Humans move their upper limbs for communicative purposes during speaking. They gesture. Such movements interact on multiple levels with speaking. In connection to what is said, gestures meaningfully shape with varying means of representation. Yet, gestures also have non-representational aspects; they quasi-rhythmically pulse with prosodic structure in speech. In explaining how modern human gesturing practices emerge in phylogeny or ontogeny, it is undisputed that gestures proliferated because they provide particularly effective means to refer to absent or distal state of affairs. It suggested that displaced or deictic reference is gestures' most basic proper function. The upshot is that the non-representational pulsing quality of gesture is completely ignored as something a) that requires an explanation or b) something that can elucidate how gesture practices emerged from more basic beginnings shared with other animals. However, recent research provides evidence for direct biomechanical interaction between pulsing manual movements and respiratory-vocal activity. We argue that this physical link is enacted during infant vocal-motor babbling - way before infants learn to represent manually. Further, we argue that gesture-vocal biomechanics directly relates to the cross-species phenomenon of locomotor-respiratory(-vocal) coupling. Given that gesture-speech biomechanics has its roots in locomotor-respiratory coupling, it can be related to bipedalism and respiratory complexification, i.e., an adaptation for the faculty of speech. We conclude that the physical origins of vocal-entangled gesture run much deeper and unfolded more gradually than currently assumed. The entanglement of sound and movement arose out of natural physical coalitions between vocal, respiratory, and limb systems that are forced to interact. We thus invert current argumentation of how gesture and vocalization must have evolved and rethink what is foundational of human gesture. This perspective underlines that a more comprehensive investigation of the physical basis of bodily communication can yield new sources of semiotic significance in human and non-human animals.

Traditional evolution algorithms tend to start the search from scratch. However, real-world problems seldom exist in isolation and humans effectively manage and execute multiple tasks at the same time. Inspired by this concept, the paradigm of multi-task evolutionary computation (MTEC) has recently emerged as an effective means of facilitating implicit or explicit knowledge transfer across optimization tasks, thereby potentially accelerating convergence and improving the quality of solutions for multi-task optimization problems. An increasing number of works have thus been proposed since 2016. The authors collect the abundant specialized literature related to this novel optimization paradigm that was published in the past five years. The quantity of papers, the nationality of authors, and the important professional publications are analyzed by a statistical method. As a survey on state-of-the-art of research on this topic, this review article covers basic concepts, theoretical foundation, basic implementation approaches of MTEC, related extension issues of MTEC, and typical application fields in science and engineering. In particular, several approaches of chromosome encoding and decoding, intro-population reproduction, inter-population reproduction, and evaluation and selection are reviewed when developing an effective MTEC algorithm. A number of open challenges to date, along with promising directions that can be undertaken to help move it forward in the future, are also discussed according to the current state. The principal purpose is to provide a comprehensive review and examination of MTEC for researchers in this community, as well as promote more practitioners working in the related fields to be involved in this fascinating territory.

Развитие цифровизации позволило использовать в исследованиях специальное оборудование, с помощью которого можно оценивать и контролировать работу мозга, развивать умственные способности, познавательные функции и т. п. Нейротехнологии стали эффективным средством, позволяющим трансформировать образовательный процесс за счет подбора специального учебного контента с учетом индивидуальных особенностей обучающихся. Вместе с тем возникает необходимость в конкретизации терминологии и определении актуальных направлений исследований в данной области. For a long time, the study of the brain capabilities for the improvement of the quality of education has been an urgent direction in pedagogical science. Due to the development of digitalization, new areas of research have emerged related to the use of special equipment that makes it possible to assess and control brainwork, develop mental abilities, cognitive functions, etc. One of them is neurotechnology, which is an effective means of transforming the educational process: it offers educational content based on the individual characteristics of students. Thus, a need to concretize the terminology and determine the current research areas arises. The article aims to attempt to fill this gap with the help of a representative analysis of publications on neurotechnologies, as well as the essence of neuroeducation.

<p>The proportion of critically ill patients from neurosurgery wards in hospitals is significantly higher than that from other departments. These patients suffer from low immune. At the same time, because of the severe trauma after surgery and the complexity of pathogens in patients, antibiotics are frequently used. However, the of bacterial drug resistance is relatively high because of the particularity of hospitals, which is a major reason for the high infection rate of neurosurgery patients. Therefore, regarding to these risk factors, intervention measures should be actively explored in hospitals, so as to control the infection rate, reduce the possibility of infection in neurosurgery patients, improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients, and reduce unnecessary suffering of patients caused by infection. This is also an effective means to improve the quality of hospital medical care. </p>

A chicken egg is a valuable animal product that has served people for centuries. Research carried out over the last dozen or so years shows that society's knowledge about them is still relatively small. The research cited in the text shows that only 23% of respondents know that the color of a hen's egg shell depends on the breed of the hen, and not on the way it is fed. As a result, some consumers choose eggs in the store by choosing their color instead of the official markings on each individual egg. Chickens' nutrition has a direct impact on the quality of the eggs they lay. Chickens fed with fodder with antibiotics lay eggs in which we can find the same antibiotics that the animal ate with the food. It has many side effects, however, the greatest of which seems to be bacterial drug resistance, caused by the use of the same strong antibiotics in the nutritional industry and in human hospital medicine. Bacteria have developed various resistance mechanisms. For example, Enterococcus spp. Has developed resistance to vancomycin, Salmonella Typhimurum to tetracyclines, sulfonamides and fluoroquinolones. However, it is possible to use antibiotics in poultry treatment, but it is very important in this case to strictly observe the grace periods necessary to eliminate the antibiotic from the animal's body. Some of the world's governments, aware of the dangers of such a state of affairs, are trying to combat the phenomenon of feeding poultry with antibiotic growth stimulants by introducing new norms, orders and bans in their countries. Antibiotics such as avoparcin, zinc-bacitracin and spiromycin have been discontinued. Chicken egg producers are finding newer and newer ways to circumvent these recipes. Non-antibiotic feed additives such as probiotics, phytobiotics, and specific herbs are used. An effective way to combat this phenomenon may be to educate the public on this topic.

