Minimizing financing problems PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Takengon needs to supervise murabahah financing, be it supervision before financing or supervision after financing. Because most of the assets of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon is in murabahah financing with a total of 1388 financing customers so that the quality of the financing must be maintained. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources that the authors use are primary sources. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is that the supervision mechanism of murabahah financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon uses character analysis, capital, capacity, collateral, and conditions of economy (5C). Meanwhile, the cause of problematic financing is due to internal factors and external factors. Furthermore, problematic financing can be minimized through the 5C analysis process unless it is caused by a natural disaster that is beyond the estimation of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon. The conclusion of the researcher is that the PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Takengon has implemented all murabahah financing supervision procedures that have been arranged systematically and structured.

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Journal of Community Development of Thought Media and Development Da'wah in improving the quality of its articles. The research method in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling as a technique for withdrawing the informants. This research uses interviews and documentation studies in data collection. The results of this study are grouped into two parts, namely strategies to improve the ability of journal managers to operationalize OJS, and strategies to improve the quality of articles. Field findings show that training is carried out by bringing in experts, participating in training conducted by the Faculty Journal House and also the University Journal House, as well as several other similar trainings. The second group is the strategy to improve the final quality. There are three things, namely forming a team with clear job descriptions, giving rewards and punishments for the success of the achievements obtained by the journal. The last one is the participation of journal managers in training.

The issue of teacher’s performance has become a central point which is interesting to discuss by many people today. The fact shows that most teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, do not participate in coaching students effectively. This research employed qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and principals at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. The results showed that low levels of teacher’s performance to student development is influenced by internal factors, namely the ability and motivation of teachers and the external factors are influenced by the physical working environment , and principal’s management. Teachers of SMAN 1 Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar, have not been fully able to motivate, nurture, and guide students in order to achieve effective learning.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers in improving the quality of Harapan Bangsa City PAUD education. Qualitative descriptive research method, while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are based on data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. PAUD institutional constraints include educational qualifications, experience, infrastructure, managers, welfare. Efforts to improve the professionalism of PAUD teachers by providing scholarships, workshops, seminars, adequate facilities, and infrastructure, as well as maintaining smooth communication with both foundations, teachers, and parents.Keywords: Professionalism, PAUD Teachers, Quality of Education Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan profesionalitas guru PAUD dalam meningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD Harapan Bangsa Kota Padang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sementara teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data berdasarkan pada reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Kendala lembaga PAUD di antaranya kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, sarana prasarana, pengelola, kesejahteraan. Upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAUD dengan memberikan beasiswa, workshop, seminar, fasilitas sarana prasarana yang memadai, serta tetap menjaga lancarnya komunikasi baik dengan pihak yayasan, guru, dan orang tua. Kata Kunci: Profesionalitas, Guru PAUD, Mutu Pendidikan.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach at SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. In this study, the analysis unit was used, namely facilities and infrastructure, while the observation unit was the principal, deputy head of the facilities and infrastructure sector, and educators. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out interactively with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Conclusions from the study: (1) the planning of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out well; (2) the procurement of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out properly, the priority scale is determined by the foundation not the school; (3) the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out optimally; (4) the elimination of facilities and infrastructure has never been carried out by schools, items that are no longer used are put into school warehouses; and (5) there are developments in facilities and infrastructure in the field of technology, while the human resources that are owned are still not professionally trained. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif di SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan unit analisis yaitu sarana prasarana, sedangkan yang menjadi unit pengamatan yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarana, dan pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dari penelitian: (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sudah dilakukan dengan baik; (2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan dengan baik skala prioritas ditentukan oleh yayasan bukan pada sekolah; (3) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan secara optimal; (4) penghapusan sarana dan prasarana belum pernah dilakukan oleh sekolah barang yang sudah tidak digunakan dimasukkan kedalam gudang sekolah; dan (5) adanya perkembangan sarana dan prasarana dalam bidang teknologi, sedangkan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki masih belum yang terlatih secara profesional.

