The purpose of this study is to inscrease knowledge about how to analyze credit management at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Ganto Nagari 1954 Lubuk Alung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The method of data analysis is using quantitative data and qualitative data as a research method. From the results of the study for the 2017-2018 period, the number of non-performing loans has decreased by 30% and in the 2018-2019 period there has been another decline of 0.70% and this proves that the credit management carried out has been running smoothly good.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in critical thinking skills and to describe critical thinking skills among students taught using the Search learning model, Find, And Construct Together (SFCT) and conventional learning models. The research method used is a combination research method with sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data samples were students of class XI MIPA 1 and XI MIPA 2, this quantitative research was obtained by testing students' critical thinking skills. Analysis of the data used is the t test with the prerequisite test, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. Qualitative research subjects were 9 students. The nine students were selected based on high, medium and low critical thinking skills. While the collection of qualitative data is done by observation, interviews, and field notes. The results showed that (1) Based on the results of quantitative data analysis with hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 software, the Sig 2-tailed value was obtained = 0.009. Because the Sig value = 0.009 <0.025 then H0 is rejected. This means that it can be concluded that there are significant differences in critical thinking skills between students who are taught by the SFCT learning model and students who were taught using conventional models. (2) Based on qualitative data analysis obtained from interviews, it can be concluded that students like to be taught using the SFCT model and as many as 80.56% of students fulfill four indicators of critical thinking, while students are not happy to be taught using conventional models and only 63.86% students who fulfill the four indicators of critical thinking.

The objective of the research is to improve English reading ability through Look and Say Technique at SDIT AL MARJAN, BEKASI. This study used action research method which involved two cycles.  The population of this research was 27 of third grade students of SDIT AL MARJAN.  Based on the data from the pre test, it shows that the students’ competencies in reading English is still low.  After given treatment throughout the cycles (planning, acting, observing, and reflecting) in this study and the results of post tests, the student’s ability in reading English had been improved.  Qualitative data analysis shows that the students were interested during the process.  They enjoyed the learning and they were active in each part of the process. The students read better after the treatment.  The result of the analysis is strengthen by quantitative data analysis which shows in cycle I, tₒ= 5,2, it means 2, 06< 5,2 and in cycle II, tₒ= 7,0 or 2, 06< 7,0. (t table 5% = 2, 06).  Therefore, there is an improvement in English reading through look and say technique.

This study aims to describe the ability of students at x grade students of MAN 1 Bima in writing anecdotal text with a scientific approach. Therefore to know this problem used the theory of qualitative data analysis and quantitative analysis by using the tabulation width of student learning achievement in the book of  Prof. Mahsun, MS, and other theories. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the character of analytic description. Interpretation of data is done through literature method and field observation with student assignment technique writing anecdote text using the scientific approach. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the students' ability to analyze at x grade students of MAN 1 Bima in writing anecdotal text with the scientific approach is at less-skilled value, This is evidenced from the results from students’ score that is only under minimum score. This is also evidenced by the results of qualitative data analysis and the score of students is only in the range under the minimum score. it is also evidenced from the results of qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis used tabulation data sheet that shows the number of the ability to write anecdote text of all students got to score 30 that is in the less skilled value category.

The undeveloped child's fine motor ability is the background for this research. The problems in this study were child's undevelopment ability to control fingers and hands, undevelopment of skills using media with the coordination between eyes and hands. The subject of his research was the B3 group of 18 children. This was based on action research method. It used the Kemmis & McTaggart Research design which consists of planning, observation and reflection actions. There were two cycles with four times meeting in each cycle. Data used in the observation were field records, interview notes and documentation notes. The techniques of data analysis in this study were qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that in the pre-cycle phase, the child's fine motor ability level reached 47.66%, whereas after using mozaic activities in cycle 1 it reached until 59.91% and in cycle 2 it reached to 80.08%. It can be concluded that there is a significant increase in the child's fine motor ability through mosaic activities.

