At this time, computers have been implemented with approval in order to improve information systems. But because of the uneven distribution of technology in each region, many computer users do not optimally function their computers. In the process of managing honorary teacher data and payroll for honorary teachers at SDN. 06 Guguk Sarai still uses the old method, namely by using Microsoft Excel, this method uses the process in the sub-system that is less than optimal. By applying desktop-based teacher payroll applications as a technology medium, making the process of paying teachers in schools easier, more efficient and interactively between teachers and the finance department. So that the school teacher's salary, can facilitate the learning of students and make the facilities needed by students.The research method used is teacher payroll research, the method used is Field Research (Research Field) which is doing research at SDN. 06 Guguk Sarai using the Java programming language and MySQL Database.

With the design of Library information systems supported by Java programming language will provide better solutions to the problems encountered. Abstract E-repair aims to make it easier for consumers or the public who have difficulty finding repair workers in accordance with the required specifications. The research method used is a waterfall. Data obtained by giving questionnaires to the respondents and analyzed using the Likert Scale method. The results of this study are in the form of an Android-based E-Repair Information System for Household Electronic Equipment (A Case Study: CV. Buana Mitra Teknik) where in making the system using the Java programming language, Android studio software. The existence of an E-repair application becomes an electronic information media in order to facilitate the public to access it effectively and efficiently. Keywords: Information Systems, E-Repair, Waterfall. Abstrak E-repair bertujuan bertujuan untuk mempermudah konsumen atau masyarakat yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan tenaga reparasi yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Data diperoleh dengan memberikan kuesioner pada para responden dan di analisis menggunakan metode Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Sistem Informasi E-Repair Peralatan Elektronik Rumah Tangga Berbasis Android (Studi Kasus: CV. Buana Mitra Teknik) dimana dalam pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java, perangkat lunak android studio. Adanya aplikasi ¬e-repair menjadi media informasi elektronik agar mempermudah masyarakat mengaksesnya secara efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, E-Repair, Waterfall.

The purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze the implementation of murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang its conformity with the DSN MUI Fatwa Number four of two thousand. This type of research is field research field research and library research research. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the general provisions of Islamic banks that the bank buys the goods needed only on behalf of the bank itself and the purchase must be separate and have personal limitations. However, in practice, it is found that the bank provides money to customers to buy one of the items needed on behalf of the bank using an installment system based on the amount and time determined by the bank. in is allowed by the clerics on the condition that the bank authorizes the customer to buy goods under the murabahah bil wakalah contract. However, according to the author's opinion, there is no conformity of the DSN-MUI fatwa regarding murabahah with its practice at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pembiayaan murabahah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Padang Panjang kesesuaiannya dengan Fatwa DSN MUI No. 4 Tahun 2000. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan field research. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam ketentuan umum fatwa murabahah di bank syariah yaitu bank membeli barang yang dibutuhkan nasabah atas nama bank sendiri dan pembelian harus sah dan bebas riba. Akan tetapi pada prakteknya dilapangan adalah bank memberikan uang kepada nasabah untuk membeli salah satu barang yang dibutuhkan atas nama bank dengan sistem angsuran berdasarkan jumlah dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh bank. Hal ini dibolehkan oleh ulama dengan ketentuan pihak bank menguasakan kepada nasabah untuk membeli barang dengan akad murabahah bil wakalah.

The research objective was to evaluate the procedures and internal controls of Human Resource Information System XYZ. To that end, the author conducted the examination, collecting, previews and documenting the evidence that supports the information systems, so that it can find problems that occur in information systems and measure risk on internal controls to produce recommendations that can be considered. To support the research, the research uses a library, where the data obtained by reading a book and browse the website in accordance with the research are discussed. And with a field research method, which was obtained through a check list, interview and observation. Results of evaluation on the current information system, gives the conclusion that the current system has been implemented according to the company the current procedure, but found few risks to the internal controls within them.