This study aims to determine and analyze the settlement of problem loans through the mediation of PT. Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch and to identify and explain the obstacles that arise in the settlement of non-performing loans at PT. Bank Central Asia, Bengkulu Branch. The research method used is empirical legal research, the research location was at PT Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch Office, the data collection technique was carried out through interviews. In PT Bank Central Asia, Bengkulu Branch, there are 178 people who are debtors. If the debtor does not fulfill his obligations, there will be default, which can cause the credit activity to become a non-performing loan. The settlement of non-performing loans at PT Bank Central Asia, the bank first carries out the negotiation stage, if the obligations are still not fulfilled by the debtor, the next step is to carry out the mediation process. The process of settling non-performing loans through mediation at PT Bank Central Asia Bengkulu Branch is carried out by means of internal mediation, which is the mediator, namely from the Legal and Compliance Task Force team at the Sentul Head Office, Bogor. There are 7 debtors who have completed problem loans until the mediation stage. The non-performing loan settlement process has never been carried out by means of litigation and never through OJK. Inhibiting factors have 2 causes, namely from internal factors and external factors. The suggestion for this research is to provide insights about the mediation process to the debtor so that the debtor understands the mediation process.

This study is motivated by the writer�s preliminary observation to some of the students at SDIT; the mastery of their Arabic vocabularies is not maximal yet. It could be caused by many factors; including the teachers who tend using the old methods such as a drill or with the help of images in teaching Arabic. The purpose of this study is to know the quality of learning Arabic class V SDIT Al-Qonita Palangka Raya by using make a matching model. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that this model is very suitable to be used in learning Arabic, not only proved to be loved by the students in class V SDIT Al-Qonita Palangka Raya but also effective to achieve the related learning objectives. In the case of learning Arabic in SDIT Al-Qonita Palangka Raya, considering the class is not big class, so they make a matching model is able to improve the learning in general, in terms of making students understand easily, easy of evaluation, easy to master, easy to train these four language skills (istima', Kalam, qira'ah, and kitabah).

The aim of the study is to find out how the quality of Public Service at the Parigi village office, District Tinggimoncong, Gowa. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive study. There were 16 informants and the data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research showed that generallythe quality of public services at the village office of Parigi, District Tinggimoncong,Gowabased on the five indicators, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was still less qualified, as well as the apparatus of Parigi village should further improve theservice quality again to increase the ability and motivation, and the most important thing is disciplineKeywords: quality, service Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Desa Parigi Kecamatan Tinggi moncong Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 16 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian melalui tahapan reduksi  data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa umumnya kualitas pelayanan publik di  Kantor Desa Parigi Kecamatan Tinggi Moncong Kabupaten Gowa yang di lihat dari  lima indicator yaitu, berwujud, kehandalan, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati masih kurang berkualitas.  Begitupun aparatur Desa Parigi harus lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanananya lagi dengan meningkatkan kemampuan dan motivasi yang paling utama kedisiplinan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen   This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

This article discusses the problem of choosing the correct and effective organizational structure of enterprise management for its correct functioning. The existing types of organizational structures of enterprise management, which are used in practice today, are analyzed, and their positive, negative sides and the type of enterprises for which they can be used are revealed. Along with this, this article discusses and describes methods for choosing an organizational structure for an enterprise. Also, during the study, internal and external factors were identified that affect the choice of an organizational structure. Based on the analysis, a methodology for choosing the most effective type of organizational structure for enterprises was drawn up. The question of choosing an organizational structure is acute for every manager at the very beginning of the operation of an enterprise, because the quality of performance of functions, both of individual divisions and of the entire enterprise as a whole, directly depends on this. Among many types of organizational structures in this study, the types of organizational structures that are most adaptable to changes in external and internal factors are identified. This study provides methods and tools for selecting the appropriate organizational structure for any enterprise. At the moment, some methods, be it goal structuring or computer modeling, are not widely used, which in turn makes it difficult to choose an effective organizational structure for enterprise management. The choice of an effective organizational structure is an extremely urgent problem today for every entrepreneur, who is interested in the stable economic activity of his or her enterprise.