This study concerns on improving students’ achievement in writing procedure texts through word webbing technique. The research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research (CAR). The population was the 2012-2013 nine grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Batang Kuis. The number of students was 36, consisting of 21 females and 15 males. The procedure of the research was administrated into two cycles where each cycle consisted of three meetings. Each meeting included four steps namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. There were two kinds of data collected during the study, qualitative and quantitative data. The instrument for collecting the quantitative data was the writing of procedure texts test while the qualitative data were gathered by using interview, diary notes and observation sheet. Based on the data analysis, the mean of students’ score in Test I was 53,47, for the Test II was 63,05, and for the Test III was 75 The qualitative data showed that the students were interested in the applying of Word webbing Technique. The conclusion is that Word Webbing Technique in writing Procedure Texts improves the students’ achievement in writing procedure texts. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android untuk memudahkan pemahaman konsep trigonometri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif. Model Pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE. Karya inovasi ini dibuat dengan macromediaflash 8. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok kecil dan 30 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan model Miles Huberman.Hasilpengembangan diperoleh sebuah media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk mempermudah mengingat rumus trigonometri. Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, android, konsep trigonometri Abstract [The Development of Interactive Android Based Learning Media to Facilitate Understanding of Trigonometric Concepts]. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive android based learning media to facilitate understanding of trigonometric concepts. This research is a development research with qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. Development model used is ADDIE. The innovation work was made with Macromedia Flash 8. The subjects in this study consisted of 8 students on a small group trial and 30 students on a large group trial. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Qualitative data analysis technique using Miles Huberman model. The results of the development obtained a learning media that can help students to simplify remembering the trigonometric formula. The purpose of this research is to find out the product flow, financial flow and information flow in the management of the supply chain plate rack based on the existing supply chain so that the company can produce effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a qualitative method using a survey method that is to explain, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in an object and qualitative data with the support of quantitative data. The results showed the company combining assembly material team, glass assembly team and final completion teams could accelerate production and limit cooperation with independent marketing to summarize the supply chain and prevent company losses.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to analyze the POE learning model for understanding physics concepts. The method used in this research is a meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is research that examines the results of similar studies. Data obtained from national and international journal documents taken by purposive sampling based on conformity with the research theme. Data analysis using quantitative data analysis with presentations and qualitative data analysis in the form of descriptions of research results found. Based on data analysis, it found that the POE learning model can improve students' understanding of concepts.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran POE terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Meta analisis merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji hasil penelitian yang sejenis. Data diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang diambil secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan tema penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dengan presentasen dan analisis data kualitatif berupa deskripsi-deskripsi hasil penelitian yang ditemui. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa model pembelajaran POE dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa</p>

Purpose- This paper has drawn the attention to study the customer based brand equity in service sector especially in banking sector of Pakistan. The rationale of this study is to explore any relationship between different dimensions of CBBE and customer retention. Methodology/Sampling- This study has been conducted in Lahore. Convenience sample of 300 respondents has been used for data collection. The results have been established by using quantitative and qualitative techniques. Survey method was adopted to collect quantitative data through questionnaires and interviews have been conducted to collect the qualitative data through audio recorded interviews. SPSS has been utilized for quantitative data analysis and NVivo 10 has been used for qualitative data analysis. Findings- The study found that perceived quality and organizational association have significant positive relationship with customer retention. Further this study has determined the difference in CBBE among foreign, private and government banks and found the CBBE is highest in foreign banks. Practical Implications- The findings of the study is beneficial for the Government, Private and Foreign Banks to retain their customers through consumer based brand equity.

This research aims at improving students’ ability to write exposition text through learning cycle model to the third-semester students of Indonesian Language Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan University. The method used for this research is action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. Qualitative data are taken from data analysis and analysis of learning process from three cycles. Meanwhile, quantitative data are taken from the comparison of students' score from the first to the third cycle. The implementation of learning cycle that consists of engagement, exploration, explanation elaboration and evaluation in writing exposition activity done in  every cycle successfully improves students’ ability to write exposition text. It is shown on the average score which increases from 52.38 to 80.13. This improvement comes along the improvement of students’ activity in expressing their ideas throughout learning cycle. As a result, learning cycle can improve students’ ability to write exposition text.
