Language, according to one expert, is the most complete and effective communication to convey ideas, messages, intentions, feelings and opinions to others. One of them is English which is an international language. With the spread of English in Indonesia, there is a trend of language mixing between Indonesian and English in its use in everyday life, especially among students. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing a trend that exists among Indonesian students, namely the mixed use of Indonesian and English and focuses on language in spoken use in communication. This research uses a descriptive method through a qualitative approach by means of a survey using a questionnaire and a study of the literature. Where, with this method, researchers get two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. In the results of the study, it was found that at least 88, 6% or 39 of 44 respondents have used a mixture of Indonesian and Indonesian in their daily lives. So it can be concluded that the use of a mixture of Indonesian and English among students has become a phenomenon. Several factors that influence the occurrence of this phenomenon are friendly affective meaning and increased self-confidence.

This study aims to determine murabahah financing problem and how to handle it. The method used in this research using the descriptive method with the qualitative approach. Primary data sources were obtained using interviews and field observations. Secondary data were obtained through literature study related to murabahah problem and documentation study. The result of research indicates that murabahah financing in BPRS always related to wakalah contract. Wakalah is a contract between two parties in which one party submits, delegates, represents an affair to another party and the other undertakes the mandate at the request of the representative party. The cause of murabahah financing is problematic due to several factors, namely external and internal factors of the bank. External factors of the bank that comes from customers such as: losing in business competition, the business is run relatively new, side stream use of funds, the death of the key person, divorce key person, sick family members, and the character of customers who are not good. While the internal factors due to errors in conducting the analysis and weak aspects of supervision and monitoring. Handling of non-performing financing is done through collection activities, rescue activities (revitalization), settlement of guarantee activities and write off. Billing activities are done by contacting or visiting customers intensively, giving warning letters. Rescue of troubled financing is done by revitalizing rescheduling and restructuring. While write-off is a write-off of financing that is congested from on-balance sheets and recorded on the off-balance sheet. Keywords: murabahah, problem financing, sharia bank

Good employee performance will be achieved if you pay attention to what factors can influence it. The case that occurred at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Kuningan was that employees complained about work facilities and the compensation system. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With two data sources, namely primary data sources consisting of leaders and all employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass and secondary data sources consisting of documents both in writing and photos at Bank BJB Syariah KCP. Brass. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument in the research, observation guide and interview guide. The results showed that the facilities provided by Bank BJB KCP. Kuningan is inadequate, the internet network is often disturbed, the lack of operational vehicles, the parking area is not large enough, thus disrupting employee performance. As for compensation, the institution has given it fairly and fairly well in accordance with existing regulations. Both of these things certainly have an impact on employee performance, so that it can be said that the failure of the BJB Syariah Bank, Kuningan Sub-Branch Office, has not been able to meet the needs to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at BKM At-Taqwa Mosque, Medan Area University (UMA). The focus of the discussion includes (1) the role of the At-Taqwa Mosque BKM as a center for PAI development at the UMA campus mosque; (2) the process of developing IRE at the UMA campus mosque; and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of IRE in BKM At-Taqwa UMA. This study uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. The primary data of the research is the mosque management or BKM Masjid At-Taqwa UMA, while the secondary data is the community of the UMA campus. Data collection was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) At-Taqwa Mosque BKM plays an important role in making the campus mosque a center for IRE development on the UMA campus; (2) the process of developing IRE at the UMA campus mosque is carried out in the form of the ta'lim assembly and TPA in the mosque; (3) as for the supporting factors in the development of IRE at BKM At-Taqwa UMA, namely an organized agenda, adequate number of worshipers, cooperation from BKM management, inviting qualified resource persons/lecturers, and funding support sourced from community infaq.

