In order to be registered in an institution / organization, each resident / community must register by providing identity data personally. When someone wants to be registered in an institution such as Birth Certificate, School, College, residence, Tax, BPJS, Bank, Driver Lisence, Passport and others, they must register and register one by one and have a registration number or account for each agency. It can be said that nowadays everyone is bothered with the registration process, starting from the time of birth they must register to be registered as residents, to enter the school must also register, this is felt to be ineffective and inefficient because one must continue to register one by one and redundancy have a registration number that is different for each agency. The presence of an electronic resident card (e-KTP) aims to make data collection easier and there is no double KTP number, but this is not yet maximal, there are still multiple KTP numbers, proven by many multiple data communities. Seeing these problems need to find a solution or an effort to ensure that the affairs of registration are not repeated and once up and the number is valid for all agencies. The presence of the latest technology namely IP v6 (Internet Protocol) brings the opportunity for the efficiency and effectiveness of the registration system, because IP v6 is able to provide numbers up to trillions addressing numbers. The objectives of this study are: 1) Designing an analytical model to build an IP V6 model on e-KTP registration. 2) Application of one IP v6 model on e-KTP registration using IPv6 IP address, once the child is born automatically has one registration number i.e. IPv6 address number, and the number applies to all agencies. The method used in this study is an exploration and modeling study of system development with NDLC to produce a model for building IP v6 implementation on e-KTP. The results of the study will show that the community has one registration number, namely IP v6, and the number is valid since the child is born and for all agencies such as birth certificates, e-KTP, Student Number, Passport, Driver’s License, Bank and others The results of the study that implemented IPv6 on numbering e-KTP with a total length of 128 bits, greatly facilitated citizens in terms of registration services because each resident only has one identification number will apply to all agencies, because there is no data repetition or data redundancy, one e-ID card can be applied to elementary schools, high schools, hospitals, BPJS, Driver’s License, passports and for communication addressing or IP addresses to be part of the e-KTP.

The course is one of the education provided outside formal (non-formal) schools to develop personal abilities and skills. Eden Everyday English Course Institute is an Institution located in Bogor. In this institution, the registration process for students is done manually by filling in the registration form provided by the admin. Eden Everyday English Course Institute is one of the courses where the number of applicants increases every year, this causes the administration department cannot manage everything properly and feels overwhelmed so that it is not effective. With the increase in the number of students registering each year, it would be better if a web-based registration system was created, so that it could simultaneously serve as a medium for promoting the course institution. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based application to help the process of registration for new students in Eden Everyday English Course Institute using the waterfall method. Many studies, especially in the field of information system development, use the Waterfall method. This online course registration application is effective and efficient because it is supported by an integrated system. This application improves the quality of information and the efficiency of the implementation of online course registration.

The Urgency of Civil Registration in the Fulfilment of the Rights of the Child From birth Indonesian children have the basic right to be protected by the State and according to religion. One  of the basic rights of the child is the right to obtain a birth certificate through the civil registration system. In this context, all children are seen to have the same basic human rights, and the same is true according to Islam. For example, there is no differentiation in relation to whether a child is born within marriage or illegitimately. From a human rights perspective, all children have an equal rights. Similarly, in Islamic jurisprudence according to the Imam Shafi’i School there are no limits to the care of a child. Civil registration of birth ensures human rights in relation to social status and individual benefits. The civil registration system gives individuals a unique identity, records the relationship with parents, and provides the foundation for citizenship. Birth certificates provide documentation of the birth of the child and usually one or both parents, which was fundamental to the determination of nationality, depending on the laws of each country. Civil registration is also important in recording death, marriage, divorce and so forth.

Population Data is individual data or aggregate data that is structured as a result of Population Registration and Civil Registration activities. Birth Certificate is a Civil Registration Deed as a result of recording the birth event of a baby whose birth is reported to be registered on the Family Card and given a Population Identification Number (NIK) as a basis for obtaining other community services. From the total number of integrated birth certificate reporting for the 2018 Population Administration Information System (SIAK) totaling 570,637 there were 503,946 reported late and only 66,691 were reported publicly. Clustering is a method used to classify data that is similar to others in one group or similar data to other groups. K-Nearest Neighbor is a method for classifying objects based on learning data that is the closest distance to the test data. k-means is a method used to divide a number of objects into groups based on existing categories by looking at the midpoint. In data mining preprocesses, data is cleaned by filling in the blank data with the most dominating data, and selecting attributes using the information gain method. Based on the k-nearest neighbor method to predict delays in reporting and the k-means method to classify priority areas of service with 10,000 birth certificate data on birth certificates in 2019 that have good enough performance to produce predictions with an accuracy of 74.00% and with K = 2 on k-means produces a index davies bouldin of 1,179.

