This study aims to formulate management strategies of mangrove buffer zonedevelopment of Liung River of Bengkalis Island for mangrove agroforestry. Research hasbeen conducted at mangrove areas of Liung River from February 23 through May 27, 2014.The research method is a survey method with descriptive analysis approach. Primary datawere collected through observation and in-depth interviews with a structured questionnaireinstrument. Secondary data were obtained from the relevant department of this research.RapidEye Satellite Imagery Analysis is used to determine the total area of mangrove LiungRiver and the buffer area and the development of strategies using SWOT anilysis. Theanalysis showed that the area of land covering an area of 609.5 hectares of mangrove bufferthe potential for development of mangrove agroforestry which is done in order to reduce thepressure on mangrove forests of Liung River and the opportunity to engage the community inmeeting the needs of mangrove woods. Priority strategies related to the management ofmangrove agroforestry development in principle in the position of management models thatare included in the category of growth and stability strategy, ie a strategy that is implementedwithout changing the direction of a predetermined strategy. It is need the support of localgovernments and other institutions and communities in the implementation of sustainabledevelopment.

Research purposes are to design management of fisheries environment sustainable in Bengkalis district. This study was conducted in Bengkalis district, in Riau province. This location is situated in a strategic area of the Malacca Strait.This research used survey method. Types of data collected in the form of primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis, sustainability analysis (Rapfish), stakeholder needs analysis and prospective analysis.The analysis showed the management of fisheries environmental in Bengkalis district is in the bad category level or less sustainable with MDS value of 39.59 overall. Implementation of management strategies to fisheries environmental in Bengkalis district (P) with the interaction scenario between the migration distance (j), Pressure mangrove land (m), level of education relative coastal communities (r), fisheryenvironmental policy (k), cooperation among stakeholders (s).

The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the financial reporting system is an effort to encourage transparent and accountable zakat management. This study aimed to determine the financial reporting system and the application of GCG in the financial reporting system of BAZNAS Kebumen Regency. The research method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The informants consisted of three informants from BAZNAS Kebumen Regency. The data used are primary data obtained through direct interviews with informants and secondary data obtained from internal institution data, financial reports and several literature studies. The results show that the financial reporting system in BAZNAS Kebumen Regency is good enough at implementing GCG in the financial reporting system with principles consisting of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and justice. The implementation of GCG in the financial reporting system makes BAZNAS Kebumen Regency have a transparent and accountable reporting system to increase the community's trust or muzakki to pay zakat to BAZNAS.

The development of the coffeeshop grew rapidly in the last 10 years, with the change of adolescent lifestyle patterns in consuming coffee in the coffeeshop. Coffee Latte is one of the usual menu served by the coffeeshop at varying prices. This research aims to analyze the characteristics of consumers, analyzing the value of Willingness to Pay and analyzing the influence of consumer characteristics against the value of consumer Willingness to Pay on coffee latte products. The study was conducted on 15 January to 15 February 2020 located in the coffeeshop around the campus Undip Tembalang with the determination of the location purposive. The research method used is the survey method. Respondents were taken as much as 99 people using accidental sampling. Data collection using primary and secondary data. Analysis of the data used are descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and the analysis of logistic regression. The results of the study gained that most consumers of coffee latte were men with a percentage of 58.6% and women with a percentage of 41.4%. Consumers who are willing to pay more than the current price are 94.9% of respondents and amounting to 5.05% of the respondents are not willing to increase by 5% to 25%. A significant factor affecting the willingness of pay is quality. Keywords: Coffee Latte, Willingness to Pay, Consumers

The sea territorial of Tegal City are known to have abundant fishery resources, but fisherman poverty still occurs. The low welfare of fisherman is suspected due to the competition of catching areas and the use of trap fishing tools of cantrang type (seine nets) that can cause poverty of fishermen in Tegal City coastal. In addition, cantrang fishing tools alsi damage other fishing gear such as jarng, pancing, and arad. This study aims to analyze the poverty of fishermen community and known the influence of firsherman cantrang to poverty of fishermen in Tegal City. The research method used is survey method. Poverty analysis of fishermen using poverty line approach through 14 indicators of household poverty, and to known the influence of fisherman cantrang to poverty of fisherman using descriptive analysis approach. The result of the research by using the measurement of poverty line, shows that which include in the group of poor fisherman is fishing rod fisherman. However, based on the measurement of 14 indicantors of poor households, small fishermen who live in Tegal City coastal categorized as less prosperous family. The results also show that the existence of cantrang fisherman not affect the poverty of fishermen because of different fishing areas, cantrang fisherman fishing in  Sumatra and Kalimantan sea while small fishermen do catching around the sea of Tegal City.

One of the efforts to obtain and increase village revenue was by running a business through a village-owned enterprise (VOEs). A policy was needed for utilizing village resources in establishing a village-owned enterprise. The Musi Rawas Regency Government had made a policy, namely Musi Rawas Regency Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2013, concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs). Villages of Musi Rawas Regency had implemented this regulation. This research aimed to evaluate the implementation of this regional regulation. This research method is descriptive quantitative comprises a sample survey and descriptive analysis indicators resulting from the sample survey. The population of this research was 174 Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs/BUMDes) in Musi Rawas Regency. At the same time, the sample was 64 VOEs which was taken by referring to the Slovin formula. There were primary data and secondary ones. Primary data came mainly from the questionnaire and field observation. Meanwhile, secondary data were sourced from documents, such as archives and reports. Data were analyzed by descriptive technique. The descriptive technique was done by displaying data, assessing them, delivering argument, quoting theory for justification and confirmation, and concluding. Implementing the Regional Regulation concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) was successful. This could be seen from several indicators, refers to Ripley & Franklin (1986), namely: 1) There existed compliance of policy implementers towards the content of the regional regulation. The degree of compliance was high and was in a good category. 2) The establishment and management of VOEs (the smoothness of routine functions) were also high and classified as good, and 3) The performance of the management of VOEs was also good. The impact of policy implementation (regional regulation of Musi Rawas Regency) was positive (good).

