The purpose of this research is to build a company profile to b used as a media campaign to the public and inform about the general picture of the school, especially in the development of facilities and facilities of the school Private High School Karya Sedar BiruBiru. Data analysis using Adobe Flash CS5. Result of research indicate that with company profile done by using Adobe Flash CS5 can produce display of animation content in the unity animation movement and company profile can use as media in publish and inform profile at Private High School Karya Sedar Biru-Biru.

This study aimed to determined the feasibility of the Make a Match-Based Flashcard learning media on colloidal material. The subjects of this study were the students of the State Senior High School 1 Muara Batu and the Private High School Jabalnur as many as 25 students. This study refers to the type of Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model. This research was carried out until the limited trial stage. The stages carried out in this research are Define, Design, Develop. In the Define stage, concept analysis is carried out, at the design stage, the design of learning media to be developed is carried out, at the Develop stage the development of Make a Match-Based Flashcard media is carried out and limited trials on research subjects. The results showed that the Make a Match-Based Flashcard media was valid with a media validity percentage of 88% (very good), and material validity of 85% (very good). The results of data analysis showed the feasibility with a percentage value of 92.30% (very feasible). Based on the results of the study conducted, it can be concluded that the Make a Match-Based Flashcard media is very suitable to be used as a learning medium on colloidal material.

Along the development of information technology today pose a tremendous impact for the community. Advances in information technology that has many benefits have not been utilized optimally in the process of delivering information. Today information technology has achieved various forms of multimedia presentation and ways of delivering information to the public in a dynamic and interesting in multimedia form as part of the development of information technology. This final project aims to develop media presentations Company Profile Padang State University-based interactive multimedia that can add insight to the public about the general picture Padang State University. The use of this interactive presentation media will be able to provide a better experience than other media because the media used when there are two senses that act simultaneously, namely the senses of sight and sense of hearing. For organizing or designing media interactive presentations of this, the development method used is the method of multimedia development ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation) and designed using the software Adobe Flash CS6, Adobe Photoshop CC, Corel Draw X6, Voice Changer, Sony Vegas Studio and Flash Optimizer 2.1. The results of this interactive presentation media manufacture shaped Compact Disc (CD) that can be run on a computer device. After testing against media presentations interactive CD,s, it can be concluded that all test pages can run well and according to plan for each menu and submenu.Keywords:Company Profile,CDInteractive,MediaPresentation, ADDIE.

This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the results differences of the 2nd National Chemistry Olympiad at the public and private senior high school using quizizz media. All participants of the population were sampled in the determination, the sampling technique used was saturated samples. The results of the prerequisite test on the data from this study showed that the data were normally and homogeneous. For normality and homogeneity tests, obtained sig > 0.05. Data analysis using SPSS 24, carried out One Way Anova test, obtained sig.0.01 with a significance level of 5%, these results indicate that there are differences in the results of the 2nd National Chemistry Olympiad (OKN) level is low, the public high school participants results with an average score of 59.48 and private high schools with an average score of 41.95 by utilizing Quizizz media. This research was conducted at junior school 8 Mandau Kecamatan Mandau. The purpose of this study was to determinance the effect of discipline influance the performance of teacher working in the office Mandau.The population in this were 45 teacher. In this study the sampling using saturated sample. Is aqual to 45 teacher. Data analysis in this research use descriptive and quantitative method.The result showed that the discipline of positive and significant of teacher working. The amount of influence of teacher working is disciplined by 53,9 percent while the rest 46,1 percent describing other independent variables that are not observed in this study.Recommendation can be submitted to the public junior School 8 Mandau Kecamatan Mandau, for even more attention is disciplined, this is because the disciplined has agreat influance, that is 53,9 percent.

The aim of this research paper is to assess intrinsic and extrinsic motivational orientations between the public and the private sector for high school teachers toward teaching as a profession. A sample of teachers were chosen from the public and the private school in Jordan (N=204). Four hypotheses were tested using independent-samples T-test, the result shows that private school teachers were more motivated by extrinsic compensation motives and extrinsic outward motives, while public school teachers were more motivated by intrinsic challenge motives and intrinsic enjoyment motives. The authors found out that private school teachers perceived themselves motivated by money and rewards, to be better than their colleagues in doing their job and need to have a recognition for their performance at their work. Public school teachers perceived themselves as enjoying tackling new problems and solving complex and difficult problems and considered their job as very important to them.