Dendritic cells (DCs), as a link between innate and adaptive immunity, play a pivotal role in maintaining homeostasis of the immune system. The DC population is characterized by heterogeneity; it consists of many subpopulations which, despite their phenotypic and localization differences, play an essential function – they are professional antigen presenting cells. Due to their role, DCs can be utilized in a new cancer treatment strategy. Their main purpose is to generate an anticancer response leading to the elimination of cancer cells. The tumor microenvironment, abundant in immunosuppressive factors (e.g. IL-10, TGF-β, Arg1, IDO), impairs the proper function of DCs. For this reason, various strategies are necessary for ex vivo preparation of DC-based vaccines and for the support of in vivo DCs to fight against tumors. DC-based vaccines are combined with other forms of immunotherapy (e.g. blockade of immune checkpoint molecules, e.g. PD-1 or CTLA-4) or conventional types of therapies (e.g. chemotherapy). Despite the enormous progress that has been made in anticancer therapy in the past two decades, there are still many unresolved issues regarding the effectiveness of the DCs usage. In this paper we described, in both a mouse and a human subject, a series of DC subpopulations, differentiating in normal conditions or under the influence of cancer microenvironment. We listed factors affecting the quality of the in vivo and ex vivo generations of antitumoral responses, significant from a therapeutic point of view. Moreover, the most important strategies for the use of DCs in anticancer therapies, as well as further developments on this field, have been discussed.

ABSTRACT Introduction Human motor dysfunction can affect the quality of life, especially waist dysfunction. And an effective means to improve muscle strength during exercise. Object This article compares and analyzes the effectiveness of human muscle exercise on the decline in quality of life caused by motor dysfunction. Method The article divides patients with motor dysfunction into trunk isokinetic training group (experimental group) and waist and abdominal muscle functional training group (control group), and comparative analysis of related indicators before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the specific indicators of the two were different (P>0.05). After treatment, the patients’ quality of life indicators and motor function indicators were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise has an obvious curative effect for patients with human motor dysfunction, and it is worthy of clinical promotion. However, sometimes the potential is empty because it is not matched by the quality of the good faith or emotional. In the fact, they (modern humans) have good reasoning capability. However, the success which is useful in the future whether for themselves, the community, the nation and the state are not only enough by having logical thought only. But, it also requires EQ Emotional Quotient (level of emotional or personality) , CQ Creativity Quotient (level of creativity) and SQ Spiritual Quotient (level religiosities or faith and devotion to God. Thus , the national education system must be able to provide a solution- which is able to break of the empty circle of values and morals happening in education system around us . the empty circle we must combine as well as put the intellectual intelligence , emotional intelligence , and spiritual intelligence known as ESQ in order to get balance between the fulfillment of rights and vertical or horizontal obligations. ESQ is a role of the leadership of its resources which include Human Resources and Natural Resources with the organization as a model of leadership in education. ESQ if applied in educational leadership level, it would be beneficial along with the growth and development of the educational organization with the growth of moral values.

These changes will provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to enter the global media industry. Using venture funding, startups are utilizing offshoring concepts to create a more efficient cost-effective means of doing business. The Asia Pacific market is currently the fastest-growing region, with India leading the way with offshoring of film functions. The industry will see a change from large media conglomerates as the sole owners of all media to smaller companies offering services, in which they specialize, to these larger companies, as digital media makes it easily accessible around the globe.

The advances in computer and communication technologies made possible an ubiquitous computing environment were clients equipped with portable devices can send and receive data anytime and from anyplace. Due to the asymmetry in communication and the scarceness of wireless resources, data broadcast is widely employed as an effective means in delivering data to the mobile clients. For reasons like heterogeneous communication capabilities and variable quality of service offerings, we may need to divide a single wireless channel into multiple physical or logical channels. Thus, we need efficient algorithms for placing the broadcast data into these multiple channels so as to reduce the client access time. The present chapter discusses algorithms for placing broadcast data to multiple wireless channels, which cannot be coalesced into a lesser number of high-bandwidth channels, assuming that there are no dependencies among the transmitted data. We give an algorithm for obtaining the optimal placement to the channels and explain its limitation since it is computationally very demanding and thus unfeasible. Then, we present heuristic schemes for obtaining suboptimal solutions to the problem of reporting on their implementation cost and their relative performance.

Purpose Although there has been an increase in workplace studies on professional agency, few of these have examined the role of emotions in the enactment of agency at work. To date, professional agency has been mainly conceptualised as a goal-oriented, rational activity aimed at influencing a current state of affairs. Challenged by this, this study aims to elaborate the nature and quality of emotions and how they might be connected to the enactment of professional agency. Design/methodology/approach Data are collected in the context of a leadership coaching programme that aimed to promote the leaders’ professional agency over the course of a year. The participants (11 middle-management leaders working in university and hospital contexts) were interviewed before and after the programme, and the data were analysed using qualitative content analysis. Findings Findings showed that emotions played an important role in the leaders’ enactment of professional agency, as it pertained to their work and to their professional identity. The study suggests that enacting professional agency is by no means a matter of purely rational actions. Practical implications The study suggests that emotional agency can be learned and enhanced through group-based interventions reflecting on and processing one’s own professional roles and work. Originality/value As a theoretical conclusion, the study argues that professional agency should be reconceptualised in such a way as to acknowledge the importance of emotions (one’s own and those of one’s fellow workers) in practising agency within organisational contexts.