This study aims to describe the agribusiness partnership process that takes place in Kampung Kucai, analyze the income of chives farming, and the perception of chives farmers on the partnership process in Garum District, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Informants in this study were partner chives farmers in Kampung Kucai. Determination of the sample of plasma partner farmers was carried out by purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on secondary data from the core and information from farmers. So the sample used for Kucai Mitra farmers is 20 people. In addition, there are also 5 key informants. The methods of data collection carried out in this study are of several types, namely structured interviews, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this researchis descriptive analysis,  income analysis, and Likert analysis. The results showed that the type of partnership between the Financial Institution "Bank BRI" and the partner chives farmers was classified as a nucleus-plasma partnership pattern. In the mechanism of the partnership pattern of the Financial Institution "BRI Bank" with the Kucai Farmer Group, it is carried out based on a partnership agreement. The agreement letter contains the identities of the two partnering parties and the rules given by "Bank BRI" as well as the location or planting area. The total income from chives farming is Rp. 242,000, -. The income of chives farming can be taken by women farmers once a month at the monthly member meeting in the Women Farmers Group or can be saved in advance. If they are saved, usually the women farmers in the research location will take the income before the Eid al-Fitr. The perception of partner chives farmers on the planning of partnership implementation is 80% or very good, the perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process is 78% or quite good, and the perception of the evaluation of the partnership is very good with 85% results. So that the results of the Likert analysis on the average perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process with financial institutions "Bank BRI" have a very good category with a percentage of 80% where the total score is 483.

Perceptions of pedestrian convenience on the pedestrian path of Gajah Mada Street Denpasar. Gajah Mada Street as an economic and tourist area requires good and comfortable physical infrastructure to support easy accessibility and circulation of visitors to the area. One of the physical infrastructures is a pedestrian lanewhich functions as an access to support pedestrian activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical conditions of the pedestrian paths and to determine the perception of pedestrian comfort on the pedestrian path at Gajah Mada Street. The research method used in this research is a survey method byperforming primary data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that there are physical conditions and supporting facilities for the damaged pedestrian paths, in the form of materials and street furniture such as: seats, trash cans and roadside plants. Based on the assessment of perceptional respondents about the condition of pedestrian path has been considered comfortable and safe. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the damaged pedestrians. The purpose of improving pedestrian facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate the pedestrians in order to be comfortable and safe in carrying outactivities on the pedestrian path.

Sales of used motor vehicles in Indonesia are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 10% of the selling price and are charged to consumers. Value-Added Taxes collected when delivering to consumers are called output taxes. According to PMK Number 79 of 2010, Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) who sell retail used motor vehicles credit and input tax of 90% of the output tax. Therefore, PKP remits the payable VAT to the state treasury at 1% of the selling price. As a result, there is a more difference of 9% of the selling price paid by consumers and not deposited in the national treasury. According to research, this 9% excess is income for entrepreneurs and may be subject to income tax. However, no regulations are governing further regarding the taxation of this excess. The purpose of this study is to determine the potential income tax on the excess of VAT on the sale of motorcycles and used car retail. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained directly from data sources, namely in-depth interviews with practitioners and academics in taxation at the Fiscal Policy Agency and the Directorate General of Taxation. The results of this study are that there is considerable potential regarding aspects of income tax on the excess of VAT on retail sales of used motorcycles and cars

The purposes of this research are finding the influence of Capital Structure on Earning Per Share partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive analysis verificative using secondary data. Statistic method is using multiple correlation regression statistic method to test the effect of indenpendent variables (capital structure) on the dependent variable (Earning Per Share) on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 2011 - 2016. Results of research using a significance level of 0.95 and 0.05 error rate indicates that the capital structure represented by the ratio of DAR has no effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), DER also has no effect on Earning Per Share (EPS), LDAR has a negative effect on EPS.

This study aims to determine the potential of districts in North Sumatra Province in an effort to increase rice production in North Sumatra Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The basic method used is descriptive analysis research method. The analytical tool used is Shift Share Analysis (SSA). The results of this study indicate; 1) districts that have potential harvested area in North Sumatra Province are Nias Barat district, Mandailing Natal District, South Tapanuli District, North Padang Lawas Regency, Central Tapanuli Regency, South Nias Regency, Padang Sidempuan Regency, Gunung Sitoli Regency, Tapanuli Regency North, Simalungun Regency, Binjai Regency, Labuhan Batu Regency, Langkat Regency; 2) Districts that have rice production potential in North Sumatra Province are Nias Regency, West Nias Regency, Mandailing Natal Regency, Padang Lawas Utara Regency, South Nias Regency, Padang Sidempuan District Gunung Sitoli, Tapanuli Utara Regency, Toba Samosir Regency, Regency Simalungun, Karo Regency, Batu Bara Regency, Asahan Regency, Binjai Regency; 3) Districts in North Sumatra Province which are the most potential areas, in the harvest area is North Padang Lawas Regency and the most potential area in rice production is Simalungun Regency
