The objectives of the Muhammadiyah Riau University (PPK UMRI) Entrepreneurship Development Program are to create new independent entrepreneurs based on web online marketing, increase the network between university entrepreneurship and industrial communities, and create entrepreneurship training methods that are suitable for UMRI students who already have businesses or are just starting out. effort. The approach method used in this activity is entrepreneurship and business training, entrepreneurship coaching, internships at partner companies, building networks and partnerships with partner companies, production and marketing management training, web-based online marketing business meetings and business consultations with guidance, supervision of tenants, tenant business financing techniques, patterns of providing technology assistance and problem solving methods. From this activity, results were obtained in the form of growing interest and motivation for student entrepreneurship, the creation of five new entrepreneurial students in the second year of 2020 who were ready to compete in the community, growing creativity and interest in students to form business entities, building networking between CSR funders and tenants of PPK UMRI students.

Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) at Muhammadiyah Pontianak University is a program with a mission to produce new entrepreneurs, through an integrated program involving students managing PPK and resource persons. PPK Muhammadiyah University Pontianak activities include: management training, business skills with the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) method consisting of Generate Business Idea (GBI), Start Your Business (SYB) and modules Improve Your Business (IYB) covering Marketing, Financial Planning, Bookkeeping, Purchasing, Stock Control and Financing in the context of empowering the potential of entrepreneurship for students. Students who have started entrepreneurship, Student Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (PKMK), alumni who are interested in or are just starting a business can perfect their previous entrepreneurial activities, to increase its business. Manager of PPK Muhamamdiyah University Pontianak will explore the types of tenant business commodities according to their talents and interests. The PPK program service unit at the Muhammadiyah University of Pontianak each year will produce at least five new science-based independent entrepreneurs per year who are ready to move in the community. The recruitment of PPK tenants is carried out through synergy with the Muhamamdiyah University Student Affairs in Pontianak to recruit students who get PKMK or other PKM, students and alumni who are pioneering businesses

The community service activities carried out are Community Economic Empowerment of MSME Entrepreneurs in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This activity integrated with the implementation of the Student Community Service Program of 2020. The role of the community service team is business management training (financial management, taxation), strategy of business development, and accompaniment for the 19 MSME entrepreneurs in this area that participated. The aims of this community service activity are to improve understanding and implementation of MSME management in a professional, efficient, and effective way, with the result that can manifest independence and well-being of the community to optimize the existing potential. It is also expected that this training will provide an added value for the community development of MSME entrepreneurs’s business. This training can change community behavior into more creative and improve community income in this area. The training methods are a combination between lectures and accompaniment, where participants will obtain material manual books about finance and taxation of MSME. It can be seen that the participants have more understanding about bookkeeping and finance of MSME, taxation, and online marketing after participating in the integrated community service and student community service program of LPPM UNRI.

In line with the district development program of Dharmasraya regency, namely the Dharmasraya Smart City Program and the implementation of Dharmasraya Smart Education, Edugame is currently one of the favourite innovations being used in the teaching and learning process for the primary school students. This study was aimed at creating a learning innovation using Edugame as a media for conveying information to students as well as inviting students to play. In addition, the approach method used was in the form of media development using the ADDIE (Analysis Design Develop Implementation and Evaluation) development method. This development method was started by conducting the field observations, then designing the Edugame interface to evaluate the shortcomings of the Edugame. From the results of the whiteboard test, it was proven that this application had succeeded in delivering learning materials to primary school students of SDN 08 Pulau Punjung, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra. In sum, the teachers are assisted by the Edugame since the students learn independently to explore each Edugame and try to get the highest score. The purpose of the study was to determine if the Training Partner Program was successful in preparing trainers to use a new distance learning platform. Results indicate the program was a success in improving self-efficacy, engagement, and collaboration among trainers. Additionally, characteristics of online trainers are identified. Online learning in higher education, business training, and elementary/secondary schools is increasing exponentially and developing effective professional development programs to prepare instructors is of paramount importance. The current study provides valuable insight for any training managers or educators developing activities and exercises to train their faculty on distance learning software and systems.