PT.Balai Lelang Bandung is a company in Bandung which is located at Ruko Maple Kav. G, Jl. Gn. Batu No. 201, Sukaraja, Cicendo, Bandung - West Java, provides services such as pre-auction, auction, and post auction. The registration process of tender participants is quite convoluted and takes a lot of time in the registration process either in terms of the auction participants or the auctioneer itself. The auction process is very time-consuming bidders themselves, where in conducting the auction, participants are required to attend directly to the auction so many prospective bidders who discontinue their intention to follow the auction process. In this design approach method is prototypemethod, while system development method using Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design tool used to describe the system model such as usecase, scenario diagram, sequence diagram.  Index Terms - Information System, Online Auctions, Prototype, UML

The ARINC 653 operation system is currently widely adopted in the avionics industry, and has become the mainstream architecture in avionics applications because of its strong agility and reliability. Although ARINC 653 can efficiently reduce the weight and energy consumption, it results in a serious development and verification problem for avionics systems. As ARINC 653 is non-open source software and lacks effective support for software testing and debugging, it is of great significance to build a real-time simulation platform for ARINC 653 on general-purpose operating systems, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of system development and implementation. In this paper, a virtual ARINC 653 platform is designed and realized by using real-time simulation technology. The proposed platform is composed of partition management, communication management, and health monitoring management, provides the same operation interfaces as the ARINC 653 system, and allows dynamic debugging of avionics applications without requiring the actual presence of real devices. Experimental results show that the platform not only simulates the functionalities of ARINC 653, but also meets the real-time requirements of avionics applications.

Objectives. We inventoried and reviewed the birth and fetal death certificates of all 50 U.S. states to identify nonstandard data items that are environmentally relevant, inexpensive to collect, and might enhance environmental public health tracking. Methods. We obtained online or requested by mail or telephone the birth certificate and fetal death record forms or formats from each state. Every state data element was compared to the 2003 standards promulgated by the National Center for Health Statistics to identify any items that are not included on the standard. We then evaluated these items for their utility in environmentally related analyses. Results. We found three data fields of potential interest. First, although every state included residence of mother at time of delivery on the birth certificate, only four states collected information on how long the mother had lived there. This item may be useful in that it could be used to assess and reduce misclassification of environmental exposures among women during pregnancy. Second, we found that father's address was listed on the birth certificates of eight states. This data field may be useful for defining paternal environmental exposures, especially in cases where the parents do not live together. Third, parental occupation was listed on the birth certificates of 15 states and may be useful for defining parental workplace exposures. Our findings were similar for fetal death records. Conclusion. If these data elements are accurate and well-reported, their addition to birth, fetal death, and other health records may aid in environmental public health tracking.

An event is a means for students to improve their soft skill and hard skill. In college, one kind of event that usually held regularly is an exhibition. It is usually held around the universities environtment, but in practice there are still some shortcomings, such as the registration process is done manually, attendance of participants that are not integrated with the system, and unavailability of certificates for participants who have attended the event. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, organizing the events must be done online, so we need a system that can accommodate this. Therefore, this study aims to create an event management system that can manage exhibition event data. Besides, the system is also equipped with a feature to generate an E-Certificate that has a QR Code embedded. The method used in this study is Extreme Programming, with its flexible nature toward changes to facilitate the process of system development. The testing in this study is using black box method, with the test results show that all functional in the system can run well in accordance with user expectations. The use of the Extreme Programming method produces a quality system, because users are involved during the system development process.

Land registration systems provide the means for recognizing formalized property rights, and for regulating the character and transfer of these rights. Registries document certain interests in the land, including information about the nature and spatial extent of these interests and the names of the individuals to whom these interests relate. They also normally record charges and liens, that is rights to retain property against debts as in the case of mortgages, although in some systems these are held in separate registries. In addition, land registries provide documentary evidence that is necessary for resolving property disputes as well as information for a wide variety of public functions (such as land valuation). There are at least three basic types of land registration system: (i) private conveyancing; (ii) registration of deeds; and (iii) registration of title. Under a private conveyancing system, land transactions are handled by private arrangement. Interests in land are transferred by the signing, sealing, and delivery of documents between private individuals with no direct public notice, record, or supervision. The pertinent documents are held either by the individuals to a transaction or by an intermediary such as a notary. In such a system, the state has little control over the registration process (save for regulating the intermediaries) and there is little if any security for errors or fraud. Also, private conveyancing systems are invariably slow and expensive. Despite these serious limitations, notarial versions of private conveyancing are still found in many parts of Latin America. Under a system of registration of deeds, a public repository is provided for registering documents associated with property transactions (deeds, mortgages, plans of survey, etc.). There are three basic elements in deeds registration: the logging of the time of entry of a property document; the indexing of the instrument; and the archiving of the document or a copy thereof. While there are many types of deed registration system, they are all based on three core principles (Nichols 1993): 1. Security-registration of a document in a public office provides some measure of security against loss, destruction, or fraud.