“A Beautiful Word is Worth More Than a Beautiful Body” – Anna Rachalska’s Private High School for Girls in Przemysl between 1911 and 1920The Private Middle School for Girls owned by Anna Rachalska, operating between 1911 and 1920, was the first successful attempt to create a school in Przemyśl enabling women to pursue university studies, which also provided an impetus for establishing further local forms of education for Polish, Jewish and Ukrainian women. The school premises were far from suitable, the teachers o­en changed and the institution’s significance in the public sphere of the city was limited. However, it is worth noting that the school mostly operated under harsh war conditions that were not conducive to high activity or consistent promotion policy. It was more of a typical private educational institution for women dependent on a variety of local factors, than one of the top High School in Galicia. Its complicated and short history shows the problems of a running private establishment in the di¯cult years of WW1.

melalui penerapan reward and punishment di SMA Swasta Manarul Islam Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang, sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Beberapa faktor penting dalam peningkatan mutu tersebut di antaranya adalah penerapan budaya sekolah yang positif dan berkesinambungan. Budaya sekolah yang positif tentunya harus dipertahankan dan dilaksanakan oleh semua warga sekolah tanpa terkecuali dan tidak merasa terpaksa. Dalam menerapkan budaya sekolah perlu sikap kesadaran dari semua warga sekolah secara bersama-sama. Salah satu budaya sekolah yang harus dipertahankan adalah kedisiplinan, kedisiplinan guru dalam kehadiran di kelas pada proses belajar mengajar. Untuk  meningkatkan  disiplin  para  guru  dapat  diupayakan  melalui  bermacam-macam cara. Dalam Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini, dicobakan tindakan berupa penerapan Reward and Punishment bagi para guru di SMA Swasta Manarul Islam, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, karena dari hasil penelitian dan analisa data, ternyata pada siklus kedua, kedisiplinan guru, dalam kehadiran di kelas pada proses belajar mengajar meningkat dan memenuhi indikator yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 80%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan disiplin guru dalam kehadiran di kelas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan Reward and Punishment kepada guru.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Guru, Reward and Punishment. Abstract: The objective of this study was to improve teacher’s discipline in teaching attendance in class through the application of reward and punishment at the Manarul Islam Private High School, Aceh Tamiang Regency, as an effort to improve the quality of learning in school. Some important factors in improving the quality was the implementation of a positive and sustainable school’s culture. A positive school’s culture must be maintained and implemented by all school members without exception and do not feel forced. In implementing school’s culture, it is necessary to have an attitude of awareness from all school members. One of the school’s cultures that must be maintained is discipline that was teachers’ discipline in class attendance in the teaching and learning process. To improve the discipline of teachers, it can be acted in various ways. In this School Action Research, tried to study by applying Reward and Punishment for teachers at Manarul Islam Private High School, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles, the results of research and data analysis, it turned out in the second cycle, teacher’s discipline, in class attendance in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 80%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher’s discipline in class attendance in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.Keywords: Teacher Discipline, Reward and Punishment

After the shares were introduced to the public by the underpricing company (IPO), the problem lies in the closing price on the first day which tends to be higher than the initial offering price. Various factors can influence the occurrence of underpricing, both external and internal, that occurs in Islamic stocks. This study examines more about the influence of financial and non-financial variables on underpricing shares, especially in Islamic stocks. The population used includes, among others, listed companies on the IDX with a sample of issuers that went public from 2015 to 2019. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression. The results of the study prove that block holders in a company have an effect on the level of underpricing. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on the underpricing variable. Return on Asset (ROA) harms the underpricing variable. There is an effect of the current ratio value on underpricing. Firm size has an effect on underpricing. Company age (firm age) has an effect on the underpricing variable. This research aims to know the effectiveness of making summaries in student achievement in writing and to find out if making a summary is able to improve student performance in writing in the grade ten students private high school Melati Binjai 2017/ 2018. In this study, apply the creation summary as an independent variable (X) and student learning achievement in writing as a dependent variable (Y), with hypotheses: there is a significant influence of the implementation of making summaries on achievements Students in writing in grade ten students from 2017/2018 grade ten from private SMA Melati Binjai. The population of this research is the XI-grade private high school student Melati Binjai in 2017/1988 consisting of 30 students. Samples taken using all sampling, the total sample is 30 students. Authors use tests as data collection instruments. Data is analyzed by using the test-t formula. Based on data analysis, it was found that the value T-observed (to) higher than the T-table value, (tobserved = 23.2 > Ttable = 2.04). Therefore, hypotheses submitted by the author are accepted. In other words, there is a significant influence of the implementation of making summaries on student achievement in writing.