The majority of indigenous Dayak farmers in Toho district encounter several issues. Their productivity was varied seasonally. In the rainy season, they were difficult to dry paddy in the sun. They also required costly diesel to fuel their threshing machines. In the health area, this region ever promulgated to set up Desa Siaga, but until now the discourse has not been realized. Health coverages such as childbirth by medical labor, exclusive breastfeeding, PHBS, and environmental sanitation were extremely low. This programs empowered dayak farmer community through Innovations in Agriculture, Economics, Education and Health Integrated (PERENDIKESDU). The programs included (a) Increasing the entrepreneurial agricultural economics, methods/concept used to overcome the problems, namely: the establishment and coaching a group of women farmers, training of making rice with simple biomass drying machine and simple threshing machine, training nursery plantation processing, packaging socialization plantation products. (b) Establishment and Development of alert village, methods which are used to treat the problems namely: workshops, health promotion include counseling on health behavior, socialization healthy latrines, clean water supply, sanitation, training of village cadres standby and Posyandu cadres, management training standby village, ground socialization land use for medicinal plant families (toga). The implementation of the Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) at Kanjuruhan University in Malang is expected to achieve the objectives of: (1) creating start-ups and independent new entrepreneurs, (2) improving business management skills for industrial communities, (3) creating entrepreneurship training methods suitable for students , (4) business units that can generate profit as a source of generating revenue from Kanjuruhan Malang University, and (5) opening or providing employment. The stages in implementing PPK include: (1) Dissemination of the PPK program, this socialization is carried out through announcements on campus boards, campus websites, and social media (Student groups and Alumni Groups). (2) Participants register before they enter the PPK tenant. (3) Following a written test to see the scientific potential possessed about the world of entrepreneurship, followed by interviews to find out the motivation and seriousness of participants in the PPK program. (4) The results of the selection will determine 20 best value people as prospective tenants. (5) Participants must fill out the willingness sheet to complete the PPK  program to completion. Whereas specifically to be achieved are: soul growth and entrepreneurial culture on campus, increased ability to prepare business plans, development of products that have been produced by tenants after participating in PPK activities, the creation of innovative and renewable products. The program will be implemented in a participatory manner with knowledge transfer methods from the proposing team, business experts, UMKM players to PPK tenants through education and training, business simulations, internships, intensive assistance, preparing business plans, and applying business to the tenants' potential and talents.

International School Of Taraf International Amanatul Ummah is one of the schools that continues to produce quality students as evidenced by their achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze: Strategies, results, and factors supporting and inhibiting training and development management as well as the personality of educators and education personnel. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach, from the informants of the School Coordinator, Educators and Education and Students. The results showed that 1) Management training and development through the following stages: Planning, namely a School Idiom, participatory management, formation of subject teacher deliberations, internal-external training. The implementation process, through needs assessment, provides encouragement and confidence, conditions the learning environment, ensures training implementation, selects training methods, evaluates training programs. The result, through transfers of knowledge, is accomplished. Factors. Supporters; personal teachers, institutions. Blocker; teacher teaching time, teacher vacation time. Meanwhile, 2) personal management of teachers through the following stages: Planning, from the Coordinating School of International Taraf, namely annual meeting discussions, teacher selection materials, creating a culture of partnership, building a climate. As for the teacher through the institutional environment, motivation from outside. The implementation steps, from the coordinator of the International Bertaraf School, namely selecting personal teachers, holding seminars, meeting regulations, building self-confidence, establishing communication, starting from oneself, respecting time, having a social spirit. As for the teacher, namely understanding competence, maintaining dignity, instructive reprimand, students a source of inspiration, wisely admonishing coworkers, giving encouragement help, establishing good relationships with superiors, self-reflection. Factors. Supporters; environment, peer teachers, motivation. Blocker; genetic factors, saturation factors. Result. International Traffic School teachers, Amanatul Ummah, in their competence have been very helpful in terms of learning and as a good role model.

The development of student entrepreneurship at the University of Kanjuruhan Malang is starting to show results. This is very supportive of government programs in their development in line with increasing economic growth. Furthermore, it has an impact on student entrepreneurial actors to be more creative and innovative in effective marketing strategic planning. Most entrepreneurial students have difficulty developing because they do not understand how to market a product effectively, display product packaging attractively so that it has high selling value and manages their business well. On this occasion, we aim to provide solutions through the Entrepreneurship Development Program of the University of Kanjuruhan Malang which collaborates with micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City and Regency, in the form of a digital marketing strategy, namely e-commerce. The method we use in this activity is conducting workshops by forming student groups according to their target products and market reach, and providing assistance to these student groups. The investment that we provide is in the form of e-commerce applications. The results of the investment show a significant change in marketing among entrepreneurial students at Kanjuruhan University of Malang.
