 'Mandiri Saiyo' yaitu: mengubah pola pikir masyarakat terhadap budidaya ikan, memberikan pengetahuan tentang budidaya ikan yang baik dan benar serta memberikan keterampilan terkait dengan pembuatan pakan, faktor pendukung yaitu: dukungan dari warga, pemerintah, antusias masyarakat dan lokasi yang strategis, sementara faktor penghambat adalah: kurangnya manajemen organisasi, kurangnya kesadaran anggota kelompok, kurangnya kerja tim dan pemasaran hasil panen, hasil pelaksanaan pemberdayaan  meningkatnya stimulus masyarakat untuk menggunakan lahan mereka untuk budidaya ikan, lapangan kerja meningkat dan mengurangi pengangguran, meningkatkan pendapatan anggota, meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang budidaya ikan dan meningkatkan kemampuan untuk membuat pakan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Pembudidaya IkanAbstract.This study aims to: (1) determine the implementation of empowerment, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors of empowerment, this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects are: 'saiyo independent' fish cultivator groups, group members and community leaders. Data collection through: interviews, observation, and documentation. In the data analysis is done through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of research data by using source triangulation. The results of the study revealed (the implementation of community empowerment is done through the group of fish farmers 'Mandiri Saiyo' namely: changing the mindset of the community towards the benefits of fish farming, providing knowledge about good and right fish culture and providing skills related to making food, supporting factors namely: support from residents, government, community enthusiasm and supportive locations, while inhibiting factors are: lack of organizational management, lack of awareness of group members, lack of teamwork and marketing of yields, implementation results of increased community stimulus to use their land for fish farming, field employment and reduced unemployment, increased member income, increased knowledge about fish farming and increased ability to make feed.Keywords: Empowerment, fish cultivator

Education is basically an attempt to develop the potential of students and the demands of environmental conditions to have life skills. So that researchers interested in lifting the title "Implementation of Life Skills Education in Learning PAI At SMP Diponegoro. The formulation of the problem and the goal that researchers take is to answer questions and to find out how the implementation of life skills education in learning PAI, how the factors supporting and life skills and how to overcome the inhibiting factors of life skills in learning PAI in SMP Diponegoro Moropelang Babat Lamongan. To find out the problems and get the data clearly, here the researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data and information is done through observation of events and circumstances relating to the implementation of life skills education in learning PAI, Interview principals, teachers PAI, teacher coaches life skills and learners and documentary archive of documentation that an official of the SMP Diponegoro Moropelang Babat Lamongan.

AbstractTo uncover the causes that give rise to a lack of student interest in participating in language activities. To uncover strategies to increase student interest in participating in language activities in Arabic Language Study Program Faculty of Education and Teaching in IAIN Bengkul5.In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods for this study by observation, interviews and documents. Language activities include teaching and learning activities every Wednesday, Weekly Arabic activities, vocabulary sharing activities, lectures, dramas. Lack of a clear curriculum led to the failure to achieve the objectives of this activity, the lack of relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and the students because many students does not make affect other students, the lack of discipline in the MLA, no media to learn.Key Word: Enthusiasm of students; Language activity; Teaching Arabic

the smooth running of offices. This study aims to determine the Management of Archives at the East Pasimasunggu District Office Selayar Islands Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with 5 informants. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used consists of four ways, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that archival management at the East Pasimasunggu District office of the Selayar Islands Regency is in a fairly good category. This is demonstrated through the focus of research, namely: the creation of the archive is in the good enough category, the use of the archive is in the good enough category, the storage of the archive is in the good enough category, the maintenance of the archive is in the not good category, the shrinkage and destruction is in the not good category.

Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

Abstract The methods of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an which have so far not provided and alternative solution to the huffāẓ to maintain the recitation of the Qur'an easily, practically, systematically, flexibly and in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, so that not a few huffs have difficulty in maintaining their memorization. Ma'had Tahfiẓul Qur'an Abu Bakr Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta offers a method of maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an easily, practical, systematic, flexible and in accordance with the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, namely the famī bisyauqin method. This research is a study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach, carried out in Ma'had Tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research subjects are mudir ma’had and huffāẓ. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the famī bisyauqin method in maintaining the memorization of the Qur'an at huffāẓ in the ma'had tahfidzul Qur'an Abu Bakar ash -Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.   Keywords: Fami Bisyauqin's method, Maintaining the Hafalan al-Qur'an, Huffāẓ   Abstrak Metode-metode memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān yang ada selama ini belum memberikan solusi alternatif kepada para huffāẓ untuk mempertahankan hafalan al-Qur’ān secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW. Ma’had Tahfiẓul Qur’an Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta menawarkan metode dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān  secara mudah, praktis, sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai sunnah Rasulullah SAW, yaitu metode famī bisyauqin. Peneletian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif deskriptif, dilaksanakan di Ma’had Tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidqi Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subyek penelitiannya adalah mudir ma’had dan huffāẓ. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi metode famī bisyauqin, dan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi metode famī bisyauqin dalam memelihara hafalan al-Qur’ān pada huffāẓ di ma’had tahfidzul Qur’an Abu Bakar ash-Shidiq Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. ABSTRACTResearch about the Policy on the Use of Village Funds in Community Empowerment in Rantaupandan village, Rantaupandan district, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province, are aimed to find out how the implementation of village funds policy in community empowerment, inhibiting factors and efforts can be made so that the use of Village Funds in Rantaupandan village can reach aim. This Research uses the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn with qualitative descriptive methods and inductive approaches. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study using triangulation techniques to test the validity of the data and perform data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This Research shows that the implementation of the Village Fund policy in community empowerment has not run optimally due to the problem of human resource competencies, the lack of community participation, and the lack of information delivery to the community regarding the implementation of the Village Fund policy.Keywords: policy, village fund, community empowerment

Zakat is maliyah ijtima’iyyah activity. As the third pillar of Islam, zakat has strategic social purpose regarding to increas such economic welfare of society. through potentiality of national zakat that reach at 217 billion rupiahs in a year, it is able to support and solve some economic problems. However, only 0.2% or around 6 billion of zakat had been collected in every year. This is clearly shown that there is lack of attention toward mechanism and distribution of that fund. Economic empowerment of umat program is one of alternative choices in order to manage fund of zakat which had funded from society intensively. This program relates with the efficient use of zakat in the terms of financial resources regarding to obtain such human welfare. This research is kind of field research with qualitative descriptive approach in order to analyse a productive zakat in terms of economic empowerment of umat in Lazismu Banyumas. In addition, the author uses observation, interview, and document research in order to collect data regarding to make such an academic interpretation which consist of data reduction, data presentation, creating conclusion and verification. Based on analysis and interpretation that had been done, this research delineates that Lazismu Banyumas is utilize the productive zakat program in order to support mustahik through some method such as financing scheme, hibah in the terms of trading tools, also giving such a capital in order to develope their sectors (agriculture, fishery and farm). Therefore, through those programmes there are some mustahik who are succeed which can improve their economic level.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  (1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan keaksaraan dasar, (2) Hasil dari pendidikan keaksaraan dasar, dan (3) Faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaaan pendidikan keaksaraan dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengelola PKBM Bina Sekar Melati, tutor pendidikan keaksaraan dan warga belajar pendidikan keaksaraan dasar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data menggunakan miles dan huberman. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Pelaksanaan Pendidikan keaksaraan dasar di Desa Triharjo, Kecamatan Pandak, Kabupaten Bantul berjalan dengan baik, (2) Hasil dari pendidikan keaksaraan dasar ialah warga belajar mampu membaca, menulis dan berhitung sederhana setelah diberikan pembelajaran, dan (3) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan keaksaraan dasar ialah (a) Kemampuan tutor, (b) dukungan dari pemerintah pusat, (c) dukungan dari pemerintah setempat, (d) motivasi dari warga belajar, dan (e) sarana dan prasarana yang memadai . Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya ialah (a) daya tangkap warga belajar berbeda-beda, (b) Kegiatan di desa seperti arisan PKK, Membantu tetangga yang mempunyai hajatan serta mati listrik membuat warga belajar tidak berangkat pembelajaran Basic Literacy Learning PKBM Bina Sekar Melati in Triharjo Village, Pandak District, Bantul AbstractThis study aims to determine (1) Implementation of basic literacy education, (2) Results of basic literacy education, and (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing basic literacy education. This study uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the manager of PKBM Bina Sekar Melati, literacy education tutors and residents learning basic literacy education. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis techniques using miles and Huberman. The results of the study are (1) The implementation of basic literacy education in Triharjo Village, Pandak Subdistrict, Bantul Regency is going well, (2) The results of basic literacy education are the people learning to be able to read, write and count simple after learning, and (3) Factors supporters of the implementation of basic literacy education are (a) Tutor ability, (b) support from the central government, (c) support from local government, (d) motivation from learning citizens, and (e) adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are (a) the different learning capacities of the residents of learning, (b) Activities in the village such as the PKK social gathering, helping neighbors who have a celebration and power outages make learning residents not go to learning.