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the transformation of small and medium enterprise (SMEs) financing in Indonesia. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of SMEs, which often face problems in financing. However, on the other hand, financial institutions find it difficult to find a database of SMEs to channel their loans. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Sources of data were obtained from various sources, both primary and secondary. Primary data is obtained from statements made by informants from the Financial Services Authority, the Association of Indonesian Crowdfunding Services, crowdfunding players, and SMEs that have taken advantage of crowdfunding. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from several published articles. The results show that the government has helped provide a source of financing for SMEs, both through banking and non-banking. However, there were several obstacles that occurred in the field, both from SMEs and financial institutions. Securities crowdfunding instruments raises new hopes for SMEs in fulfilling financing. In addition to an easy submission procedure, access can also be done via a digital platform. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi pembiayaan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena UKM yang sering menghadapi permasalahan dalam pembiayaan. Namun, disisi lain lembaga pembiayaan kesulitan mencari database UKM untuk menyalurkan kreditnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber baik primer maupun sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pernyataan yang diungkapkan oleh informan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, Asosiasi Layanan Urun Dana Indonesia, pelaku crowdfunding, dan UKM yang telah memanfaatkan crowdfunding. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari beberapa artikel yang telah diterbitkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah telah membantu menyediakan sumber pembiayaan UKM baik melalui perbankan maupun non perbankan. Namun ada beberapa kendala yang terjadi di lapangan baik dari pelaku UKM maupun lembaga pembiayaan. Instrumen securities crowdfunding memunculkan harapan baru bagi pelaku UKM dalam memenuhi pembiayaan. Selain prosedur pengajuan yang mudah, aksesnya pun dapat dilakukan melalui platform digital.

This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports Tanah Datar District. The authors conducted this study to analyze the role of local government in the management of tourist objects Istano Basa Pagaruyung Tanah Datar regency. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of the role of local government in the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyung attractions in Tanah Datar regency. To analyze this problem, research is done by using qualitative approach by using descriptive method. Data collection techniques that the authors use are observation, interview, literature study. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a purposive sampling technique. From the results of this study can be concluded that the role of Tourism, Youth, and Sport on the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyuang Tourism Object is to manage, assist, and improve facilities and infrastructure through the making of planning programs to be implemented by the UPT. Analysis of the role of local government towards the management of Istano Basa Pagaruyuang tourist object in Tanah Datar regency has been carried out very well but not yet optimal, since there is still planning since 2013 until now has not been done due to limited land. One such plan is the construction of parking lots for visitors Istano Basa Pagaruyung as well as souvenirs selling place.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

The low interest in reading our society greatly affects the quality of the Indonesian nation, because with the low interest in reading it cannot know and follow the development of science and information in the world. With the library, it can give students an "opiate taste" and bring about new habits, namely reading. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research location which is the main focus in collecting data is SD Negeri 1 in Pamengkang village, located in Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. Primary data is data obtained directly from informants such as school principals, teachers, students, and library staff. Secondary data used such as school archives, and other documents that can support the completeness of primary data. Data collection techniques is a way that researchers do in obtaining data. As for this study researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of the study show that the Utilization of School Libraries in Increasing Interest in Reading in SDN 1 Pamengkang, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency has carried out several efforts, but it has not yet run as expected, due to several factors, namely the state of the library, both from collections, facilities, and also not having librarians, so the library walk improperly following the existing path. Keywords: utilization; library; interest in reading Abstrak Rendahnya minat baca masyarakat kita sangat mempengaruhi kualitas bangsa Indonesia, sebab dengan rendahnya minat baca maka tidak bisa mengetahui dan mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan informasi di dunia. Dengan adanya perpustakaan dapat memberikan “rasa candu” pada peserta didik dan memunculkan new habits yakni membaca. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dekriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian yang menjadi fokus utama dalam mengumpulkan data adalah di SD Negeri 1 di desa Pamengkang yang terletak di Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon.  Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh langsung dari informan seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan tenaga perpustakaan. Data sekunder yang digunakan seperti seperti arsip-arsip sekolah, serta dokumen lainnya yang dapat menunjang kelengkapan dari data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data merupakan cara yang dilakukan peneliti dalam memperoleh data. Adapun dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Upaya Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Minat Baca di SDN 1 Pamengkang Kecamatan Mundu Kabupaten Cirebon sudah menjalankan beberapa upaya akan tetapi belum berjalan sesuai harapan, disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu keadaan perpustakan baik dari koleksi, sarana, dan juga belum mempunyai pustakawan sehingga perpustakaan berjalan seadanya mengikuti alur yang ada.  Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan; perpustakaan; minat baca

