Financial Management Training for Empowerment of Mosque Youth in Pelawad Village, Serang

Pelawad Village is one of the villages in the Ciruas sub-district, Serang Regency, where the majority of the population is Muslim. Pelawad Village has eight mosques. In the management of mosque finances, based on preliminary information received from the BKPM (Mosque Youth Communication Board) it has not been carried out properly. Almost all mosques do not yet have a good bookkeeping system. This activity aims to provide simple financial bookkeeping training with the theme Financial Management Training for Empowerment of Mosque Youth. The method used in this community service activity is an action study through a training approach for youth and adolescents in the Pelawad-Ciruas village environment. To make this happen, BKPM has collaborated with several Bina Bangsa University lecturers. The partnership cooperation between BKPM and Abdimas team at Bina Bangsa University is carried out with the following agreements: BKPM is responsible for providing training facilities and infrastructure as well as coordinating training participants. The community service team served as resource persons and provided training materials. This activity has an outcome that must be achieved, namely increasing the ability of mosque-based financial management. The activity was carried out by after isha considering that the participants were mosque administrators and BKPM members who were caretakers of the mosque, and lasted for 3 days while still observing strict health protocols.

Competition in the cake and bread business is quite tight, this is marked by the emergence of the same business, and the increasing variety of breads and cakes offered. The development of culinary business is also seen from the number of shops opened baking cake ingredients. Partners in this service activity are a cake ingredients shop and sell pastries located in the Denpasar city market area. The name of the partner shop is "Annika Shop" which is located at Jalan Trenggana, No. 2 Penatih, East Denpasar. The shop owner named Ibu Ni Gusti Ayu Anggreni is assisted by 2 employees. In this service activity, the partner's problem handled is the lack of maximum product marketing and financial management activities are not carried out so that the loss / profit of the business can be less known and measured. From these main problems, a solution to this community service is provided, namely training in the use of digital marketing to introduce business to the wider community and financial management training. Achievement indicators are able to introduce business partners to the wider community so as to increase partner income up to 50% from before the training. Abstract: The Financial Management Unit (UPK) is one of the managing units of financial activities. One of its tasks is to bring together people who have the same needs or types of businesses to form business groups. The UPK is also tasked with channeling and developing government aid funds for the development of micro enterprises in each kelurahan. Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing continue to develop the capacity of the community through various types of training that are scheduled each year. One of training forms conducted is financial management training for the Financial Management Unit located in 25 urban subdistricts of East Kisaran and West Kisaran District. This financial management training is considered very important because UPK capacity building is needed in performing its duties as a financial management unit. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the knowledge of UPK on Financial Management so that it can be applied to the community, to be able to do the recording of income and expenditure with good and detailed, to give reference to UPK in order to be able to educate financial management to community and introduce MYOB application for UPK. The result of this activity is the implementation of Community Service activity which attended by UPK as many as 48 people.Keywords: UPK, Financial, Management,MYOBAbstrak: Unit Pengelola Keuangan (UPK) merupakan salah satu unit pengelola kegiatan keuangan. Salah satu tugasnya adalah menghimpun masyarakat yang memiliki kebutuhan atau jenis usaha yang sama untuk membentuk kelompok-kelompok usaha. UPK ini juga bertugas menyalurkan serta mengembangkan dana bantuan pemerintah untuk pengembangan usaha mikro di masing-masing kelurahan.Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat terus melakukan pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat melalui berbagai jenis pelatihan yang diagendakan setiap tahun. Salah satu bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi Unit Pengelola Keuangan yang berada di 25 kelurahan Kecamatan Kisaran Timur dan Kecamatan Kisaran Barat. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan ini dipandang sangat penting karena, pengembangan kapasitas UPK sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai unit pengelola keuangan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan UPK terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan sehingga dapat diterapkan ke masyarakat, untuk dapat melakukan pencatatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran dengan baik dan rinci, untuk memberikan acuan kepada UPK agar mampu melakukan edukasi pengelolaan keuangan kepada masyarakat dan mengenalkan aplikasi MYOB bagi UPK .Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dihadiri UPK sebanyak 48 orang.Kata kunci: UPK, Keuangan, Manajemen, MYOB

The community service activities carried out are Community Economic Empowerment of MSME Entrepreneurs in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This activity integrated with the implementation of the Student Community Service Program of 2020. The role of the community service team is business management training (financial management, taxation), strategy of business development, and accompaniment for the 19 MSME entrepreneurs in this area that participated. The aims of this community service activity are to improve understanding and implementation of MSME management in a professional, efficient, and effective way, with the result that can manifest independence and well-being of the community to optimize the existing potential. It is also expected that this training will provide an added value for the community development of MSME entrepreneurs’s business. This training can change community behavior into more creative and improve community income in this area. The training methods are a combination between lectures and accompaniment, where participants will obtain material manual books about finance and taxation of MSME. It can be seen that the participants have more understanding about bookkeeping and finance of MSME, taxation, and online marketing after participating in the integrated community service and student community service program of LPPM UNRI.

The problems issued by Indonesia government policies not only had an impact on the existence of Semen Padang Company (PT Semen Padang) but also for the people of Padang and surrounding villages. Community Service activity through Crisis Management Training, Issues and Risks activity provided a positive-anticipatory attitude fostered PT Semen Padang companies. The concept used was Prepared, Be Available and Be Authoritative. Through training materials and methods strengthen early detection capabilities and preventive attitudes towards signs of a crisis. The results of the training were felt not only by the top leaders but also all managements to persevere in facing the problems at hand. The expertise and motivation of the trainer, as well as the long experience of the trainer, strengthen the training management communication strategies of the trainees, while at the same time raising their confidence to continue working, and be more motivated. Recommendations for this training are given in the final note of the conclusion.

ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Peserta mampu memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal secara cukup memadai. Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Laporan Laba-Rugi, Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Perubahan Modal ABSTRACTThe aims of this community service activity are that after its completion the participants consisting of the entrepreneurs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) should be able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity. The method used was training that consist of lecturing, discussion and Q-A, and exercises. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. The results shows that the training is effective. Participants are able to understand and prepare basic financial statements that consist of profit and loss statement, statement of financial position, and statement of changes in equity in sufficient matter. The Village

A clean and healthy tourist village is the main attraction for visitors because the beautiful and clean environment makes visitors feel comfortable. Based on the results of the FGD conducted by the University of Bengkulu LPPM in the village of Rindu Hati, several problems were found, such as the cleanliness of the village, the absence of a garbage disposal site. This of course can cause various problems for visitors and the community, one of which can affect public health and the environment. Efforts that can be made are the Guidance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education to the Rindu Hati village community so that they can maintain environmental cleanliness and health through the proper and correct application of PHBS, increase community knowledge and skills in managing household waste and environmental waste, and improve community skills in disease management. environmental impacts and independently in preventing and overcoming the health problems it faces. The methods used are: health education about waste management, training to utilize waste. The participants who took part in this activity were 50 people consisting of environmental groups, PKK cadres, health cadres, village officials, and housewives. The results of this community service activity show an increase in community participation in maintaining environmental cleanliness and health, this can be seen from the community's ability to implement PHBS and utilize waste that has economic value.

Covid-19 is one of the outbreaks whose spread is very significant in human life today, almost all circles discuss and anticipate this outbreak in various ways, some are washing their hands all the time using soap, some are cleaning their hands by using a hand sanitizer, some even do sports and maintain their diet so that their immunity is maintained during this pandemic. Given that Covid-19 is transmitted through physical contact and regardless of age and sex. Therefore, apart from exercising and adjusting our diet, we are also obliged to have adequate rest. In this community service activity aimed at Karang Taruna to participate in the socialization of "The Importance of Social Distancing and Preventing Lifestyles in Efforts to Break the Chain of Covid-19 Spread in Tarowang Village, Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency". The method used is door-to-door socialization with attention to distance when communicating with the community with partners, namely Tarowang Village Youth Organization, Tarowang District. As a result of this activity, the community and Karang Taruna take part in participating and getting the benefits of social distancing and a healthy lifestyle.

Kewajiban untuk menulis karya ilmiah bagi guru mendorong pentingnya penguasaan reference management software agar kualitas sitasi dan daftar rujukan dalam karya ilmiah sesuai dengan format yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi guru SMKN 6 Malang tentang reference management software Zotero dan EndNote. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan selama dua hari. Selain itu, dilakukan juga survey tentang persepsi pelatihan tentang reference management software dan operasionalnya sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Selain itu, survey juga berisikan tentang persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap penyampaian materi pelatihan. Dari hasil survey, diketahui mayoritas peserta pelatihan belum memahami reference management software dan pengoperasiannya. Setelah pelatihan, mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa Zotero lebih mudah untuk digunakan dibandingkan dengan End-Note. Mayoritas peserta pelatihan berpersepsi bahwa kedua reference management software yang diajarkan, baik Zotero maupun End-Note, mudah untuk digunakan dalam menulis sitasi dan daftar pustaka. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta pelatihan menyatakan tingkat penguasaan materi baik dan cara penyampaian materi oleh penyaji menarik serta interaksi penyaji dan peserta baik.Kata kunci: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Sitasi.AbstractThe obligation to write scientific papers for teachers encourages the importance of mastering reference management software so that the quality of citations and reference lists in scientific papers are in accordance with the desired format. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and skills for teachers of SMKN 6 Malang about Zotero and EndNote reference management software. The workshop activities were carried out for two days. In addition, a survey of the workshop participant about reference management software and operations was also conducted before and after the workshop. The survey also contained perceptions of workshop participants regarding the delivery of training materials. From the survey results, it is known that the majority of workshop participants did not understand the reference management software and its operation before attending the workshop. After the workshop, most of the participants perceived that Zotero was easier to use compared to End-Note. Most of the participants also perceived that the two reference management software taught, both Zotero and End-Note, were easy to use in writing citations and references. The survey results also showed that the majority of participants stated that the level of mastery of the material was good and the way the material was presented by the presenters was interesting and the interaction between presenters and participants was good.Keywords: Reference Management Software; Zotero; End-Note; Citation.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

The phenomenon of ever-increasing needs, such as the need for goods and services in household life, requires that people seek alternative income by producing processed food. However, to increase the processed food business, it does not only focus on the product aspect, but must also pay attention to marketing management and financial aspects so that this becomes the concern of the women's group of Ngemplak II village Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training to women's groups to increase their understanding and ability to produce and develop processed food and use accounting to support the progress of their business. This activity provides an understanding of how to calculate product costs and prices (cost accounting), and accounting (financial aspect). In addition, the women's group was given training from marketing management aspect that how to make brands and register their product brands to the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights. Based on the results of the implementation of Community Service activities related to providing management training and financial empowerment programs for women in productive food management, there is enthusiasm from women's groups in Ngemplak II village Umbulmartani Ngemplak Sleman Yogyakarta. This Community Service Activity have been an impact on increasing knowledge in the field of small business management, especially in the field of trademarks and determining the price and break-even point. In addition, it also has an impact on knowledge about small business financial management, especially in the field of simple financial statement and profit and loss calculations, and also pricing.
