The school is in the middle of the community and can be said to be a double-edged knife. The first eye is to preserve the positive values that exist in society, so that the inheritance of community values goes well. The second eye is as an institution that can drive changes in values and traditions in accordance with the progress and demands of life and development. Both of these functions seem contradictory, but actually both are done at the same time. Therefore, this controversial function requires mutual understanding between the school and the community.Values that are consistent with the needs of development are preserved, while those that are not appropriate must be changed. The implementation of the functions of these schools, especially secondary schools that are in the midst of remote communities, become the foundation of people's expectations for their progress. To be able to carry out this function community relations must always be good. In addition, education is a shared responsibility between schools, the government and the community. The realization of that responsibility cannot be carried out if the relationship between the school and the community is not well established.

An education is successful not because of one party from the school alone, but the success of an education is also related to the relationship between the school and the government, family and community relations as well. Therefore school or education is a shared responsibility between schools, the community and also the government, in helping those who provide the needs needed by education in the administration of school and community relations. If the parents of students participate in the school, then the school has succeeded in convincing and giving answers to the parents of these students, because so far the parents often think negatively about the school if there is a meeting invitation to the school, they also ask for help with money remove it, and therefore they are reluctant to attend the meeting invitation.Parent participation of students with the school in school and community administration is about empowering the community with the school, the community is very important in the world of education in the future in the administration of school and community relations. How schools can convince the community or the community how to ensure schools can convince the community and the community if you want the school can convince the community and the community, this school can help success in inviting and giving direction and guiding, and also maintaining the school is a shared responsibility between the school and Public.

Especially in big cities, such as Jakarta, the density that occurs makes the lack of land that can be used as public space. This certainly creates difficulties for the community to find qualified social institutions to meet their needs. It is the Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), an alternative run by the government to get around the function of parks and abandoned areas in Jakarta. The revival of public spaces in the midst of the community is expected to be able to accommodate the needs of citizens while at the same time strengthening community relations between city residents. The thesis used as a reference for evaluation took two locations, namely the Alfa Dahlia RPTRA located in the Tegal Alur area, West Jakarta and the RPTRA Kelapa Nias III in the Kelapa Gading area, North Jakarta. Armed with the basis of this thesis research, it will be understood further how social institutions take part in the success of the RPTRA, as well as exploring the depth of the process of institutionalizing the relationship between each supporting community and the RPTRA. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data is collected and reviewed through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of the study explain that the institutional process plays an important role in the sustainability of the RPTRA in the future. Data dikumpulkan dan dikaji melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. this article about School and community relations is a process of communication between the school and the community to increase community understanding of educational needs and activities and encourage community interest and cooperation in improving and developing schools. The success of education is not only determined by the educational process in schools and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, but also is determined by the family and community environment. Therefore education is a shared responsibility between the government (school), family and community. This means that parents and the community have the responsibility to participate in, think about and provide assistance in organizing education in schools.

Public school teachers are instructed by the government to teach science subjects through English at secondary schools, which is not less than a nightmare for teachers. Their poor language skills enhance their level of anxiety while teaching through English which ultimately affect the student' motivation. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between language anxiety in teaching science and students' motivation at secondary schools. A quantitative research methodology was adopted to conduct this study. A convenient sampling technique was adopted to collect data from secondary school teachers and students. Simple linear regression and independentsample t-test were applied to analyze data. As to findings, it is identified that teachers' language anxiety has no impact on students' level of motivation. As to language anxiety, both male and female teachers perceived equal level of anxiety. Whereas the difference between boys and girls in relation to their perceived motivation was significant. The discussion highlighted these strange results with the help of available researches.

Facing the decisive struggle between Nazism and Soviet communism for dominance in Europe, in 1942/43 Polish communists sojourning in the USSR espoused anti-German concepts of the political right. Their aim was an ethnic Polish ‘national communism’. Meanwhile, the Polish Workers’ Party in the occupied country advocated a maximum intensification of civilian resistance and partisan struggle. In this context, commentaries on the Nazi judeocide were an important element in their endeavors to influence the prevailing mood in the country: The underground communist press often pointed to the fate of the murdered Jews as a warning in order to make it clear to the Polish population where a deficient lack of resistance could lead. However, an agreed, unconditional Polish and Jewish armed resistance did not come about. At the same time, the communist press constantly expanded its demagogic confrontation with Polish “reactionaries” and accused them of shared responsibility for the Nazi murder of the Jews, while the Polish government (in London) was attacked for its failure. This antagonism was intensified in the fierce dispute between the Polish and Soviet governments after the rift which followed revelations about the Katyn massacre. Now the communist propaganda image of the enemy came to the fore in respect to the government and its representatives in occupied Poland. It viewed the government-in-exile as being allied with the “reactionaries,” indifferent to the murder of the Jews, and thus acting ultimately on behalf of Nazi German policy. The communists denounced the real and supposed antisemitism of their adversaries more and more bluntly. In view of their political isolation, they coupled them together, in an undifferentiated manner, extending from the right-wing radical ONR to the social democrats and the other parties represented in the underground parliament loyal to the London based Polish government. Thereby communist propaganda tried to discredit their opponents and to justify the need for a new start in a post-war Poland whose fate should be shaped by the revolutionary left. They were thus paving the way for the ultimate communist takeover