This research comes from an event titled Two World which is a show owned by Trans7. This event has a lot of religious messages through jinmelalui advice through the body of the mediator (genie penetrates into the human body) .The purpose of this study is to know the level of material understanding of the World Two Trans7 event based on existing categories of audience in Ketapang Kotawaringin East of Central Kalimantan against this Two World event. This research method is descriptive qualitative field research (field) in town in Middle Kalimantan region named Sampit and more specifically Ketapang Village area So with the data obtained, the authors conducted a questionnaire that has contained questions about the response to the World Two event in Trans7.In addition, also coupled with various manuals in theory to do this research. The results of this study can be seen that there are messages of da'wah in this event though many smells of mystic things. As for the religious message about belief (akidah), Worship (shariah) and Moral (akhlak). Also in the event Two World also, from the results of the question with the jinn is implied ban on begging to the deceased. Moreover, if to adore them. Remember that the dead only require prayer posts, not for worship. Those are some of the sage messages implied by the jinns' rantings in the Worlds Two show that aired on Trans7. Seeing some of the precious messages that have been conveyed by the Jinn, men should be ashamed for being nasehati by the people of the unseen world that is identical with the evil and sinister impression

Pasal 54 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 48 Tahun 2009 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman menjelaskan bahwa: “Pelaksanaan putusan pengadilan dalam perkara perdata dilakukan oleh panitera dan juru sita dipimpin oleh Ketua Pengadilan.” Namun pada kenyataannya ada para pihak yang menolak melaksanakan kewajibannya sebagaimana termuat dalam putusan pengadilan meskipun putusan tersebut telah berkekuatan hukum tetap (in kracht van gewijsde). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis putusan hakim dalam perkara faraid di Mahkamah Syar’iyah Jantho sehingga tidak dapat dieksekusi, hambatan dalam melakukan eksekusi dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah hambatan pelaksanaan eksekusi tersebut. Metode Penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris melalui pengambilan data lapangan dan kepustakaan. Penelitian lapangan dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh data primer. Penelitian kepustakaan sebagai data sekunder dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur yang ada relevansi dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan Hakim hanya mengikuti prosedur penegakan hukum formil dan materil sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Majelis Hakim kurang menggali hukum nilai-nilai hukum adat yang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Hambatan dalam melakukan eksekusi karena pihak tergugat memanfaatkan celah hukum mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah hambatan tersebut dengan memberikan pemahaman hukum kepada masyarakat melalui meja informasi tentang proses hukum dalam perkara perdata.According Article 54 section (2) of Law Number 48 of 2009 of Judiciary Power (Law of Judiciary Power) states that: “The Implementation of court judgment in civil case is conducted by secretary of court and bailiff led by Head of the Court”. However, in fact, there are several parties refuse to perform the obligation according to the court judgment, even when it is conducted by the secretary of court and the bailiff and led by the Head of the Court. The practice of the court judgment faces several obstacles instead of being in permanent legal force status (in kracht van gewijsde). This research is conducted to analyze the legal consideration of in faraid case at Sharia Court of Jantho which makes it non-executable, the obstacles in performing execution towards the court judgment of permanent legal force at Sharia Court of Jantho, and the efforts implemented to prevent occurring obstacles in executing the court judgment at Sharia Court of Jantho. The research method used in this study is empirical yuridicial through data gained in field and library research. Field research is performed to collect primary data by doing interview to respondents and informants. The library research is conducted by studying books, laws and other relevant literatures. The results of this study shows that the legal consideration of in faraid case at Sharia Court of Jantho is in accordance to the procedure of law enforcement which refers to formil and materiil law as stated in Law of Judiciary Power. The obstacle in doing the execution towards the court judgment of permanent legal force at Sharia Court of Jantho in the form of verdict without the presence of the defendant (verstek), legal review, and the lack of understanding of the disputing parties that new supplication or request to the Head of the Sharia Court is needed to do the execution. The efforts that is done to overcome the obstacle is by giving the knowledge and understanding of law to public via information desk concerning the court process and technical phases of civil case and the expenses that occurs.

This research aims to know the implementation of the management of boarding school in "Modern MBS Yogyakarta and relevance to the goals of Islamic education. The research method used is the research field (field research) with the kind of qualitative research. The technique of data collection by observation, interview and documentation in-depth while testing the validity of data using triangular engineering resources. The results of this study indicate that by looking at the concept of management of Islamic education, boarding school management in MBS Yogyakarta has significant relevance to the purposes of Islamic education conceptually as well as Islamic education values on the fulfillment aspects of competence of learners from the national education goals. Keywords: Management Of Islamic Education, Boarding School, The Goals Of Islamic Education Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen boarding school di Ponpes Modern MBS Yogyakarta dan relevansinya dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan ialah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam sedangkan pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan melihat konsep manajemen pendidikan Islam, manajemen boarding school di MBS Yogyakarta memiliki relevansi yang signifikan dengan tujuan pendidikan Islam secara konseptual maupun nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam pada pemenuhan aspek kompetensi peserta didik yang dikembangkan dari tujuan pendidikan Nasional.