AbstractThe decline in fishermen's income was triggered by increased household needs while the income of fishermen's fate seemed to be unbearable. This is also experienced by Neyan in the Coastal Region of Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency. Their income continues to decline even more often they have no cost for their daily lives. They are in debt which is strangling their necks. They are increasingly desperate because there is no solution offered either from the government or from other relevant parties. Starting from the background, the problem is formulated as follows: 1. What causes the level of income of fishermen in the Coastal Zone of Mandolang District to decrease; 2. How do they increase their income. The research objectives are: 1. To describe and analyze what causes the level of income of fishermen in the Coastal Zone of Mandolang District to decrease; 2. To analyze how they increase their income. This research will be carried out in the Coastal Area of Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency in 2017 since it was signed a work contract with LPPM. The method in this study is purposive sampling method. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis is qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative description.Keywords: coastal area, income of fishermen, Mandolang sub-district AbstrakTurunnya pendapatan nelayan itu dipicu kebutuhan rumah tangga yang meningkat sedangkan pendapatan nasib nelayan seolah tak lepas dirundung malang. Hal ini juga dialami oleh neyan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang Kabupaten Minahasa. Pendapatan mereka semakin hari semakin menurun bahkan seringkali  mereka tidak mempunyai biaya untuk kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Mereka terlbat utang yang semakin mencekik leher.  Mereka semakin putus asa karena belum ada jalan keluar yang ditawarkan baik dari pemerintah ataupun dari pihak-pihak terkait lainnya.  Bertitik tolak dari latar belakang tersebut maka masalah dirumuskan sebagai berikut: 1. Apa yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pendapatan nelayan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang; 2. Bagaimana cara mereka meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah : 1. Untuk mengdeskripsikan dan menganalisis apa yang menyebabkan turunnya tingkat pendapatan nelayan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang; 2. Untuk menganalisis bagaimana cara mereka meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Wilayah Pesisir Kecamatan Mandolang Kabupaten Minahasa pada tahun 2017 sejak di tandatangani kontrak kerja dengan LPPM. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yakni analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskripsi kuantitatif.Kata kunci: wilayah pesisir, pendapatan nelayan, kecamatan Mandolang

Ojo Dumeh is the old philosophy that comes from Javanese language that has meaning do not being arrogant. If the value of this philosophy is implemented, it will have incredible power because old values never fade. The three main pillars of this are Ojo Dumeh, Ojo Gumunan, Ojo Kagetan; each of which has implemented power. The message is always delivered by parents to their children from childhood with the intention that their children do not become someone who are arrogant and always appreciate a friend or someone else. Research at BINUS University students are to learn about the importance of Ojo Dumeh in everyday life among students and to know more deeply about the relationship between philosophies Ojo Dumeh with changes in student behavior. The methodology of the research is exploratory, data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from the first source of BINUS University students, and the data obtained from the teaching philosophies that are books and literature. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the Ojo Dumeh philosophy needs to be implemented in the lives of students and believe that by applying this philosophy Ojo Dumeh the relationship will be better.

The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The subject of this research was students of Riau Islamic University. While the object of this study was the effect of Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo. The data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling, while the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, quantitative descriptive method was used. In analyzing quantitative data, simple linear regression analysis was used where the calculation process used SPSS for windows version 23. The sample of this study was 96 people. The result of the research showed Islamic advertising on purchasing decision for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo had a strong or high relationship, this was related to the correlation coeffisien which was 0.763. The result of the research, the result of partial test related to the significant influence between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for Clean and Fresh Sunsilk Hijab Shampoo, it was known from  the value of tcount (11.452) which was bigger than t table (1.661). Conclusion, there was a significant effect between Islamic advertising on purchasing decisions for clean and fresh sunsilk hijab Shampoo to students of  Riau Islamic University Keywords: Islamic Advertising, Purchasing Decision
