Nepal government and non-governmental organization are working in the field of education and focusing to ensure the quality of education with total enrolment of children in school. However, there is lacking to address the children affected by AIDS (CABA) to ensure the education rights and CABA compel to drop out from education. HIV issues are existing since 1998 but government of Nepal developed the policy on education to CABA in 2011; therefore we can analyze the status of government concentration on education to children affected by AIDS. The article is based on field experiences and secondary sources because I have been involving in this field since 1995 and focusing in children affected by AIDS. Stigma and discrimination is the main cause to drop the school by children affected by AIDS and there are no specific strategies to intervene to continue the education of children affected by AIDS. Government of Nepal has program to other children like children with disability or scheduled caste or geographical based but do not have the program to support the children affected by AIDS. Children affected by AIDS have always challenges to face the stigma and discrimination at schools and society which directly affect on their education.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3126/jtd.v1i0.13092 Journal of Training and Development Vol.1 2015: 62-66

The perceived benefits of English-medium instruction (EMI), such as greater competitiveness of universities, are the reasons why meso- and macro-level stakeholders in Croatian higher education (HE) seek to implement it. Nevertheless, the overall adoption of EMI has been rather slow, resulting in only 3% of study programmes in English. Such a small number has sparked no public or scholarly resistance to this aspect of Englishization. On the micro level, however, the introduction of EMI has provoked a range of different reactions, from favourable attitudes to concerns over the quality of education and the status of Croatian in academia. Evidence for these views were gleaned from the studies conducted at the University of Rijeka, Croatia.

Madrasah and schools have the same vision, mission and goals, namely the organizers of education in order to educate the life of the nation. Both of these institutions each have their own uniqueness and characteristics, because of their different backgrounds and histories. Competition and competition between educational institutions are still finding things that are unfair and cause polemics with each other. Even though the status and pos of the madrasa is the same as the school as the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Minister of Education and Culture, and SKB 3 Minister Number 06/1975.037/U/1975, and Number 36/1975 about improving the quality and quality of education in madrasas. The main points and substance of the referred SKB are first, that the recognition of diplomas at madrasah graduates can have a value equivalent to the recognition of public school diplomas and equivalent. Secondly, graduates / madrasah alumni can continue their studies to public schools and those who are on a higher level. And third, students in the madrasa can transfer to public schools of the same level. If we understand the difference between madrasa and school, it is only limited to textual understanding, it will lead us to a simple understanding and be trapped in mere symbolic understanding. So when these differences can be created at school, the difference between madrasa and other schools will disappear.
