This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job discipline on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (2) The effect of the job environment on employee performance on The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, (3) The effect of job discipline and job environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu. This study is a type of research with a Quantitative Descriptive method, which the research compares the results of data collection and proves with numbers in a number of population through sample that are considered feasible to study. This study categorized into survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is the entire population of employees of The Madeline Hotel Bengkulu, and the number is 40 people. The validity test used Corrected Item Total Correlation Statement, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of thestudy showed that: (1) Job Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen in the t- test that states a value of t-hit > t (α / 2) 3,545 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0.003 < 0.05), then H1 in this study can be accepted, (2) Job Environment has an effect on Employee performance. This can be seen in the t- test which states that the value of t-hit > t_ (α / 2) (4,528 > 2,026) and (sig α = 0,000 < 0.05), then H2 in this study is acceptable, (3) Job Discipline X1 and Job Environment X2 have an effect on Employee Performance (Y), this can be seen in the F- test which states the value of F-count > F-table, i.e. (51,651 > 1.97) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), thus it can be concludeed that H3 accepted that means simultaneously the Job Discipline variabel (X1) and Job Environment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at The Medeline Hotel Bengkulu.Keywords: Discipline, Work Environment, Performance

The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon as one of the State-Owned Enterprises currently employs as many as 733 people with various expertise and education levels.With the large number of employees/worker involved in the company PT. Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon, researchers are interested in reviewing or knowing whether there is a significant influence on the level of education on the work performance of employees in the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative analysis. The sample in this study were 110 employees from 733 employees of PT Indonesia Power UpSuralayaCilegon. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) The results of the calculation of the percentage of employee education level taken based on the respondent's overall answer of 80% which shows that most of the employees in the company have high school / vocational education. 2) With a significance of 5% it can be obtained the price of r table 1.661. It turns out that r count is greater than r table (0.276> 1.661), so the Hypothesis is rejected so that the Education Level does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Judging from the results of the output on the analysis of the calculation of the t test above, it can be concluded that the variable level of employee education does not affect employee performance. This is because the value of t count> t table (-2.240 <1.661) or significance <0.05 (0.029 <0.05) so the hypothesis is rejected.

This study aims to determine: (1). The influence of leadership on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (2). The influence of work discipline on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch; (3). The influence of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance of PT Central Capital Futures Malang Branch. The research method is quantitative causality or causal with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The population is all 37 employees with 37 samples using full sampling (census). Hypothesis test using t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The result of t test (partial) shows that leadership has positive and significant effect to employee's performance, work discipline has positive and significant impact to employee's performance; and F test results (simultaneous) indicate that leadership And Work Discipline Together Effect On Employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions

Public transportation is the type of transportation that involves lives of The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of facilities, timeliness, trust through satisfaction as an intervening variable on the loyalty of Solo Balapan executive railroad passengers. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all of train passengers in Gubeng executives. In this study data were collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, literature study and documentation, and using the help of SPSS Statistics. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were executive train users. The analysis used in this study includes data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The results of this study indicate that the variable facilities, timeliness, trust and satisfaction affect the loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. T test results show the facility affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. Timeliness affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. trust affects satisfaction of train passengers in Gubeng executives. satisfaction affects loyalty of train passengers in Gubeng executives. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizationalcommitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also havepositive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

ABSTRACT This study aims to support leadership, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all 116 participants and the sample used was 90 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. With the approved questionnaire questions declared valid and reliable. In the classical research assumptions test produces normal data, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity does not occur. From the results of the F test stated that the variables of leadership, work environment and work coordination determine simultaneous and significant impact on employee performance at the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom with a Fcount of 126.690> Ftable 3.101 and a significant value of 0.000 ttable 1.988 significant value 0.000 t table1.988 and a significant value of 0.000
